In deep drawing processes, the wall thickness in the sheet metal forming always decreases which causes lots of dimension problems. In this paper, the decrease in wall thickness at the corner was minimized through the newly developed preform shape and it was found that the wall thickness increased in a certain degree. The calculated distribution of the wall thickness after forming was in good agreement with the experimental results. The effects of the corner radius and the preform shape on the decrease in wall thickness at the inner corner were examined by both FEM simulation and experiment.

Development of die technology for holder and barrel dies is necessary according to minimization of lens assembly, image sensor, and connectors. In these cases, there are two technical problems arising from die design. One is determination of knock-out pin location in die set. Minimization of lens assembly size make it difficult to obtain ejecting space. The other is whether or not high-precision die technology is possible to reduce torque variation when holer and barrel products is assembled. In this study, multi-cavity die set was developed taking advantage of gear-driven ejecting method. In the developed technology, die manufacturing technology was guaranteed with a high-precision level.

In this paper, it has been studied that real-time detection technique using behavior pattern easily detect malicious code and similar transform code. Proposed detection technique based on behavior pattern sequentially detect Process behavior and Network behavior, so it can detect one or more than Behavior pattern which has malicious code and similar transform code. For an experiment, I analyzed the conditions which appear from malicious code, and defined the Behavior. And I gave the characteristic number about each Behavior. Also, I made an agent program and a server program. In the experimental result, I confirmed that detect both the ****Behavior Pattern sample of existing malicious code which is announced from Ahn Chul-Soo virus site and the Behavior Pattern sample of similar transform code which is existing malicious code. Using the proposed technique, we can easily made the various malicious code prevention system which attacks user PC. And because of intercepting and detecting that similar transform malicious cord is spreaded, it will be able to intercept a Zero Day Attack.

Cropping metal materials is widely used for feeding processes of various forming method, such as forging, extrusion, drawing, and upsetting. However, cropping has many weak points, which are material loss in part of cutting, chip creation, and much use of lubrication oil, etc. In this study, instead of cropping, a novel process is proposed to cut metal materials, especially stainless steel bar which is known very difficult to crop. Results of FE-analysis will be shown to verify the proposed method comparing with those of the conventional cropping process. Also, fitting products were successfully forged using the fabricated billet by the proposed process.

The performance of cooling tower is affected mainly by the thermal performance of cooling tower. In this paper, designed the shape of new fill based on the shape of plate heat exchanger. A contrast of heat transfer performance is executed by numerical analysed. And fur new fills have been devised and their performance have been compared with those of existing fill to find shape.
