        Effect of Burnout and Organizational Effectiveness on Job Satisfaction of Preschool Teachers

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship among burnout, organizational effectiveness, and job satisfaction of preschool teachers and find the predictors of job satisfaction of preschool teachers. The questionnaire about burnout, organizational effectiveness, and preschool teachers’ job satisfaction was administered to 233 preschool teachers working in kindergartens and daycare centers located in S and K provinces in Korea. Pearson’s correlation and multi-regression analysis was conducted to analyze the data. The results of this study are as follows: first, there is a negative relationship between burnout and job satisfaction and a positive relationship between organizational effectiveness and job satisfaction; second, burnout was found to be a negative predictive variable and organizational effectiveness was found to be a positive predictive variable for preschool teachers’ job satisfaction. The results of this study could be used as basic data for finding ways to improve job satisfaction of preschool teachers.

        프랑스어문법사에서의 상황보어

        ‘Complément circonstanciel’ is a very unique concept of French grammar. This study will examine the introduction background and meaning of this specific concept in French grammar, and how to effectively explain this concept in the field of French grammar education. ‘Complément circonstanciel’ is the answer to questions that use words such as 'where, when, how, why, etc.', indicating any condition or circumstance that complete the action of the verb. Throughout the 17th and 18th centuries, as the concept of the complement (direct and indirect) became important in the French syntactic theory, the new concept of ‘complément circonstanciel’ began to emerge in the category of grammar to supplement the parts unexplained by the indirect complement alone. Through the influence of ‘complément circonstanciel,’ the opportunity to refine the complement system more clearly in French grammar arose, for example, the introduction of other types of complements such as ‘complément d'attribution’ and ‘complément d'agent.’ In order to enhance the understanding of the learners, particularly French language learners whose L1 is Korean, who are new to the concept of ‘complément circonstanciel’ in the field of French grammar education, this study would like to suggest a method to explain the concept in comparison with the more familiar Korean grammar. In addition, if this new concept is explained together along with the introduction background and the process, then the ‘complément circonstanciel’ will not be simply recognized as just a type of complement, but as a unique concept that has had a great influence on French grammar to the extent of which learners will be able to distinguish between the first school of French grammar and the second school of French grammar from the introduction of ‘complément circonstanciel’ in 1844. 본고에서는 상황보어라는 프랑스어문법의 개념이 무엇이며 이 개념이 프랑스어문법에 도입된 배경과 의의에 대해 살펴보고, 프랑스어문법 학습현장에서 어떻게 하면 이 개념을 효과적으로 설명할 수 있을지 고민해 보고자 한다. 상황보어란 ‘où어디, quand언제, comment어떻게, pourqoui왜’ 등의 질문에 대한 답으로, 동사의 동작을 완성시키는 어떤 여건이나 상황을 나타낸다. 17-18세기를 거치면서 프랑스어 통사이론에서 논리·의미적 관점이 중요해지며 보어(직접보어, 간접보어)의 개념이 나타났고, 간접보어만으로는 설명되지 않는 부분을 보완하기 위해 상황보어라는 새로운 개념이 문법의 범주에 들어오게 된다. 상황보어의 영향으로 기존 보어의 정의를 보완하고, 귀속보어와 동작주보어 같은 또 다른 유형의 보어개념이 들어오는 등 프랑스어문법에서 보어 체계를 보다 명확하게 재정비하는 계기가 되었다. 프랑스어문법교육 현장에서 상황보어라는 문법개념을 처음 접하는 학습자들의 이해도를 높이기 위해 보다 익숙한 국어 문법과 비교해서 설명하는 방법을 제안해 볼 수 있겠다. 또한 상황보어가 도입된 배경과 과정을 함께 전달한다면 상황보어를 단순히 보어의 한 종류 정도로만 알고 넘어가는 것이 아니라, 상황보어 도입(1844년)을 기점으로 제1 학교문법과 제2 학교문법을 구분할 정도로 프랑스어문법사에 큰 영향을 끼친 개념임을 알게 되지 않을까 기대해 본다.

        한국인을 위한 중년기의 건강한 부부관계 척도개발

        The purpose of this study was to develop and validate the healthy marital relationship scale in middle age. First of all, it analyzed documentary consideration, couple-interview data, and couple-related scales and then prepared 104 basic preliminary questions. Next, experts including a professor of psychology, a professor of social welfare, a doctor of psychology, and a teacher of Korean language validate the contents of the basic preliminary items over 4 times, thereby have developed 59 items of the preliminary scale. An exploratory factor analysis was carried out targeting 223 married men and women in their middle age with the developed preliminary scale. As the result of exploratory factor analysis, 2 factors were confirmed: 10 items for equality/value factor and 10 items for communication/intimacy factor. As the result of carrying out confirmatory factor analysis of the final healthy marital-relationship scale in middle age, a model of 2 factors was confirmed to be suitable. The convergent and discriminative validity was confirmed through the correlation with COMOSWB (Concise Measure of Subjective Well-Being), Dyadic Adjustment Scale, and Conflict Coping Scale. Finally, significance and limitation of this study were discussed. 본 연구는 한국인을 위한 중년기 건강한 부부관계 척도를 개발하고 타당화하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 먼저 문헌고찰, 부부 면담자료, 부부관련 척도 등을 분석하여 104문항의 기초예비문항을 작성하였다. 다음으로 기초예비문항에 대해 심리학 교수, 사회복지학 교수, 심리학 박사, 국어교사 등 전문가들이 4차에 걸쳐 내용타당도를 검증하여 예비척도 59문항을 개발하였다. 개발된 예비척도에 대해 결혼한 중년기 남녀 223명을 대상으로 탐색적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 탐색적 요인분석 결과, 평등/가치관 요인 10개 문항과 의사소통/친밀감 요인 10개 문항의 2개 요인이 확인되었다. 최종 중년기의 건강한 부부관계 척도에 대한 확인적 요인분석을 실시한 결과 2요인 모형이 적합함을 확인할 수 있었고 단축형 행복척도, 개정판 부부적응 척도, 갈등대처 척도와의 상관분석을 통해 수렴 및 변별 타당도를 확인할 수 있었다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점을 논의하였다.

        Rapid and Specific Detection of Apple stem grooving virus by Reverse Transcription-recombinase Polymerase Amplification

        Apple stem grooving virus (ASGV) is considered to cause the most economically important viral disease in pears in Korea. The current PCR-based methods used to diagnose ASGV are time-consuming in terms of target detection. In this study, a novel assay for specific ASGV detection that is based on reverse transcriptionrecombinase polymerase amplification is described. This assay has been shown to be reproducible and able to detect as little as 4.7 ng/μl of purified RNA obtained from an ASGV-infected plant. The major advantage of this assay is that the reaction for the target virus is completed in 1 min, and amplification only requires an incubation temperature of 42°C. This assay is a promising alternative method for pear breeding programs or virus-free certification laboratories.

        유럽 문화의 교차로 리옹

        Lyon: The Crossroad of the European Cultures Nam Youn Kim (Kangwon National University) The main focus of historical studies has traditionally been on historical events, the result being that regional qualities were only thought of as a simple backdrop. In France, for example, no other cities other than Paris has been the subject of serious research. The present paper intends to put forward another city, Lyon, as one just as important in French history. This study, however, does not simply mean to take up regional issues but at the same time purports to consider cultural issues in a broader perspective. Lyon comprises all the attributes that are associated with France, Rome, and such Celtic lands as Gaul. In the ancient Roman times Lyon was the focal point and was more important to Rome than Paris as it was perceived as the crossroad of Europe. Lyon, due to its favorable location, saw developments in regional industry, economy and culture, thereby becoming the hub of Christianity. Until the 12century, the city enjoyed the same stature as Paris as a major metropolis of Christianity. The cultural significance of Lyon can be deduced when you take into consideration the fact that Francois Rabelais, one of the literary giants of France, published his manuscript at Lyon. After Lyon was incorporated into the French Kingdom, it still maintained its premium as the second city only to Paris. Lyon's strong point lies in the fact that it was not only the crossroad of many different cultures but also a geographical location which functioned as a natural transportation hub so that it was also an economical crossroad. This geographical attribute brought about a renaissance in cuisinary art, and one can actually proclaim that it is Lyon and not Paris that should be acclaimed as the European cuisinary capital. Lyon, while guarding the traditional cuisine, embraced the internationalized cuisine of Paris and became the representative of French cuisine. While Paris is known as the birth place of cinema, the honor should actually be given to Lyon, since it was in Lyon that the brothers Lumière first invented the cinematography. Today Lyon, taking notice of the name Lumière which means ‘light,’ is standing tall once more in the world stage by hosting the annual “Festival of Lights.” In this respect, too, Lyon is a city comparable to Paris, as a rival city. Paradoxically enough, Lyon's defeat to Paris has contributed to strengthening the city's competitiveness. Lyon survived and kept its identity intact throughout the historical events which overwhelmed the city: the defeat to Paris, the Roman invasion and the rule of the Saracens. The hero of 2nd World War was Charles de Gaulle, but it was Lyon's Jean Mullen who lead the resistance in France during the occupation. Lyon also has the human resources to meet and adapt to the demanding needs that, in the long run, clearly function to establish the city as the true carrefour where different cultures converge. The citizens of Lyon guard their identities while changing slowly to meet the needs of the changing culture, demonstrating that they are truly the cultural representatives of the 'one-Europe' doctrine.

        미래도시 파리

        본 논문의 주제는 파리라는 도시지만 ‘지역학’으로 접근하지는 않을것이며, 파리라는 공간에 방점을 찍으면서 인간과 시간에도 관심을 기울일 것이다. 파리의 외형은 과거의 모습을 유지하지만 예술이나 문학분야에서 항상 첨단을 달렸다. 자신의 문화적 유산을 깊이 의식하지만과거에 안주하지 않고 진화하는 다기능 도시로 경제나 재정분야에서능동적인 역할을 담당하는 수도로서의 역할, 그리고 국제 체제의 중심으로서의 임무를 수행하고 있다. 파리는 물리적인 변화를 겪기도 했지만 파리 시민과 세계 시민이 파리를 바라보는 시각이 변했다는 것이 중요하다. 도시는 조상들의 공간이면서 후손들의 공간이기에 그에 맞는변화가 불가피하다. 상상의 도시인 동시에 현실의 도시인 파리는 전통과 새로움을 동시에 투영할 수 있는 도시로 이상적이라는 말이다. 그런데 파리는 문화와 예술의 도시라는 과도하게 강한 이미지 때문에 변화를 추구하는 첨단 과학의 도시라는 점이 가려져 있다. 본 논문에서 우리는 파리가 어떻게 과거의 유산을 미래로 전달했는지 ‘파리의 역사축’, ‘왕가의 전망’ 그리고 ‘승리의 길’이라는 구체적인 주제를 바탕으로 설명할 것이다.

        뷰티아카데미 학생들의 전공선택 및 교육과정 만족도에 관한 연구 - 수도권 뷰티아카데미를 중심으로 -

        Human beings have the aesthetic instinct to look beautiful. Beauty is under the spotlight as the new high value-added industry in the 21st century, the beauty academy that is one of the place for you to learn the beauty technique has been recognized as an educational institution that is training and producing professionals. And than it’s operating more active. Beauty is a field that requires specialized knowledge and technical skills, so beauty academy is required the training of specialized person who has a good grounding in aesthetic field, and curriculum of the beauty academy, which can lead professionals is very important Now, nail art national certification was introduced in 2014 after hair, skin national certification. And it is necessary to find out that qualitative improvement of beauty education in accordance with the spirit of the practical science that is training specialists with practical education. Therefore, the present study aims to help as a basis for future beauty education policy by examining the satisfaction of Academy courses for the students.

        미용관련 고교의 교과과정 만족도 분석 -인천의 B학교를 중심으로

        The beauty high school is recognized with an important center of the manpower supply and actively operated as a beauty industry develops as a high-value added one. For this, an investigation on the satisfaction with a curriculum was conducted among 263 senior students in an beauty high school to know how well they were satisfied with their major and the teaching contents and the results are as followed. The beauty high school students mostly have chosen the hair field, and then skincare, make-up and lastly nailcare, etc as a detailed majors. They were not affected by understanding the vision of beauty-industry while they were choosing their own detailed major. The students were very satisfied with the level of curriculum but they were not as satisfied as the curriculum level with on-the-job-training when asked the satisfaction of curriculum. They wanted improvement on a training environment when asked about a course management. Therefore we need a development and complement of curriculum about field adaptation ability. The satisfaction of curriculum was higher in the students who considered an attitude for beautycare and employment and then entered the school with their own decision than the ones who entered the school because of a middle school grade. Therefore it was shown that the students needed to receive an academic aptitude test and a carrier education to increase the satisfaction of curriculum. The researchers here tried to provide a basic data to seek for the educational direction and educational policy of beauty high school which is an important educational organization and turns out beauty industry's talents. Detailed analysis of curriculum for beautycare high school will be necessary later. 뷰티 산업이 고부가가치 산업으로서 발전함에 따라 미용관련 고등학교는 중요한 인력공급의 중추 교육기관으로 인정받아 보다 많이 활성화 되어 운영 중에 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 뷰티산업에서 요구하는 교과과정을 확립하기 위한 개선방안을 모색하고자 인천시내 미용관련 B고등학교 3학년 재학생 263명을 대상으로 교과과정에 대한 만족도 분석을 실시하였으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 미용관련고교 학생들은 세부 전공으로 헤어분야를 가장 많이 선택하는 것으로 나타났으며 그 다음으로 피부, 메이크업 및 네일 순으로 선택하였고 이들이 전공을 선택할 때 산업의 전망에 대한 인식도는 크게 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 이들의 교과과정의 내용에 있어서 교과목 난이도에 대한 만족도는 매우 높은 것으로 나타났으며 현장적응 교육에 대한 만족도가 가장 낮은 것으로 나타나 이러한 현장 적응 능력 개발을 위한 교과과정의 개발이 필요하며 학과운영에서는 실습환경의 개선을 요구하는 것으로 나타나 현장 적응 교육 및 심화실기 교육 등 현장 실무에 관한 교과과정에 대한 보완을 요구하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 교과과정에 대한 만족도는 적성이나 취업을 고려하여 자의적으로 판단으로 입학한 학생들이 중학교 성적 때문에 타의적으로 입학한 학생들보다 높은 것으로 나타나 교과과정의 만족도를 높이기 위해서는 고교입시를 위하여 적성검사 등 진로지도가 필요한 것으로 보였다. 이러한 결과를 통하여 앞으로 발전해 나가고 있는 뷰티산업의 인재를 배출해 내는 중요한 교육기관인 미용관련 고교가 현장의 요구에 부흥하는 교과과정을 개발하여 교육방향을 모색하고 교육정책으로 수립하는데 기초적 자료로 제공하고자 하며 추후 면밀한 분석이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.
