      • 콜드체인 프레임워크를 위한 콤포넌트 설계

        본 논문에서는 콜드체인 프레임워크의 중요한 요소중의 하나인 공통콤포넌트를 설계하여 콜드체인 응용소프트웨어를 개발할 때 유용하게 재사용 할 수 있도록 하였다. 이를 위하여 IOT Cloud 기반의 콜드체인 프레임워크 아키텍처를 설계하고 이를 IOT CC Cloud Development 계층, IOT CC Cloud Data Process 계층, IOT CC Cloud Middleware 계층으로 구분하고 콜드체인을 위한 10개의 콤포넌트를 설계하였다. 특히 Event & Rule Management 콤포넌트에 대한 매니저들간의 상호작용, 클래스다이아그램을 설계하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 콜드체인 응응개발자들에게 유용하게 활용될 것으로 기대된다. This paper has designed a common component, one of the important elements of the cold-chain framework, to usefully reutilize in developing the cold chain application software. For this purpose, we designed the IOT Cloud-based cold chain framework architecture, divided it into IOT CC Cloud Development Layer, IOT CC Cloud Data Process Layer and IOT CC Cloud Middleware Layer, and designed 10 components for cold chain. We have especially designed the interaction between managers regarding the Event & Rule Management Component, class diagram. The results of this study is expected to be very useful for cold chain application developers.

      • 공개 소프트웨어 현황 및 도입장애 요인 분석

        공개 소프트웨어는 급변하는 IT 시장의 다양한 요구에 빠르게 대응할 수 있고, 성능, 신뢰성, 보안성 등이 상용 소프트웨어와 대등하다. 이러한 공개 소프트웨어를 정부 및 공공 기관에서 도입, 사용하는 것은 그것의 사용 활성화 및 확산에 미치는 효과가 크다. 그럼에도 불구하고 정부 및 공공기관의 공개 소프트웨어 도입 사례는 많이 보고되지 않고 있다. 본 논문에서는 공개 소프트웨어의 정부 및 공공기관의 공개 소프트웨어 도입 및 사용 활성화가 미흡한 공개 소프트웨어의 문제점과 도입 장애 요인을 분석한다. Open Source Software (OSS) can adopt various requirements of rapid changed IT-related market. And the performance, reliability, security, and etc. of OSS are comparable to those of commercial software. The fact that OSS is introduced into the government influences the proliferation of OSS. However the cases of introducing OSS into government are rarely reported. In this paper, we analyze the barrier of introducing and using OSS into the government and public organizations.

        방화벽 및 가상IP를 지원하는 멀티미디어 메신저 시스템 구현

        In this paper, multimedia messenger system which is operational in the firewall and virtual IP has been studied. To complete successfully, a new of protocol and client software, and switching server for video conference based on messenger have been designed. Developed protocol executes client to server communication by HTTP1.1 Chunked coding and HTTP tunneling, arid includes management of chat partner, status information, creating and closing of session which is the basis of various function of messenger. Video conference client based on messenger provides white board which has multi-user audio , video, chatting, and board writing, power point, URL synchronization, presentation mode, by including messenger and video conference functions. Also, Switching server is developed by java to support comprehensive platform, and main role is to switch or distribute access of clients who are under firewall or virtual IP to other clients. In experimental results, users enables to participate in the video conference without restriction, remote presentation is possible by the white board function, and provides convenient communication service to users by the instant messenger environment.

        하이브리드 매체를 이용한 전자결재 시스템의 구현

        In this paper, we proposed electronic approval system using multimedia conference system which enable to communicate between drafter and chairman with voice, moving picture, and instant messaging. Especially, our proposed system has imbedded instant messenger that support real-time audio/video internet communication for supporting face to face discussing between drafter and chairman and presence function, and handwriting signature function. In implementation results, it has been shown that proposed electronic approval system using multimedia conference system is useful for face to face electronic approval processing.

        플래시 웹 메일 시스템 설계 및 구현

        In this paper, we implemented Flash Web mail system by using x-internet frame work based on API. Proposed x-internet framework also based on Flash enables to obtain design with dynamic user interface compare to web application and enables to reduce development time. Since this framework use the API that we developed in this study and Flash player, this framework does not need server module. In analytical results, it has been shown that proposed x-internet framework have efficient characteristics such as network traffic, low development cost and dynamic user interface implementation. It has been shown that implemented Web mail system has dynamic user interface and convenience of user.

        네트워크 IPS의 설치 위치에 따른 트래픽 분석

        In this paper, traffic and security zone to placement strategy of the intrusion protection system(IPS) has been analyzed. The placement priority of the IPS has been proposed and network traffic, security, load of network devices to each placement strategy of the IPS have been analyzed. Finally, security zone for experimental network using two IPS has been analyzed. In studied results, it has been shown that IPS is located ingress/egress points(between firewall and core switch) and access layer trunks to protect internal segments and internet DMZ ingress/egress point, and 3Mbps hacking traffic have been prevented by IPS.

        치매 환자를 위한 헬스캐어 시스템 설계

        In this paper, remind expert system for patients with Alzheimer's disease has been designed and implemented. The IT communication technology including sensors, RFID, wire/wireless communication, DBMS and motion picture transmission can be applied to welfare and medical fields. The techniques used in the scenario authoring tool in the remind expert system for patients with Alzheimer's disease can be applicable to motion picture editors or content development tools. In studying results, it has been shown that designed scenario is based on a treatment method for patients with Alzheimer's disease and the proposed system is able to use for entertainment or multimedia album of normal people without disease.

        Rotational axis를 이용한 DNA 스캔 시스템의 설계

        With the progress of study of human biological basis, genome projects produced a lot of gene information. Researches are actively move ahead to find out the mutual interaction of gene and not only structural but also functional analysis too. DNA chip which is developed by bio-company is taking notice of method to effectively analyze the DNA samples using the various and enormous accumulated gene information on the glass chip. DNA chip is being used to gene therapy and diagnosis of disease by comparing to the patient’s sample to analyze gene information and find out the progress of disease. DNA scanner reads both the specimen samples that is arrayed DNA genes on glass, extracted biologically and the samples from patient. Using the computer technology, scanned two images are compared to analyze and diagnosis of disease. To make precise gene information of diagnosis, recently, research has been doing to make a accurate scanner which can make 1um to 10um precise. Here, we introduce various methods of scanning of DNA chip, rotational axis and linear axis and ARC axis method. Specially, we analyzed the characteristic of rotational method and mentioned on the image conversion from rotational image to linear.

        바이오칩 디지털 영상처리의 Photon Multiplier Tube(PMT)를 위한 구동증폭기 설계

        In this paper, we designed driving AMP for PMT of the digital Bio-chip image analyzing system. PMT is a useful component for measuring light's variation and it needs driving amp circuit for converting from output current of the digital bio chip system to voltage. Proposed AMP circuit is able to detect output current of PMT anode and it has low noise and high response characteristic. We constructed experimental system which is able to process digital bio-chip image with proposed AMP. In experimental results, it has been shown that proposed AMP has enough linearity of two dimensional image up to 250 intensity levels to process DNA chip image.
