This paper is about the simulation of manipulator of 7 Degree of Freedom for relief operation. Each joint of a robot can input stiffness values. Therefore, it is designed for generating vibration of manipulator. PID control is applied for solving the manipulator vibration. In order to select the torque and gear of a motor, we plan to use the joint velocity which obtained from this simulation.

본 논문에서는 RTL레벨에서 적용 가능한 ODC연산을 사용하여 저전력 UART 설계를 하였다. ODC 연산은 동기식 논리 시스템에서 데이터패스의 출력으로부터 레지스터까지 Don't Care 조건을 추정하여 저전력 설계에 적용 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 ODC 연산의 결과를 이용하여 마이크로프로세서의 UART 블록에 적용하였다. 실험 결과 ODC연산적용 전과 비교하여 30%정도의 소비전력 감소결과를 구하였다. In this paper, a sample design of UART using ODC(Observability Don't Care) computation that is one of methods for Clock Gating applicable at the register transfer level(RTL). The ODC computation Method is applied at the point that estimate the value considering Don't Care Conditions from output of datapath to registers using clock in logic system. Using modified this value, this paper shows the results of reduce consumption power due to controlling clock that was supplied at registers. In Experimental results, ODC computation Method reduce power reductions of around 30% respectively.

We report the passivation characteristics of dodecanethiol (DDT) molecules on gold electrodes of field effect transistor bio-sensors. The leakage current between the electrolyte and the electrode can be as small as 3pA when 7 mM of DDT passivation is performed. The DDT layer is also shown to resist the attack of acid up to 120 mins.
사람 혈액상 암 세포주들에 대한 항암제의 감수성 검사에 관한 연구

The present study aimed to guide an experimental approach to the therapeutic improvement of cancer patient by the chemosensitivity test of five antitumor drugs on the three different human tumor cell lines. The rates of tumor cell survivals were measured by ^3H thymidine uptake assay after treatment of different concentrations of antitumor durgs such as vinblastin, vincristin, aclasinon, 5 fluorouracil and methotrexate. Human tumor cell lines used in this study are K562 derived from human chronic myelogenous leukemia, Raji from human Burkitt lymphoma and Molt-4 from human peripheral blood acute lymphoblastic leukemia The result obtainded from this study are as follow. 1. The growth rate of cancer cells investigated in this study revealed K562 grew fastest having 29 hours of doubling time, then Molt-4 and Raji grew slowest. 2. The natural products, vinblastin, vincristin which have the similar mechanism of anticancer action showed similar cancer cell killing effect, that is 47% of cell death were brought. when 0.02㎍/㎖ concentration of those drugs used, and 94.97% at 2㎍/㎖ on the cancer cells Molt-4 and Raji. The antitumor effect of vinblastin and vincristin used was less effective to the K562 showing 59-61% cell death at 0.02㎍/㎖ concentration and 63% at 2㎍/㎖ concentration. 3. Methotrexate was most effective to Molt-4 exhibiting 97% of tumor cell death while it showed 67% of tumor cell death to Raji and K562 at 0.02㎍/㎖ concentration. 4. 5 fluorourcil was most resistant to all three tumor cells used showing almost no effect in low concentrations from 0.02-2.0㎍/㎖ but only considerable antitumor effect was observed at high concentration(20㎍/㎖) on Molt-4 and Raji. 5. Among five chemotherapeutic agents used, aclacinon, an antitumor antibiotics exhibited most effective anticancer action bringing 93% tumor cell death on Molt-4 and Raji, and 77% on K562 at 0.2㎍/㎖ concentration. 6. Among three tumor cell lines used, K562 was most resistant to all the antitumor drugs while Molt-4 reacted most effectively.

<Abstract> There are variety ideologies and systems in the modern society, So modern soceity has fallen into confusion and has infringed upon human rights. In the world of the late 20th century, serious conflicts and collisions have come out among any culture, nation and state. Under this 20th century condition, we have to properly grasp others'position in order to apprehend. When analyzing the character of world and modern history, no one could not deny that the western culture and influence had an enormous impact on the orient including ours. Liberal democracy becoming as the principal axis of our system as well as communism as the source of threat to us is the inheritance of ideology. These two ideas and modern systems have shaken human values and trampled on human rights as a political offering, thus the purpose of this paper was to make a review of what a Peaceful and happy society to Protect human rights is by criticizing a desirable and prevalent ideology and system. Ideological dispute has only to make human society more unhappy, and individual authoritarianism agitate a system, tramp upon human rights and deprive a man of his happiness. Thus, we will have to make a social system to put an end to the dispute on the ideological system and protect human rights.

The growth of foreigner's investment into Korean capital Market has brought the change of corporate ownership structure, and the abolition of stock repurchase limit has provided a new environment of decision making on payout policy of Korean corporate. Given the changed environments, this study attempted to find the relationships between corporate ownership and payout policy with financial structure of corporate and between payout policy and the change of corporate market value. It performed an empirical study on the 2002-2007 data of companies which had simultaneously done the repurchase of their stocks and the dividends policy. As the results, ROA and M/B have a significant relationship with dividends policy, and ROA and DEBT with stock repurchase. And stock repurchase has a positive relationship with dividends policy and has a significant negative relationship with the change of stock market value.
