        3-AP로 인한 소뇌병변 흰쥐에서 운동과 저출력 레이저가 행동변화에 미치는 영향

        The purposes of this study were to test the effects of the low power laser and exercise on the recovery in the cerebellar injured rats by 3-Acetylpyridine. Cerebellar injury was induced by 3-Acetylpyridine chemoablation of the inferior olive. Thirty Sprague-Dawley rats were assigned to the normal control and 3AP control and 3 experimental groups. Each experimental group was treated from 5 days after being injured for the 5 min(laser group), 10 min(exercise group) and 15min(exercise with laser) everyday during the 2 weeks. The Hindlimb splay test, Vestibular drop test, Hindlimb stride width test, Maximal Height Vertical Jump test were examined at pre-treatment on 1st day and 5th, 10th, 14th days after treatment on the cerebellar injured rats by 3AP. The results of this experiment were as follows; There were significantly increased exercise on the 3 experimental groups comparied with the 3AP control group, in the Hindlimb splay test, Vestibular drop test, Hindlimb stride width test, and Maximal Height Jump test(P<.05).

        순환운동이 뇌졸중 후 우울증 환자의 뇌 세로토닌 합성에 미치는 영향

        PURPOSE: The purpose of present study was to determine effects of circuit class training (CCT) on the synthesis of central serotonin in people with post-stroke depression. METHODS: Forty patients with mild post-stroke depression were participated in current study. All subjects were assigned to two groups of CCT (circuit class training) group and SW (stretching and weight shifting) group. Both groups were performed for 80 minutes. The change of blood f-Trp, BCAAs, f-Trp/BCAAs and serotonin according to period training time were examined and the following results were obtained. RESULTS: In the CCT group, f-Trp, BCAAs, and f-Trp/BCAAs increased according to the time point. However, after 24 hour of circuit class training, all of these were significantly decreased by those before training. The change in blood levels of serotonin was the highest in immediately after the training in the CCT group while it was not changed significantly in the SW group. CONCLUSION: It can be seen that CCT can change the serotonin level and have an effect on the synthesis of central serotonin in people with post-stroke depression.

        운동과 저출력 레이저가 말초신경손상 흰쥐의 CAMP와 조직학적 변화에 미치는 영향

        This study was performed to investigate the effects of low-power Helium Neon Infra Red(He-Ne IR)laser irradiation and exercise on the regeneration of experimentally cut sciatic nerve in rats. The thrity Sprague-Dawley adult mail rats were assigned to the 6 groups : normal group(1), injured control groups(2), experimental groups(3). There was made artificial injured in the sciatic nerve of rats the each experimental laser group and exercise group were treated from 3 days after being injured for the 5 minutes(laser group), 10 minutes(exercise group), and 15 minutes(exercise and laser group) everyday during 2 weeks. There were measured the changes of amplitude of compound muscle action potential and histological change by the light microscopy on the sciatic nerve injured rats. The results obtained as follows : 1. In the control groups, the regeneration were slowly and slightlly progressed to compared with the experimental groups. Inflammation were much more observed, and fibrous adhesion was also observed around the sutured region of the cut sciatic nerve. 2. The amplitude of compound muscle action potential in the experimental groups were significantly increased to the injured control groups at 1 week(p<.05). The compound muscle action potential of the exercise and lased group was significantly decreased to be similar to normal group at 2 weeks(p<.05). 3. In histologic finding, in the experimental groups were observed the proliferation of the schwann cells, the infiltration of inflammatory cells and the extent of destruction at adjacent tissue were remarkably decreased on the 2 weeks. From these experimental results, it may be suggested that the laser and exercise were effected the heeling process of peripheral nerve injuried rats.

        8주간의 밸런스 트레이닝이 뇌졸중 환자의 우울척도 및 세로토닌에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 만성기 뇌졸중 환자들을 대상으로 8주간 균형운동이 뇌졸중 후 우울증의 개선과 우울증과 관계있는 세로토닌에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 가를 알아보기 위하여 연구의 목적에 부합되는 뇌졸중 환자 21명을 선별하여 무작위로 9명의 운동군과 12명의 대조군을 선정하여 매회 50분간, 주 3회, 8주간의 밸런스 트레이닝을 실시하였고 트레이닝 전과 후에 각 그룹의 Berk Depression Inventory(BDI)검사와, 세로토닌을 측정하여 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 8주간의 밸런스 트레이닝 후 BDI 검사의 점수는 대조군과 운동군 모두에서 낮아졌지만 운동군에서 유의하게 낮아져 밸런스 트레이닝이 뇌졸중 환자의 우울증상 개선에 효과가 있었으며 세로토닌은 대조군에서 낮아졌지만 운동군에서는 유의하게 높아져 밸런스 트레이닝이 뇌졸중 환자의 세로토닌을 증가시키는데 효과가 있었다. 이와 같은 결과는 결국 뇌졸중 후의 재활치료과정에서 물리치료와 병행하여 밸런스 트레이닝을 실시하는 것이 환자들의 우울증상 개선에 보다 효과적이라는 것을 나타낸 것이라 할 수 있다. 향후 연구에서는 우울검사 뿐만 아니라 보행과 같이 중앙 패턴 발생기를 이용한 반복적이고 지속적인 동작과 관련된 연구도 진행되어야 할 필요성을 가지고 있다. The objective of this study was to evaluate the group balance training on the depression and the changes of serum serotonin levels in people with chronic hemiparetic stoke. Twenty-one chronic stroke patients who were hopitalized in Busan D Medical Center were selected by the inclusion criteria and were randomly assigned to either a control group(n=9) or an experimental group(n=12). Data for the following outcome measure were obtained before and after exercise: Berk Depression Inventory(BDI), serum serotonin levels. The results of this study were as follows: 1) After the group balance training, serum serotonin levels were significantly increased in experimental group compared with the control group. 2) After the group balance training, depression were significantly decreased in experimental group compared with the control group. In summary, these findings could feasibly be a valuable data for improvement of the balance, depression. More future studies will be needed for the group balance training in people with chronic hemiparetic stoke.

        물리치료사 업무 특성과 근골격계 질환 예방을 위한 관심도 연구

        Background and Purpose. Physical therapists are at risk for work-related musculoskeletal disorders (WMSDs). Little understand the characteristics of work in physical therapist or the effort they take to prevent injury. The purpose of this study was to investigate the characteristics of work in physical therapist and the efforts for prevent injury Subjects. Standardized questionnaire was administered to 103 physical therapist in Pusan association. Methods. An questionnaire was given to each subject. Questions investigated the characteristics of work in physical therapist, efforts and caring of injury prevention. Chi-square Test used to assess the association of general characteristics with the characteristics of work in physical therapist. AVONA and T-test used to assess the association of efforts of prevent injury in independent variable Results. Physical therapist was reported a higher prevalence of WMSDs in most body areas. These attributes sometimes resulted in behaviors that contributed to the development of their WMSDs.

        8주간의 균형운동 프로그램이 뇌졸중 환자의 균형능력에 미치는 영향

        The objective of this study was to evaluate the group balance training on the changes of balance performance in people with chronic hemiparetic stoke. Chronic stroke patients who were hospitalized in Busan D Medical Center were selected by the inclusion criteria and were randomly assigned to either a control group(n=9) or an experimental group(n=12). Date for the following outcome measures were obtained before and after exercise : Berg Balance Scale(BBS), Time “Up & GO” Test(TUG), BDI, and Myoeletrical activity. The results of this study were as follows: 1) After the group balance training, the BBS scores were not significantly improved in the experimental group compared with the control group while significant improvements in TUG scores did occur in the experimental group compared with the control group. 2) Muscle activities in external oblique, gluteus medius, vastus medialis and tibialis anterior were a significantly interaction between the experimental group and control group. From these results of this study, the group balance training for 8 weeks has an positive effect on the balance performance as well as muscle activities in people with chronic hemiparetic stoke.

        컴퓨터 상호작용 운동 프로그램이 만성 뇌졸중 환자의 균형에 미치는 영향

        Purpose:The purpose of this study was to examine the feasibility and efficiency of balance training program through an interactive video game regimen in people with chronic stroke. Methods:Thirty patients with chronic hemiparetic stroke were recruited. Participants were randomly assigned to either a control group (n=15) or an experimental group (n=15). The control group received the general physical therapy including of strengthening and balance exercise five times a week whereas the experimental group received a program of balance exercise with video game play based on virtual reality as well as the same typical physical therapy. The experimental group received 6 sessions for four weeks. Each session was given 5 minutes. An interactive computer game exercise regimen lasted 30 minutes without rest periods. Outcome measures for weight transfer to paretic side, non-paretic side and sit-squat-speed, sit-squat-length, sit-to-standspeed and sit-to-stand-area for the control group (n=15) and experimental group (n=15) before and after treatment were obtained by using the biorescure. Results:Outcomes demonstrated significant improvement in the experimental group compared with the control group in weight transfer to paretic side, non-paretic side and sit-squat-speed, sit-squat-length, sit-to-stand-speed. No significant training effect was showed in sit-to-stand-area between pretraining and post-training. Conclusion:An interactive computer game exercise based on task oriented approach for balance in chronic stroke were feasible. In other words, This regimen resulted in a greater improvement in dynamic balance for people with chronic stroke.
