LSTM 및 CNN-LSTM 신경망을 활용한 도시부 간선도로 속도 예측

교통혼잡을 완화하기 위한 방안 중 하나로 도로 이용자에게 교통상황 예측정보를 제공함으 로써 교통량을 분산 시켜 도로 이용 효율을 증대시키는 방법이 있다. 이를 위해서는 신뢰성이 보장되고 정량적인 실시간 교통 속도 예측이 필수적이다. 본 연구에서는 상황별 교통속도 분 석을 기반으로 이력 속도 데이터와 이력 속도 외의 교통류에 상관관계가 있는 데이터를 LSTM 입력 데이터로 활용하였다. 정상 교통류 상황에 대응하여 속도를 예측하는 LSTM 모델과 유고 상황에 대응하여 속도를 예측하는 CNN-LSTM 모델을 개발하여 유고발생 후 1시간까지 5분 단위로 교통속도 예측을 시도하였다. 모델의 검증은 테스트 데이터를 통하여 교통상황별 예측 성능을 분석하였다. 그 결과 정상 교통류에서는 평균 7.43km/h, 유고상황에서는 7.66km/h의 오 차율로 각각 예측되었다. One of the methods to alleviate traffic congestion is to increase the efficiency of the roads by providing traffic condition information on road user and distributing the traffic. For this, reliability must be guaranteed, and quantitative real-time traffic speed prediction is essential. In this study, and based on analysis of traffic speed related to traffic conditions, historical data correlated with traffic flow were used as input. We developed an LSTM model that predicts speed in response to normal traffic conditions, along with a CNN-LSTM model that predicts speed in response to incidents. Through these models, we try to predict traffic speeds during the hour in five-minute intervals. As a result, predictions had an average error rate of 7.43km/h for normal traffic flows, and an error rate of 7.66km/h for traffic incident flows when there was an incident.
체육교사의 직업적 사회화에 관한 조사(Ⅱ) : -경기도내 체육교사를 중심으로-

This study aimed at analyzing on the basis of actual proof the occupational socialization of physical education teacher. The investigation was made on all of 292 physical education teachers both of 80 middle schools and 67 high schools in Kyungki province. The results gained from the investigation were as follows : (1) The initiation of their becoming physical education teacher were generated more by the experiences of play and sports than by those of physical education class they took. This data showed that the occupational socialization of physical education teacher closely related to the socialization of sports. (2) The most influential others on the physical education teachers were turned out to be their physical education. (3) The main motivations of becoming physical education were their major in physical education at college, self-confidence in their own physical competence and perspectiveness in further development of their special talent in specific sport. Compared with the first survey of local people of Kangwon province, they replied in the same tendency. This fact demonstrates that regardless of region there is a closs affinity between physical education teacher and sports.
다중객체추적 알고리즘을 활용한 드론 항공영상 기반 미시적 교통데이터 추출

4차 산업혁명의 도래와 함께 자율주행자동차의 주행관리 및 주행 전략과 관련된 연구들이 대두되고 있다. 이러한 연구를 위해서는 차량의 미시적 교통데이터의 확보가 필수적이나, 기존 교통정보 수집 방식은 개별차량의 주행행태를 수집할 수 없다. 본 연구에서는 미시적 교통정보를 수집 가능한 항공에서 내려다보는 관점의 교통정보 수집을 위해 드론 항공영상을 활용하였다. 관련 연구의 한계점을 극복하기 위하여 딥러닝 기반 다중객체추적 알고리즘과 영상정합을 활용하여 미시적 교통데이터를 추출하였다. 그 결과로 속도는 MAE 3.49km/h, RMSE 4.43km/h, MAPE 5.18km/h의 오차율과 교통량 Precision 98.07%, Recall 97.86%의 정확도를 획득하였다. With the advent of the fourth industrial revolution, studies on driving management and driving strategies of autonomous vehicles are emerging. While obtaining microscopic traffic data on vehicles is essential for such research, we also see that conventional traffic data collection methods cannot collect the driving behavior of individual vehicles. In this study, UAV videos were used to collect traffic data from the viewpoint of the aerial base that is microscopic. To overcome the limitations of the related research in the literature, the micro-traffic data were estimated using the multiple object tracking of deep learning and an image registration technique. As a result, the speed obtained error rates of MAE 3.49 km/h, RMSE 4.43 km/h, and MAPE 5.18 km/h, and the traffic obtained a precision of 98.07% and a recall of 97.86%.

This study is designed to grasp the elements and situations of stage fright in order to propose a part of ways to cope with it. We make 511 top-class high school players, male and female, in the central districts (Seoul, Inchon, Kyungki, Chungbuk, and Kangweon Province) on object of questionnaire, and get the following results. Through players generally have all-round characters they show weakness in the superiority and emotional stability while showing strength in the sonformity. This fact comes to be related to the elements which cause stage fright. Physiological changes also have many effects on the symptom of stage fright. Especially, stage fright increases when players show sensitive reaction to the self-consciousness of final consequence which comes from the tension or uneasiness of sympathetic nerve, Thus, it turns out that players make use of reducing psychological burden by physical exercise or adjusting the level of demanded result in order to release the stage fright.

Try to find a scheme for activation to College Physical Education, this Report informs the various kinds of Survey and process those were projected for improvement of management methods on Cultural Physical Education in Kang Weon National University. From experimentally carried out "Sports events Choosing System" not as usual be inforced "Total practical Skill System", Following Positive effects and sujestions were Presented; 1. "Sports events choosing system" gave birth to more students' interesting and more voluntary participation to the sports events they chose, and sports skill and instruction level was elevated due to charge of expert according to each sports events. This system would be managed continuously hereafter for it related to life sports. 2. This System needs to closed cooperations between College and Community, for the facilities of community are utilized by college. 3. To complete the plan for activation of college Physical Education, additionally, the successional study ; namely "autonomous extracurricular sports activity" should be excuted hereafter.
