        흰쥐에서 발정주기에 따른 자발적인 췌장외분비의 변화

        Since the role of female sexual hormones on pancreatic exocrine secretion was not fully understood, this study was investigated to clarify the difference of spontaneous pancreatic exocrine responses during the estrous cycle and the roles of ovarian hormones on pancreatic exocrine secretion in the anesthetized female rats. Pancreatic juice was collected from the sequential 15-min samples, and then fluid and protein secretion were measured from the collected samples. The stages of estrous cycle were defined by staining the vaginal smear. The spontaneous pancreatic fluid and protein secretion were significantly increased during the diestrus stage compare to the corresponding value during the estrus stage. In the ovariectomized rat, spontaneous pancreatic exocrine secretion was significantly decreased compare to the value of female rat during the diestrus stage and was restored by subcutaneous injection of progesterone (50 mg/kg). This results suggest that the spontaneous pancreatic exocrine secretion of female rat is fluctuated according to the estrous cycle and progesterone released from ovary could stimulate the spontaneous pancreatic exocrine secretion of female rat.

        랫드의 췌장외분비 기능에 대한 암수 비교연구

        본 연구는 랫드의 췌장소엽을 이용하여 암수차이에 따른 췌장내 amylase함량의 차이, 기초상태에서의 자발적인 amylase 분비기능의 차이 및 CCK로 촉진한 amylase 분비기능의 차이를 비교하고자 실시하였다. 암컷의 발정주기는 질도말법을 이용하여 판정하였으며 췌장외분비의 촉진을 위하여 CCK를 농도별로 배양액에 첨가하였다. 실험결과 수컷랫드의 췌장내 amylase함량은 휴지기 및 발정기의 암컷 랫드의 췌장내 amylase함량과 차이가 없었다. 그러나 수컷 랫드로부터 분리한 췌장소엽에서 기초상태에서의 자발적인 amylase 분비율은 휴지기의 암컷 랫드와는 차이가 없었으나, 발정기의 암컷 랫드에 비해서는 높음을 관찰하였다. CCK를 배양액에 첨가한 경우 췌장외분비 기능은 농도 의존적으로 증가하였으나, 100pM의 CCK로 촉진한 췌장외분비 기능에 있어서는 암수에 따른 차이가 관찰되지 않았다. 이러한 실험 결과로 미루어보아 췌장의 소화효소인 amylase 합성에 있어서는 암수에 따른 차이가 없는 반면 기초상태에서의 자발적인 amylase 분비기능에 있어서는 발정기의 암컷 랫드가 수컷 및 휴지기의 암컷 랫드에 비해 유의하게 낮음을 알 수 있었다. 그렇지만 이러한 차이는 췌장외분비 기능에 대한 강력한 촉진제인 CCK에 의해 사라지는 것으로 여겨진다. 따라서 췌장외분비 기능을 실험함에 있어 암컷 랫드를 사용할 경우 발정주기에 따른 차이가 존재하므로 신중을 기해야 할 것으로 사료된다. Cellular amylase contents, spontaneous amylase secretion, and cholecystokinin (CCK)-induced amylase secretion were compared from the male and female rats using the isolated pancreatic lobules. Estrous stages of female rats were characterized by vaginal smears. To stimulate amylase secretion, CCK (100 pM) was added to incubation medium. Cellular amylase contents of male pancreatic lobule were similar to that found in female pancreatic lobules at diestrus and estrus. Spontaneous pancreatic amylase secretion of male rats was higher compared to female rats at estrus, but not different from female rats at diestrus. cholecystokinin markedly stimulated pancreatic amylase secretion, dose¬dependently. However, CCK-induced pancreatic amylase secretion of male rat was not different from female rat at estrus and diestrus. We conclude from the above results that pancreatic amylase synthesis was not different according to sex, and that spontaneous pancreatic amylase secretion was lower in female rat at estrus. However, These differences were thought to be masked by more potent stimulants in pancreatic amylase secretion.

        To satisfy these needs, it is important to design connectors that transfer the electrical signal. Finite element analysis was applied to evaluate assembly force because that was very important factor in the design of the connectors. And, the study of terminal design factors was conducted for improving the assembly force.

        Q 방법론을 활용한 갈등행위자 인식유형 및 특성에 관한 연구: 가로림조력발전소 건설계획을 중심으로

        그동안 공공갈등의 예방과 원활한 해결을 위한 다양한 노력이 있었다. 그러나 각종 정책 입안이나 계획수립 및 사업추진을 둘러싼 이해관계 충돌은 여전히 심각하게 전개되는 양 상이다. 특히 국토 및 지역개발에 따른 갈등은 정책 비효율성과 사회적 비용증대의 주요 요인으로 작용하고 있다. 이러한 배경에서 본 연구는 지금까지 정부의 갈등관리가 제도적 기반 마련에 치중한 반면, 개개인이 지니는 가치, 믿음이나 신념, 관점, 의견, 선호 등 환 경·조건에 쉽게 변하지 않으면서 갈등상황에 지속적으로 영향을 미치는 행위자 인식을 간 과해 왔다는 문제의식에서 출발한다. 따라서 갈등을 일으킨 해당이슈나 사업에 대해 지니 는 관련자들의 내면인식을 유형화하고 유형별 특성을 찾아내어 각 인식유형에 따른 대응 방안을 모색하는데 연구목적이 있다. 연구의 차별화와 사람의 내면인식에 대한 접근을 위해 Q 방법론을 활용하였고, 이를 통 해 조사된 자료의 분석은 PC용 QUANL 프로그램을 이용하였다. 연구목적과 방법론의 특수성을 감안하여 갈등상황이 현재 지속되고 있으면서 정치적 원인이 갈등상황 전개에 핵심변수로 작용하지 않는 것을 사례 중에서 최근 기후변화와 맞물려 정책적 차원에서 주목 받고 있는 ``가로림조력발전소 건설갈등``을 연구대상으로 최종 선정하였다. 분석결과, 가로림조력발전소 건설에 대한 관련자들의 인식은 정부불신·냉소형, 생계염 려·실리추구형, 기대·낙관주의형, 환경·생태계가치중시형, 대의명분의존형, 사업추진확신 형의 6개 유형으로 구분되었다. 대의명분의존형이나 사업추진확신형을 제외하면 각 유형 마다 어느 정도 뚜렷한 특성을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 이처럼 개개인의 마음, 즉 내면심리나 주관적인 가치와 실제 원하는 바를 정확하게 파악할 수 있다면, 찬·반이라는 이분법 적 대응차원을 넘어 다양한 인식유형별로 적절한 처방을 마련하는데 유용할 것이다. This study aims to introduce a new approach to make up for the weak points in the current conflict management system, to explore views of people involved in conflict situation on the basis of this new approach, to draw some kind of types and their unique features from diverse views, and to propose how to apply the analytic results to the real process of public conflict management. The main method employed is the Q methodology, which is useful for analyzing the inner viewpoint of people and their real intention - labeled as ``subjectivity`` in academic term. In order to find out the subjectivity of people, one case is examined: the head-on confrontation among groups in Seosan-si and Taean-gun over the construction of Garolim tidal power plant. Though there are limitations to one case study, the Q analysis shows that there are several types of subjectivity in public minds and each type has distinctive features and differences. It means that it is able to develop more effective and practical measures to deal with conflicts in pushing the development project. By using QUANL PC Program, the case of Garolim tidal power plant classified people`s views into six factors, named as the type: distrusting the government; pursuing practical interest; having optimistic expectation; putting emphasis on environmental and ecological value; seeking for a great cause; and believing firmly the implementation of project. There are few studies that focus on individual minds of stakeholders in finding out conflict causes and solutions in spatial development projects. It means that it is too early to generalize the results of one case study to other conflict cases. Even though it may have some limits to find out possible policy application, however, this attempt could provide useful suggestions to public authorities seeking for desirable models analyzing people`s views to prevent and reduce public conflicts.

        체결 성능 향상을 위한 FPCB 커넥터의 형상설계

        최근 휴대폰은 스마트폰의 출연으로 다기능화가 요구되고 있으며, 각 보드의 전기적 신호를 연결시키는 커넥터는 필수 핵심 부품이 되었다. 커넥터는 많은 양의 전기신호를 처리하기 때문에 소형화, 협피치화가 필요하다. 하지만, 커넥터의 소형화 및 협피치화는 구조적 안전성을 저하시키며, 외부하중에 의한 접촉불량을 발생시킨다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 초소형 협피치 FPC 커넥터를 개발하기 위해 벤치마킹을 통한 초기설계안을 도출하였으며, 터미널 두께 0.2mm, 개수 50 개를 기준으로 하였다. 체결성능을 평가하기 위해 수치해석 모델을 구성하였으며, 다구찌 방법을 이용하여 형상 최적화를 수행하였다. 또한, 터미널의 한계수명을 예측하기 위해 피로해석을 수행하였으며, 체결 성능이 향상된 최종형상을 도출하였다. Recently, multi-functionalization (as in smart phones) has been in demand, and the connectors connecting the electrical signals of each board in a cellular phone have become key components. The miniaturization of these connectors is required to achieve a finer pitch design and enhance the electrical signal transfer capacity. However, the miniaturization of connectors reduces the structural safety, and a finer pitch design may cause contact problems under external impact. In this paper, a preliminary design for miniaturized, finer-pitch connectors is suggested for a product with 50 pins and a thickness of 0.2 mm. The assembly process of the FPCB (Flexible Printed Circuit Board) and connector was simulated to ensure the holding force between the two components and avoid overstressing. The design optimization process was performed with the Taguchi method. Fatigue analysis was also conducted to predict the fatigue life of the terminal, and the theoretical and experimental results were compared.

        ST분절 상승 심근경색 환자의 일차적 관동맥중재술까지 시간 지연 인자

        Background/Aims: The time delay for a patient from the onset of disease symptoms until the reperfusion therapy is one of the biggest interruptions in early reperfusion therapy in patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI). Here, we evaluated both the duration and nature of these time delays to facilitate early patient reperfusion therapy. Methods: Patients with acute STEMI who were undergoing primary percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) were prospectively enrolled in the Chungnam National University Hospital from January 2005 to December 2007. Results: From a total 364 patients (mean age: 64±12 years) the mean time interval from the onset of symptoms to the decision to visit a hospital was 101.4±10.6 (median: 50.0) minutes. The mean time interval for the onset of disease symptoms to the patient arrival at the emergency room (ER) (pre-hospital delay) was 222.1±12.4 (median: 171.5) minutes. The mean time interval from the ER to reperfusion (door to balloon time) was 89.0±6.0 (median 65.0) minutes. The mean time interval from the onset of symptoms to successful reperfusion therapy (pain to balloon time) was 311±13.6 (median: 250) minutes. The factors associated with these significant time delays were mainly: residency in rural areas, the use of private transport in preference to an ambulance and finally the transferal of patients from other hospitals. As a result of multivariate analysis the latter was found to be the most significant causative factor. Conclusions: This study demonstrates that there is a significant pre-hospital time delay in patients with STEMI. Thus, a media campaign explaining STEMI symptoms, the importance of early visits to the emergency department, the use of an ambulance, and the activation of the base hospital for efficient patient transfer (particularly in rural areas) may reduce this time delay in patients with STEMI and avoid interruptions to otherwise efficient reperfusion therapies.       • 안면화상 인식의 자동화 가능성에 관한 연구

        With the development of fast computers, it became possible to process digital picture images which needs complicated computation and large memory. The purpose of this paper is to consider the techniques for computer recognition of human faces. Various schemes on facial recognition are introduced. Specially, the identification of human faces based on isodensity maps was a selected topic since this seems to be a new approach deviated from the conventional feature point approach. However it was restricted by many circumstantial conditions. Therefore, we suggest a new technique based on the second derivatives of gray level which represents the curvature of face surfaces. This is a promising technique for face recognition because of its firm analogy between images and real shapes of human faces.
