        자기조절 신체훈련 프로그램이 뇌성마비아의 구어기능에 미치는 효과

        본 연구는 자기조절 신체훈련 프로그램이 뇌성마비 아동 3명의 자세동작에 대한 자기조절능력, 구어기관에 대한 자기조절능력과 구어명료도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 자세동작과 구어기관에 대한 자기조절능력에는 대상자간 중다기초선 설계를, 구어명료도에는 기초선-중재-유지-일반화 설계를 적용했다. 연구결과 대상아동 모두의 자세동작과 구어기관에 대한 자기조절능력과 구어명료도가 향상된 것으로 나타났으며 유지와 일반화 단계에서도 의미 있는 결과를 보였다. 이러한 결과는 단순히 아동의 신체조절 능력과 구어명료도가 향상된 것보다 자신의 신체를 아동 스스로 조절하는 방법을 학습하여 그것을 통해 평소에도 자신의 신체조절을 연습할 수 있게 되었다는 데 더 큰 의미가 있다 하겠다. 일반적으로 자기조절 학습전략은 비장애학생들의 상위인지 학습 전략과 같은 고도의 정신적 영역만을 대상으로 한다고 인식해 왔다. 그러나 비고츠키와 그의 제자 루리아는 모든 아동들의 학습능력 개선에 필요한 자기조절학습 이론을 제시했으며, 일본의 코사쿠 나루세는 일찍부터 뇌성마비학생들을 학습의 주체자로 바라보고 동작 훈련법을 개발하여 적용해 왔다. 그러므로 우리나라의 특수교육 현장에서도 뇌성마비아의 자기조절 학습방법에 대한 연구와 자기조절 신체-언어훈련 프로그램의 개발에 대한 후속연구가 계속해서 진행되어 뇌성마비 아동들에게 도움이 되기를 제언한다. It has been known that the physical control training affects speech function of cerebral palsied children, however, there have been relatively few researches focussed on what effects of the physical control training are on the ability of cerebral palsied. Although self-leading learning is requested in the 21st century education, diagnosis-treatment model is mainly used in order to treat and educate cerebral palsied children. Therefore, three cerebral palsied children have been taken for this research which is focussed on how the self-regulated physical training program affects self-regulated physical ability of their posture movement and articulator and their speech intelligibility. Multiple baseline across subjects have been adopted for self-regulated physical ability of their posture movement and articulator and baseline-intervention-follow-up-generalization design for speech intelligibility. As a result, all of them improved their self-regulated physical ability and speech intelligibility and there have been positive results in the stage of follow-up and generalization. What is more meaningful is not just their physical control ability has improved but they are able to practise self-regulated physical control in their everyday life as the result of learning of physical regulating. It has been recognised that self-regulated learning strategies are taken mainly for the advanced mental region like non-special students` meta-cognition. However, Vygotsky and his student Luria devised self-regulated learning theory to improve learning ability of general students and Gosaku Naruse from Japan regarded a cerebral palsied child as the person who leads learning and Dosa-Hou which was applied to the cerebral palsied children. I suggest that there be more researches on self-leading learning strategies of cerebral palsied children in order to treat them and continuous follow-up researches on development of self-regulated physical-linguistic training program, which will help more and more cerebral palsied children.

        일산신도시 아파트 전도시스템 모델 개발

        While there have been many researches on evangelism, there have been only a few researches on effects of affective domain of evangelism, and most of researches on the effects of academic achievement of evangelism method. Also, there have been few researches on evangelism system. It is, therefore, necessary to develop and to analyze effects of ESM. And it is also necessary to study on faith attitude according to evangelism method. In this regard, I made an attempt to analyze influence and interaction effect between evangelism methods. In order to achieve the purpose above, a research was carried out applied to the 346 christians of G local church located in Iisan. According to evangelism method, testees were divided into 4 groups. The analysis of result data was made though ANOVA and T-test. The research findings are as follow There was significant difference between the group of ESM and the one of traditional evangelism method(TEM) in evangelism result. It can be interpreted that evangelism results and faith attitude are significantly high when newtown evangelism is presented to ESM rather than TEM. After it is necessary to continually studies to apply ESM to other area. Also, it is necessary to studies according to characters, SES(social economic status), area-environment of target people.

        클라우드 보안서비스에 대한 연구

        In a situation where cyber threats are becoming more sophisticated and intelligent today, the security environment is also changing from the existing legacy infrastructure security area to the cloud environment. By adding a cloud security service, usually a SaaS type security service called SECaaS (Security as Service), interest in SECaaS is increasing as a countermeasure to solve the security threats of cloud computing. In this paper, we examine the overall security threats of cloud computing and examine the Cloud Security Alliance (CSA) and CASB(Cloud Access Security Broker), a cloud security control broker, to solve the SECaaS technology and security issues presented as security measures.

      • 국내 감자바이러스 Y (PVY) 저항성 육성 계통에서 분리한 PVY Mutant의 특성

        A mutant of Potato vims Y (PVY) was occurred in PVY resistance flue-cured tobacco breeding line KF0402 $(TC1146{\times}KF117)$ showing vein necrosis at Suwon in Korea. This isolate, PVY-SWM, was differentiated from other PVY based on biological properties and nucleotide sequence analyses of coat protein gene. PVY-SWM caused typical symptoms on 21 indicator plants as compared to the PVY-TOJC37. Remarkably, the PVY-SWM induced distinctly different symptom of systemic vein necrosis on tobacco cultivars V.SCR, PBD6, TN86, TN90, Virgin A Mutant (VAM), Wislica, NC744, KB108 and KB111, which were reported to have the recessive potyvirus resistance gene va. In RT-PCR assays with specific primers for detection of PVY, a single band of about 800bp in length was produced. The amplified DNA was cloned and the nucleotide sequence was determined. The coat protein gene of PVY-SWM showed 88.4%-99.0% and 92.5%-98.5% identities to the 12 different PVY isolates of Genbank Database at the nucleotide and amino acidi respectively. Multiple alignments as well as cluster dendrograms of PVY-SWM isolate revealed close phylogenetic relationship to the $PVY^{NTN}$ subgroup.
