Recently, for the efforts of low-carbon deduction and to solve the problems of global warming, many industrial nations in world have been strengthening positively their competitive power into the research, development and industrialization of new renewable sources of energy and clean energy. In the most promising source of photovoltaic, it is essential that the government take an initiative role to develop and industrialize the materials, ingot or wafer, solar cell, power conditioning system and photovoltaic system, and need to establish both short-term and long-term technical development of goal setting and forward plan in the direction of the technical development strategy and forward industrialization for the strengthening of world market. This paper analyze new technology, policies and the market trend of photovoltaic field which are currently strategically and actively enhancing the research, development and practical-industralization by Korea and other nations.

The Flame length of CH₄ with the Oxidizer of air and O₂ has been measured respectively for the nozzle diameter of 1.6㎜, 2.7㎜, 4.4㎜ and 7.7㎜. In all CH₄ flame on oxidizer of air and O₂, the flame length was independent of the initial jet diameter, dependent only on the flowrate in laminar flame regime, and in turbulent flame dependent on the initial jet diameter. Using correlation equation of Dellchatslos, the flame length has been expected exactly for CH₄/air flame, but has been underestimated for CH₄/O₂ flame. This paper has proposed correlation equation of CH₄/O₂ flame.
텔레메트리 시스템을 위한 가변 컷 오프 주파수 및 가변 샘플 레이트 저면적 다채널 디지털 필터 설계

본 논문에서는 텔레메트리 시스템을 위한 가변 컷 오프 주파수 및 가변 샘플레이트 특성을 지니는 저면적 다채널 디지털 필터 구조를 제안한다. 제안하는 디지털 필터는 임의의 컷 비율에 대해 필터 뱅크의 추가적인 설계 없이 컷 오프 주파수와 샘플레이트를 가변적으로 사용할 수 있는 필터 뱅크를 구현함으로써 하드웨어 면적을 줄일 수 있었다. 또한, 멀티플렉서 (MUX; Multiplexer) 컨트롤을 통해 통과하는 필터의 개수에 따라 샘플레이트를 가변적으로 선택할 수 있는 구조를 제안한다. 제안하는 디지털 필터는 Quartus의 FIR (finite impulse response) IP (intellectual property)의 TDM (time division multiplexing)을 이용함으로써, TDM을 사용하지 않았을 때보다 면적이 큰 DSP (digital signal processing) 블록을 80개에서 1개로 줄일 수 있었다. Kaiser 창 함수를 이용하여 Matlab을 통해 필터의 차수와 계수를 계산하였으며, VHDL (very high speed integrated circuits hardware description language)을 통해 하드웨어로 구현하였다. 텔레메트리 시스템에 적용 후, 실험 결과를 통해 제안하는 디지털 필터가 정상적으로 동작하고 있음을 확인하였다. In this paper, We propose variable cut-off frequency and variable sample rate small-area multi-channel digital filter for telemetry system. Proposed digital filter reduced hardware area by implementing filter banks that can variably use cut-off frequency and sample rate without additional filter banks for an arbitrary cut ratio. In addition, We propose the architecture in which sample rate can variably be selected according to the number of filters that pass through the multiplexer control. By using time division multiplexing (TDM) supported by the finite impulse response (FIR) intellectual property (IP) of Quartus, the proposed digital filter can greatly reduce digital signal processing (DSP) blocks from 80 to 1 compared without TDM. Proposed digital filter calculated order and coefficients using Kaiser window function in Matlab, and implemented using very high speed integrated circuits hardware descryption language (VHDL). After applying to the telemetry system, we confirmed that the proposed digital filter was operating through the experimental results in the test environment.

CO₂ is a well-known green house gas, which is the major source of global wanning. Many<br/> researchers have studied to reduce CO₂ emission in combustion processes. Among the method for reducing CO₂ emission, oxygen-enriched combustion has been proposed. But the adiabatic name temperature is too high. So existing facilities must be changed, or the adiabatic name temperature in the combustion zone should be reduced. The combustion characteristics, composition in the name zone, temperature profile and emission gases were studied experimentally for the various oxygen-enriched ratios(OER) by addition of CO₂ under constant O₂ flowrate. Results showed that the reaction zone was quenched, broadened, as addition of CO₂ was increased. Temperature has a large effect on the<br/> NOx emission. The emission of NOx in flue gas decreased due to the decreased temperature of<br/> reaction zone. It was also shown that the reaction was delayed by the cooling effect As the addition of CO₂ was increased, the composition of CO in the name zone increased due to the increase of reaction rate by increasing mixing effect of oxidant/fuel at OER=O, but the composition of CO decreased by quenching effect at OER=50 and 100%.

Arterioenteric fistula is rare but can cause life-threatening bleeding. A case of Crohn`s disease with severe gastrointestinal hemorrhage caused by iliac arterioenteric fistula is presented. A 36-year-old male with Crohn`s disease was admitted because of massive lower gastrointestinal bleeding, which required transfusion of 16 units of packed RBCs over 2 days. Radioisotope RBC scan revealed intestinal bleeding directly from the right iliac artery. Emergent operation confirmed iliac arterioenteric fistulae with active bleeding, There was no further intestinal bleeding after surgery. Remission had been maintained for 3 years with mesalazine. Salivary duct carcinoma (SDC) is a rare primary salivary gland malignancy characterized by histological features similar to those of ductal carcinomas of the breast. It is regarded as a high-grade malignancy associated with frequent local recurrences and early distant metastases that require aggressive treatment. The typical fine needle aspiration cytology (FNAC) findings in SDC include cellular smears showing tumor cells with eccentric pleomorphic nuclei and a granular cytoplasm arranged in flat sheets or cribriform patterns against a necrotic background. However, the presence of mucin-containing cells in SDC has been rarely described. We report the FNAC findings in a patient with histologically confirmed SDC that demonstrated numerous mucin-containing cells and was subsequently misdiagnosed as a high-grade mucoepidermoid carcinoma. Here we discuss the problems involved in distinguishing SDC from high-grade mucoepidermoid carcinoma on the basis of cytologic findings alone.

Ovarian fibromas originating primarily from the ovarian stroma are rare, accounting for approximately 4% of all ovarian neoplasm. The ovarian fibromas are mostly benign tumors, but infrequently they have histologically malignant appearances such as hypercellularity, high mitotic rate, marked nuclear pleomorphism. Malignant fibromatous tumor can be categorized on the basis of prognosis into two separate types of tumors, one of which is cellular fibroma (one to three miotic counts per 10 high power fields) and the other of which is fibrosarcoma (over four miotic counts per 10 high power fields) that has extremely poor prognosis. We report a case of large ovarian fibrosarcoma accompanied with pregnancy and have a brief review of literatures.
