        1~3세기 해남지역 정치체의 양상과 소국

        Haenam is a region located at a strategic point in the southernmost part of the Korean Peninsula, connecting the sea routes in the West and South Seas. Due to the convenience of its location in terms of maritime transportation, historical sites such as Hwacheon or relics like the potteries of Yayoi culture, which date back to time around 1 AD, from the shell mounds of Goongok-ri. At that time, the tombs built in the region included those with flat fronts and round rears. After the beginning of the Baekjae dynasty, human burial urns and the pottery of Mahan style were also produced, indicating that the region’s culture persisted for quite some time. Due to the tendency of the historical relics in the Haenam region, many researchers attempted to locate small kingdoms and other issues related to the earlier days of the kingdom. Most of the studies were centered around the 4th through 6th centuries, covering the interactions of the kingdom with its neighboring countries. For this reason, less attention was paid to the polities’ birth, growth, and structure in the Haenam region around 1 AD. For this reason, the researcher attempted to investigate the physical relics and historical documents from the 1st through 3rd centuries, during which time polities in the Haenam region began to appear to understand the small kingdoms that could be comparable with a polity. The shell mound groups in Goongok-ri grew based on the advantages of the convenient maritime traffic, and, with the shell mounds of Goongok-ri at its center, the 3rd century began to see the formation of polities as the relics of Boonto, Anho-ri, and Seokho-ri, as well as the relics of Shingeum, were connected with each other. When compared with the small kingdoms that appear in the Romance of Three Kingdoms (Samgookji), in terms of their structures, the shell mound in Goongok-ri is classified as a kingdom-level entity, while the relics of Boonto, Anho-ri, Seokho-ri, and Shinguem were identified as villages. In addition, the researcher investigated the small kingdoms mentioned in the Romance of Three Kingdoms to see if they could be located in the Haenam region. The Kingdom of Shinwoonshin, which was one of the four small kingdoms of ‘加優呼’ and had to be located in a place where it could participate in the trade network of China (provincial level entities) - Kingdom of Mokji - Japan, either directly or indirectly, to wield its influence upon other small kingdoms. Centered around the shell mound in Goongok-ri, the polities of the Haenam region were the polities that grew based on the sea routes of high convenience, so the researcher located the Kingdome of Shinwoonshin in the region of Haenam.

        MR Template-Based Individual Brain PET Volumes-of-Interest Generation Neither Using MR nor Using Spatial Normalization

        For more anatomically precise quantitation of mouse brain PET, spatial normalization (SN) of PET onto MR template andsubsequent template volumes-of-interest (VOIs)-based analysis are commonly used. Although this leads to dependency onthe corresponding MR and the process of SN, routine preclinical/clinical PET images cannot always afford correspondingMR and relevant VOIs. To resolve this issue, we propose a deep learning (DL)-based individual-brain-specific VOIs (i.e.,cortex, hippocampus, striatum, thalamus, and cerebellum) directly generated from PET images using the inverse-spatialnormalization(iSN)-based VOI labels and deep convolutional neural network model (deep CNN). Our technique was appliedto mutated amyloid precursor protein and presenilin-1 mouse model of Alzheimer’s disease. Eighteen mice underwentT2-weighted MRI and 18F FDG PET scans before and after the administration of human immunoglobin or antibody-basedtreatments. To train the CNN, PET images were used as inputs and MR iSN-based target VOIs as labels. Our devised methodsachieved decent performance in terms of not only VOI agreements (i.e., Dice similarity coefficient) but also the correlationof mean counts and SUVR, and CNN-based VOIs was highly accordant with ground-truth (the corresponding MR and MRtemplate-based VOIs). Moreover, the performance metrics were comparable to that of VOI generated by MR-based deepCNN. In conclusion, we established a novel quantitative analysis method both MR-less and SN-less fashion to generateindividual brain space VOIs using MR template-based VOIs for PET image quantification.

      • 내독소로 유발된 선택적 간 부분 괴사 모델과 Prostaglandin의 역할에 대하여

        근래에 Shwartzman 반응이 특정 장기 수준에서도 일어난다는 장기성 Shwartzman 반응에 대한 보고들이 있다. Shwartzman 반응은 대체로 섬유소성 미세 혈전에 의한 허혈성 상해로 알려지고 있는 실정이나, 또 한편에서는 내독소에 의한 간세포의 상해가 허혈성이 아닌 침윤한 호중구 또는 Kupffer 세포등을 비롯한 단핵탐식구계 세포의 역할도 주장되고 있다. 본 연구는 간에 Shwartzman 반응으로 선택적 부분 괴사를 일으키고, 여기에 최근 cytoprotector로 알려지고 있는 prostaglandin E_2(PGE_2)의 역할을 알아보기 위해 시도되었다. 선택적 부분 괴사를 일으키기 위해 준비주사로 토끼에 우외엽 문맥분지에 내독소를 Lipiodol에 혼합하여 내독소가 0.2㎎의 양이 되도록 투여하고 24시간 후에 이개정맥을 통해 생리식염수에 녹인 내독소를 체중 1㎏당 20ng이 되돌 갛여 주사하였다. 일부의 동물들은 이에 더하여 heparin, PGE_2, indomethacin을 병용 투여하였다. 야기 주사가 끝난 후 24시간 후에 동물을 도살하여 육안, 광학 및 전자현미경으로 관찰하였던 바 그 성적을 다음과 같다. 실험동물은 준비주사후 야기주사 전에 2마리, 야기주사후 5마리, indomethacin 투여 군에서 1리, 마취사고로 4마리가 사망하였다. 육안적으로 모든 실험군에서 우외엽에 국한된 선택적 부분 괴사를 만드는데 성공하였다. 괴사의 범위는 다른 처치를 하지 않고 준비 및 야기 주사만 한 군에서 가장 광범위하였고, heparin을 투여한 군에서 가장 경하였으며, 다음으로 야기주사로 생리식염수를 주입한 군, PGE_2 투여군, indomethacin 투여군의 순이었다. 광학현미경적 소견상 괴사는 염증이 동반되지 않는 응고괴사와 염증이 동반되고 액화괴사까지 보이는 염증성 괴사를 나타내었고, 비염증성 응고괴사는 대체로 간소엽 중심대를 차지하는 허혈성 상해로 해석된 반면, 염증성 괴사는 특정 지역에 관계없이 혈관 주변 또는 간소엽에 흩어져 있어 이는 국소에 침윤한 호중구나 단핵탐식구 또는 Kupffer 새포에 의한 괴사로 인정되었다. 다른 처치를 하지 않은 동물에서는 모든 유형의 괴사가 다 나타났으며, heparin을 처리한 군에서는 대체로 염증성 괴사를 PGE_2를 투여한 군에서는 대체로 응고성 괴사를 나타내는 경향을 보였다. Indomethacin은 응고성 괴사 및 염증성 괴사 모두를 나타내었으나 그 정도는 다른 처치를 하지 않은 군에 비해 경한 편이었다. 전자현미경적 소견상 유동은 섬유소 미세혈전을 위시한 세포파괴물질등으로 폐색되는 경향을 보였고, Kupffer 세포의 비대 및 활성화의 소견을 나타내었다. 특이한 변화로서는 간세포의 dropout이었는데 그 주변에는 염증세포의 존재가 인정되었다. 이상의 성적에서 Shwartzman 반응을 이용한간 부분 괴사는 허혈성 상해와 활성화된 호중구 및 단핵탐시국에 의한 상해의 두가지 기전이 있다고 생각되며, heparin은 허혈성 상해를, PGE_2는 염증세포성 상해를 어느 정도 억제할 수 있다고 생각된다. Recently, organ-specific Shwartzman reaction was appeared in the literatures. Shwartzman reaction have thought to be ischemic injury by fibrin thrombi formation in small vessels. But in some part the participation of cellular elements, such as Kupffer cells and infiltrated neutrophilc and mononuclear phagocytic cells. This study was carried out to induce a selective liver necrosis by Shwartzman mechanism and to investigate the rele of prostaglandin E_2. known to be a cytoprotector, on the endotoxin liver injury. Challenge doses of 0.2㎎ of endotoxin emulsified in Lipiodol were given to right lateral lobe of rabbits via portal vein and provocation doses of 0.02㎎/Kg via ear vein 24 hours later(Group 1). Some of the animals received additionally heparin(Group 2), PGE_2 (Group 3) and indomethacin injection (Group 4), respectively. Control group(Group 5) received only saline for provocation. Livers were extracted out 24 hours after last injections and examined by gross, light and electron microscopes. The results were summarized as follow : Four animals were died during operation : two animals after challenge injection; five animals in Group 1; and one animals in Group 4. Grossly selective liver necroses were found on the right lateral lobe sparing other lobes in all animal groups. The extent of necroses were most severs in Group 1 animals '. Next in order of Group 4, Group 3, Group 2 and Group 5. Light microscopic examination revealed two types of necrosis, pure coagulation necrosis without inflammatory changes and those associated with massive inflammatory infilration and liquefaction necrosis. Both type of necroses was found in Group 1 animals, while inflammatory type predominated in Group 2 and coagulation type in GroGp 3. Group 4 animals showed approximately equal degree of changes of both type of necrosis, but milder than Group 1. Electon microscpic examination showed occlusions of sinusoid by fibrin thrombi, necrotic cellular debris, inflammatory infiltrates and hypertrophied Kupffer cells. Kupffer cells were enlarged and activated with formation of cytoplasmic processes. Drop out necrosis were noted in the liver cells near the inflammatory infiltrates. The results suggested that endotoxin provokes two mechanisms of liver cell necrosis : ischemic and cellular. Heparin may reduce ischemic injury and PGE_2 may decrease injury exerted from inflammatory cells.

        캐릭터 중심의 전통시장 브랜드 재활성화 전략에 관한 연구- 경기도 수원 조원시장 브랜드 리뉴얼 사례를 중심으로 -

        정부차원의 지속적인 지원에도 부진을 거듭하고 있는 전통시장의 활성화를 위하여 캐릭터를 활용하여 브랜드를 개발하고, 이에 대한 브랜드 전략을 제시함으로써 시장 발전 및 지역상생이 본 연구의 목적이다. 이를 위하여 시장상인 및 소비자를 대상으로 인터뷰와 설문조사를 진행하였고, 시장의 현황 및 SWOT분석, 소비자 분석, 기존 시장의 브랜드 적용 현황을 분석하였다. 이를 디자인 방향의 기초자료로 활용하여 제안하고 시장의 브랜드 재활성화를 위하여 스토리텔링을 통한 인지성, 소비자 참여를 위한 개방성, 시장 환경에 맞추어진 확장성으로 전략을 제시하고, 만족도 조사를 통하여 검증을 진행하였다. 전통시장 브랜드 재활성화를 위해서는 첫째, 브랜드를 지속적으로 소비자에게 인식시키기 위하여 스토리텔링 활용의 중요성을 인지할 수 있었다. 둘째, 브랜드 홍보를 위한 캐릭터 포토 존 설치, 이벤트 확대를 통한 SNS 등과 연계한 소비자 참여 유도는 시장 활성화 및 젊은 층 유입에 효과가 있었다. 셋째, 시장 공공환경에 캐릭터 중심의 브랜드 아이덴티티의 일관된 적용은 친숙함을 통한 브랜드 인지도 확장 공간으로 활용되고 시장 특화 제품 개발은 브랜드 인지도를 높이는 유용한 전략이 될 수 있었다. 이는 시장 브랜드의 가치 상승과 지역 상생 및 소비자 만족도 향상에 기여할 수 있었고, 제시된 전략이 전통시장 활성화와 브랜드 개발전략 가이드라인으로 더욱 보완되고 발전되기를 기대한다. To vitalize traditional markets, which have been in an increasing state of stagnation despite continued support of government dimensions, character-utilizing brands were developed and related brand strategies were presented for market developments and regional co-prosperity. Interviews and surveys were conducted on market traders and consumers and market condition and SWOT analysis were conducted along with consumer analysis and analysis on brand application conditions of existing markets. This was used and presented as base material of design directions and strategies were proposed for the revitalization of market brands using awareness through storytelling, openness for consumer participation, and expansion suited to market environments, and verification was made through satisfaction surveys. For the brand revitalization of traditional markets, first, recognition was made of the importance of storytelling utilization to allow for continual consumer brand awareness. Second, consumer participation connected with social network services and character photo-zone installations for brand promotions had market vitalization effects along with effects inducing the inflow of younger consumers. Third, the consistent application of character-focused brand identity in public market environments allowed them to be utilized as spaces for brand awareness expansion through familiarity and the product development of specialized market products served as a useful strategy that heightened brand expandability.

        Effects of changes in neighbourhood environment due to the CPTED project on residents’ social activities and sense of community: a case study on the Cheonan Safe Village Project in Korea

        The purpose of this study is to analyse the effects of changes in neighbourhood environment due to the Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) project on residents’ social activities and sense of community through a case study of Cheonan Safe Village Project. The study conducted an observing survey and questionnaire survey in order to collect data, and a total of 314 residents’ social activities and 502 surveys were used in analysis. The analysis results can be summarized as follows. First, after the CPTED project, residents’ social activities showed a sustained increase. Compared to before the project, social activities increased by 30.5% immediately after project completion, and by 90.4% at the 1 year after completing the project. Regarding different types of social activities, greetings and conversations between neighbours and children’s play activities showed a sustained increase around the areas where the physical environment changed due to the CPTED project. Second, compared to before the project, the changes perceived in characteristics of the neighbourhood environment showed a 13.7–18.5% increase in the quality of the pedestrian environment, 13.4–24.8% decrease in neighbourhood disorder and 12.7–21.9% decrease in fear of crime. Also, the sense of community increased by 5.4–7.9% after the CPTED project. Third, neighbourhood disorder, fear of crime and participation in neighbourhood activities were significantly correlated with a sense of community of residents. These results suggest the changes in the neighbourhood environment due to the CPTED project, combined with resident participation in neighbourhood activities, had positive effects on improving the sense of community and social ties among community members. The above results shows that changes in neighbourhood environment due to the CPTED project have a positive impact on residents’ social activities and sense of community as well as local crime safety.

        명화를 활용한 집단미술치료 효과에 대한 메타분석

        본 연구는 명화를 활용한 집단미술치료의 효과를 규명하고자 선행연구들을 대상으로 메타분석을 실시하 였다. 2010년부터 2021년까지의 국내 학술지 논문 및 학위논문 9편을 대상으로 랜덤효과모형을 바탕으로 효과크 기를 산출했다. 또한 연구참여자의 발달단계, 프로그램의 1회당 시간, 프로그램의 회기 수, 집단원 수, 종속변인(회 복탄력성, 정서지능, 우울감, 사회성)에 대한 효과크기를 산출했다. 전체 효과크기는 g=1.18로, Cohen(1988)이 제 시한 기준에 따르면 큰 효과크기를 나타냈다. 즉, 명화를 이용한 집단미술치료 프로그램은 유의미하게 큰 효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 연구참여자가 유치원생(g=2.06)이거나 초등학생(g=1.20)인 경우 효과크기가 크게 나 타났다. 프로그램의 회기 수가 13회 이상 15회 이하(g=2.47)일 때, 그보다 적은 회기 수를 진행할 때에 비해 높은 효과크기를 보였다. In this study, a meta-analysis was performed on previous studies to investigate the effect of group art therapy using famous paintings. Effect sizes were calculated based on the random effect model for 9 domestic journal papers and dissertations from 2010 to 2021. In addition, effect sizes were calculated according to the study participants' developmental stage, length of program, number of program sessions, number of group members, and dependent variables (resilience, emotional intelligence, depression, sociality). The overall effect size was g=1.18, which showed a large effect size according to the criteria suggested by Cohen (1988). That is, the group art therapy program using famous paintings was found to have a significantly large effect. Also, the effect size was large when the subjects were kindergarten students (g=2.06) or elementary school students (g=1.20). When the number of sessions was 13 or more and 15 or less (g=2.47), a higher effect size was shown than that of fewer sessions.
