        한의사 교의사업 활성화를 위한 사업 참여 공중보건한의사 대상 설문조사

        Objectives: This study provides basic data for activating the school doctor of Korean medicine (SDKM) program by conducting a questionnaire survey for public health doctor of Korean medicine (PHDKM) Methods: The survey questionnaire was produced by referring to the previous satisfaction survey studies for the Doctor of Korean medicine applying for the SDKM program (SDKMP). The survey questionnaire was composed of 10 questions regarding the satisfaction level, difficulties in progress, and suggestions for activation. The survey was conducted online for a total of 35 PHDKM applying for SDKMP, and 32 responses were collected. Results: Of the 32 subjects, 9 (28.1%) conducted the SDKMP. The total satisfaction level of the SDKMP was 3.69 ± 1.12 points. The lack of a standardized manual and information system was the most difficult in the program's progress (43.8%), followed by the bad cooperation of the public health centers (40.6%), and the lack of personal circumstances (40.6%). The establishment of a system to enlist cooperation with related institutions was suggested the most as a question for activating the SDKMP (71.9%), followed by the expansion of the SDKMP manual and guidance system (53.1%), and the expansion of publicity about SDKMP (37.5%). Conclusions: To activate the SDKMP in a public health environment, it is necessary to improve the system to enlist cooperation with related institutions. Also, the need to expand the standardized manual, the guidance system, and the education to PHDKM about SDKMP.

        총백추출물의 어린이 키 성장에 대한 유효성 및 안전성을 평가하기 위한 무작위배정, 이중눈가림, 위약 대조 인체적용시험: 인체적용시험 프로토콜

        Objectives The purpose of the study is to evaluate the safety of the Allium Fistulosum extract in children and its effectiveness in height growth. Methods This study is randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial. The participants are children between the 3rd and 25th percentiles in height, and between the ages of 5 and 12 years. They are randomly assigned to treatment group or control group. The treatment group will take 5 g (1 g as Allium Fistulosum extract) for 24 weeks, 1 time a day. The control group will take the 5 g (0 g as Allium Fistulosum extract) of placebo for 24 weeks, 1 time a day. The primary outcome is change in height, and the secondary outcomes are growth rate, height standard deviations, Insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1), Insulin-like growth factor binding protein-3 (IGFBP-3), IGF1-1/IGFBP-3 ratio, growth hormone, bone age, osteocalcin, and Z-score for growth. Results This protocol has been approved by the institutional review board (IRB) of Daejeon Korean Medicine Hospital of Daejeon University (IRB No. DJDSKH-20-BM-15), and registered in the Clinical Research Information Service (CRIS) (Registry No. KCT0005981). Conclusions This study will provide clinical information about the effectiveness and safety of Allium Fistulosum extract in children for their growth.

        소아 교통사고 환자의 한방치료 만족도 조사

        Objectives This study aims at using information about treatment satisfaction obtained from surveying pediatric traffic-accident patients to guide future improvement in the quality of traditional Korean medical services. Methods The survey included 95 pediatric patients treated for traffic-accident injuries at a traditional Korean medical institution. The questionnaire was developed from a similar satisfaction survey for adult traffic-accident patients and approved by a traditional Korean pediatrician. The year-long survey ran from April 2020 to April 2021. The collected data were analysed using t-tests, one-way analysis of variance, and cross-tabulation. Results Of the pediatric traffic-accident patients surveyed, the highest percentage of children were aged between 1 and 7 years (70.5%). Just over half the patients (55.8%) complained of sleeping difficulties, and 54.7% exhibited symptoms of anxiety and fear. Almost all the patients surveyed (97.9%) reported an improvement in their symptoms after undergoing traditional Korean medical treatment. The degree of satisfaction with the treatment correlated with the alleviation of symptoms. Approximately 83.2% of respondents reported ‘difficult-to-administer treatment for children’ and rated their satisfaction degree comparatively lower than those patients with no reported treatment difficulties. The most struggling treatment was herbal medicine (42.1%), highlighting the need for improvement in the adaptability of herbal medicine to the treatment of pediatric patients. Conclusions Treatment acceptance by pediatric traffic-accident patients affects reported treatment satisfaction. It is important to improve treatment experience and adaptability to pediatric patients to improve the perceived quality of traditional Korean medical services.       • MOSFET multivibrator의 圖式解析

        MOSFET Multivibrator에서는 트랜지스터나 진공관 Multivibrator와는 달리 導電時에도 gate 電壓이 一定히 維持되지 않기 때문에 導電時의 gate 電壓을 基準으로 해서 回路를 解析할 수는 없다. 따라서 數式的인 解析이 매우 困難하기 때문에 여기서는 比較的 簡單한 解析方式인 圖式法을 使用하였다. 즉 2個의 FET의 gate電壓 Vg1, Vg2를 座漂軸으로 잡고 이 座標上에 各 FET의 電壓利得曲線을, 그리고 이 圖表에서 FET의 動作點을 求하여 各 drain과 gate 電壓을 算出하는 方法으로 MOSFET 無安定 Multivibrator의 回路를 解析하고 이 方法에 依해서 設計하였다. In a MOSFET astable multivilvator, the gate does not hold into a constant clamp voltage during a conduction. And the analysis of the MOSFET multivibrator circuit is much more difficult than that using a transistor or electron tube. So that this paper, as a simple method, adopts the graphycal analysis as following. The voltage Vc1 and Vc2 across the coupling condensers are taken as a parameters and the voltage gain curves of the two MCOFETs are found by experiments and plotted on the coodinates of the gate voltage Vg1 and Vg2. From this diagram, the wave form of the drains and gates can be derived easily. And therefore the analysis and the design of a MOSFET astable multivibrator are performed using the diagram.

      • FDNC를 利用한 周波數 發振器 設計法 硏究

        In this paper, a novel method for designing a low frequency oscillator is proposed, by using the oscillating performance of negative conductance circuit. The circuit elements R. L. and C, which build up a negative conducatance oscillator, are converted into capacitace, resistame and FDNC respectively, by a simulation method. The negative conductance is realized by the newly designed active circuit having same characteristies as a negative resistance device, and therefore the above converted elements are employed in inductor-less RC oscillator design. R. Genin proposed the similar concept of the sinusoidal oscillator circiut in 1975, but the circuit consisted of two op amps. is so comlicated that oscillating frequency and wave form are distorted. To avoid the method, a simple and stable oscillator circiut using on op amp. a MOSFET source follower is proposed in the paper.

      • GIC 回路의 寄生容量 補償

        In this paper, a novel compensation technique to eliminate the effect of parasitic capacitances which are distributed in the GIC (Generalized Immittance Converter) circuit elements, is proposed. By using the GIC circuit, a floating inductance and capacitance are converted into the simulated inductance and FDNR, respectively, which are important elements in the design of active filters. Assuming the ideal characteristics of each element, the Q-factors of a simulated inductance and FDNR become to infinite, but practical elements reduce them noticeably because of parasitic capacitances. For obtaining high Q-factors the compensation circuit, which is newly proposed, is established in GIC circuit and the validity of the compensation is verified by experiments.
