        $xBa(Zn_{1/3}Nb_{2/3})O_3-(1-x)Sr(Zn_{1/3}Nb_{2/3})O_3$ 고용체의 온도 변화에 따른 유전 특성

        본 논문에서는 고주파 대역에서의 $xBa(Zn_{1/3}Nb_{2/3})O_{3}\[BZN]-(1-x)\Sr(Zn_{1/3}Nb{2/3)O_{3}\[SZN]$고 용체의 온도 및 mol 비에 따른 유전 특성에 관하여 연구하였다. BZN은 10GHz에서 유전 상수 및 무부하 Q값이 $40.5{\pm}0.5,5980{\pm}100$이며, SZN은 10.2GHz에서 각각 $36.9{\pm}0.5,2700{\pm}100$을 보였다. 또한 공진 주파수의 온도 계수는 각각 $+27.5ppm/{\circ}C$와 $-39.1ppm/{\circ}C$을 나타냈다. x-BZN-(1-x)SZN 고용체에서 온도변화에 가장 안정한 특성을 보인 고용체는 0.3BZN-0.7SZN 고용체이다. 이 고용체의 유전 상수, 무부하 Q값 및 공진 주파수의 온도 계수는 9.8 GHz에서 각각 $41.5{\pm}0.2,2920{\pm}100$ 및 $-3.5ppm/{\circ}C$를 보였다. The temperature and the composition dependence of the dielectric properties of the solid solution materials in the system $xBa(Zn_{1/3}Nb_{2/3})O_{3}\[BZN]-(1-x)\Sr(Zn_{1/3}Nb{2/3)O_{3}\[SZN]$ at microwave frequency was studied. The dielectric constant and unloaded Q were $40.5{\pm}0.5,5980{\pm}100$ respectively for BZN at 10 GHz and $36.9{\pm}0.5,2700{\pm}100$ for SZN at 10.2GHz. The temperature coefficient of the resonant frequency was $+27.5ppm/{\circ}C$ for BZN and $-39.1ppm/{\circ}C$ for SZN. The results also showed that 0.3 BZN-0.7 SZN is the most temperature-stable composition among xBZN-(1-x) SZN solid solutions. In this case, the dielectric constant, the unloaded Q and $\tau_{f}$ at 9.8GHz were $41.5{\pm}0.2,2920{\pm}100$ and $-3.5ppm/{\circ}C$, respectively.

        마을 만들기 연구경향의 분석과 과제

        This research examines the trend of community design project on the data collected from published researches about community, community design, village community, and local community from 2006 to 2015. This review paper is conducted in a content analysis approach from nature of study, method of study, contents of study is used as standards for analysis trend of studies. The research found as follows : First, it is discovered that qualitative studies hold a majority. Second, almost researches focused on the effects of community design activities. Third, research about the influential factor of participative motivation in the community design project is relatively inadequate. For these reasons, further researcher who interested in community design should introduce and analysis about the benchmarking study on community design. In addition, researchers should do the analysis about the principles, methods, and strategies for success of community design project.

        고주파 대역에서 Dielectric Rod Resonator 방법에 의한 저유전 손실 물질의 유전 특성 측정

        Dielectric rod resonator 방법을 이용하여 고주파 대역에서 낮은 유전 손실을 갖는 유전체의 유전 특성을 측정하는 이론과 실험결과를 보였다. 유전체 시편과 금속 도체판 사이에 존재하는 공기층 효과를 최소화하기 위해 $TE_{011}$ mode 공진 주파수를 이용하였다. 컴퓨터를 사용하여 공진 주파수와 시편 크기, 2-dB 대여폭으로부터 유전 특징을 계산하였다. 측정의 오차 범위는 유전 상수인 경우 ${\pm}3{\%}$ 유전 손실인 경우 ${\pm}12{\%}$ 이내였다. Theory and experimental results of measuring the microwave dielectric characteristics of low-loss materials by using dielectric rod resonator method are presented. The $TE_{011}$ mode resonance frequency was adapted to minimize the effect of the air gap between the rod and the conducting plates. The dielectric properties were computed from the resonance frequency, sample geometry and 3 dB bandwidth. The error of measurements was within ${\pm}3{\%}$ for dielectric constant and was within ${\pm}12{\%}$ for dielectric loss.

        We made densified wood pellet by hemp woody core as replacing wood resource. Hemp was separated into the bast fiber and the woody core by hot steaming treatment. The hemp woody core had a similar lignin content and carbohydrate composition with hardwood. Also, the hemp had a low ash content, which resulted in a low ash formation in pellet burning. Heating value of the hemp pellet had a very similar to the pellet made by hardwoods. The hemp woody core can replace hardwood for densified wood pelletmaking.

      • DCIPFE/DCIPFB의 합성

        1,2-Dichloro-1-iodoperfluorfluoroethane(DCIPFE)and 3,4-dichloro-l-iodoperfluorobutane(DCIPFB) were obtained by thermal syntheses in oxygen free condition. Synthesis of DCIPFE was done by the reaction of iodine monochloride with chlorotrifluoroethylene(CTFE). Two isomers of CF_2C1CFCII and CFC1_2CF_2I were obtained with the composition of 97.06 % CF_2CICFCII. DCIPFB was synthesized by radical telomerization of DCIPFE with tetrafluoroethylene(TFE). The conversion was depend on the initiator used in the reaction, but the mole ratio of the reactant to initiator did not affect the compositions of the telomers with the same reactant mole ratio. The synthesis method and the confirmation of the products by GC/MS and NMR will be described.
