Nanolayered superlattices composed of ferromagnetic SrRuO3 and antiferromagnetic SrMnO3 layers were grown on SrTiO3 (100) substrates by pulsed laser deposition. Multilayers were grown under predetermined synthesis conditions resulting in growth of SrRuO3 and SrMnO3 by step flow and layer-bylayer modes, respectively. The growth of SrMnO3 was observed to occur through the layer-by-layer during the entire deposition process despite the expected increase in surface roughness because of the incorporation of SrRuO3 upper layers. Monitoring by reflection high-energy electron diffraction (RHEED) revealed that the growth of every SrMnO3 layer consisted of a pre-stage during which the gaps on the relatively rough SrRuO3 surface were filled before the actual growth of the SrMnO3 layer, which resulted in incomplete half oscillation and change from spot patterns to streaky patterns. The in-plane lattice constant did not show any considerable change in the case of SrRuO3 and SrMnO3 layers, despite the considerable lattice mismatch between the two materials (SrRuO3, SrMnO3) and SrTiO3. On the other hand, the RHEED patterns showed the existence of lattice mismatch effects in the out-of-plane lattice constant, which showed significant strains of opposite signs in the different layers, indicating a strong dependence on the composition of the layers and superlattice periodicity. In this paper, the growth characteristics of a SrRuO3/SrMnO3 multilayer along with its magnetic properties will be discussed.

COVID-19 팬데믹 이후 온라인을 활용한 디지털 전환이 급속도로 증가하면서, 복지 분야에서도 디지털 플랫폼, 모바일 애플리케이션 등의 비대면 서비스가 확산되고 있다. 특히, 일상생활에서 온라인을 통한 다양한 예약 서비스가 활성화되고 있는 반면, 복지 상담 서비스는 여전히 예약 서비스가 부족하고, 대면이나 전화를 통한 상담이 이루어지고 있다. 따라서 본 논문의 목적은 현재 운영되고 있는 복지 상담 서비스 현황을 분석하고 복지상담 예약 서비스를 통해 사용자의 편의성을 높이고, 복지 서비스의 디지털 전환 가능성을 제안하고자 한다. 첫째, 문헌조사를 통해 일상생활에서 사용하고 있는 예약 서비스 및 현 복지상담 서비스의 현황을 조사하고 분석한다. 둘째, 분석 결과를 기반으로 사용자 중심의 맞춤 콘텐츠 및 시스템을 고려한 UI(User Interface)/UX(User Experience) 디자인을 설계하여 방향성을 정립하고 복지상담 예약 서비스를 제안한다. 마지막으로 제안한 복지상담 예약 서비스의 기대효과와 한계점을 논한다. As digital transformation using online has rapidly increased since the COVID-19 pandemic, non-face-to-face services such as digital platforms and mobile applications are spreading in the welfare field. In particular, while various online reservation services are becoming active in daily life, welfare counseling services still lack reservation services, and consultations are conducted in person or over the phone. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to analyze the status of welfare counseling services currently in operation, increase user convenience through a welfare counseling reservation service, and suggest the possibility of digital transformation of welfare services. First, through literature research, we investigate and analyze the current status of reservation services and current welfare counseling services used in daily life. Second, based on the analysis results, we design a UI (User Interface)/UX (User Experience) design that considers user-centered customized content and systems to establish direction and propose a welfare consultation reservation service. Lastly, we discuss the expected effects and limitations of the proposed welfare counseling reservation service.

전통 민화를 활용한 증강현실 콘텐츠 개발 - <Red Books> 책가도 작품을 중심으로

본 연구는 최근 전시관들의 관람객을 위한 전시 경험 확장을 위해 디지털 융합 콘텐츠가 증가하고 있는 가운데, 전통 민화 작품을 중심으로 증강현실 콘텐츠의 제작 과정을 제안하고 증강현실 기술 적용에 의한 전통 민화의 의미와 가치 확대를 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 첫째, 문헌 조사를 통해 전통 민화의 디지털화와 증강현실 콘텐츠의 특징에 관한 이론적 연구를 한다. 둘째, 증강현실 기술을 적용한 전통 민화와 증강현실 콘텐츠 사례를 조사하고 문헌 조사를 기반으로 그 특징을 분석한다. 관람객들의 만족감 있는 전시 경험을 제공하기 위해 작품의 의도, 민화 그림 속 상징성, 증강현실 기술의 활용성 등의 공통적인 사항을 도출한다. 셋째, <Red Books> 민화 작품을 중심으로 증강현실 콘텐츠의 설계부터 개발 단계까지의 제작 과정을 제시한다. 제작 과정에서 문헌조사와 사례분석을 통한 고려사항과 특징들을 기반으로 장점이 잘 드러날 수 있도록 설계하였다. 마지막으로 전시와 체험을 중심으로 증강현실 기술 적용에 의한 전통 민화의 의미와 가치 확대를 제시하고 그 한계점을 논한다. 민화와 증강현실 요소, 상징성 등을 파악해 동적으로 구현함으로써 상징성을 극대화할 수 있었고 전시 및 체험 기간 동안 관람객 심층 인터뷰를 통해 관객에게 직관적이고 몰입감이 있음을 확인하였다. 또한, 증강현실 기술의 활용과 관련하여 효과적인 그래픽 표현 방법 및 효율적인 관람 방법을 제시 제시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 개발된 <Red Books> 기반의 증강현실 콘텐츠가 대중성이 증가하고 있는 전통 민화와 증강현실 콘텐츠 설계 및 구성, 개발에 활용되기를 기대한다. In this study, as digital convergence contents are increasing to expand the exhibition experience of exhibition visitors, we propose an augmented-reality content-creation process centered on traditional folk paintings and attempt to expand the meaning and value of traditional folk paintings by applying augmented reality technology. To this end, first we conduct theoretical research on the digitalization of traditional folk paintings and the characteristics of augmented reality content through a literature review. Second, we investigate cases of traditional folk paintings and augmented reality contents that apply augmented reality technology and analyze their characteristics based on the literature review. In order to provide a satisfactory exhibition experience for visitors, common matters such as the intention of the work, symbolism in folk paintings, and the utility of augmented reality technology are derived. Third, we present the production process from the design to the development stage of augmented reality content, focusing on 'Red Books' folk paintings. Through the literature review and a case analysis, we present designs that have useful strengths based on pertinent considerations and characteristics. Finally, focusing on exhibitions and experiences, we present the expansion of the meaning and value of traditional folk paintings upon the application of augmented reality technology and discuss its limitations. It was possible to maximize symbolism by identifying and dynamically implementing folk paintings, augmented reality elements, and symbolism, confirmed that such an approach is intuitive and immersive to audiences through in-depth interviews with visitors during the exhibition and experience period of this study. In addition, effective graphic expression methods and efficient viewing methods were presented in relation to the use of augmented reality technology. It is expected that augmented reality contents based on 'Red Books' as developed here will be used to design, organize, and develop traditional folk paintings and augmented reality contents, which are becoming increasingly more popular.

다양한 포맷변환을 지원하는 Transcoder의 개선된 Cubic Convolution Scaler

본 논문에서는 임의의 배율로 디지털 영상을 확대와 축소하는 개선된 cubic convolution 보간법을 제안한다. 제안하는 공간해상도조정 방법은 압축된 HD 비트스트림이나 SD 비트 스트림을 transcoding시키는 과정에서 다양한 형식의 해상도를 조정하기위해 사용된다. Transcoder등 다양한 응용분야에서 영상의 화질은 유지하면서 크기를 조정하는 것은 매우 중요한 기술이다. 해상도조정은 원본 디지털 데이터를 연속함수로 변환하는 단계와 새로운 샘플링간격에 맞게 재표본화하는 단계, 이렇게 두 단계로 구분된다. 우리는 원본영상과 해상도조정 된 영상사이의 관계를 고려하여 보간 필터의 kernel 개선에 초점을 맞췄다. 본 논문에서는 MPEG 표준에서 고려하는 다양한 영상포맷들간 해상도를 변환시키기 위한 기술을 제안한다. 이 방법은 기존의 방법과 비교하였을 때, 정보 손실을 최소화하여 고화질의 해상도 변환 기능을 가능하게 한다. We derive a modified version of cubic convolution interpolation for the enlargement or reduction of digital images by arbitrary scaling factors. The proposed scaling scheme is used to resize various format pictures in the transcoding system, which transforms the bitstream compressed at a bit rate, such as the HD bitstream, into another bit rate stream. In many applications such as the transcoder, the resolution conversion is very important for changing the image size while the scaled image maintains high quality. We focus on the modification of the scaler kernel according to the relation between formats of the original and the resized image. In the modification, various formats defined in MPEG standards are considered. We show experimental results that demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed interpolation method.

본고는 지금까지 학계에서 크게 주목 받지 못했던 조선 후기 사대부 가사인 < 하서도통가 >의 서술양상을 살펴보고, 이를 바탕으로 작품의 창작 배경을 고찰해 보고자 기획되었다. < 하서도통가 >는 서사-본사-결사로 이루어진 가사 작품으로 여타의 도통가계가사와는 달리 도통의 계보를 구체적이고 상세하게 서술하고 있는 모습을 보여준다. 그리고 김인후의 학덕과 절의를 생애사의 구체적 사건을 통해 서술하고있는 것, 다양한 선현들의 인물평을 인용하여 김인후의 학덕과 절의를 돋보이게한 것, 문묘 종사의 과정과 문묘 종사를 허락한 정조에 대한 찬양을 서술하고있는 것은 하서도통의 정당성을 합리화하기 위한 작자의 의도에 의한 것이다. < 하서도통가 >에서 나타난 이러한 서술 양상은 김방휘 사건에 의해 흔들리고 있던 하서학맥의 위기의식의 반영이라 할 수 있다. 이 작품에서 중요하게 다루고 있는 김방휘 사건은 당대에 큰 사회적 파장을불러왔다. 그리고 그 중심에는 하서가문과 하서학맥을 추종했던 호남 사림들이있었다. 김방휘 사건은 하서가문과 하서 김인후를 추종하는 호남 사림들에게 심각한 문제를 발생시켰고, 이에 대한 적극적인 반론과 사건의 축소라는 과제가그들에게 주어질 수밖에 없었다. 이러한 상황이 < 하서도통가 >를 창작하게 된 배경이라 할 수 있다. 조선 전기의 문묘종사가 절의와 도학적 명분 중심으로 이루어졌다면 조선 후기의 상황은 정치 세력의 영향력이 더욱 크게 작용하고 있었다. 그리고 정조의정치적 후원에 의해 김인후의 문묘종사가 이루어지기는 했지만, 정조 사후 더욱경직되어 가는 사회 분위기에서 그 영향력을 확장하는 데는 한계가 있었다. 이러한 상황 속에서 김인후의 후손 김방휘는 하서문집 간행에 종사하면서 당대 지배층인 서인 노론 계열에 도전하였지만 결국 패배로 귀결되었다. < 하서도통가 > 는 이러한 조선 후기 사회사적 맥락을 잘 보여주는 작품이다. 또한 정치권력에의해 교조화되고, 독점화된 도통 담론이 겉으로는 도학적 순수성을 지향하는 것처럼 포장되었지만, 조선 후기 정치·사회사적 변화 속에서 더욱 권력 지향적인모습으로 변모해 갔음을 < 하서도통가 >를 통해 우리는 읽어 낼 수 있다. < Haseo-dotongga > hasn`t received attention ``gasa`` of ``Dotongga`` system in late Joseon dynasty for the Korean literature circles. This paper will study description aspects of < Haseo-dotongga > and consider purpose for writing of < Haseo-dotongga >. It provide understanding of presence aspec of gentry gasa in late Josion dynasty. < Haseo-dotongga > consist of prologue-body-epilogue. Its description aspects is very unique by describe concretely. The description aspects reflect awareness of crisis of haseo-dotong by KIM Bangwhi affair. And created for justify and establish haseo-dotong`s legitimacy. The KIM Bangwhi affair take serious damage KIM inhoo`s academic legacy and haseo academic line. So set forth a counterargument and reduction of problem are the purpose of the creation background of < Haseo-dotongga > Social Implication of < Haseo-dotongga > and dotong are including one aspect of social history of politics of late Josion dynasty
