        뉴로피드백 훈련이 측두하악장애 환자들의 통증 감소, 수면의 질 및 삶의 질에 미치는 효과

        뉴로피드백 훈련이 측두하악장애 환자들의 통증, 수면의 질 및 삶의 질에 미치는 효과를 알아보았다. 사전 조사에서 측두하악장애 질문지, 시각 아날로그 척도, Pittsburgh 수면의 질 지수 및 구강 건강 관련 삶의 질 척도를 실시하였다. 측두하악장애 진단을 받고, 턱 통증이 있고, 수면의 질과 구강 건강 관련 삶의 질 점수에서 상대적으로 높은 점수를 받은 사람들 가운데 14명을 뉴로피드백 훈련 집단과 대기 통제 집단에 각각 7명씩 무선 할당하였다. 그 후 훈련 집단에 대해 총 20회기에 걸쳐 뉴로피드백 훈련을 실시하였다. 프로그램 종료 후 사후 검사, 4주 후 추적 검사가 실시되었다. 그 결과, 뉴로피드백 훈련에 참여한 참가자들이 대기 통제 집단의 참가자들보다 턱 통증이 유의하게 더 감소되었고, 수면의 질 및 구강 건강 관련 삶의 질이 유의하게 더 개선되었으며, 그 수준이 추적 검사까지 유지되었다. 마지막으로, 본 연구의 의의와 제한점 및 추후 연구에 대한 시사점이 논의되었다. The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of Neurofeedback Training on pain reduction, quality of sleep, and quality of life in patients with Temporomandibular disorders. Temporomandibular Disorder Questionnaire, Visual Analog Scale(VAS), Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI), and Oral Health Impact Profile(OHIP) were used for selecting in pre-test. 14 people who took a Temporomandibular Disorder diagnosis and experienced a jaw pain participated in this study. They got a relatively high score in PSQI and OHIP. Then, 14 people were randomly assigned to a 10 weeks Neurofeedback Training group(n=7) or wait-list control group(n=7). The Neurofeedback training for 7 people was administered for 20 sessions. Jaw pain, quality of sleep, and quality of life were assessed at pre-test, post-test, and 1-month follow-up periods. The results of this study were that scores of jaw pain, quality of sleep and quality of life in the Neurofeedback Training group were significantly decreased more than those in the wait-list control group. Finally, the implications and limitations of this study as well as suggestions for further research were discussed.

        Dextran-like Exopolysaccharide-producing Leuconostoc and Weissella from Kimchi and Its Ingredients

        Dextran-like exopolysaccharide (EPS)-producing lactic acid bacteria were isolated from kimchi and its ingredients. Analysis of 16S rRNA genes (500-600 bp) of 158 isolates revealed that dextran-like EPS-producing strains were most similar to either Leuconostoc or Weissella. The gene sequence analysis of the strains revealed a similarity to Leuconostoc mesenteroides and Weissella confusa in the samples. The molecular masses of dextranlike polymers from the most isolated Leuconostoc and Weissella strains were 1,176 and 1,158 kDa, respectively. Fourier transform infrared analysis of these polymers showed a similarity to the structure of commercial dextran from Leu. mesenteroides B-512F.

        갈근에서 분리한 화합물의 $\alpha$-glucosidase와 $\alpha$-amylase 활성 저해 효과

        Compounds of isolated from roots extract of Pueraria thunbergiana were tested their inhibitory effects on $\alpha$-glucosidase and $\alpha$-amylase. Inhibitory activity of methylene chloride (MC) fraction and ethyl acetate (EA) fraction against $\alpha$-glucosidase showed more than 60% at a concentration of $500{\mu}g/m{\ell}$. Among the nine compounds tested on $\alpha$-glucosidase, biochanin A, (-)-tuberosin and calycosin from MC fraction and daidzein from EA fraction were stronger inhibitors than acarbose ($IC_{50}=530{\mu}g/m{\ell}$), and their $IC_{50}$ were 9, 144, 328 and $20{\mu}g/m{\ell}$, respectively. Biochanin A and (-)-tuberosin also inhibited $\alpha$-amylase activity as like as acarbose $IC_{50}=20.5{\mu}g/m{\ell}$), and their $IC_{50}$ were 22 and $348{\mu}g/m{\ell}$, respectively. Although daidzein was already known $\alpha$-glucosidase inhibitory effects, it was newly evaluated that biochanin A and (-)-tuberosin inhibited $\alpha$-glucosidase as well as $\alpha$-amylase, and that calycosin did $\alpha$-glucosidase.

        수도권 개발제한구역의 환경평가등급 재평가에 관한 연구

        The green belt in Korea introduced the Environmental Assessment System between 1998 and 1999 and conducted reasonable adjustment for the lifting of the green belt. The re-evaluation of environmental assessment grade was conducted between 2014 and 2015, and the possibility of changes in the environmental assessment grade of green belt was appeared. Therefore, in this study, the process of designation of green belt in the Seoul metropolitan area was first examined, and the background and what has been discussed during the re-evaluation of environmental assessment grades was verified by comparing before and after the re-evaluation. Next, based on 2014, when the environmental assessment grade was re-evaluated, the changes were analyzed by dividing the green belt’s environmental assessment grades of the Seoul Metropolitan Government into two periods, 1999-2014 and 2014-2019. While most of the 1st and 2nd grade areas increased between 1999 and 2014, the decline in the 3rd and 5th grade areas was noticeable. However, it was confirmed that, there was a marked decrease in the number of 2nd grade areas and an increase in 3rd grade areas between 2014 and 2019, after the revaluation of environmental assessment grades in green belt. 우리나라 개발제한구역은 1998년∼1999년 「환경평가」제도를 도입, 해제를 위한 합리적인 조정을 진행하였다. 이후2014년∼2015년에 환경평가등급 재평가가 시행되었고 개발제한구역 환경평가등급의 변화 가능성이 나타났다. 이에 본 연구에서는 환경평가등급 재평가에 대한 시행배경과 내용을 재평가가 시행되기 이전과 이후를 비교하여 확인하였다. 다음으로 환경평가등급 재평가가 이루어진 2014년을 기준으로 서울시 개발제한구역 환경평가등급을 1999년∼2014년, 2014년∼2019년으로 구분하여 그 변화를 분석하였다. 1999년∼2014년에는 1-2등급지의 경우 대부분 증가 양상을, 3-5등급지의 경우는 감소추세가 두드러진 것을 알 수 있었다. 그러나 개발제한구역 환경평가등급 재평가 이후인 2014년∼2019년에는 반대로 2등급지의 뚜렷한 감소와 3등급지의 증가 양상이 두드러지게 나타났음을 확인하였다.

      • A Study on the Longitudinal and Lateral Errors of Air Vehicle Heading for Auto-landing

        For the auto-landing operation of an air vehicle, the possibility of auto-landing operation should be first evaluated by testing the navigation performance through a flight test. In general, navigation performance is tested by analyzing north/east/down (NED) errors relative to reference equipment whose precision is about 8~10 times higher than that of a navigation system. However, to evaluate the auto-landing operation of an air vehicle, whether the air vehicle approaches a glide path aligned with the runway, within a specific error, needs to be examined rather than examining the north/east errors of the navigation system. Therefore, the longitudinal/lateral errors of air vehicle heading need to be analyzed. In this study, a method for analyzing the longitudinal/lateral errors of a navigation system was proposed as the navigation performance test method for evaluating the safety during the auto-landing of an air vehicle. Also, flight tests were performed six times, and the safety of auto-landing was examined by analyzing the performance using the proposed method.

        사과 과수화상병 예찰을 위한 데이터 증강에 따른 사과꽃 생육단계 분류 비교

        Smart farms have brought great progress to agriculture. Automated facilities and convenient systems have increased yields. However, there are many difficulties in preventing plant diseases so far. Apple blossoms suffer from fruit burn. Fruit burn disease takes the form of burnt stems, leaves, flowers, etc., and apple blossoms cannot bear fruit when caught in this disease. In order to prevent fruit burn disease, it is necessary to be able to identify the flowering period among the growth stages of apple blossoms. Water burn can be prevented by spraying pesticides during the flowering period after identification. This paper focuses on preventing fruit burn disease by identifying the flowering period by classifying the growth stages of apple blossoms. The class imbalance problem was improved by directly taking images of apple blossom growth stages and using augmentation for insufficient classes. Train several deep learning models and compare and analyze their performance. As a result of comparison, YOLOX showed the highest performance.

        경기도 하남시 개발제한구역 해제지역의 지역회복력평가

        In recent years, there has been growing interests and debates on ‘regional resilience’ as an effective countermeasure to cope with uncertain crises and structural changes of economic societies, and to raise self-empowerment in many various fields including social science. To improve the regional competitiveness and to recognize the regional resilience as a regional development strategy, the purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of the cancellation of the development restricted areas on the regional resilience and the evaluation of the areas to improve the regional resilience. First, the theoretical study on the concept of resilience and regional resilience, and the previous research on the selection of regional resilience index and to released area from Green Belt. Secondly, the analysis of the correlation between the changes in the areas released from the development restricted area and the regional resilience index in Hanam city was conducted which shows that the economic indicators and socio cultural indicators are highly correlated. In the future, it is necessary to discuss how to strengthen regional resilience in the area where the development restriction area is cancelled, considering the distinct characteristics of the development restricted area, which has many policy and institutional restrictions. 최근 사회과학을 비롯한 많은 다양한 분야에서 불확실한 위기와 경제사회의 구조적 변화에 신속히 대응하고 스스로의 자생력을 높이기 위한 효과적인 대응방안으로 “지역회복력(regional resilience)”에 관한 관심과 논의가 커지고 있다. 이에본 연구는 지역의 경쟁력을 높이고 지역발전전략으로서 지역회복력을 인식하고, 개발제한구역 해제지역을 중심으로 해제가 이루어짐에 따라 지역회복력에 미치는 영향과 연관성, 그리고 지역회복력 향상을 위한 개발제한구역 해제지역의 지역회복력 평가를 고찰하였다. 먼저 회복력과 지역회복력의 개념과 관련된 이론적 고찰과 지역회복력 지표선정 및 개발제한구역해제지역에 관한 선행연구를 진행하였다. 다음으로 사례분석을 통해 하남시 지역의 개발제한구역 해제면적의 변화와 지역회복력 지표들의 상관관계를 분석하여, 특히 경제관련 평가지표와 사회문화관련 평가지표들이 높은 상관관계를 나타내고있음을 확인 할 수 있었다. 추후에는 정책적, 제도적으로 많은 제약이 있는 개발제한구역 해제지역이라는 특수성을 고려한보다 구체적이고 실질적인 개발제한구역 해제지역의 지역회복력 강화방안이 논의되어야 할 것이다.
