부레옥잠과 미나리를 이용한 연속식 하수처리에서 COD, N 및 P의 제거

본 연구에서는 농어촌취락배수의 효율적 처리를 위해 수생식물인 부레옥잠과, 미나리를 이용한 연속식 실험에서 유기물부하(COD)와 Total N, Total P 등을 HRT와 농도를 달리하여 그 제거효율을 측정하였다. 유기물(COD)의 제거효율은 HRT가 2day인 부레옥잠조에서는 평균 50%의 제거율을 보였으며, 미나리조에서는 HRT 1.2~2 day동안 30~50%의 제거율을 보였다. 영양염류의 제거효율은 총 질소의 경우 부레옥잠조는 약 32.9 kg N/ha·day의 부하에서 HRT 2~3 day인 경우 40~53%가 제거되었으며, NH_4^+-N의 제거효율은 평균 52%로 Total N의 제거효율보다 다소 높았으며, 인은 8.2 kg P/ha·day의 부하에서 HRT 2~3 day인 경우 31~40%로 조사되었다. N 및 P 흡수율은 미나리보다 부레옥잠이 높게 나타났으며, 인의 흡수율은 질소의 흡수에 비해 낮게 조사되었다. This study was carried out to investigate sewage treatment efficiencies using water hyacinth (Eichhornia crassipes) and watercress (Oenanthe javanica). In the hyacinth system, about 30% of COD introduced was removed during 2 days of hydraulic retention time, and about 30~50% of COD was removed in the watercress system during 1.2~2 days of hydraulic retention time. Therefore, COD loading of 76~170 kg COD/ha·day was removed during 2~3 days of hydraulic retention time at the 0.18 ㎡ area in the water hyacinth-watercress continuous system. Also 40~50% of N and P in the sewage were removed in the tested water hyacinth-watercress system. Although COD, N and P concentrations in the final effluent were still higher than the limits of waste discharge, applicability of this waste water treatment system should be further investigated as an alternative method for small scale sewage treatments.

The KOBRA (KOrea Broad acceptance Recoil spectrometer and Apparatus) is a multi-purposerecoil spectrometer for low-energy nuclear experiments at the RAON accelerator complex. It isdivided into two stages based on the operational function: the first stage (F0-F3) is an in-flightseparator or beam transport line, and the second stage (F3-F5) is a large acceptance spectrometer. For spectrometers using radioactive ion (RI) beams, high performance, such as high resolutionand large acceptance, are especially required due to the limit of quality of RI beams. In thisrespect, a dispersion-matching technique and a movable magnet system were employed for highresolution and large acceptance, respectively. Reaction spectra at the focal plane for the dispersionmatching mode were obtained and analyzed using a Monte Carlo simulation code. In addition, thegeometrical angular acceptances with respect to the distance between the reaction target and thefirst Q-pole doublet of the second stage were calculated, and the expected maximum solid angle ofthe spectrometer was estimated.

본 연구는 양방향 방송프로그램 포맷 개발과 제작을 통해 산업 종사자 및 관련자 인터뷰와 문헌 검토를 통해서 고찰하였다. 양방향 방송프로그램 포맷은 전통적인 방송프로그램이 지니고 있는 제작기획 또는 프로그램 기획에서 글로벌 표준화(Global Standard)된 구성방식을 포함한 제작매뉴얼 또는 제작바이블과 이에 따른 제작가이드를 뜻하는 용어로서, 양방향 방송프로그램 포맷의 제작과정을 담고 있는 내용 및 형식상의 독창적인 요소들을 기록한 것을 뜻한다. 양방향 방송프로그램 포맷거래에서는 방송부문과 방송 외 부문 거래로 마케팅과 홍보, 기술 지원 등을 포함하고 있는 제작매뉴얼 및 바이블, 현지 담당 프로듀서(Producer) 또는 컨설턴트의 파견 포맷 상품화 옵션에 따라 거래되는 내용에 차이가 있다. 글로벌 포맷거래를 살펴보면, 대부분 글로벌 제작사들의 방송프로그램 포맷이 거래의 대부분을 차지하고 있다. 따라서 단순히 전통적인 방송프로그램 포맷거래가 되기보다는 국내 IT인프라를 활용한 새로운 기술과 매체들의 융합을 통해 확장된 양방향 방송프로그램 포맷거래에 있어서 우위를 차지하고, 글로벌 경쟁력을 확보할 수 있어야 한다. 양방향 방송프로그램 포맷 거래가 활성화되기 위해서는 방송과 통신의 융합 포맷으로 확장과 다양한 포맷거래가 가능한 포맷 상품화가 필요하다. 또한 이와 관련된 양방향 방송프로그램 포맷의 창작과 아이디어 개발을 위한 법적, 제도적인 개선이 필요한 상황이다. 국내 방송과 통신사업자들의 글로벌 경쟁과 새로운 비즈니스 기회요소 및 정부의 실질적인 지원정책에 유용한 도움이 되고자 하였다. 본 연구에서 제안들은 향후 양방향 방송프로그램 포맷거래 산업에 있어서 방송과 통신사업자들 뿐만 아니라 양방향 정책을 지원하는 정부의 정책적 대안에 실질적인 방안들을 제안하고자 하였다. This study is to provide content producers and distributors a guide to systematically creating and developing interactive content from start to finish. This study contains the following that basic concept of format, structure of format and format-able material, types of formats and results, format business, format rights, format protection, registration of formats and format bible content. This study proposal is the global competition and convergence policy which is format and interactive format concept. This is repeatable show structure and ability to produce further episodes based on the structure. Interactive format is a show can expand into interactive, cross-media and digital areas. Second is format structure and target. This is long or short, the format needs have front and end that can be repeatable, format development structure needs, planning, production, format outline and format package. Format business is brand building of the format and the creator is essential to format business(format guideline, format brochure, screener, trailer, format bible). And the global nature of the format brand is the key. The key to format rights is establishing the expression of the format idea as it is expressed in concrete and systematic way as to lay claim to that detailed and systematic expression of the creative idea. Recommendation on approach is format business needs to be approached form a commercial frame of mind. As format business is one that of licensing expression of idea. The product, the format is a one source multi use product and as such a commercial approach is necessary. For expected effects and applications put interactivity and convergence to practical use. This study sought to advise and assist the broadcasting and telco companies the business of interactive formats. And advised the broadcasting and telco companies the details and workings of format business through theory and application of points learned and get count on the global standard process of building and marketing interactive formats to international standard.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of aqua exercise on women 50 years of age or older with knee degenerative arthritis, and then examining the therapeutic value of aqua exercise in degenerative arthritis of the knee. The subjects of the study were 115 residents 50 years of age or older who had been diagnosed as degenerative arthritis of the knee by doctors from medical institutions and applied for the aqua exercise program in the Public Health Care Center in Suseong-gu in 2006 and 2007. Experiments were conducted to all the subjects with the application of the 8-week aqua exercise program (2 times a week, 50 minutes a time), designed in the study, and the differences before and after the aqua exercise were compared through questionnaires for measuring the state of the body such as the knee extension angles, weight, body fat, and abdominal obesity. The data was analyzed by t-test and the Wilcoxon method through SPSS 14.0 and the statistical significance level ${\alpha}$ was set at 0.05 and 0.01. The results of the study are as the following. First, In comparison of before and after the aqua exercise, there was improvement in the extension angle of the right knee(p<0.01), while there was some improvement in the extension angle of the left knee, it was not significant. Second, In comparison of before and after the aqua exercise there were statistically significant differences in weight(p<0.05), body fat ratio, and abdominal obesity(p<0.01). The results of this study showed that the aqua exercise program to female patients with knee degenerative arthritis significantly increased the extension angle of the knee. Therefore it is thought that aqua exercise is an effective meditating method to improve their symptoms of female patients 50 years of age or older
