        국내 패션기업과 협력업체와의 관계에서 신뢰와 몰입에 영향을 미치는 변인 : 관계 기간의 조절 효과

        This study examined regarding the moderating effect of length of relationship in the relationship among the antecedent variables (i. e, specific investment, opportunistic behavior, communication, uncertainty, interdependence, power imbalance, shared value, and flexibility) of trust and commitment, trust and commitment and firm performance and relationship satisfaction. A total of 128 apparel manufacturers participated in this study. Flexibility exerted the most positive effect on trust in short-term relationship, followed by specific investment. And opportunistic behavior was found to exert negative effect on trust. Commitment was found to be most negatively affected by power imbalance, followed by interdependence. Trust was shown to be significantly affected by communication, shared value and flexibility in short-term relationship. In the case of long-term relationship, commitment was shown to be significantly affected by uncertainty, interdependence, power imbalance and flexibility. Firm performance was positively affected by both trust and commitment. As for the effect of trust and commitment on relationship satisfaction, relationship satisfaction was also affected by both trust and commitment. In case the length of relationship, firm performance was affected by both trust and commitment. As for the effect of trust and commitment on relation ship satisfaction, relationship satisfaction was also affected by both trust and commitment. The result of this research provides valuable data for making a concrete suggestion regarding the strategy for improving trust and commitment for the sake of the desirable relationship between apparel manufacturers and contractors.

        "-다니"에 대한 한국어 교육문법적 기술방안 연구- 담화화용정보의 비교대조를 중심으로-

        A study on descriptions of contraction form ``-dani`` in KFL grammar. Bilingual Research 51, 45-80. The purpose of this study is toinvestigatecharacteristics of ``-dani`` in various linguistic levels such as pronunciation and intonation, morpheme and sentence, discourse and pragmaticsand to suggest not only its descriptive methods in Korean educational grammar for foreign learners but some references for descriptions of other ‘-dago ha-`` contraction forms. In the previous studies, ``-dani`` has not been investigated as its own, whereas has been partly mentioned as one of the ``-dago ha-`` contraction forms. As a result, its various information according to language levels has not been explored. ``-Dani`` shows most various meanings in ``-dago ha-`` contraction forms. If the description on ``-dani`` in various linguistic levels could be suggested, other ``-dago ha-`` contraction forms such as ``-dago``, ``-damyeonseo``, ``-danika`` are expected to get its description references from it. In various linguistic levels, this study especially would focus on discourse-pragmatics information of ``-dani`` since it is related to highly complicated factors of its communication situation such as a speaker, a listener, a situation itself, so is difficult to be described as a whole. Also, this study would introduce comparison as a main method since comparison between common things and differential things can be effective to foreigner learners than any other methods.         학습자 중심 수업에 대한 대학생의 인식분석

        본 연구는 대학에서 효과적인 학습자 중심 수업의 실현을 위한 방안을 모색하는 데에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 대학생들의 인식을 바탕으로, 학습자 중심 수업에 대한 중요도와 실제 수업의 실행도를 비교·분석하였다. 먼저, 선행연구 검토를 통해 학습자 중심 수업을 실현하기 위한 핵심 요소를 도출하였고, 경기도 소재 S 대학의 학생 515명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 통해 학습자 중심 수업에 대한 인식자료를 수집하였다. 그리고 학습자 중심 수업에 대한 중요도와 실행도의 인식을 파악하여, 중요도-실행도 분석(IPA)을 통해 인식 차이를 분석하였다. 이에 따른 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학생들은 학습자 중심 수업에 대하여 중요하다고 인식하지만, 실제 실행수준은 낮았다. 둘째, ‘의사소통 및 상호작용’은 중요도와 실행도가 모두 높은 영역으로 나타났다. 셋째, IPA 분석결과 개선 노력을 위한 집중영역에 영역별 ‘학습관’, ‘교수학습활동’, ‘수업목표’의 3개 영역, 세부항목별 총 10개 항목이 도출되었다. 연구결과를 토대로, 본 연구에서는 향후 대학에서 학습자 중심 수업의 효과적인 실현을 위한 실제적인 방안들을 논의하고 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to explore learner-centered classes in universities. To this purpose, importance of learner-centered instruction and actual class performance were compared and analyzed based on the perception of college students. First, the core elements for realizing learner-centered instruction were derived through a review of prior studies, and data on learner-centered instruction were collected through an online survey targeting 515 students at S University in Gyeonggi-province, Korea. In addition, the perception of the importance and performance degree of learner-centered instruction was analyzed through the importance-performance analysis(IPA). The results of this study are as follows. First, students perceived that the learner-centered instruction was important, but the actual level of performance was low. Second, ‘communication and interaction’ was found to be a high level of importance and performance. Third, as a result of IPA analysis, a total of 10 items were derived for each area, three areas: “Learning philosophes”, “Teaching and Learning Activities”, and “Class Objectives” as the focus areas for improvement efforts. Based on the research results, this study discussed and suggested practical plans for the effective realization of learner-centered instruction in future universities.

        한국어교육적 관점에서 본 국내 대학 한국어문학과의 교육과정

        한국어문학과는 일반적으로 한국어 및 한국문학 전문가 양성을 그 목적으로 한다. 한국어문학은 모국어로서의 국어와 국문학이 아닌, 보다 객관적인 시각에서 한국어와 한국문학을 바라본다는 점에서 기존의 국어국문학과 분명한 차이를 갖는다. 그럼에도 불구하고 국내 한국어문학과의 교육과정이 국어국문학과에 다만 한국어교육적인 요소를 추가한 예로부터 한국어교육에 집중한 경우에 이르기까지 그 변폭이 매우 크다는 문제의식 아래, 본 연구는 한국어문학과의 독자적인 영역을 확보하고 정체성을 확립하기 위한 하나의 방향적 제안을 해 보고자 하였다. 특히 국내외 학습자의 수요가 상당하며 한국어문학과의 개설 동인이 되기도 한 한국어교육에 초점을 두어 한국어교육적 관점에서 국내 한국어문학과의 현존하는 교육과정을 살피고, 그 문제점을 진단한 후 앞으로의 방향성을 제안해 봄으로써 향후 한국어교육적 요소를 교육과정에서 점차 확대시켜나가고자 할 때 일정한 시사점을 제공해 보고자 하였다. Korean language and literature department, basically, sees Korean language in an objective way. However, curriculum of many Korean language and literature department shows no big difference from that of National language and literature departments. The purpose of this study is to examine the curriculum of Korean language and literature department especially in view of Korean language education for foreign learners which has been highly increasing for the last several years. As a result of this research, strong necessity for standardization in curriculum is insisted since the differences between curriculum in each college are so great that its graduates, namely, potential Korean language teachers are not likely to meet educatee`s general needs for Korean language and literature, Korean culture, etc. Therefore, this study tries to suggest desirable directions in designing curriculum of Korean language and literature department based on its own identity and the needs of both Korean language teachers and foreign Korean language learners which are expected to dedicate the standardization.

        산약의 운동수행능력 증진 및 항피로 효과

        Objectives In this study, we analyzed the effect of Dioscoreae Rhizoma on exercise practice ability and blood fatigue variable factor in the forced swimming test. Methods Male mice were divided into four group. Mice were administrated with saline, Discorae Rhizoma extracted by water (DRW), Discorae Rhizoma extracted by 30% ethanol (DRE), red ginseng (RG), orally once per day, for 1 week. Exercise performance was evaluated by exhaustive swimming time and weights. Glycogen contents of liver and soleus muscle were measured at the end of the experiment. In addition, the biochemical parameters such as asparate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), blood urea nitrogen, creatine, lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), ammonia, triglycerides (TG), total cholesterol (TC) and free fatty acid (FFA) were analyzed. Results Both DRW and DRE showed an improvement of swimming endurance compared with control group. Levels of ALT, ammonia, TG, TC and FFA were significantly decreased in both DRW and DRE compared with control group. Levels of AST, Creatine were significantly reduced in DRE group compared with control group. Moreover LDH showed only a tendency to increase in the DRW and DRE groups. Conclusions In summary, the present study showed that Dioscoreae Rhizoma improved in physical fatigue and exercise practice ability and DRE improved the superior than those of DRW.         순환학습모형에 따른 유치원 수학활동의 교육과정 수정이 통합된 장애 유아의 수학능력에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 순환학습모형에 따른 유치원 수학활동의 교육과정 수정이 통합된 장애 유아의 수학능력에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 유치원 교육과정 탐구생활 영역의 수학적 기초능력 기르기를 기반으로 순환학습모형에 따른 40개 수학활동을 교육과정 수정 절차를 통해 회기 당 30-40분의 활동으로 유치원 일과에 삽입해 실행하였다. 만 5세 장애 유아 20명을 선정하여, 생활연령, 사회 연령, 발달 연령, 언어 연령을 고려하여 실험집단과 통제집단에 각 10명 씩 배치하였으며, 중재는 14주간 제공하였다. 장애 유아의 수학능력의 변화를 측정하기 위해 사전-사후 검사 통제집단 설계를 적용하였으며 검사조정을 거친 유아그림수학능력 검사를 사전-사후 검사로 실시하였다. 연구 결과의 분석을 위해 두 집단 간 수학능력의 사전-사후 검사 간 차에 대해 두 독립표본 t 검정을 실시하였고, 그 결과 두 집단 간 수학능력 및 하위영역인 대수, 연산, 기하, 측정 능력의 사전·사후 변화에 유의미한 차이를 보여 순환학습모형에 따른 유치원 수학활동의 교육과정 수정이 실험집단 장애 유아의 수학능력에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤음을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 결과를 통해 순환학습모형이라는 양질의 학습모형에 따른 유치원 수학활동의 단계별 교육과정 수정이 통합된 장애 유아의 교육적 성과를 달성하는데 긍정적 영향을 미칠 수 있다는 점을 밝혔다는데 본 연구의 의의가 있다. This study examines the effects of a learning cycle model-based curriculum modification on the development of mathematical abilities of preschoolers with disabilities in inclusive settings. Subjects were twenty children, all age 5 and previously diagnosed to have disabilities or delays. Ten of them were allocated to the experimental group and the rest to the control group. The experimental group participated in the learning cycle model-based curriculum modification for mathematics activities during their regular daily activities and the control group followed traditional early childhood curriculum. To determine the effects of the learning cycle model-based curriculum modification on the development of mathematical abilities of preschoolers with disabilities, an independent-samples t-test was conducted with mean difference scores of pretests and posttests between the experimental and control groups. For each subcategory including algebra, number and operations, geometry, and measurement, t-values were also computed. According to the results of the study, the experimental and the control groups showed statistically significant differences in the changes between pretests and the posttests. Differences in the scores of subcategories including algebra, number and operations, geometry, and measurement were also found to be statistically significant. Conclusions and implications from the study for classroom practices and recommendations in terms of developing pre-academic skills programs for preschoolers with disabilities in inclusive settings for the Korean national preschool curriculum are discussed.

        담화화용 및 텍스트 관점에서 본 한국어의 "자기인용구문"

        The purpose of this study is to examine ‘a self-quoted phrase’ in Korean language. 泉子, K.メイナ一ド(2005, 2006) defined a self-quoted phrase as a quotation phrase which is used by a speaker when he manifests his opinion. As an adopting quotation phrase, the speaker can evoke objectivity in his utterances even though he expresses his own opinion. Previous studies regarding this phrase has highlighted only its syntactic characteristic. However, this self-quoted phrase shows not only its unique co-occurrence with [-certain] modal expressions but outstanding relevances with former sentences or former discourses. Also, this phrase seems to have a text genre-based characteristic. Therefore, a self-quoted phrase are explored in perspective of discourse-pragmatic and textual levels in this study.
