Background : Paeonia japonica Miyabe is a medicinal plant which has been widely used as a component of blood-building decoctions (Chinese medicinal concept : Bu-Xie). The immunopharmacological characteristics of the extract of Paeonia japonica (PJ) were investigated. Methods : The effects of fractions of PJ extract on lymphocyte proliferation were measured by $H^3$-thymidine incorporation assay. The proliferated lymphocyte subsets were analyzed in flow cytometry. The subset cell populations of spleen cells were separated by magnetic cell separation system, and their proliferation by the extract were investigated. The effect of the extract on antibody production was determined in mice challenged with sheep red blood cells (SRBC) using hemolytic plaque forming cell assay. Results : Spleen cells were proliferated by water extract of PJ. Polysaccharide fraction (PJ-P) of the extract was most active in the proliferation. It was found in flow cytometry that the lymphocyte subset proliferated by PJ-P was B cell population. Among the separated subset cell populations, T cell-depleted cell population and macrophage-depleted cell population were most proliferated by PJ-P. However, positively selected populations of B cells and T cells were not proliferated by PJ-P. These results indicate that B cell proliferation by PJ-P may require the assistance of macrophages or T cells. These results suggest that firstly PJ-P may stimulate macrophages or T cells, and then B cells are activated. The number of antibody-secreting cells was increased by administration of PJ-P in mice immunized with SRBC as a T-dependent antigen. Conclusion : These results suggest that macrophages and accessory cells are directly activated by PJ-P and then helper T cells and B cells are indirectly activated. As the results, immune responses might be coordinately improved. In conclusion, PJ-P, a polysaccharide of P. japonica, may be a characteristic immunostimulator, which is analogous to polysaccharides such as lentinan, PSK and ginsan.

클러스터 기반 라우팅 프로토콜(CBRP, Cluster-Based Routing Protocol)은 각 클러스터 내에 클러스터 헤더를 선출하고, 그 클러스터 헤더는 모든 이동 노드들을 관리, 운영하기 때문에 전력 소모가 심하게 일어나게 된다. 기존의 CBRP는 각 노드의 잔여전력량을 고려하지 않고 헤더를 임의로 선출하기 때문에 클러스터 헤더의 평균 수명이 짧아지고 이로인해 빈번하게 다른 헤더를 선출해야 하는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 클러스터 헤더를 선출할 때 클러스터 내 각 노드의 잔여전력량을 비교하여 잔여전력량이 가장 많은 노드를 클러스터 헤더로 선출하여 클러스터의 수명과 네트워크 전체의 수명을 연장시키면서 경로의 안정성을 높이는 개선된 프로토콜을 제안한다. In the Cluster-Based Routing Protocol (CBRP) a cluster header in each cluster should be elected. The cluster headers consume energy much more than other nodes because they manage and operate all of mobile nodes in their cluster. The traditional CBRP elects a cluster header without considering the remaining electric energy of each node. So, there exists problems that the cluster header has short average lifetime, and another cluster header should be elected again frequently. In this paper, we propose the improved protocol which prolongs the lifetime of the cluster header and enhances the stability of the path. In order to achieve this, when a cluster header is elected in a cluster, the remaining electric energies of all the nodes are compared with one another, and the node with the highest energy is elected as the cluster header.

In this study, the preparation characteristics of cream cheese added mousse cake which can easily be accessible among the mousse cakes, have drawn a lot of attention from the modern people, However, there have been a lack of studies that focused on the manufacturing of the mousse cake with a various added proportion rates of main ingredients, fresh cream in mousse cake by 0%, 25%, 35%, 45%, and 55%. While the sugar concentration has increased, except for the control group, there is no significant difference. In case of chromaticity, it has shown high level at L values. In addition, values have shown bigger values as increasing the added amount, and b values have shown smaller values as increasing the added amount. For moisture content, it has shown as steadily increasing by heightening the added amount of cream cheese. For texture, CM3 added by 35% in all the items, except for hardness, has shown the best result and CM3 added by all 35% in all the items, has also been evaluated as highest. Based on all the results, it can be concluded that the addition of cream cheese by 35% to fresh cream is most appropriate, on manufacturing the cream cheese mousse cake.
에너지 규제를 고려한 환경효율성 측정: 중국의 30개성을 대상으로

The purpose of this paper is to estimate the environment efficiency under the regulation and non-regulation of energy focusing on China`s 30 provinces for 2001-2009. Considering the energy and pollution disposability by non-parametric approach, we calculate input efficiencies including energy consumption and emissions of pollutants (COD, CO2, SOx), Comparing environmental efficiencies without and with energy regulation in Chinese provinces, two environmental efficiencies showed a little differences in COD and SOx pollutants, but did not reveal a distinction in CO2. It implies that while the regulation for SOx and COD has been strengthened, that of CO2 has relatively not been changed.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the trends, research methodology and findings of various researches on family resilience published in Korea over the past 13 years. A total of 93 publications related to family resilience between 1999 and June of 2012 were analyzed; 72 journal articles and 21 doctoral dissertations which had not been published in academic journals. The results are as follows; (1) There has been steady increase in the number of related researches since 1999, with a significant increase since the mid-2000s as various nontraditional families emerged and the perception of family problems began to change. (2) With regards to the methodology, the majority of the studies were empirical, using quantitative methods in both data collection and analysis. Most measurement scales employed were based on inventories developed by foreign researchers. (3) The research subjects encompass a wide range of individuals and groups from both vulnerable families and families from the general population. Additionally, some researches focused on special interest areas including program development & evaluation and scale development. Although research on family resilience has increased in quantity, there needs to be more qualitative, longitudinal and theory grounded studies on different families and individual types to better understand family resilience in depth. In addition, specific measurement scales reflecting the unique Korean family culture should be developed. Other challenges and suggestions for future research on family resilience are discussed.

The purpose of this study is to emphasize the form and peculiarity of modern dance. First of all, the peculiarity of modern dance is the movement. Second, it is the metakinesis and dynamism. And the metakinesis and dynamism has to include the metaphysics. And the form of modern dance is the time, space and dynamism as the character of material(theme). Moreover it has the relationship of modern dance and appreciator. Finally, the modern dance is understood as the art of movement through the unit of such elements: the movement, dynamism, metakinesis and time, space.
