Objectives : The purpose of this study is to report 1 clinical experience of korean medicine treatment on chronic urticaria identified as "Wind Heat" pattern. Methods : We treated a 63-year old woman patient with Gagamtongcheong-san, acupuncture and pharmacopuncture. The improvement of patients evaluated using CU-Q2oL, UAS, and photography. Results : CU-Q2oL score decreased from 95 to 18, UAS decreased from 6 to 0. Conclusions : The complex treatments of korean medicine and was effective to improve of chronic urticaria. It is necessary to have more observations and case reports.

한양방 치료를 병행한 삼출액을 주소로 하는 아토피피부염 치험 1례

Objectives : This study is clinical report of one atopic dermatitis patient with exudate.Methods : We treated a 16-year old woman patient with acupuncture, pharmacopuncture, herbal medicine, herbal bath, aroma cream therapy and western medicine. The improvement of the patient was evaluated by SCORAD INDEX and photography.Results : The SCORAD Index score of admission day at hospital was 73.5, and the SCORAD INDEX score of discharge day was 11.4. Amount of exudate and the score of oozing were decreased.Consults : The complex treatments of korean medicine and western medicine was effective to improve of atopic dermatitis patient with exudate. And the influence of weather condition to prognosis of atopic dermatitis with exudate was observated. It is necessary to have more observations and case reports.

백합나무(Liriodendron tulipifera)의 체세포배로부터 식물체 생성

Liriodendron tulipifera (yellow poplar tree) can attain heights 60 m tall and grow under a variety of climatic conditions. This wood is very valuable for lumber and veneer. The tree is pollinated by insects, and the number of filled samaras per cone is very low in natural stands and seems to be about 10%. To overcome the low pollination somatic embryogenesis of this tree has the potential to produce millions of plantlets. The calli were initiated from the immature samaras of adult yellow poplar trees. For proembryogenic mass proliferation from these calli, 1/2 Litvay medium supplemented with 250 ㎎/L casamino acid, 250 ㎎/L L-glutamine and sucrose was effective. As for the effects of different osmotica on maturation media, the highest number of somatic embryos were produced from PEM when cultured on the medium containing 4% sucrose. The highest frequency of somatic embryo production from calli was achieved on the medium with free ABA. 5 mg/L of activated charcoal was effective on the maturation medium with 0.5 ㎎/L ABA. Upon transfer to germination medium, regenerated plantlets were successfully germinated on 1/2 Litvay medium with 1.0 ㎎/L GA₃. Plantlets were successfully transplanted to potting soil and grown to maturity in greenhouse. These efficient plant regeneration systems of yellow poplar tree established in this study, might be applied to mass proliferation, conservation of genetic resource and genetic transformation for molecular breeding.

배지첨가제 조절을 통한 백합나무(Liriodendron tulipifera)의 체세포배 발생

Liriodendron tulipifera grown under a variety of climatic conditions was very valuable for lumber and veneer but the pollination by insects and the number of filled samaras per cone was very low and the frequency was about 10%. To overcome the low pollination the somatic embryogenesis in these trees showed the potential to produce millions of plantlets. To induce somatic embryogenesis the calli were initiated from the immature samaras of adult yellow poplar trees. Embryogenic calli were cluster of small and dense cells termed proembryogenic masses, whereas non-embryogenic calli were friable. For proliferating these proembryogenic masses these masses were effectively subcultured in 1/2 Litvay medium supplemented with 250 mg/L casamino acid, 250 mg/L L-glutamine and sucrose. As for the effects of different osmotica on the maturation media, the highest number of somatic embryos were produced from these masses when cultured on the medium containing 4% sucrose. The highest frequency of somatic embryo production from these masses was achieved on the medium with free ABA. Activated charcoal (5 mg/L) was also effective on the maturation medium with 0.5 mg/L ABA. Upon transfer to germination medium, somatic embryos developed into plantlets successfully on 1/2 Litvay medium with 1.0 mg/L GA3.

희망창업자의 창업환경과 창업준비 특성이 창업의도에 미치는 영향

This study examined which influence the entrepreneurial environment and charateristics of start-up preparation have upon a start-up intention. For the purpose of offering useful data so that the hope-entrepreneurs of planning start-up can do more successful start-up through this, it carried out questionnaire from June 13, 2018 to July 14, 2018 targeting employee are located in K region. As a result, excluding 6 copies with a difficulty in the application to statistics among totally 205 copies, 199 copies were chosen as the final samples. Data were conducted reliability analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis by using SPSS 23.0. The results are as follows. First, the entrepreneurial environment had a significant impact on a start-up intention. Second, the start-up preparation level had a significant effect on a start-up intention. However, this study limited the sampling region to A area, thereby having a limitation in generalizing the findings all over the country. Moreover, there is a suggestion that a continuous research will need to be performed in terms of an influential factor in pre-entrepreneurs' start-up intention as well as in entrepreneurial environment and start-up preparation level. 본 연구에서는 희망창업자의 창업환경과 창업준비 특성이 창업의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석하였다. 이를 통해 창업을 계획하는 희망창업자들이 보다 성공적인 창업을 할 수 있도록 유용한 자료로 제공하고자 하는 목적을 위해 A 지역에 거주하는 직장인들을 대상으로 2018년 6월 13일에서 2018년 7월 14일까지 설문을 실시한 총 205부에서 통계에 활용이 어려운 6부를 제외한 199부를 최종 표본으로 선정하였다. 자료는 SPSS Ver 23.0을 활용하여 요인분석, 상관관계분석, 신뢰도분석, 회귀분석을 하였고 그 결과는 아래와 같다. 첫째, 창업환경은 창업의도에 유의미한한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 창업준비 특성은 창업의도에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 그러나 본 연구는 표집지역을 A 지역으로 한정하였으므로 연구결과를 전국으로 일반화하기에는 한계가 있으며 나아가 창업환경과 창업준비 특성뿐만이 아닌 희망창업자의 창업의지의 영향요인에 관한 지속적 연구가 계속되어야 할 것이다.

창의교육 프로그램이 고등학생들의 창의적 문제해결력에 미치는 영향 - ‘나이테’주제를 중심으로 -

This study aimed to develop a tree ring-based creative education program focusing on the elements of "Ecosystem and environment" in the 2015 revised science and education curriculum and find out the effectiveness. To conduct the study, 50 randomly sampled high school students were analyzed for their creative problem-solving ability and their satisfaction with the creative education by applying the creative education program developed in this study. The results of the study are as follows. First, this study showed significant statistical test results (p<.05) from constructs: discovery and analysis of problems, idea generation, execution plan, execution, persuasion and communication, and innovation, in the paired samples t-test by pre-and post-score differences in creative problem-solving tests (p<.05), In other words, the education program centered on the theme of "a tree ring that records the environment" had a positive impact on the creative problem -solving of research participants. The figure of the sub-constructs of the satisfaction test, conducted after the application of the class, was 3.82 to 4.46, and it indicated that the creative education program developed in this study showed a positive response to students. In particular, in response to the class 'differentiation' construct, research participants responded to self-thinking activities without answers, which showed the fact that one could think by oneself and one's ideas could be an answer since there doesn't exist a correct answer has improved the participants' satisfaction of creative education classes.

국소뇌허혈 유도 모델에서 운동 강도가 신경학적 기능회복 및 세포사에 미치는 영향

The study was designed to evaluate the effect of two different treadmill exercise intensity in focal cerebral ischemia model. thirty-two male Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats were randomly divided into four groups. Normal group(n = 8), ischemic brain injury group(n = 8), experimental group I has II been lower-intensity exercise with ischemic brain injury (n = 8), experimental group has been moderate-intensity exercise with ischemic brain injury(n = 8). The statistical analysis was evaluated by ANOVA for repeated measure. Each group has been examined by test as follow, neurological motor behavioral test, cognitive motor behavior test and histological test. Neurological motor behavior tests consisted of postural reflex test and beam walking test. In the creasyl violet staining and TUNEL staining were used. From these results the following conclusions obtained. The tests for motor function recovery change had significantly increased in the experimental groups as compared with control group. In order to determine whether the increase in cell proliferation caused by treadmill exercise intensity could be explained by changes in the level of the apoptotic protein. These results suggest that lower intensity exercise has good effects on motor function recovery after ischemic brain injury.

벨마비 치료 중 건측에 중이염이 동반된 양측성 안면마비 치험 1례

간담습열(肝膽濕熱)로 변증되는 양측성 안면신경 마비 환자 치험 1례에서, 초기 편측 안면신경 마비에 청간소요산의 내복약과 침 치료 등 한방 치료와 항바이러스제의 양방 치료를 병행하였다. 또한 치료 중에 건측에 발생한 중이염 이후 잇따라 양측성 안면신경 마비가 발생하였을 때, 소염, 해열, 진통 효과가 있는 가미갈근탕의 변방인 부비동염-2의 내복약을 비롯한 지속적인 한방 치료 및 항균제의 양방 치료의 병행으로 원인 질환인 중이염을 먼저 치료를 하고 이후에 안면신경 마비 치료를 지속하였다. 이에 환자가 양호한 치료결과를 얻었으므로 이를 보고하는 바이다. Objectives : To report the patient bilateral facial palsy, because it is unusual. Methods : One patient with bilateral facial palsy was selected. Herbal medicine(Cheunggansoyosan, bubidongyeom-2) was administered and acupuncture was applied for twice a day in 73 days. Facial function was evaluated by House-Brackmann scale, Yanagihara's scale and Standardization of muscular paralysis. Results : Cheunggansoyosan, bubidongyeom-2 and acupuncture treatment improved facial function after 73 days of treatment. Adverse effects were not reported. Conclusions : This study shows that the Korean medicine treatment was effective in improving bilateral facial palsy.

알레르기 비염의 한의학적 관리를 위한 최신 지견

Objectives : The purpose of this review is to introduce the recent advance in allergic rhinitis and to provide help in establishing strategy and selection of drugs for Korean medical treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods : We searched articles about allergic rhinitis comprehensively in PubMed, CNKI, JStage, KISTI. And in order to reflect clinical situation, we also reviewed some profession's writing for practitioners. Results : This review discussed allergic rhinitis's epidemiology, pathophysiology, diagnosis, treatment, prognosis. We found many standardized clinical practice guideline have been published in this field. And some guideline reflected accumulation of medical evidence on interventions in Korean medicine. It suggested that acupuncture, herbal medicine, herbal patch are useful to prevention and alleviate allergic symptoms. But some interventions have heterogeneity due to each nation's medical background. Conclusions : Acupuncture therapy is now recommended world widely for treating allergic rhinitis. But other interventions of Korean medicine are not well recognized in the same manner. We need more research to identify mechanism and rigorous clinical trials to clarify efficacy and safety of Korean medicine intervention.
