자연친화적인 공원시설 설치를 위한 정책방향 - 국립공원 공원시설의 자연친화성 평가를 근거로 -

본 연구의 목적은 국립공원 내에 자연친화적인 공원시설의 설계와 설치를 위한 정책방향을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해서 국내 외 친환경건물 인증제도와 관련 연구에 대한 고찰을 통해 입지, 설계와 설치, 운영과 관리부분별로 자연친화성 평가지표를 개발하였다. 본 연구에서는 19개 국립공원의 26개 공원사무소에서 실제 시설을 관리하고 있는 공원관리자 79명을 대상으로 한 설문조사를 통해 자연친화성 평가를 위한 자료를 수집하였다. 분석방법은 기술분석, 집단간 평균의 차이분석, 다차원척도법, 요인분석을 활용하였다. 분석결과, 1) 자연친화성 평가지표들 간의 상대적 중요도를 산정한 결과, 시설의 입지 관련지표의 중요도가 가장 높게 나타났다. 2) 공원시설의 자연친화성 수준에 대한 평가 결과, 입지 관련 지표들의 자연친화성 수준이 가장 높게 나타난 반면, 시설의 설계 및 설치 관련 지표들의 수준이 낮게 평가되었다. 특히, 에너지 효율화와 관련된 지표들의 평가값이 가장 낮게 나타났다. 3) 시설별로 보면, 대피소의 자연친화성이 가장 높게 나타난 반면, 휴게소의 자연친화성이 가장 떨어지는 것으로 평가되었다. 4) 전반적으로 볼 때, 설악산, 오대산, 태안해안국립공원의 공원시설에 대한 자연친화성 수준이 높게 나타난 반면, 경주와 속리산 국립공원의 자연친화성 수준은 떨어지는 것으로 평가되었다. 본 연구 결과는 자원절약 및 자연생태계와 공원자원을 보존하고 탐방객의 편리한 이용을 위한 자연친화적인 공원시설 설치를 위한 권고기준을 마련하는데 활용될 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this research was to propose policy directions for the design and construction of nature-friendly park facilities (PF) in national parks. In order to do that, nature-friendliness evaluation indicators(NEIs) used in green building rating systems and related articles were reviewed. After the initial literature review was complete, NEIs for park facilities based on location, design, construction, operation, and management sectors were developed. Data was obtained through a questionnaire completed by 79 managers at 19 national parks in Korea in 2008. The answers were analyzed using descriptive statistical methods, a t-test, a multi-dimensional analysis, and a factor analysis. This research found that: 1) The results indicated that based on relative weight calculation, the location condition was evaluated as the most important; 2) The evaluation results regarding the degree of nature-friendliness of park facilities showed that location condition was ranked higher than design and construction--in addition, the evaluated values of indicators related to energy efficiency were ranked the lowest; 3) the level of nature-friendliness of shelter was given the highest level, but resting facility was the lowest level; 4) Overall, park facilities at Mt. Seorak, Mt. Odae, and Taean Coast national parks showed high levels of nature-friendliness. But park facilities at Mt. Gyeongju and Mt. Songni national parks showed low levels of nature-friendliness. The results of this research shall contribute to the establishment of tailor-made management policies, the development of detailed guidelines for increased energy efficiency and visitor satisfaction, and the preservation of ecosystems and natural resources in Korea's national parks.

서울숲 공원관리조직의 사회 연결망 분석

본 연구는 공원관리 참여조직간의 사회적 연결망을 분석하고, 참여조직의 활동을 활성화하는 방향을 모색하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해서 공원관리 참여조직 간의 신뢰, 참여, 정보교류의 실태를 사회 연결망 분석을 통해 살펴보았다. 구체적으로 서울숲을 대상으로 하였으며, 행정기관, 시민단체, 주민단체, 기업으로 구성된 15개 참여조직과 핵심인물 30명을 조사대상으로 선정하였다. 설문조사는 조직간 신뢰, 참여, 정보교류 및 연구 통계적 속성에 관한 내용으로 구성되었으며, 분석은 사회 연결망 분석 프로그램인 UCINET을 활용하였다. 분석결과, 1) 신뢰, 참여, 정보교류의 연결구조에서 다른 조직에 비해 많은 관계를 유지하고 있는 중추조직(HUB)는 서울숲 사랑모임과 서울숲 관리사무소로 나타났다. 2) 함께 일하고 싶은 조직과 향후 활발한 참여를 바라는 조직에 대한 연결망 분석에서는 환경 예술분야의 시민단체에 대한 요구가 높게 나타났다. 3) 부녀회, 통장단 등 지역 주민단체 연결망을 살펴보면 중심성이 매우 낮으며 서로간의 연결관계도 거의 없는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과와 함께 다양한 도시공원과 지역을 대상으로 공원관리 참여조직간의 사회 연결망 실태를 파악함으로써 주민참여와 협력 이 활발한 공원관리 방안을 마련하는데 활용할 수 있다. This study was intended to devise means to encourage participation for organizations taking part in "resident participation parks.", "Resident participation" has become increasingly recognized as an effective means of park management in Korea. To this end, this study analyzed the current status of social networks for civic organizations participating in park management with respect to their degree of participation, credibility and trust, and exchange of information. Among resident participation parks, "Seoul Forest Park" has been widely recognized as a model example; accordingly this study designated Seoul Forest Park as its primary research focus. Thirty core members of resident participation organizations were selected as test subjects. Members of the resident participation organizations under review came from various backgrounds, including government administrative organizations, citizens' groups, residents' groups, and private businesses. Surveys were used to provide data on credibility and trust between organizations, levels of participation, and exchange of information, as well as statistics on demographic affiliation. Results were examined through UCINET, a program designed to analyze social networks. Survey results indicated that 1) The "Seoul Forest Park Conservancy" and the "Seoul Forest Park Management Office" constituted a hub within their social networks that maintained significantly more relationships than other organizations with regard to levels of credibility and trust, participation, and exchange of information; 2) Social networks for organizations wishing to work together, or desiring active participation in the future tended to center on citizens' organizations in the environmental and arts fields; and 3) Women's associations and meetings of neighborhood("tong") leaders had very little significance as a center in the social networks of local residents groups, and indeed very few connections amongst themselves. The results of this research can be applied in the devising of proposals for encouraging participation in resident participation parks in consideration of the social networks between organizations engaging in park management activities for a diverse array of urban parks and other areas.

DMZ세계평화공원 추진 및 운영에 대한 법적지원방안

May 2013, Park Geun-hye of the president of the U.S. senate in a speech to dmz the World Peace Initiative after a public offering, the DMZ is a new park the two Koreas.(- building trust process) the confidence-building process of public opinion as to be New Year’s Day of the spotlight.The proposed DMZ World Peace Park at the time is fundamentally different from the previous plan in that it not only covers the southern part of the Demilitarized Zone but also the northern part of the DMZ, but also opens up the main body of the park’s creation and operation to the international community, including the two Koreas, the United Nations, the United States and China. The purpose of this study is to illuminate the Demilitarized Zone from a legal and institutional point of view and explore domestic legal support measures for the future creation and operation of the World Peace Park. Prior to the full-fledged analysis of the system, a brief look at the concept of the Demilitarized Zone and the normality of the Armistice Agreement, which is the basis for its direct installation, in order to understand the legal reality of the Demilitarized Zone. The constitutional and unification legal significance of the World Peace Park project to be created in the Demilitarized Zone based on the problems of legal reality found herein and the legal basis of the current law are considered (II respectively. Next, in the analysis of the current system, the normative system currently applied in the Demilitarized Zone will be divided into international and domestic law aspects, and among these, regulations that serve as obstacles to the relationship with the World Peace Park project will be reviewed (III). This study mainly aims to check domestic legal elements, but to the extent deemed essential, such as the Armistice Agreement, the international legal problems will also be pointed out and solutions reviewed together.

모듈라 신경망을 이용한 자동차 번호판 문자인식

Recently, the modular learning are very popular and receive much attention for pattern classification. The modular learning method based on the "divide and conquer" strategy can not only solve the complex problems, but also reach a better result than a single classifier′s on the learning quality and speed. In the neural network area, some researches that take the modular learning approach also have been made to improve classification performance. In this paper, we propose a simple modular neural network for characters recognition of vehicle number plate and evaluate its performance on the clustering methods of feature vectors used in constructing subnetworks. We implement two clustering method, one is grouping similar feature vectors by K-means clustering algorithm, the other grouping unsimilar feature vectors by our proposed algorithm. The experiment result shows that our algorithm achieves much better performance.

동물생명공학 : 근육세포 내 Glucose 농도와 AICAR에 의한 단백질 합성 저해

AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK)는 체내 에너지 수준을 감지하고 당과 지방의 대사를 조절하는 인자로 밝혀졌다. 이러한 에너지 센서로서 AMPK의 역할은 심혈관계 및 비만과 당뇨 등의 대사성 질환에 밀접한 관계가 있다. 영양적 관점에서 AMPK는 지방산의 합성 및 분해를 통해 간에 서 지방대사 조절에 중요한 역할을 한다. 특히 근육의 경우 glucose 흡수를 관장하며, 근육세포 내 glucose의 유입을 증가 시 킨다. 하지만, AMPK의 활성이 대사기질의 흡수와 이용에 미치는 영향에 대한 정확한 기전은 아직까지 불분명하다. 또한 영양적 수 준 차이에 따른 AMPK의 활성이 단백질 합성에 미치는 영향은 아 직 보고된 바 없다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 C2C12 myotube에 서 AMPK 활성물로 알려진 5-aminoimidazole-4-carbozamide-1- β-D-ribonucleoside (AICAR)가 glucose 농도차이에 따른 AMPK 활성과 단백질함량에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위함이다. 배양된 C2C12 근육세포에서 AICAR는 glucose의 함량에 관계 없이 AMPK를 활성화 시켰다. 단백질 농도는 낮은 수준 (LG)에 비해 높은 수준의 glucose (HG)가 처리된 myotube에서 증가되었 고, AICAR에 의해 그 효과는 더욱 증대 되었다. C2C12 myotube에서 HG 처리는 AMPK와 acetyl CoA carboxylase (ACC)의 인산화에 영향을 주지 않았지만, LG의 처리로 인해 AMPK와 ACC의 인산화가 증가되었다 (p<0.05). 또한, AICAR (2 mM)의 처리는 glucose의 수준과는 관계없이 AMPK와 ACC의 인산화를 증가시켰다. 총 단백질 수준은 HG 처리에 의해 증가 되 었고, 이는 AICAR의 처리에 의해서 더 높게 증가되었다. Proteasome 활성은 HG 처리구에서 LG에 비해 7.5% 낮게 나타 났고, AICAR 처리는 proteasome 활성을 LG와 HG 처리구에서 각각 63%와 54% 감소 시켰다. Glucose의 수준은 mTOR의 인산 화 수준에 영향을 주지 않았다. 하지만, AICAR는 LG 처리구에서 만 mTOR의 인산화 수준을 유의적으로 증가시켰고, HG 처리구에 는 mTOR에 영향을 주지 않았다. 따라서, glucose 처리는 단백질 을 proteasome으로부터 보호 하거나, glucose가 AMPK의 단백질 합성 저해 기능을 방해하여 세포내 단백질 합성을 중가 시키는 것 으로 사료 된다. 결론적으로, 영양적 수준에 의해 AMPK 활성 및 단백질 합성과 분해가 조절된다는 것을 의미한다. AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK) maintains energy homeostasis in skeletal muscle. Nonetheless, its functional role on protein synthesis with different nutrient availability has not been elucidated. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to examine the effect of AMPK activity on protein content in C2C12 myotubes incubated with low (5 mM; LG) or high (25 mM; HG) glucose media. LG stimulated (p<0.05) AMPK and acetyl CoA carboxylase (ACC) activity compare to those in HG group. Total protein content was higher in myotubes cultured with HG than in those cultured with LG and further increased by AICAR (5-amino-1-β- D-ribofuranosyl-imidazole-4-carboxamide). Myotubes cultured with HG showed 7.5% lower UbFL (Ubiquitin Firefly Luciferase)- to-SV40 (Simian virus40) ratio compared to those in LG. Glucose level did not change the phosphorylation level of mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR). Interestingly, administration of AICAR significantly increased phosphorylation level of mTOR in myotubes cultured with LG but not in those with HG. Overall, this data indicate that AMPK activity and protein turnover are finely regulated in response to different glucose concentration.
