의료기관 CSR의 필요성과 효과에 대한 연구

본 연구는 병원 혹은 의료기관의 CSR에 대한 필요성과 효과 및 사회적 의의를 조망하고자 병원 이해관계자 및 이용자들을 대상으로 질적 조사와 양적조사를 실시하였다. 자료에 대한 분석결과, 본 연구는 다음과 같은 사실들을 발견했다. 첫째, 병원 CSR활동은 반드시 필요하다는 의견에 이해관계자들은 동의하고 있었다. 둘째, 병원 CSR의 분야나 활동 영역에 있어서는 보다 인간적 관점에서의 진정성을 지닌 콘텐츠를 가지고 진행하는 사회공헌이 되어야 한다. 셋째. 병원 CSR의 효과성과 관련한 질문에서는 전문가들은 병원 경영이나 병원의 브랜드 활동에 도움이 된다고 파악하고 있었다. 넷째, 양적 분석에서는 병원의 CSR 활동에 대한 수용태도는 병원 CSR 효과에 일부 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 병원의 이미지에는 영향을 미치나 이용의도에는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, CSR 수용 태도가 CSR 효과에 미치는 영향 관계에 있어서 병원의 CSR 활동에 대해 자선적 책임활동으로 평가할 때만이 수용태도가 CSR에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 병원 CSR이 병원 이미지를 높이는 데 기여할 수 있는 PR방법임을 시사한다. This study conducted qualitative and quantitative researches on various stakeholders and hospital users to see the necessity, effect and social significance of CSR in hospitals or medical institutions. As a result of the analysis, this study found the following facts. First, stakeholders agreed that hospital CSR activities are necessary. Second, CSR should not be the purpose of showing goodness to patients or stakeholders, but should be a socially meaningful contents that carries on more authentically from a human point of view. Third, CSR is helpful for hospital management and hospital brand activities. Fourth, in the quantitative analysis, the acceptance attitude of the hospital CSR was found to have some influence on the hospital CSR effect. First of all, it was found that the factors affecting the hospital image. Fifth, it is shown that the acceptance attitude of CSR has a significant influence on the CSR effect only when it is evaluated as charitable responsibility activity. These findings suggest that the hospital CSR can be an important PR method for enhancing the image of hospitals.

한국(韓國)의 문화(文化) : : 사회복지실천의 전문적 과정분석

사회복지실천의 실천모형은 임상사회사업, 통합사회사업, PIE이론 실천기법, 사례관리 기법으로 분류되었으며 대부분 사회복지 기관의 특성에 따라 다양하게 활용 되고 있음이 확인 되었다. 연구과정에서 공통적인 특성은 실천모형에 따라 사회복지 실천과정이 각각의 특색을 갖고 클라이언트의 문제 해결에 개입되고 적용되고있음을 분석할 수 있었다. 단지 사회복지사의 전문적인 기술은 어떠한 상황에서도 사회복지사는 변화매개인으로 예술성과 과학성을 근거하여 기법을 적용하는 것은 사회복지사의 전문적 능력이며 개인의 직업적 소명인 동시에 윤리와 가치를 문제 해결 과정에서 어떻게 응용하는 것이 의미가 있음을 확인하게 되었다. 실천과정에서 적용되는 원리로서는 클라이언트의 복지권이 보장되어야 하며 서비스 이용자의 존엄성과 사회정의를 실현하기 위한 실천기법이 모든 사회복지 실천과정에서 핵심적 과제로 평가받고 있음이 증명되고 있다. 그리고 사회복지실천의 핵심은 이용자의 사회적 기능(Social functioning)을 회복시키고 예방하며 최적의 상태를 유지하는 것이 사회복지 실천의 목적으로 해석할 수 있다. 한국 사회복지 실천은 개인 중심에서 가족과 집단중심으로 이동하고 있으며 지역사회중심의 사회복지 실천이 각광을 받는 것으로 분석 되었다. Only expertise is a social worker, under any circumstances, the social worker is to apply the techniques on the basis of the artistic and scientific change as every individual professional skills of social workers and how the individual`s professional ethics and values at the same time calling on the problem-solving process was confirmed that this is meant to application. The principles to be applied in practice, and bokjigwon process as the client has to be ensured, practical techniques for implementing a user of dignity and social justice has been demonstrated that considered as a key challenge in all social work courses. And the core of social work practice is to restore the social function (Social functioning) prevention education of users and can be interpreted as a goal of the social work that remains optimal. Korea social work center is moving from individual to family and community center were analyzed as a social work in the community center to receive the limelight.

학교폭력의 심리적 원인과 그 대책

매년 학기 初가 되면 학교폭력과 관련된 전단이나 현수막을 쉽게 볼 수 있다. 이것은 학교폭력의 예방목적과 동시에 그 심각성을 이야기 하는 것이다. 성인들과는 달리 학생들은 전반적으로 성숙되지 인격체라고 한다. 따라서 전반적으로 이해되기 어려운 행위나 사고방식을 가지고 있기도 하다. 따라서 학교 안에서는 크고 작은 갈등들이 일상적으로 존재하기 마련이며, 그 유형 중에 최근 끊임없이 사회문제로 까지 인식되고 있는 것이 학교 폭력이다. 학교 폭력은 학교사회에서 그 원인이 있고 학생들 사이에서 발생하는 문제이나 그 해결 방안을 학교 내에서 고민하기에는 이미 그 심각성이 높다. 아직 그 범주를 확정하는 작업도 미쳐 확정되지 않았으며 원인의 규명에 관한 연구도 일반적인 범죄원인이론에서 추론하고 있을 뿐 구체적이지 못하며, 따라서 학교 폭력 근절대책을 마련하는 일은 요원한 것으로 보여 진다. 학교폭력의 문제는 시기적으로나 신분적으로 그리고 발생의 원인에 있어 일반의 범죄와는 달리 연구되어야 한다. 특히 학교폭력의 가해자와 피해자의 신분인 “학생”이라는 사실은 교육현장과 무관하게 발생할 수 있는 청소년범죄 보다는 보다 좁게 이해되어야 하고, 아직은 성숙되지 않아 불안한 심리적인 상태에서 다양하게 발생한다는 점에서 심리학적인 심층적인 논의에 중점을 두고 연구되어야 할 것이다. 학교폭력은 그 가해자와 피해자의 정서적인 상황에 따라 다양한 유형으로 지속적으로 발생하며, 피해와 가해가 중첩되어 있다. 따라서 가해자와 피해자는 이러한 과정에서 일정한 심리적·정신적인 정형성이 관찰되기도 한다. 즉 일방적인 가해자와 피해자로 양립하는 경우도 있고, 가해자인 동시에 피해자인 경우가 동시에 존재하기도 한다. 또한 일시적으로 한 번의 피해와 가해로 종결되는 경우도 있으며, 학교라는 공간적인 특수성과 피해자와 가해자가 하나의 공간에서 지속적인 교류를 하여야하는 상화에서 폭력적인 현실이 장기간 현존하는 경우가 대부분 이다. 따라서 이러한 특수성에 관한 연구를 바탕으로 학교와 사회가 학교폭력의 근절을 위한 실질적인 대안을 마련하여야 하며, 학교가 폭력이 자행되는 현장이 아니라 학생들의 다양한 의사가 존중되고 사회의 한 인격체로서 바르게 성장하고, 사회의 훌륭한 구성원을 기르는 교육의 장소, 보호의 현장이 되어야 할 것이다. These day, Juvenile violence at school is serious. So it's the time to make a solution. Usually, It is the beginning of making a countermeasure to examine a cause of matter. In the long history of research about cause of crime, many theoretical studies have presented the factors of crime, but any of these studies can not account all kind of delinquency. The thing that is certain, cause of juvenile violence at School is correlated to circumstances, and these build up the mentality of the victim and offender. The purpose of this study is to provide alternative of juvenile violence at School, so classifying the juvenile violence and making clear the factor of surrounding that can be linked mentality of violence and present a solution, which go after the sort of juvenile violence at School.

엔지니어링 플라스틱 소재의 확률론적 피로특성 평가

Engineering plastics have applied to mechanical components and structures due to a sufficient mechanical, thermal characteristics and impact-absorptive properties. In order to assure the safety of mechanical components included engineering plastics such as the polyacetal, it is important to estimate the probabilistic strain-life (P-ε-N) curve considering the variation of fatigue characteristics. The fatigue strain controlled tests were conducted under constant 50% humidity and 23℃ condition by a universal testing machine at strain ratio, R=0. In this study, a practical procedure is introduced to determine and evaluate P-ε-N curves. The variation of fatigue properties in the polyacetal was found to be normal distribution using χ² and K-S test, when the probability distributions of a fatigue life were examined by a strain-life method.

In this study, in order to perform more efficiently reliability design and integrity assessment of structural members, the relational database management program on the engineering plastics was constructed. This program contained 476 grades for 14 kinds of the engineering plastics and was developed using MS-access and MS-visualbasic. This program consists of 3 modules; search condition, probabilistic characteristics of material property, evaluation of P-S-N curve. We perform fatigue test for probabilistic durability analysis and this results input the database program to estimate P-S-N.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to lay groundwork for future research on the outcomes of national quality awards for secondary-care healthcare organizations. Methods: For this study, a secondary-care hospital was selected through a convenience sampling method and all of its organizational members participated in complete enumeration survey using 109 survey questions derived from the MBNQA criteria for healthcare through structural equation modeling (SEM) Results: As a result, Leadership was shown to drive Foundation and Direction, which affect System that creates Results with 12 hypotheses supported out of 18 hypotheses established. Conclusion: The findings of this study will provide valuable implications to the top management of secondary- care hospitals for self-examining quality management and promoting sustainable competitiveness.
