        3-AP로 인한 소뇌병변 흰쥐에서 운동과 저출력 레이저가 행동변화에 미치는 영향

        The purposes of this study were to test the effects of the low power laser and exercise on the recovery in the cerebellar injured rats by 3-Acetylpyridine. Cerebellar injury was induced by 3-Acetylpyridine chemoablation of the inferior olive. Thirty Sprague-Dawley rats were assigned to the normal control and 3AP control and 3 experimental groups. Each experimental group was treated from 5 days after being injured for the 5 min(laser group), 10 min(exercise group) and 15min(exercise with laser) everyday during the 2 weeks. The Hindlimb splay test, Vestibular drop test, Hindlimb stride width test, Maximal Height Vertical Jump test were examined at pre-treatment on 1st day and 5th, 10th, 14th days after treatment on the cerebellar injured rats by 3AP. The results of this experiment were as follows; There were significantly increased exercise on the 3 experimental groups comparied with the 3AP control group, in the Hindlimb splay test, Vestibular drop test, Hindlimb stride width test, and Maximal Height Jump test(P<.05).

        운동과 저출력 레이저가 말초신경손상 흰쥐의 CAMP와 조직학적 변화에 미치는 영향

        This study was performed to investigate the effects of low-power Helium Neon Infra Red(He-Ne IR)laser irradiation and exercise on the regeneration of experimentally cut sciatic nerve in rats. The thrity Sprague-Dawley adult mail rats were assigned to the 6 groups : normal group(1), injured control groups(2), experimental groups(3). There was made artificial injured in the sciatic nerve of rats the each experimental laser group and exercise group were treated from 3 days after being injured for the 5 minutes(laser group), 10 minutes(exercise group), and 15 minutes(exercise and laser group) everyday during 2 weeks. There were measured the changes of amplitude of compound muscle action potential and histological change by the light microscopy on the sciatic nerve injured rats. The results obtained as follows : 1. In the control groups, the regeneration were slowly and slightlly progressed to compared with the experimental groups. Inflammation were much more observed, and fibrous adhesion was also observed around the sutured region of the cut sciatic nerve. 2. The amplitude of compound muscle action potential in the experimental groups were significantly increased to the injured control groups at 1 week(p<.05). The compound muscle action potential of the exercise and lased group was significantly decreased to be similar to normal group at 2 weeks(p<.05). 3. In histologic finding, in the experimental groups were observed the proliferation of the schwann cells, the infiltration of inflammatory cells and the extent of destruction at adjacent tissue were remarkably decreased on the 2 weeks. From these experimental results, it may be suggested that the laser and exercise were effected the heeling process of peripheral nerve injuried rats.

        8주간의 균형운동 프로그램이 뇌졸중 환자의 균형능력에 미치는 영향

        The objective of this study was to evaluate the group balance training on the changes of balance performance in people with chronic hemiparetic stoke. Chronic stroke patients who were hospitalized in Busan D Medical Center were selected by the inclusion criteria and were randomly assigned to either a control group(n=9) or an experimental group(n=12). Date for the following outcome measures were obtained before and after exercise : Berg Balance Scale(BBS), Time “Up & GO” Test(TUG), BDI, and Myoeletrical activity. The results of this study were as follows: 1) After the group balance training, the BBS scores were not significantly improved in the experimental group compared with the control group while significant improvements in TUG scores did occur in the experimental group compared with the control group. 2) Muscle activities in external oblique, gluteus medius, vastus medialis and tibialis anterior were a significantly interaction between the experimental group and control group. From these results of this study, the group balance training for 8 weeks has an positive effect on the balance performance as well as muscle activities in people with chronic hemiparetic stoke.

        컴퓨터 상호작용 운동 프로그램이 만성 뇌졸중 환자의 균형에 미치는 영향

        Purpose:The purpose of this study was to examine the feasibility and efficiency of balance training program through an interactive video game regimen in people with chronic stroke. Methods:Thirty patients with chronic hemiparetic stroke were recruited. Participants were randomly assigned to either a control group (n=15) or an experimental group (n=15). The control group received the general physical therapy including of strengthening and balance exercise five times a week whereas the experimental group received a program of balance exercise with video game play based on virtual reality as well as the same typical physical therapy. The experimental group received 6 sessions for four weeks. Each session was given 5 minutes. An interactive computer game exercise regimen lasted 30 minutes without rest periods. Outcome measures for weight transfer to paretic side, non-paretic side and sit-squat-speed, sit-squat-length, sit-to-standspeed and sit-to-stand-area for the control group (n=15) and experimental group (n=15) before and after treatment were obtained by using the biorescure. Results:Outcomes demonstrated significant improvement in the experimental group compared with the control group in weight transfer to paretic side, non-paretic side and sit-squat-speed, sit-squat-length, sit-to-stand-speed. No significant training effect was showed in sit-to-stand-area between pretraining and post-training. Conclusion:An interactive computer game exercise based on task oriented approach for balance in chronic stroke were feasible. In other words, This regimen resulted in a greater improvement in dynamic balance for people with chronic stroke.
