Among several strategies to attract audiences for the dance performing art industry, this study tried to contribute to giving a less burden on economical expenses; analyzing a few components of the flyers using the most useful printed medias as a promotional media; verifying the effectiveness with the promotional materials made from modern dancer`s view; finding out the effective motive causes that audiences are thinking about; making more effective promotional materials to find out more effective promotional materials that audiences prefer and tat induces the watching motives causes of the promotional materials ; thus investigating display methods. The results induced from this study are as follows: First, the effective medias to advertisement dance performances are via internet and sky waves, and for printed medias, poster effective is high and as the higher they are at age, the more effect it may have. Second, for preferred colors in promotional posters, primary colors are highest in the effectiveness - a man prefers achromatic colors whereas a woman likes complementary colours. Third, the lower they are at age, the more various colors we should use, and the higher they are at age, the simpler way they should the promotional materials. Fourth, proper exposures bring in a promotional effect, and the more exposure to man audiences we try, the better responses they may give. Fifth, as for promotional posters and screens, technical poses and actions are effective and in case we aim at students(teens), constructing the promotional activity with expression actions are more successful. Sixth, as for flyers, in case of aiming at younger ages, visits to dense population areas are effective, and at older ages it is better to conduct DB marketing by visiting them.

자유주제 : 해월헌(海月軒) 황여일(黃汝一)의 은차록(銀차錄) 연구(硏究)

본고에서는 해월 황여일의 은사록 을 저본으로 삼아 그 특징적 면모를 살펴보았다. 사행제도는 문서전달이라는 기본 성격에 의해 운영되었고, 개별 사행원들이 타국에서 보고 들은 것을 다양한 기록으로 남겨 전해졌다. 이 사행기록들은 사행목적과 사행원들의 임무에 따라 각각 다른 성격을 띠고 있어 이를 통해 조선시대의 대외인식 그리고 문화교류에 대한 모습을 알 수 있다는 점에서 아주 중요한 자료이다. 은사록 은 1598년 ‘丁應泰의 誣告事件’을 해결하기 위하여 명으로 다녀온 海月黃汝一의 사행기록물이다. 해월은 당시 7여년동안 진행되는 전란속에서 사행을 다녀왔기 때문에 은사록 곳곳에서 사명완수를 위한 결의와 고국의 안위와 백성에 대한 연민의 정을 표현한 곳을 곳곳에서 찾아 볼 수 있었는데 기존의 사행에 비하면 사회적 배경에 따라 우국충정과 애민의식이 중요한 비중을 차지하고 있다. 또한 해월은 유적지에서 尊明攘夷의식을 표출하였는데 명에 대한 尊慕하는 마음과 오랑캐에 대한 부정적인 역사관을 드러내고 있다. 사행문학의 특징으로는 15∼16세기에 韻文體로 기록되던 형식이 17세기부터는 기존의 韻文體형식에서 탈피하여 18세기부터는 본격적으로 日記體로 기록되었다는 점이다. 은사록 은 운문체에서 일기체로 변화하는 과도기에 전해지는 작품으로 한시와 일기가 혼합되어 구성되어 있다. 은사록 의 일기체의 표현 방식은 여정에 따라 순차적으로 서술하면서 단순히 날짜에 따른 시간적인 순서보다는 사건을 중심으로 논리에 맞게 서술하여 사건에 대한 진위여부를 더욱 생생하게 접근하고 있다. 은사록 의 이러한 구성은 이전 시기의 사행기록에 비하면 형식과 내용에 있어서 양적이나 질적으로 완성도가 높고, 후일 사행에 있어 선구자적 작품으로 문학적 의의가 크며, 은사록 을 통해서 朝·明관계에 중대한 변화를 끼쳤던 요소를 짐작해볼 수 있다. The purpose of this study is to clarify the character of Haewolheon(海月軒), Hwan gyeo-il(黃汝一)‘s Eunsarok(銀차錄). The record of envoy``s travel is a literature on it that the envoy left after travel to Beijing. The institution of envoy``s travel is operated basically by means of a document transfer, moreover an each envoy left various records according to their seeing and hearing in the foreign country. Eunsarok is the records of envoy``s travel which Hwan gyeo-il wrote after visiting Ming Dynasty with aims on the dealing with an affair of false accusation. Since the envoy``s travel was completed during the war time Eunsarok contains not only the resolution for fulfilment of their mission but sympathy for people and patriotic sentiments. Also, while Hwan gyeo-il visits Ming``s historic sites, he expresses admiration for Mying Dynasty and a negative view of the history. Eunsarok, written at a transition period in which a poetical style was replaced with a diary stly, is composed of a mixed form of Chinese poem and a diary. The method of expression of Eunsarok as a form of diary style describes events in consecutive order. Meanwhile it also depicts things centered around the events in a logical order as well. Therefore it conveys authenticity and progress concerning the events more vividly. It might be said that Eunsarok``s such an organizing way compared to the previous one has its high completeness in the form and content. The fact that the new method of organizing of Eunsarok is evaluated as a pioneer work at a later date in the records of envoy``s travel is of great literary significance. Also, it can be a significant source of the decisive factors which brought about important changes in the relationship with Mying.

Patients with the nephrotic syndrome are at risk of developing thromboembolic complications. Much evidence suggests that a hypercoagulable state exists in the setting of the nephrotic syndrome, but the exact mechanisms are poorly understood. The nephrotic syndrome associated with portal vein thrombosis is relatively uncommon. We experienced a case of minimal change nephrotic syndrome presented as portal vein thrombosis and acute renal failure. On renal biopsy, electron microscopic examination reveals diffuse foot process effacement. Treatment with corticosteroid and anticoagulation resulted in complete remission of proteinuria.

증례 : 내분비-대사 ; 말단비대증 환자에서 발생한 급성 림프구백혈병 1예

말단비대증은 성장호르몬의 과도한 증가로 인해 발생하는 드문 질환이다. 말단비대증 환자는 심혈관질환, 뇌혈관질환, 대사질환이 동반되어 기대수명이 감소한다. 또한 여러 연구를 통해 말단비대증에서 대장, 유방, 기관지와 갑상선에서 악성종양의 유병률이 증가하는 것이 보고되었다. 이러한 악성종양의 증가는 성장호르몬과 인슐린유사성장인자-1과 관련된 것으로 알려져 있다. 그러나 말단비대증에서 혈액암의 발생은 전 세계적으로 보고가 드물고 기전이 명확하지 않다. 저자들은 말단비대증을 진단받고 2년이 경과한 33세 여성에서 발생한 급성 림프구백혈병을 경험하여 국내에서 처음으로 보고한다. Acromegaly is a rare disorder caused by excessive amounts of growth hormone. The incidence of colorectal, breast, and thyroid carcinomas is increased in acromegaly. However, there have been few reports on hematological malignancies in acromegaly. We describe a patient who developed acute lymphoblastic leukemia during the course of acromegaly. A 35-year-old woman presented in February 2012 with unexplained lactation and amenorrhea for 4 months. Her growth hormone level was 12.6 μg/L, insulin-like growth factor 1 592.26 ng/mL, and prolactin 242 μg/L. A pituitary macroadenoma secreting GH and prolactin causing acromegaly was diagnosed. Considering her fertility, the dopamine agonist cabergoline 0.5 mg was administered in March 2012. In February 2014, she presented with cytopenia (hemoglobin 12.2 g/dL, white cell count 2.69 × 109/L, platelets 39 × 109/L) and hepatosplenomegaly. A bone marrow examination showed acute B cell lymphoblastic leukemia. She underwent chemotherapy and bone marrow transplantation. A follow-up bone marrow biopsy showed remission. 프로게스테론과 프로게스틴이 인간 제대 정맥 내피세포의 세포 고사에 미치는 영향

목적 : 폐경 여성에서 호르몬대체요법을 시행함에 있어, 자궁이 있는 경우 프로게스테론 또는 프로게스틴 제재의 첨가는 필수적 사항이다. 그러나 프로게스테론 및 프로게스틴이 혈관에 미치는 영향은 불확실하며, 특히 심혈관계 질환의 예방 효과는 계속 연구 중인 사항이다. 이에 본 연구는 동맥 경화 발생의 초기 단계로 여겨지는 혈관 내피세포의 세포 고사에 미치는 프로게스테론과 프로게스틴의 효과와 에스트로겐과 함께 투여된 프로게스테론과 프로게스틴의 영향을 알아보고자 시행하였다. 연구 방법 : 산부인과적인 합병증이 없는 반복제왕절개술을 시행받는 산모를 대상으로 태아의 분만 직후 무균적으로 탯줄을 채취하여 인간 제대 정맥 내피세포 (Human Umbilical Vein Endothelial Cell: HUVEC)를 획득 하였다. HUVEC은 다음과 같은 9개의 군으로 분류하여 배양하였다. 1군은 배양액만 투여한 대조군, 2군은 Tumor Necrosis Factor-α (TNF-α) 50 ng/ml, 3군은 TNF-α 50 ng/ml과 estradiol (E2) 1×10-7 M을 투여, 4군은 TNF-α 50 ng/ml과 progesterone (P4) 1×10-7 M을 투여, 5군은 TNF-α 50 ng/ml과 medroxyprogesterone acetate (MPA) 1×10-7 M을 투여, 6군은 TNF-α 50 ng/ml과 norethindrone acetate (NETA) 1×10-7 M을 투여, 7군은 TNF-α 50 ng/ml과 E2 1×10-7 M, P4 1×10-7 M을 투여, 8군은 TNF-α 50 ng/ml과 E2 1×10-7 M, MPA 1×10-7 M을 투여, 9군은 TNF-α 50 ng/ml과 E2 1×10-7 M, NETA 1×10-7 M을 투여하였다. HUVEC의 세포 고사의 정도는 3-[4,5-Dimethylthiazol-2-yl]-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay와 Fluorescence Activated Cell Sorting (FACS) analysis를 통해 알아보았다. 결과 : MTT assay에서 TNF-α는 생존 세포의 비율을 감소시켰으며, 여기에 E2, P4, MPA, NETA를 투여한 경우 생존 세포의 비율이 증가함을 발견하였고, E2와 P4, MPA, NETA 투여군 간에 TNF-α의 영향을 차단하는 효과는 차이가 없었다. 그러나 E2 단독 투여군과 비교하여, E2에 P4, MPA, NETA를 투여한 군에서 그 차단 효과 가 떨어지는 것으로 나타났다. 위 실험에서 나타난 세포사가 세포 고사에 의한 것인지 알아보기 위해 시행한 FACS analysis에서 TNF-α에 24시간 노출되었던 HUVEC 세포는 44.0±2.6%의 세포 고사가 나타났으며, 여기에 E2와 P4, MPA, NETA를 투여한 경우 각각 28.4±2.9, 33.6±3.6, 35.7±1.3, 34.0±3.3%로 통계학적으로 유의하게 (p<0.05) 세포 고사가 감소한 결과를 보여 주었다. 그러나 E2 단독 투여군과 비교하였을 때, MPA 투여군과 E2에 P4, MPA, NETA를 투여한 군에서 36.0±2.5, 36.3±1.9, 37.0±2.0%로 세포 고사의 억제가 E2 단독 투여군 보다는 떨어짐을 알 수 있었다 (p<0.05). 결론 : E2 뿐만 아니라 P4, MPA, NETA 역시 TNF-α에 의해 유도된 세포 고사를 억제하는 것을 알 수 있었지만, E2 단독 투여보다 P4, MPA, NETA를 함께 투여한 경우, HUVEC 세포의 세포 고사를 억제하는 E2의 효과를 감쇠시키는 것으로 판명되었다. 앞으로 더 많은 연구를 통해 에스트로겐과 프로게스테론/프로게스틴 제재의 심혈관계에 미치는 단독 효과 및 상호간의 작용을 평가해야 하고, 이에 본 연구가 초석이 될 것으로 사료되는 바이다. Objective : The addition of progesterone/progestin is mandatory in women with intact uterus for postmenopausal hormone replacement therapy. However, debate is continuing on whether there is an impact of progesterone/progestin on the hormone replacement therapy for cardiac protection. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of progesterone/progestin and combination with estrogen on the apoptosis of vascular endothelial cells, which has been demonstrated to be an initial step in the development of atherosclerosis. Material and methods : Human Umbilical Vein Endothelial Cells (HUVEC) were cultured. HUVEC apoptosis was induced by Tumor Necrosis Factor-α (TNF-α) (50 ng/ml). 10-7M of estradiol (E2), progesterone (P4), medroxyprogesterone acetate (MPA) and norethindrone acetate (NETA) were added in to the culture media. The percentage of apoptotic HUVEC were measured by 3-[4,5-Dimethylthiazol-2-yl]-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay and Fluorescence Activated Cell Sorting (FACS) analysis. Results : MTT assay demonstrated a significant decrease in percent of survival cells after 24 hours of TNF-α exposure and a reversal of the effect of TNF-α with E2 treatment. P4, MPA and NETA treatment also reversed the effect of TNF-α. The protective effect of E2 and P4 were not different. Compared to the E2 treatment, the percent of survival cell were decreased when P4, MPA and NETA were added to E2 treatment, respectively. Similarly, FACS analysis revealed 44.0±2.6% apoptosis after 24 hours of TNF-α exposure. Treatment with E2 resulted a significant decrease (28.4±2.9%, p<0.05) in apoptosis. P4 (33.6%±2.6%, p<0.05), MPA (35.7±1.3%, p<0.05), NETA (34.0±3.3%, p<0.05) treatment also showed a reduction of cell death. The percent of apoptotic cells between E2 and MPA treatment was significantly different. The addition of P4 (36.0±2.5%), MPA (36.3±1.9%) and NETA (37.0±2.0%) to E2 treatment significantly increased the percent of apoptotic cells compared to those of E2 treatment. Conclusion : These results suggested that not only estradiol, but also progesterone, MPA and NETA inhibited HUVEC apoptosis. But the effect of estrogen on the inhibition of HUVEC apoptosis was attenuated in combination treatment of estrogen and progesterone/progestin.
