        Attainment of the goals of functional electrical stimulation(FES) applications such as strengthening of muscle, increasing muscular endurance, improvement in joint range of motion or the reduction of spasticity does not insure that patients will be able to produce voluntary muscle contraction sufficient to maintain posture or produce purposeful movements. In many patients who have sustained CNS damage, the control exerted by higher nervous system center over muscle contraction may impaired. In Searched patients, a variety of advanced therapeutic exercise techniques have been employed traditionally to facilitate the return of controlled functional muscular activity or maintain postural alignment until recovery from dysfunction occurs Among the most common clinical applications of FES for functional muscle contraction is as a substitute for static or dynamic orthotic devices

        온 ${\cdot}$ 냉 적용이 Vital sign 및 혈액 성분에 미치는 영향

        The 15 male students of T-college which is located in Taegu, who don't have any cardiovascular diseases and skin diseases and agreed to the experiment for finding out the effects of hot and cold therapy. They were divided 5 experimental groups, that is hot therapy in blood Pressures, hot therapy group showed significantly difference of systolic blood Pressure. And the hot therapy group and hot and cold therapy showed the distinctive differences in Scheffes' s analysis after the fact. 3. There was no significant difference in pulsation between before and after experiment and there were no differences in each group. 4. The hot therapy group showed significant difference in WBC and didn't show any difference in RBC(p<.05). 5. Timing does not effect to each group in the changes of HGB and HCT. 6. In the comparison between before and after the experiments in the changes of MCV, cold therapy group showed significant measurement. And in the comparison between before and after one hour the experiment in the changes of MCV, cold therapy group showed significant measurement. The experimental group 1 and 3 showed the distinctive differences in Scheffe' s analysis after the fact(p<.05). 7. In the comparison between before and after one hour experiments in MCV changes, the cold therapy group had significant differences(p<.05). 8. There were no significant differences between before and after the experiments in MCHC changes. 9. In the comparison between before and after one hour experiments in PLT changes, cold therapy group had significant changes(p<.05) and there were no differences among three group.

        간질환에 있어서 LDH isozyme 에 관한 연구

        The activities of LDH isozymes, transaminases and alkaline phosphatase were studied on 71 cases of liver diseases, among them hepatoma were 27 cases, liver cirrhosis 18 cases and hepatitis 26 cases. The results were as follow: ]. The total activity of LDH in normal control was 171.48+66.37 unit and the fractions of LDH isozymes from LDH-1 to LDH-5 were 30. 655. 81%, 35. 67+3. 73%, 25. 13+3. 83o, 4. 61W3. 08% and 4, 03 2. 73% respectively. 2. The total activity of serum LDH was significantly increased in the cases of liver diseases to compare with those of normal control group. 3, The fractions of LDH-4, LDH-5 and the ratios of LDH-5/LDH-I, LDH-5/LDH-4 and LDH-4+5/LDH-1+2 were significantly increased and LDH-2 and LDH-3 were decreased in the cases of liver diseases to compare with those of normal control. 4. LDH-4+5/LDH-I+2, GOT and alkaline phosphatase were significantly increased in hepatoma than in liver cirrhosis, the fractions of LDEI-5/LDH-1, LDH-5/LDH-4, LDH-4+5/ LDH-I+2 and GOT, GPT were increased in hepatitis than in liver cirrhosis. Nevertheless, there was no significant difference between hepatoma and hepatitis.

      • 사용한 한우 깔짚에서 배출되는 CH<sub>4</sub> 및 N<sub>2</sub>O의 배출 특성

        한우 깔짚 더미에서 배출되는 $CH_4$의 일별 배출량은 측정 시작일의 273.013 ${\mu}g\;m^{-2}\;s^{-1}$ (SE : ${\pm}1.047{\mu}g\;m^{-2}s^{-1}$)을 최대로 하여 점차 감소하여 측정 마지막 일에는 2.309 ${\mu}g\;m^{-2}\;s^{-1}$ (SE : ${\pm}0.061{\mu}g\;m^{-2}\;s^{-1}$)이었다. $N_2O$의 일별 배출량은 $CH_4$의 배출량과 달리 측정 시작일에는 0.267 ${\mu}g\;m^{-2}\;s^{-1}$ (SE : ${\pm}0.018{\mu}g\;m^{-2}\;s^{-1}$)로 미미하였으나 시간이 지남에 따라 지수적으로 증가하여 시험 시작 후 43일째에 3.596 ${\mu}g\;m^{-2}\;s^{-1}$ (SE : ${\pm}0.454{\mu}g\;m^{-2}\;s^{-1}$)로 최대를 기록한 후 서서히 감소하여 마지막 일에는 1.888 ${\mu}g\;m^{-2}\;s^{-1}$ (SE : ${\pm}0.012{\mu}g\;m^{-2}\;s^{-1}$) 이었다. 지구온난화지수를 이용한 $CH_4$과 $N_2O$ 배출량을 $CO_2$-eq로 환산했을 때, 시험첫 날 $CH_4$에 의한 $CO_2$-eq가 전체 환산량의 약 99%였다. 이후 $CH_4$의 배출량이 감소하고 $N_2O$의 배출이 증가하면서 34일 째에 $CH_4$과 $N_2O$에 의한 CO-eq 비율이 50:50이 되었으며 이후 $N_2O$의 영향이 더 컸다. $CH_4$과 $N_2O$의 배출량 변동성을 보기 위해 $CH_4$과 $N_2O$의 일 평균 배출량에 대한 일별 표준오차의 비율을 계산하였다. $CH_4$의 경우 그 비율이 11일째까지는 1.0% 이하였으나 시간이 지날수록 증가하여 57일 후에는 10.9%까지 증가하였다. $N_2O$의 경우 $CH_4$에 비해 그 비율이 컸는데 (0.4%~51.0%), $CH_4$의 경우와 달리 초기에 높았으며 시간이 지날수록 줄었다. $CH_4$과 $N_2O$의 생성이 활발할 경우 일 평균 배출량에 대한 일별 표준오차의 비율이 적으나 그렇지 않을 경우 비율이 높아졌는데 이는 배출장소의 비 균질성에 기인한다고 볼 수 있다. 따라서 퇴비화 과정의 온실가스 배출량을 줄이기 위해서는 $CH_4$ 감소를 위해 초기 공기 공급을 늘리며, 교반 등을 통해 비균질성을 감소시켜야 한다. This study was conducted to measure methane ($CH_4$) and nitrous oxide ($N_2O$) emissions from the 6 month old litter stockpile used for korean native cattle (Hanwoo) from August 3, 2007 to October 4, 2007. Daily mean $CH_4$ emissions was peaked to 273.013 ${\mu}g\;m^{-2}\;s^{-1}$ (SE : ${\pm}1.047{\mu}g\;m^{-2}\;s^{-1}$) on first day and then gradually decreased to 2.309 ${\mu}g\;m^{-2}\;s^{-1}$ (SE : ${\pm}0.061{\mu}g\;m^{-2}\;s^{-1}$) at the end of this experiment. Daily mean $N_2O$ emissions was as little as 0.269 ${\mu}g\;m^{-2}\;s^{-1}$ (SE : ${\pm}0.018{\mu}g\;m^{-2}\;s^{-1}$) on first day, but exponentially increased up to 3.569 ${\mu}g\;m^{-2}\;s^{-1}$ (SE : ${\pm}0.454{\mu}g\;m^{-2}\;s^{-1}$) on 43rd day and then slowly decreased to 1.888 ${\mu}g\;m^{-2}\;s^{-1}$ (SE : ${\pm}0.012{\mu}g\;m^{-2}\;s^{-1}$) at the end of this experiment. Carbon dioxide equivalent ($CO_2$-eq), calculated by global warming potentials of $CH_4$ or $N_2O$, of $CH_4$ on first day occupied approximately 99% of sum of $CO_2$-eq of $CH_4$ and $N_2O$. Methane emissions decreased and $N_2O$ emissions increased so that $CO_2$-eq ratio of $CH_4$ to $N_2O$ was 50:50 on 34th day. The effect of $N_2O$ on the ratio was increase thereafter. The ratio of daily mean $CH_4$ and $N_2O$ emissions to daily error of the mean was calculated to find daily fluctuation of $CH_4$ and $N_2O$ emissions. The ratio of $CH_4$ was less than 1.0% till 11th day but increased to 10.9% on 57th day. The ratio of $N_2O$ (0.4%~51.0%) was higher than that of $CH_4$, showing high in early stage and then gradually decrease, which was different from the pattern of $CH_4$. The ratio of daily mean emissions to daily error of the mean was little in case of active $CH_4$ or $N_2O$ generation period, which would be caused by the temporal and spatial heterogeneity of composting process. Hence more air supply on early stage to decrease $CH_4$ generation and proper turning to reduce spatial heterogeneity are needed to mitigate greenhouse gas emissions.

        Heating of injured tissue has been used for centuries for pain relief and reduction of muscle spasm. In physical therapy locally applied heating gents are used not only to promote relaxation and provide pain relief, but they are also used to increase blood flow, to facilitate tissue healing, and to prepare stiff joints and tight muscles for exercise. Superficial heating agents primarily cause in increases in skin and superficial cutaneous tissue temperature. Superficial heating agents such as hot packs, paraffin wax, Deep heating agents, including shortwave diathermy and continuous-wave ultrasound, can increase tissue temperature at depths ranging from 3to 5cm without overheating the skim and subcutaneous tissue.

      • Flow cytometry를 이용한 Chlorella vulgaris 와 activated sludge co-culture 상태에서의 cell 활성도 평가

        미세조류를 activated sludge와 co-culture시켜 N, P 처리효율을 향상시키는 시도가 활발하다. 이에 따라 co-cultrue 상태에서 미세조류의 활성을 평가하기 위한 method가 필요한데, 과거 대부분의 연구에서는 인공폐수성상을 제조 후, organic carbon, nitrogen, phosphorus 제거량을 통한 미세조류의 활성을 평가하였다. 그러나 위 방법으로는 미세조류의 활성도를 정확하게 정량적으로 측정하여 평가하기에는 한계가 있었다. 위문제점을 해결하기 위해 flow cytometry를 이용하여 미세조류와 activated sludge의 co-culture sample을 제조하여 cell counting 및 미세조류의 활성도를 정량적으로 평가 가능한 protocol을 개발하고자 했다. Flow cytometry 란 장치 내에 존재하는 가느다란 관에서 고속으로 흐르는 세포에 레이저 광을 조사하여 각각의 cell에서 발생되는 반사, 산란광을 순간적으로 측정하여 cell을 선별, 수집하는 기능을 갖는 장치를 말한다. 대부분의 cell live, dead 활성도 평가 논문이 flow cytometry로 측정한 data가 활발히 이용되고 있다. 미세조류와 activated sludge cell의 가장 큰 차이점은 cell 내에 chlorophyll 의 포함 여부이며, 위 차이점을 이용하여 flow cytometry를 이용해 cell을 구별했다. Chlorophyll에 630nm 이상의 빛을 조사하게 되면 excited state가 되고, excited electron이 낮은 전위로 이동할 때 fluorescence를 방출한다. 이를 flow cytometry의 fluorescence detector가 인지하여 상대적으로 낮은 fluorescence를 가지는 activated sludge와 높은 fluorescence를 가지는 미세조류를 구분하고, cell membrane이 손상된 dead cell 만을 염색하는 SYTOX Green 염색시약을 sample에 주입하여 live, dead cell을 구별하고 활성도를 평가하는 것이 가능함을 확인하였다.

        공공공사 BIM 발주지침 문제점 분석을 통한 입찰안내서 개선방안 도출

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the problems of public construction BIM delivery guides and to draw the improvement of BIM RFP. Since BIM was introduced in Korea in 2007, it has been applied to multiple public construction projects. Yet the specific standards which can be applied to practical business were inadequate and BIM use remains at the elementary level. This study has analyzed four domestic and foreign delivery guides and nine public construction BIM projects. Delphi technique was applied to draw forty-six improvement plans of RFP from BIM specialists. Moreover, the final improvement plans were drawn after comparing with previous studies. The results of this study can contribute to promote the active use of BIM in Korea.
