어린이집 원장의 도덕적 리더십과 교사몰입의 관계에서 조직구성원의 도덕적 자율성의 매개효과

본 연구는 보육교사가 지각하는 어린이집 원장의 도덕적 리더십, 조직구성원의 도덕적 자율성, 교사몰입 등의 교육.보육의 질 향상과 관련된 핵심 인적변인들 간의 관계를 밝히며, 원장의 도덕적 리더십이 교사몰입에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 조직구성원의 도덕적 자율성의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 통해 영유아의 행복한 삶을 보장하고 교육의 성과와 질을 높이기 위한 원장의 효과적인 지원체계에 대한 기초자료를 제공하고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 서울, 경인지역에 위치한 어린이집에 근무하는 보육교사들을 대상으로 원혜경(2012)이 타당화한 도덕적 리더십 질문지(MLDQ), 노종희(2004)가 개발한 교직몰입 질문지(CTQ)를 각각 사용하여 실시한 설문자료 총 302부를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 어린이집 원장의 도덕적 리더십, 조직구성원의 도덕적 자율성, 교사몰입 간에는 정적인 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며 (r=.38~.59), 구조방정식모형분석을 통해 조직구성원의 도덕적 자율성이 원장의 도덕적 리더십과 교사몰입간의 관계를 완전매개 하는 것을 확인하였다[최종 모형 적합도 지수: χ2=166.213(df=63, p<.000), RMSEA=.075, SRMR=.045, NNFI=.933, CFI=.946]. 본 연구결과는 어린이집의 교육.보육의 질 향상을 위해 원장이 도덕적 리더십으로 보육교사의 교직 및 영유아에 대한 몰입을 직접 유도하기 보다는 조직구성원의 도덕적 자율성이 증진되도록 리더십을 발휘함으로써 교사몰입을 지원하는 방법이 보다 효과적임을 밝힌 것으로, 어린이집의 도덕적인 조직문화 조성을 위한 방안과 이에 영향을 주는 관련 변인들에 대한 후속 연구가 기대되는 바이다.

보육교사의 자아상 척도 개발 및 타당화 연구

본 연구는 보육교사의 자아상 척도 개발 및 신뢰도와 타당도를 알아보기 위한 것으로 연구대상은 서울특별시 및 경기도의 어린이집에 근무하는 보육교사 553명이었다. 연구결과 보육교사의 자아상 척도는 총20문항으로 구성되었으며, 하위요인은 교사의 사회적 평가(고유치= 3.943, 설명변량= 19.717), 교사의 자질 및 역할(고유치= 3.149, 설명변량= 15.743), 교사의 전문성(고유치= 2.570, 설명변량= 12.850), 교사의 태도(고유치= 2.487, 설명변량= 12.433) 4요인이었다. 본 보육교사의 자아상 척도의 신뢰도 범위는 .74에서 .86이었으며, 모형적합도 지수 RMSEA=.071, SRMR=.053 NNFI=.886 CFI=.902로 보육교사의 자아상을 알아보기 위한 척도로서 신뢰도와 타당도가 적합한 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is twofold: to develop a self image scale for daycare center teachers and then, to examine the reliability and validity of the developed scale Subjects were 563 teachers working at daycare centers in Seoul and Gyeonggi. The self-image scale for teachers of daycare center consists of 4 factors: "social evaluation preschool teacher", "qualification and role", "attitude" and "professionalism" with 20 items. Chronbach's α was ranged from .74 to .86. The confirmatory factor analysis revealed that RMSEA=.071, SRMR=.053, NNFI=.886, CFI=.902. These results show that the study's developed self-image scale for daycare center teachers is reliable and valid.

이화여자대학교 평생교육원 꾳예술최고지도자전문교육과정 수강생들의 인식 연구

본 연구는 이화여자대학교 평생교육원 꽃예술최고지도자전문교육과정 수료생들의 이 과정에 대한 전반적인 인식도, 교육환경에 대한 만족도, 강사진에 대한 만족도, 동료 수강생들에 대한 평가, 교과과정의 중요도, 작품제작에 가장 도움이 된 교육내용 등을 조사하였으며, 향후 작가생활을 하는데 더 필요하다고 생각되는 교육과정에 대해서도 조사하였다. 본 연구는 이화여자대학교 평생교육원 꽃예술최고지도자전문교육과정의 수료생들을 대상으로 설문지 분석을 통해 실시되었는데, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 꽃예술최고지도자전문교육과정에 대해 높은 만족도를 보였으며, 교육환경에 대해서도 대체로 만족도를 보였는데, 그 중에서 강사진에 대한 만족도가 가장 높았으며, 실기실 이용에 대한 만족도가 가장 낮았다. 동료 수강생들에 대한 평가도 대체로 만족스러운 것으로 나타났다. 꽃예술최고지도자전문교육과정의 교육내용 중에서 꽃예술 작품제작에 중요하다고 생각되는 항목에 대해서는 형태구상, 재료선택, 요소의 이해, 원리의 적용, 기법결정의 순으로 응답하였다. 특히 형태구상 교육이 꽃예술 작품제작에 있어서 매우 중요하게 생각하고 있다고 나타났다. 졸업작품을 제작할 때에는 조형주관을 가장 중점적으로 적용하였다고 응답하였고, 앞으로 작가생활을 하는데 더 선택하고 싶은 과정에 대해서는 심화과정을 가장 많이 선택하였다. 전반적으로 이 과정에 대한 수강생들의 만족도는 매우 높은 것으로 나타났고, 이러한 만족도가 이 과정의 성공적인 결실의 핵심임을 알 수 있었다.

교원양성기관에 재학 중인 예비유아교사의 행동특성과 교직 적․인성의 관계

This study intends to provide basic materials for preparing teacher aptitude and character based on the objective understanding by individual characteristics, by verifying DISC behavior type and current status of teacher aptitude and character of would-be early childhood teachers studying in teacher training institutions, as well as the correlation between two variables. For the purpose of this, this study analyzed the data oriented to 168 students of Early Childhood Education of three-year colleges located in Gyeonggi-do and Chungcheong-do, under the curriculum allowing the obtainment of certificate of “The Second-Level Regular Kindergarten Teacher”. According to the research result, firstly, the behavior type of would-be early childhood teachers which is most frequently observed was Interaction type (I) registering up to 44.0%, followed by Supportive type (S) by 28.6%, Compliance type (C) by 14.3% and Dominance type (D) by 13.1%. Secondly, regarding the 15 subtests in terms of teacher aptitude and character of would-be early childhood teachers, the average score turned out to range from 3.02 to 4.24 (Full mark: 5.0). While higher average score was observed in vocation, view of teachership and sensitivity, the lowest average score was observed in psychological stability. Thirdly, the Interaction type (I) in the relationship between behavior characteristics and teacher aptitude and character of would-be early childhood teachers showed a higher positive correlation with sympathy, expressive ability, leadership and passion of teacher aptitude and character, but it showed a lower positive correlation with problem-solving ability, inquiry ability and planning ability. The Supportive type (S) showed a higher positive correlation with service, sacrifice, cooperation and passion of teacher aptitude and character, but there was no significant correlation with psychological stability, linguistic and communication ability. Regarding the Compliance type (C), a higher positive correlation was shown with judgement, planning ability, problem-solving ability and inquiry ability of teacher aptitude and character, while there was no significant correlation with psychological stability. Regarding the Dominance type (D), a higher positive correlation was displayed with leadership, linguistic and communication ability, sincerity and responsibility of teacher aptitude and character, while there was lower positive correlation with sensitivity. This study has significance in the sense that it analyzed behavior characteristics and teacher aptitude and character of would-be early childhood teachers studying at teacher training institutions, and implies that many efforts are required to maximize strength by each behavior characteristic and minimize the weakness while teacher training institutions are constantly offering teacher aptitude and character of early childhood teachers. 본 연구에서는 교원양성기관에 재학 중인 예비유아교사들의 DISC 행동유형과 교직 적성‧인성의 현황 및 두 변인 간의 관계가 어떠한가를 확인하여 개인의 특징에 따른 객관적 이해를 기반으로 한 교직 적․인성 지원체계를 마련하는데 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 이를 위해 경기, 충청도 지역에 위치한 ‘유치원 2급 정교사’ 자격증을 취득할 수 있는 교육과정을 다루고 있는 3년제 대학교의 유아교육과 학생 168명을 대상으로 자료를 분석하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 예비유아교사의 행동유형은 상호작용(I)형이 44.0%로 가장 많이 나타났으며 다음으로 지지(S)형 28.6%, 판단(C)형 14.3%, 주도(D)형 13.1% 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 예비유아교사의 교직 적성․인성의 15개 하위검사별 평균은 3.02에서 4.24(만점 5점)이었으며 소명감‧교직관 및 민감성이 비교적 높은 평균을 나타낸 것에 비해 심리적 안정성의 평균은 가장 낮게 나타났다. 셋째, 예비유아교사의 행동특성과 교직 적성․인성 간의 관계에서 상호작용(I)형은 교직 적성․인성의 공감‧표현력, 지도성 및 열정과 비교적 높은 정적상관을 보인 반면 문제해결력‧탐구력, 계획성과는 비교적 낮은 정적상관을 나타냈다. 지지(S)형은 교직 적성․인성의 봉사․희생․협동 및 열정과 비교적 높은 정적상관을 보인 반면 심리적 안정, 언어․의사소통능력과 유의미한 상관을 나타나지 않았다. 판단(C)형은 교직 적성․인성의 판단력, 계획성, 문제해결력․탐구력과 비교적 높은 정적상관을 보인 반면 심리적 안정과 유의미한 상관이 나타나지 않았다. 주도(D)형은 교직 적성․인성의 지도성, 언어․의사소통능력, 성실․책임감과 비교적 높은 정적상관을 보인 반면 민감성과는 비교적 낮은 정적상관을 나타냈다. 본 연구는 교원양성기관에 재학 중인 예비유아교사들의 행동특성 및 교직 적‧인성을 분석하였다는 점과 교원양성기관이 예비유아교사의 교직 적‧인성을 지속적으로 지원해 줌에 있어서 행동특성별 강점을 최대화하고 약점을 최소화하는 노력이 필요함을 시사한다.

예비유아교사를 위한 간편형 교직 적ㆍ인성 척도 타당화 연구

The purpose of this study was to scale back the aptitude and personality as a teacher scale by reducing the number of the items, and to verify the revalidity and reliability of the simplified scale. This scale has been used to test the aptitude and personality of preservice early childhood teachers as teachers, and preservice early childhood teachers must be tested twice during their college years. The subjects in this study were 385 selected preservice early childhood teachers who were in the department of early childhood education at colleges located in Seoul, Gyeonggi Province, Chungcheong Province, Gyeongsang Province and Jeolla Province. The findings of the study were as follows: The simplified scale consisted of 15 areas and 150 items. The 15 areas were problem-solving skills/inquiry process skills, judgment, independence/autonomy, creativity/application, psychological stability, language ability/communicative competence, leadership, empathy/tolerance, knowledge/information literacy, serviceship/spirit of sacrifice/ cooperativeness, planning, integrity/responsibility, a sense of calling/view of the teaching profession, enthusiasm and sensitivity. Ten items were prepared for each of the areas(A set of five items and B set of five items). Thus, there were 150 items (75 items for each set) in total. The reliability of the scale ranged from .77 to .89, and the goodness-of-fit index of the model was as follows: NNFI=.904~.957, CFI=.911~.966, RESEA=.052~.082. Thus, the scale turned out to be reliable and valid as a scale to test the aptitude and personality of preservice early childhood teachers as teachers. 본 연구에서는 예비유아교사의 교직 적․인성 검사를 위해 유아교사 양성기관에서 재학기간 중 2회 이상 의무적으로 실시하고 있는 교직 적․인성 척도의 문항수를 줄여 간편하게 제시하고 타당도 및 신뢰도를 검증하였다. 연구대상은 서울, 경기도, 충청도, 경상도 및 전라도 지역에 위치한 유아교육과에 재학 중인 예비유아교사 385명이었다. 연구결과 교직 적․인성 척도는 문제해결력․탐구력, 판단력, 독립성․자주성, 창의․응용력, 심리적 안정성, 언어․의사소통능력, 지도성, 공감․포용력, 지식․정보력, 봉사․희생․협동성, 계획성, 성실․책임감, 소명감․교직관, 열정, 민감성 등의 15개 영역, 영역별 10개 문항(A세트 5문항, B세트 5문항) 총 150문항(세트별 75문항)으로 구성되었다. 본 척도의 신뢰도 범위는 .77에서 .89로 나타났으며, 모형적합도 지수는 NNFI=.904∼.957, CFI=.911∼.966, RMSEA=.052∼.082로 예비유아교사의 교직 적․인성을 검사하기 위한 척도로서 신뢰도와 타당도가 적합한 것으로 나타났다.

예비영유아교사의 교직 적ㆍ인성 분석: 보육관련 학과 중심으로

The purpose of this study was to examine the differences of pre-service early childhood teachers' aptitude and personality according to the period of attendance at college of education, child-care practicum and desire for teaching career and to provide a foundation of improving educational programs geared toward the attitude and personality of pre-service teachers. The subjects in this study were 276 students who were majoring in child-care departments for the two-year-courseThe findings of the study were as follows: First, the average score of pre-service early childhood teachers'¡ aptitude and personality was 588.22. Second, the average score of early childhood teachers' aptitude and personality sophomores was higher than that of freshmen, not statistically significant differences. The third, the average score of early childhood teachers' aptitude and personality for taking practicum course groups was higher than that of non-taking practicum course groups. However, it was statistically significant differences according to whether or not taking practicum course. Fourth, there were significant differences in preservice early childhood teachers' aptitude and personality as teachers according to career planning. 본 연구는 보육관련 학과 예비영유아교사의 교직 적ㆍ인성 정도를 파악하고, 재학기간, 정규보육실습 수강여부, 교직진로 희망여부에 따른 차이를 분석하여 보육관련 학과의 영유아교사 양성과정에서 성공적인 교사 역할 수행을 위한 예비영유아교사의 교직 적ㆍ인성 정도를 파악하고자 한다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 보육관련 학과 예비영유아교사의 교직 적ㆍ인성 검사 점수는 588.22점(만점 840점)이었다. 둘째, 재학기간에 따른 예비영유아교사의 교직 적・인성 점수는 2학년이 1학년에 비해 높았으나 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 없었다. 셋째, 정규보육실습 수강여부에 따른 예비영유아교사의 교직 적・인성 점수는 정규보육실습 수강집단이 미수강 집단에 비해 통계적으로 유의하게 높았다. 넷째, 교직진로 희망여부에 따른 예비영유아교사의 교직ㆍ인 점수는 교직진로 희망 집단이 교직외 진로 희망 집단에 비해 통계적으로 유의하게 높았다.

어린이집 원장의 도덕적 리더십 측정을 위한 타당화 연구

라드를 이용한 열처리 온도 변화에 따른β-carotene의 산화 안정성에 대한 연구

0%, 0.0012%, 0.004%의 β-carotene을 lard를 첨가한후 80℃, 130℃, 180℃의 온도처리로 2분간 열처리를 하고 50℃에서 보관시키면서 각 기간별로 총 균수검사, 과산화물가(Peroxide Value), TBArs를 측정하여 비교하였다. 1) 미생물 총 균수 실험에서 β-carotene의 첨가량이 0%, 0.0012%, 0.004%로 증가함에 따라 균의 증식이 둔화되었다. 2) Peroxide Value의 측정 실험에 β-carotene의 첨가량이 0.004%일 때가 0%, 0.0012%에서 보다 항산화 능력이 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 3) TBA가 측정실험에서 control과 Sample과의 비교에서 온도가 증가함에 따라 그 증가폭 커지므로 β-carotene의 항산화 능력이 있다는 것을 알 수 있다.
