Composites of LSCF(La_{0.6}Sr_{0.4}Co_{0.2}Fe_{0.8}O_{3-delta} and CGO(gadolinium doped ceria) is an efficient candidate cathode material with CGO electrolytes. In this study, LSCF with exact perovskite structure was synthesized by using solid state reaction(SSR) method. The optimized temperature to synthesize La_{0.6}Sr_{0.4}Co_{0.2}Fe_{0.8}O_{3-delta} with rhombohedral structure. was 1100?C. The polarization resistance of the LSCF/CGO(50:50 wt.%) was smaller than those of other composite cathodes. The analysis of the EIS data of LSCF/CGO suggests that the diffusion and adsorption-desorption of oxygen can be the key process in the cathodic reaction of SOFC using LSCF/CGO as cathode material.

Objectives:Serious mental illnesses and substance use disorder have a high level of early mortality. This study aimed to identify the causes of their deaths among patients who had been under the care of community mental health and welfare centers and addiction management centers. Methods:We collected information on deceased individuals, whose mortality was attributable to various causes of death, from 10 Community Mental Health Centers and Addiction Centers in Gwangju Metropolitan City. The primary variables collected included psychiatric diagnosis, cause of death, smoking habits, admission history, and several socio-demographic factors. Results:A total of 214 deaths among service users were studies. In Community Mental Health Centers, 109 deaths were identified, with causes that may be itemized as follows : 27 suicides(24.8%), 56 physical illnesses(51.4%), 14 accidents(12.8%), and 12 unknown causes(11.0%). Among the physical illnesses reported, cardiovascular illness and cancer were the most common causes of death. A history of frequent admission was common among those that had died by suicide(88.9%), compared with that observed among general service users(62.0%). In Addiction Centers, 105 deaths were identified, with causes that may be itemized as follows : 7 suicides(6.7%), 71 physical illnesses(68.3%), 7 accidents(6.7%), and 20 unknown causes(19.0%). Among the physical illnesses reported, sudden death, hepatic disorder, cancer, and cardiovascular disorder were the most common causes of death. Conclusion:Case managers should give due consideration to and carefully manage the physical health of individuals accessing mental health services via community mental health centers and addiction centers.

철도 인프라 중 궤도는 열차의 주행안전성에 직접적으로 영향을 끼치는 구조물로 열차의 고속화, 중량화 등과 같은 현 추세의 대안으로 콘크리트궤도를 선택하여 적용하고 있다. 그러나, 기존 자갈궤도와 달리 콘크리트궤도 하부에 결함이 발생할 경우 궤도의 사용성 저하 및 이에 대한 유지보수 방안이 제한적이기 때문에 현재와 같은 사후보수의 개념에서 탈피하여 예방보수의 개념으로 궤도의 상태를 지속적으로 평가하고 관리할 필요가 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 하부노반의 강성 및 결함을 측정할 수 있는 WAK 테스트 기법을 적용한 충격재하식 콘크리트궤도 상태평가 방법을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해, 콘크리트궤도 하부의 들뜸등과 같은 노반결함을 형상화 한 모형을 제작하고, WAK 테스트에 의한 궤도 노반의 결함평가를 위한 궤도지지강성(ks) 추정가능성을 탐색하였다. Concrete slab track is introduced and adapted recently worldwide for providing stability to railway. However, even though the concrete slab track provides robustness and durability to railway, it is required to monitor the concrete slab track regularly for checking and assessing the condition of the track. In this study, a WAK (Wave Activated Stiffness) test method is proposed that can be used to investigate the condition of concrete slab track with a gap directly under the track by obtaining static track modulus from the test. The WAK test is performed by impacting the concrete slab surface using a sledgehammer. A model test was performed so that a possibility of using the WAK test method as a monitoring technique to check concrete track condition could be confirmed in this study.
경영자의 의사결정역량 평가모형의 개발에 관한 탐색적 연구

본 연구의 목적은 경영자의 의사결정역량을 평가할 수 있는 모형을 개발하는 것이다. 결과정보위주의 편향에서 벗어나 의사결정 과정상의 역량이 체계적으로 분석되는 평가모형이 필요하다. 개발 방법론으로 근거이론이 사용되었다. 근거이론은 현장으로부터 체계적으로 수집된 실증자료에 기반하여 이론을 발전시키는 현상학적 방법이다. 개발된 평가모형은 개념적 틀, 평가요소, 실행절차 등으로 구성된다. 경영자의 의사결정역량은 직무 관련 설정된 목표의 성취도, 의사결정 과정의 절차적 합리성, 집단 상호작용 효과성을 중심으로 평가된다. 4개의 사례연구를 통해 평가모형이 개발되었고, 1개의 실제 사례에 적용되었다. 이를 통해 다양한 의사결정 상황에 대한 사용가능성과 유의미한 교훈 및 역량향상방안을 도출할 수 있는 유용성이 확인되었다. 이 평가모형은 경영자의 의사결정역량을 평가할 수 있는 도구로서 뿐만 아니라, 경영자들이 실무에서 보다 합리적이고 정당성 있는 의사결정을 내리기 위하여 참고할 수 있는 길잡이로서의 역할도 있다. This study is concerned with the development of a model for evaluating the manager’s decision-making competency. It is necessary to develop an evaluation model that helps overcome the outcome bias and systematically analyze the competence of managers in making decisions. The research methodology was grounded theory, which is an interpretative method to develop a theory that is grounded on empirical data systematically gathered from the practice. The model developed consists of a conceptual framework, evaluation criteria, and an operational procedure. In particular, decision-making competency is evaluated in terms of task-specific delegation specifications, procedural rationality, and group effectiveness. The model was tested by application in investment decisions of a venture capital company. The application proved that the model is usable and useful in deriving valuable lessons and identifying steps to be taken for competency improvement. This model can be used not only as a tool for evaluating the competency of managers specific to decision-making, but also as a self-diagnostic tool or a working guide for managers to make self-confident and justifiable decisions.
