8년전 완전방실차단으로 심박조율기를 장착한 70세 여자환자에서 갑상선암에 의한 경부 종창에 의한 동통과 기관내 출혈로 인하여 경부 및 종격동에 고식적 방사선치료를 시행하였다. 저자들은 이에 대한 증레보고와 문헌고찰을 하고자 한다. A 70 years old female patient with thyroid cancer received palliative radiation therapy for neck swelling and hemoptysis. She had a cardiac pacemaker under her chest due to complete AV block since 8 years ago. We present clinical detail and review previously reported articles.

an experimental investigation was carried out to make clear the bubble frepuency of pressure drop evaporation. The phenominon of evaporation was observed when a quantity of uniformly superheated distilling water was exposed to a sudden pressure drop in the flash chamber. The experiments covered the range of liquid mean temperatures between 40 and 80℃ superheats between 2.0 and 8.9℃ and liquidlevel between 370 and 390mm. Experimental results were obtained as follows. 1) The higher superheats and liquid mean temperatures are the higher the bubble frequency is. 2) During the four-second period after flash evaporation has begun, the bubble frequency is the highest. 3) The less the NETD is, the lower the bubble frequency becomes. 4) The farther the distance from the center of the liquid becomes and the deeper the depth of the liquid becomes, the bubble frequency becomes.
