화성성역의궤에 나타난 성리학의 직업윤리 분석

본 연구는 18세기 건설된 화성의 공사과정을 기록한 조선의 공식문서이며, 유네스코 기록유산인 화성성역의궤를 분석하여 성리학적 직업윤리의 실태를 파악하고, 당시의 직업윤리가 대한민국 직업윤리의 근간임을 밝히려고 하였다. 먼저 논어, 대학, 중용, 맹자, 예기, 성리대전, 성학십도의 성리학 직업윤리를 정리하였다. 그리고 화성성역의궤에 나타난 토목과 건축 기술직 관련 기록을 성리학의 핵심 직업윤리인 인의예지신(仁義禮智信)으로 분석하여 결과를 정리하였다. 화성성역의궤의 성리학적 직업윤리는 왕의 은혜로 나타난 인(仁), 투명하고 공정한 행정으로 나타난 의(義), 상호간의 존중으로 나타난 예(禮), 철저한 연구 ‧ 증빙 ‧ 기록으로 나타난 지(智), 성실과 신뢰, 장인정신으로 나타난 신(信)으로 요약된다. 특히 의(義), 지(智), 신(信)이 강조되었는데, 국가적 사업을 정부가 공식적으로 기록한 것이기 때문에 조선에서 강조하는 성리학적 직업윤리가 잘 드러난 결과이다. 당시의 성리학적 직업윤리는 대한민국 직업윤리의 뿌리임을 확인하였다. 시대의 변천에 따른 상하질서에서 수평질서로 직업윤리를 재정립한다면, 앞으로도 훌륭한 직업윤리 이론체계가 될 것이다. 본 연구는 우리의 전통적인 직업윤리의 가치를 올바르게 인식하고, 현대의 직업윤리에 대한 제고를 촉구하고자 하였다. This study is of an official document of Joseon that recorded the construction process of Hwaseong, which was built in the 18th century, and analyzes the UNESCO documentary heritage of Hwaseong-Seongyeok-Uigwe to understand the actual state of Neo-Confucian vocation ethics and to prove that vocation ethics at the time formed the basis of what Koreas vocation ethics tried to clarify. First of all, the Neo-Confucian vocation ethics of Noneo, Daehak, Jungyong, Maengja, Yegi, Seongridaejeon, and Seonghaksipdo were summarized. Also analyzed are records related to civil engineering and construction technicians appearing in Hwaseong-Seongyeok-Uigwe with In-Ui-Ye-Ji-Sin*, the core vocational ethics of Neo-Confucianism, and their results. The Neo-Confucian vocation ethics of Hwaseong-Seongyeok-Uigwe are summarized as follows: In* (love) shown by the kings grace; Ui* (justice) shown by transparent and fair administration; Ye* (propriety) shown by mutual respect; Ji* (wisdom) represented by thorough research, evidence, and records; and Sin* (faith) expressed as sincerity, trust, and craftsmanship. In particular, Ui* (justice), Ji* (wisdom), and Sin* (faith) were emphasized, and since the government officially recorded the national business, it was the result of the Neo-Confucian vocation ethics emphasized in Joseon. It was confirmed that the Neo-Confucian vocation ethics of the time were the roots of the vocation ethics of Korea. If vocation ethics is re-established from a top-down order to a horizontal order according to the changes of the times, it will continue to be a great vocation ethics theory system. This study tries to properly recognize the value of traditional Korean vocation ethics and tries to promote the improvement of modern vocation ethics.

법무보호대상자의 진로자본 회복과정에 관한 연구

출소 후 건전한 사회복귀를 위해서는 법무보호대상자(이하 보호대상자)들은 반드시 진로자본을 회복해야 하는 과제를 안고 있다. 그들의 진로적응 실패는 개인은 물론 사회안전망에 불안을 가중시킬 수 있기 때문에 진로자본 회복에 대한 연구는 매우 중요하다. 본 연구를 위해 한국법무보호복지공단에서 지원을 받고 있는 보호대상자 10명에 대해 심층 인터뷰를 진행하였다. 질적 내용분석 방법으로 보호대상자들의 진로자본 손상에 따른 어려움과 그 어려움을 극복하기 위한 노력, 극복하는데 도움이 된 요인, 직업생활에 적응하기 위한 요건 등 진로 주제를 심도 있게 분석하였다. 분석 결과 보호대상자들은 수감생활로 진로자본 손상을 경험하며, 사회적 자기에 대한 부정적인 개념, 사회적 낙인의 두려움, 자기에 대한 평가절하가 진로자본 회복과정에서 자신감 결여와 소극적인 태도로 나타났다. 또한 부정적 평가에 대한 두려움 등이 사회적 관계를 더욱 어렵게 하는 요인이었다. 한편, 진로자본 회복과정에서 사회적 지지는 긍정적인 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 특히 배우자, 고용주, 가족, 친구들의 정서적 지지가 가장 큰 도움이 된 것으로 분석되었다. 직업적응을 위한 노력으로 진로에 대한 적극적이고 주도적인 태도와 긍정적인 자세가 중요하며 가족관계, 사회적 관계에서의 긍정적인 평가와 인정, 진로 성공경험 등이 일에 대한 자신감 상승으로 나타났다. 종합하면 진로자본 회복과정에서 역기능적 신념은 부정적인 영향을 미치고, 사회적 지지는 긍정적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. It is necessary for inmates released from prison to recover their career capital in order to function normally in society. Failure to adapt to the society may not only make them unhappy but could also aggravate social safety nets. Therefore, it is critical to examine the recovery of career capital. For this study, we conducted in-depth interviews of 10 rehabilitation recipients who were supported by Korea Rehabilitation Agency. For qualitative analysis, several career topics were analyzed, such as obstacles in recovering career capital, efforts in overcoming these obstacles, what is helpful for them to overcome the obstacles and what is required for them to adapt to the career life and others. Analysis results found that the rehabilitation beneficiaries suffered loses to their career capital due to their incarceration, suffered from the loss of pride and became despondent in the process of recovery of career capital due to the negative social perception toward their social self, fear of social stigma and devaluation of themselves. In addition, the fear of possible negative evaluation was a critical factor in making their social activities more challenging. Conversely, it was found that social support in the recovery process of career capital has a positive effect. In particular, emotional support from spouses, employers, family members and friends are the most positive factors. Concerning efforts at adapting to careers, it was found that an active, leading and positive attitude toward the career were critical, showing that positive evaluation and recognition in family and social relations and the experience of success in the career were positive elements in enhancing a sense of pride. In summary, it was found that in the recovery process of career capital, dysfunctional beliefs had a negative effect, while social support had a positive effect, on the recovery of career capital.

전통건축물의 구조부재 함수율 측정을 통한 부후도 평가

목재는 습윤성 재료로서, 목조 건축물의 유지관리 측면에서 습기에 취약한 목재 부재의 함수율 평가는 필수적이다. 본 연구에서는 디지털 함수율 측정기를 이용한 목재 표면 함수율 측정을 통하여 건축재료로 목재를 사용하는 전통건축물의 주요 구조부재인 목재 기둥의 표면 함수율을 측정하여, 측정 높이 및 향에 따른 평균 함수율 및 국부 함수율을 도출한다. 도출된 함수율 값을 토대로 목재 기둥의 부후도를 평가하고, 함수율 값은 8%~15%, 15%~19%, 19%~22%의 총 세 가지 범주로 분류한다. 함수율 19%~22%의 경우 습기에 대한 관리가 필요하여 내구성이 저하될 수 있으므로 이에 대한 보강방안을 모색한다.

화장품 브랜드의 마케팅 전략 연구-홀리카 홀리카를 중심으로

경기 침체 등으로 중저가 화장품 수요가 늘어나면서 브랜드숍이 화장품 업계에서 두각을 나타내고 있다. 불황에도 불구하고 꾸준한 성장세를 보이고 있는 화장품 브랜드숍 시장이 지만, 한편으로는 과도한 할인경쟁에 치우친 마케팅으로 향후 수익성이 우려되는 상황이다. 지나친 할인행사는 소비자에게 가격에 대한 의구심이 들게 하고, 나아가 브랜드 이미지에 도 좋지 않은 영향을 끼치기 때문에 가격 외에도 소비자에게 어필할 수 있는 색다른 마케팅 전략이 필요하다. 본 연구는 최근 브랜드 리뉴얼을 통해 새로운 도약의 계기를 마련한 홀리카 홀리카를 대상으로, 홀리카 홀리카만의 브랜드 아이덴티티를 확립하여 인지도와 선호도를 높이고 소비자와의 지속적인 관계구축을 통해 궁극적으로 매출 증대로 이어질 수 있도록 도모하였다. 새로운 마케팅 전략은 무언가를 통해 지친 심신을 치유 받고자 하는 현대 사회의 트렌드에 주목하여, 특히 스타일 변화를 통해 기분전환을 하는 여성들의 심리를 반영한 스타일테라 피(Style Therapy)의 개념에, 온·오프라인을 아우를 수 있는 통합 마케팅 커뮤니케이션 (Integrated Marketing Communication, IMC) 전략을 적용하여 구체적인 시안이 진행되었다. 즉, 홀리카 홀리카는 고객에게 있어 기분전환과 자기 관리의 매개체가 되고, 더 나아가 보 다 나은 라이프스타일을 제안하여 소비자의 생활에 실질적으로 다가가는 브랜드로서, 고객 의 보다 적극적인 관심과 참여를 이끌어낼 수 있도록 모색하였다. 화장품 브랜드에 있어서 스타 마케팅과 가격 할인의 위력을 무시할 수는 없지만, 이 연구 에서 제시한 전략을 통해 홀리카 홀리카가 인지도를 높이고 고객과의 소통이 활발해지는 계기가 될 수 있기를 기대한다. The brand shop has been covering most of market share in cosmetic market since the increasement of buyer needs to consume low price cosmetic products. However, there is a threat which may affect on suppliers profit since all the suppliers have been focusing on there marketing as only discount to create a profit even though the cosmetic brand shop market is still booming. Moreover, the less pricing marketing creates doubt on quality to buyer as it creates bad image on the suppliers so the unique marketing theories such creates great image is necessary. The study, intended for Holika Holika that is trying to take the leap through its recent brand renewal, raises brand awareness and consumer preference by establishing Holika Holika`s own brand identity and ultimately promotes a sale increase by consistently building relationships with its customers. The new marketing strategy gives attention to a trend of modern society that people are looking for something to heal their body and soul and applies Integrated Marketing Communication(IMC) which embraces both online and offline services, especially with the concept of ‘Style Therapy’ that reflects women`s particular minds that refresh themselves by giving a change to their fashion styles. In other words, Holika Holika becomes a medium of self-refreshment and self-regulation to its customers and seeks active interest and participation from them as a brand that effectively approaches to the lives of the customers suggesting for the better life style. It is undeniable fact that the star marketing and less pricing is one of the best marketing theories but beyond this, it is expectable to Holika Holika to raising brand awareness and increasing communication to the buyers through the unique theory which written on this research.

2050 탄소중립 시나리오에 따르 면 폐기물 분야 온실가스의 2018년 1,710만 톤에서 2050년 440만 톤으로 감축 계획에 있다. 이 중 에너지화를 통한 온실 가스 감축은 170만 톤으로 2020년 열분해를 통한 폐기물 처리량 1만 톤을 고려 시장 규모 약100배 이상 증가를 요한다. 또한 환경부와 산업통상자원부 공동 한국 형 순환경제 이행계획에 따르면 재생 연료 중심 의 열분해유 생산을 원료 중심으로 전환하여 폐플라스틱 열분해 처리 비중을 2030년 10%까지 확대하려 한다. 따라서 , 본 연구에서는 생활계 폐플라스틱의 연속식 열분해 공정 기반 고품질 윤활기유를 생산하기 위해 원료 전처리 , 염소 제거, 수소첨가 반응 및 이 성질화 반응에 관한 연구를 수행하고자 한다.

This paper introduces an AI-driven approach to bolster the reliability of automatic solder joint failure detection for PCB Assembly development. Our method employs a 2-stage framework integrating localization and classification. To address domain specific challenges, we propose a post-training correction method based on a fixed solder joint arrangement. Our work is validated on unseen data acquired in a field.
