        국선도 단전행공은 깊고 고른 단선호흡을 조용한 행공과 함께 함으로써 뇌를 비롯한 전신에 충분한 산소와 영양분올 공급해주고 마음이 평안하게 된다. 또한 복압으로 인해 혈액순환이 원 활하게 되고 내장기능이 좋아지며 기운이 인체에 골고루 보전될 뿐 아니라 복강 및 골반부위에 분포하고 있는 신경들이 자극을 받아 활성화된다 더욱이 깊고 고른 호홉상태에서 마음을 연안 하게 하고 몽을 이완시키면 부교갑 신경계가 활성화되어 이하선, 생식기 및 위의 혈류량이 증가 되어 장액성 첨이 다량 분비되며 음경의 발기력이 좋아지고 위의 소화운동이 촉진된다. 현대인 틀은 생활 속에서 스트레스를 지속적으로 많이 받아 교갑신경계가 지나치게 항진되어 심혈관계 질환, 소화기계 질환, 요통 등 여러 가지 만성질환에 시달리고 있다. 국선도 수련은 스트레스를 제거하는데 매우 효과적이다 국선도 수련단계는 크게 정각도, 통기법, 선도법으로 나누어지며, 정각도는 중기단법, 건곤단법, 원기단법으로, 통기법은 진기단법, 삼합단법, 조리단법으로, 선도법은 상갱단법, 무진단법, 진공단법으로 구성되어 있다.

      • 조개배지에서의 Vibrio vulnificus 증식

        This study was performed to develop a culture medium which favors the growth of Vibrio vulnificus from the extract of many kinds of shellfish (Meretrix lusoria, Cyclina sinensis, Anadara granosa, Anadara broughtonii, Solen gouldi and Mytilus crassitesta). The new plating medium was tested for the growth of Vibrio vulnificus and their ability to form colonies, and it was compared with TCBS agar medium. The following results were obtained 1. The growth of Vibrio vulnificus was rapid on Meretrix lusoria agar plate as large colonies. 2. Meretrix lusoria agar and Cyclina sinensis agar media were better than TCBS agar medium for the isolation of Vibrio vulnificus. 3. The Vibrio vulnificus did not grow well lon the other various media.

      • 배양 내피세포에 감염시킨 Vibrio vulnificus 균의 전자현미경적 연구

        To elucidate the pathogenesis of hematogenous V. vulnificus infection in fulminant Vibrio septicemia, V. vulnificus was inoculated in cultured human endothelial cells. Endothelial cells were prepared from the umbilical vein that was freshly isolated from human umbilical cord. The ultrastructural change demonstrated a sequence of steps which occurred with V. vulnificus invasion of the cultured human endothelial cells and the results were follows. 1. The cytopathic effect was appeared at the initial attachment stage of V. vulnificus infection. The characteristic of cytopathic effect were the formation of severe vacuolization and cell lysis. 2. The present study demonstrates that the reason of destruction of endothelial cell was caused by the production of toxic products than the growth of V. vulnificus.

      • Shigella균 증식에 있어서 Sodium Citrate의 영향

        Shigellosis is one of the most common infectious diseases in Korea. Although the prevalence of the disease tends to be decreasing, it still outbreaks sporadically and endemically in Korea. As the control of the disease depends on the eradication of the carriers, it is very important to detect carriers by bacterial culture. As ordinary culture media for Shigella, S-S agar medium, contains several inhibitors of bacterial growth and the rate of colony formation is very low, it is necessary to develop new sensitive media for the detection of the bacteria from carriers. This study was performed to investigate the effect of sodium citrate for the growth of Shigella spp. in peptone agar and BHI agar medium and to develop a sensitive culture medium for Shigella spp. The results were as follows : 1. The growth of all Shigella spp. was inhibited in the peptone agar medium containing sodium citrate. The higher the concentration of the sodium citrate, the more the growth of the Shigella spp. was inhibited. 2. The growth of all Shigella spp. was also inhibited in the BHI agar medium containing sodium citrate. 3. S-S agar medium was not suitable for an isolation medium of Shigella spp. Above results showed that sodium citrate is not suitable component of the sensitive detection medium for Shigella spp. and the studies on the development of new sensitive detection medium of Shigella spp. should be further carried out.

      • Vibrio vulnificus균의 Capsule과 관련된 세균집락의 전자현미경적 관찰

        Vibrio vulnificus causes life threatening primary sepsis in the patient who has underlying diseases such as liver cirrhosis in summer. The author examined electronmicroscopically its capsular structure correlated with the virulence factors such as antiphagocytosis and resistance to serum bactericidal action. The author isolated translucent variant from the bacteria of opaque colony morphology through the enrich culture and prepared electronmicroscopic bloc with both types of colony in a intact colony state on agar plate medium. The authors obtained the following results. Vibrio vulnificus as a gram negative bacterium had obvious two layers of membrane structures(ie, inner and outer membrane). The bacteria that exhibit opaque colony had dense ruthenium red staining capsular material on the cell surface but we couldn't observe it in translucent variant. The bacteria exhibited wave-like, patch pattern capsule. The author also could observe two dimensional arrangement of the bacteria. The bacteria of translucent colony morphology were arranged randomly in a whole but, that of opaque colony morphology adhered each other via its capsule and so they form clusters locally.

      • Shigella균 증식에 있어서 Sodium Thiosulfate의 영향

        To increase the detection rate of shigella from carrier, this study was performed to investigate the effect of sodium thiosulfate on the growth of Shigella spp. 1. The growth of Shigella dysenteriae and Shigella sonnei was not inhibited in the Proteose peptone including sodium thiosulfate. 2. S-S agar medium is not suitable for isolation medium of Shigella dysenteriae and Shigella sonnei.

      • Vibrio vulnificus균의 Capsule이 병인론에서의 역할

        To elucidate the pathogenesis of hematogenous Vibrio vulnificus infection in vibrio septicemia. Vibrio vulnificus was inoculated to cultured endothelial cells. The ultrastructural change in infected cell were observed by electron microscope. Vibrio vulnificus was used two distinct colony type designated as opaque and translucent. Opaque strains are encapsulated, in contrast translucent strains are unencapsulated. The cytopathic effect of the endothelial cell was appeared at the initial stage of Vibrio vulnificus infection and also when inoculated with cultured supernatant, the cytopathic effect was appeared. We conclude that endothelial cell invasion, and injury are potential mechanisms in the pathogenesis of vibrio septicemia.

      • Vibrion cholerae균 증식에 있어서 Sodium citrate가 미치는 영향

        This study was performed to find a method of more high isolation rate of Vibrio cholerae among the patients and carriers suspected of cholera. Especially, there are several inhibitors in most popularly used Thiosulfate-Citrate-Bile Salt Sucrose(TCBS) agar medium for increasing the selectivity of vibrio spp. therefore, the formation of colonies is low. So, we investigated the effect of the sodium citrate of an ingredient of TCBS agar medium on the growth of Vibrio cholerae. 1. The growth of Vibrio cholerae was inhibited in various agar plate medium including low concentration of sodium citrate and as increasing the concentration of sodium citrate, inhibition of the growth of Vibrio cholerae was greater. 2. Therefore, in order to increase the rate of isolation of Vibrio cholerae, TCBS agar medium was not suitable.

      • 새로운 腸內細菌培地製造에 關한 硏究

        This study was performed to develope culture medium from the extract of Anadara granosa which favored the growth of Shigella flexneri and Salmonella typhi for the detection of the carriers of Shigella and Salmonella. The new medium was tested for the growth of the bacteria and the ability to form bacterial colonies, and compared with other various media. The following results were obtained 1. The Anadara agar medium were better than Brain Heart Infusion, MacConkey Nutrient and Salmonella-Shigella agar for the isolation of Shigella flexneri and Salmonella typhi. 2. The Anadara agar was the best media to recover Shigella flexneri even with diluted inoculation but the Salmonella-Shigella agar was the worst. 3. The Anadara and the Nutrient agar were the best media to recover Salmonella typhi even with diluted inoculation but the MacConkey agar was worst.
