        시스템엔지니어링 기반의 스마트 안전관리 시스템설계: 작업자와 이동 장비를 중심으로

        Industrial safety is one of the crucial agenda for Government as well as Manufacturing Industry. To cope with the needs, a great deal of policies and technical implementation have been proposed and implemented. With a great increasing attention on the Industry 4.0 and Smart Factory, industrial safety has received as a crucial agenda by the manufacturing industry in particular. Up until now, almost all of them have been made from the environmental aspects, rather than operator or workers. In this paper, we present our research results how to increase the workers' safety via smart factory technology, such as IoT and CPS. Our approach has been to see the problem from SE perspectives, to draw the real issues from the various stakeholders, and define how to solve the problem based on the emerging technologies. The developed systems can give conceptual framework for the 'smart' industrial safety system by providing solution architecture for how to monitor the location of workers, and moving equipments, and generate solutions how to avoid safety problems between them if detected.

        서울 지역 고등학생 및 대학생을 대상으로 한 패스트푸드업체의 '스타마케팅' 광고효과 분석

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of celebrity endorsers used in fast food industry among highschool and undergraduate students. By taking the sample's age and income into consideration, the advertisement examples of fast food industries were chosen for this study. Data was collected by questionnaires from 400 students. For statistical analysis, the SPSS V19.0 was used for reliability and factor analysis, chi-square test and regression analysis. The results are as follows: First, there was a significant difference (p<0.01) in advertising effects according to gender and education level. Out of the consumers who were exposed to celebrity endorsers, the highschool students and women showed higher advertising effects. Second, the advertising attitude was positively related to brand images (F: 479.680, p<0.01) and buying intentions (F: 1101.427, p<0.01) as well as brand images on purchase intentions (F: 492.175, p<0.01). In conclusion, the consumers with positive attitudes towards advertisements will also evaluate brand images positively and be more likely to purchase the products.

        Combined Skin Moisturization of Liposomal Serine Incorporated in Hydrogels Prepared with Carbopol ETD 2020, Rhesperse RM 100 and Hyaluronic Acid

        We investigated the combined moisturizing effect of liposomal serine and a cosmeceutical base selected in this study. Serine is a major amino acid consisting of natural moisturizing factors and keratin, and the hydroxyl group of serine can actively interact with water molecules. Therefore, we hypothesized that serine efficiently delivered to the stratum corneum (SC) of the skin would enhance the moisturizing capability of the skin. We prepared four different cosmeceutical bases (hydrogel, oil-in-water (O/W) essence, O/W cream, and water-in-oil (W/O) cream); their moisturizing abilities were then assessed using a CorneometerⓇ. The hydrogel was selected as the optimum base for skin moisturization based on the area under the moisture content change-time curves (AUMCC) values used as a parameter for the water hold capacity of the skin. Liposomal serine prepared by a reverse-phase evaporation method was then incorporated in the hydrogel. The liposomal serine-incorporated hydrogel (serine level=1%) showed an approximately 1.62∼1.77 times greater moisturizing effect on the skin than those of hydrogel, hydrogel with serine (1%), and hydrogel with blank liposome. However, the AUMCC values were not dependent on the level of serine in liposomal serine-loaded hydrogels. Together, the delivery of serine to the SC of the skin is a promising strategy for moisturizing the skin. This study is expected to be an important step in developing highly effective moisturizing cosmeceutical products.

        Microarray와 Network 분석을 통한 병원균 및 스트레스 저항성 관련 주요 유전자의 대량 발굴

        브라시노스테로이드는 식물의 생장과 발육 과정에 있어서 중요한 역할을 담당 할 뿐 아니라 생물학적/ 비 생물학적 스트레스에 대한 복합 저항성을 보인다고 알려져 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 브라시노스테로이드와 광범위스트레스 내성을 연결하는 중요한 생물학적 네트워크를 이해하기 위해, Agilent Arabidopsis $4{\times}44K$ oligo chip을 이용하여 브라시노스테로이드 신호가 강화된 bes1-D 계통의 전 전사체 비교분석을 수행하였다. 그 결과 bes1-D 계통에서 DEGs (Differentially Expressed Genes)를 1,091 (562 up-regulated, 529 down-regulated) 개 선발하였다. 또한 선발된 유전자들의 GO 와 단백질 상호작용 네트워크 분석을 통해 대사, 발달, 스트레스, 면역, 방어 반응에 관련된 주요 브라시노스테로이드 신호전달과 연결된 스트레스 관련 유전자군을 분리하였다. 선발된 유전자중 NB-ARC와 FLS2는 bes1-D 계통이 야생형 En-2 계통에 비해 약 6배 정도의 발현량이 증가되었으며, TIR1, TSA1, OCP3 유전자등은 bes1-D 계통이 야생형 En-2 계통에 비해 발현이 감소되었다. 또한 브라시노스테로이드 활성형 계통이 야생형 식물체 계통에 비해 가뭄 스트레스 및 병원균에 대해 저항력이 향상되었다. 따라서 microarray 분석을 통한 유전자 간 발현 네트워크와 유전체 정보를 결합하여 대단위 주요 기능 유전자들을 동정할 수 있는 방법을 고안하여 실험에 사용하였다. 이를 통해 기능 획득 돌연변이 bes1-D가 식물들이 다양한 스트레스 환경에 적응할 수 있는 반응을 조절한다는 사실을 보여주고 있다. Brassinosteroid (BR), a plant steroid hormone, plays key roles in numerous growth and developmental processes as well as tolerance to both abiotic and biotic stress. To understand the biological networks involved in BR-mediated signaling pathways and stress tolerance, we performed comparative genome-wide transcriptome analysis of a constitutively activated BR bes1-D mutant with an Agilent Arabidopsis $4{\times}44K$ oligo chip. As a result, we newly identified 1,091 (562 up-regulated and 529 down-regulated) significant differentially expressed genes (DEGs). The combination of GO enrichment and protein network analysis revealed that stress-related processes, such as metabolism, development, abiotic/biotic stress, immunity, and defense, were critically linked to BR signaling pathways. Among the identified gene sets, we confirmed more than a 6-fold up-regulation of NB-ARC and FLS2 in bes1-D plants. However, some genes, including TIR1, TSA1 and OCP3, were down-regulated. Consistently, BR-activated plants showed higher tolerance to drought stress and pathogen infection compared to wild-type controls. In this study, we newly developed a useful, comprehensive method for large-scale identification of critical network and gene sets with global transcriptome analysis using a microarray. This study also showed that gain of function in the bes1-D gene can regulate the adaptive response of plants to various stressful conditions.

        독일 소설 담화의 (자유) 직접 이야기재현의 한국어 번역: 요한나 슈피리의『하이디』한국어 번역본 비교분석

        The 'reported speech' which is "speech within speech, utterance within utterance, and at the same time also speech about speech, utterance about utterance"(Vološinov 1986:115) belongs to a universal property of human languages. Correspondingly, studies on reported speech have a long tradition, and their research findings have been accumulated to a large extent. Yet very few academic studies have been done to explain and demonstrate strategies of translation regarding reported speech in Korean translated versions of foreign literary works. This paper pays attention to the following questions. First, how are 'direct reported speech' and 'free direct reported speech' in German literary texts translated in Korean translated versions? Second, can the translation difference of 'direct reported speech' and 'free direct reported speech' in Korean translated versions be described, explained and interpreted through translation strategies of translators? To find acceptable responses to the questions this study analyses the literary work of children and youth Heidi by the Swiss lady of letters Johanna Spyri. “발언 속의 발언, 발화 속의 발화이자 동시에 발언에 관한 발언, 발화에 관한 발언”(Vološinov 1986:115)으로서의 ‘이야기재현’이란 인간언어의 보편적인 속성에 속한다. 그에 걸맞게 이야기재현에 관한 연구는 오랜 역사를 갖고 있으며, 그 연구결과물도 상당한 정도로 축적되어 있다. 그러나 외국어 원천 문학텍스트에 나타난 다양한 유형의 이야기재현 양상이 한국어 번역본에서 번역자가 어떤 번역전략을 가지고 번역하는지에 관한 연구는 거의 전무하다. 본 연구는 다음 질문에 관심을 집중한다. 첫째, 독일어 원천 문학텍스트의 직접 이야기재현과 자유 직접 이야기재현이 한국어 번역텍스트에서 어떻게 번역되는가? 둘째, 직접 이야기재현과 자유 직접 이야기재현이 한국어 번역본에 따른 번역상의 차이가 번역자의 번역전략으로 기술·설명·해석될 수 있는가? 본 연구는 이 질문들에 대한 수용 가능한 답을 찾고자 스위스 여류 소설가 요한나 슈피리의 아동·청소년 문학작품『하이디』를 분석한다.

        시부트라민(sibutramine) 음독 후 발생된 급성 정신병증 1례

        A 38-year-old woman was admitted to our hospital due to agitation, nausea, chest discomfort, tachycardia and hypertension 6h after ingesting approximately 60 capsules of sibutramine. The woman developed the clinical features of acute psychosis, including auditory hallucination, agitation and paranoid ideation, on day 2. No relevant changes were detected on the laboratory examinations or on the electrocardiogram throughout the period of hospitalization. She was treated with risperidone and benzodiazepine. The symptoms subsequently resolved completely with cessation of the provoking agent. The patient was discharged on day 7 and the follow-up revealed no sequelae for 5 months.
