        인지 매핑을 이용한 정보 필터링 시스템

        정보 필터링 시스템은 사용자의 요구를 충족시킬 수 있도록 설계되어 있으나 변화가 심한 사용자의 정보 요구를 충족시키기에는 정확도 저하 등의 문제점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 인간의 뇌에서의 정보처리과정을 시뮬레이션하는 인지적 브레인 매핑의 정보 필터링 시스템을 제안한다. 특정 단어나 패턴에 기초하여 필터링하는 기존의 필터링 시스템과 비교할 때 제안하는 필터링 시스템은 키워드와 키워드간의 관계를 이용하여 필터링을 하는 시스템이다. 본 연구는 키워드와 키워드간의 관계를 이용하여 정보를 기록저장하고, 저장된 정보를 지도화하여 필터링에 응용하는 것이다. 키워드를 이용한 필터링 방법과 키워드간의 관계를 이용하여 필터링하는 방법을 통합하여 필터링을 실시하고 필터링 성능에 영향을 미치는 방법을 검증하기 위해 각 방법별로 가중치를 적용하여 최적의 결합가중치를 도출해낸다. Information filtering systems, which are designed fur users' needs, do not satisfy user's diverse requests as their filtering accuracy is unstable sometimes. This study suggests an information filtering system based on cognitive brain mapping by simulating the processes of information in human brain. Compared to traditional filtering systems, which use specific words or pattern in their filtering systems, the method suggested in this article uses both key words and relationships among these words. The significance of this study is on simulating information storing processes in human brain by mapping both key words and their relationships among them together. To combine these two methods, this study finds balances in representing two methods by searching optimal weights of each of them.

        브랜드 아파트의 이미지와 자아이미지의 일치성에 관한 연구

        The trend in which an apartment is regarded as not only a substantial property or 'residence' but also as a 'means of self-expression' for consumers is increasing in the present housing marketing, and thus, the apartment brand image has become an important field of marketing management. Therefore, the present study aimed to verify the difference between the image of a housing brand and the self-image of consumers in order to propose a singular direction of strategies for the formation of a differentiated brand image. As a result of research, analysis showed that there is a trend in which consumers show a more positive attitude towards a brand apartment that has a brand image closer to an ideal selfimage. Even if this trend is weak, it was confirmed that the consentaneity between a brand image and the self-image of housing products can become a variable having some influence on brand attitude. The survey method compared a brand image and a self-image by using Likert's 5-point scale on the apartment brands of the top three companies according to the study result of a national brand competitiveness index (NBCI). Self-consentaneity was determined by using the distance measurement model of self-consentaneity proposed by Sirgy (1982). The study data was collected from 210 persons and the PASW program was used for statistical data analysis.

        사람 섬유아세포에서 UVB 조사에 대한 능소화 추출물의 항산화 효과

        The human skin is constantly exposed to environmental irritants such as ultraviolet, smoke, chemicals. Free radicals and reactive oxygen species (ROS) caused by these environmen tal facts play critical roles in cellular damage. These irritants are in themselves damaging to the skin structure but they also participate the immensely complex inflammatory reaction. The purpose of this study was to investigate the skin cell protective effect of Campsis grandiflora extract on the UVB-irradiated human dermal fibroblasts (HDFs). We tested free radical and superoxide scavenging effect in vitro. C. grandiflora extracts had potent radical scavenging effect by 82% at $100{\mu}g/ml$, respectively. For testing intracellular ROS scavenging activity the cultured HDFs were analyzed by increase in DCF fluorescence upon exposure to UVB 20 $MJ/cm^2$ after treatment of C.grandiflora extracts. The results showed that oxidation of CM-DCFDA was inhibited by C.grandiflora extracts effectively and C.grandiflora extracts has a potent free radical scavenging activity in UVB- irradiated HDFs. In ROS imaging using confocal microscope we visualized DCF fluorescence in HDFs directly. In conclusion, our results suggest that C.grandiflora can be effectively used for the prevention of UV-induced adverse skin reactions such as radical production, and skin cell damage.

        인접성 데이터를 이용한 추천시스템

        Recommendation systems are developed to overcome the problems of selection and to promote intention to use. In this study, we propose a recommendation system using adjacency data according to user's behavior over time. For this, the product adjacencies are identified from the adjacency matrix based on graph theory. This research finds that there is a trend in the users' behavior over time though product adjacency fluctuates over time. The system is tested on its usability. The tests show that implementing this recommendation system increases users' intention to purchase and reduces the search time. 온라인 사용자에게 선택의 어려움을 줄여주고 사용의도를 높이기 위해 만들어진 것이 추천시스템이다. 추천시스템은 정보검색과 정보필터링을 용이하게 하고, 정보 과잉의 문제를 해결하는 데에 많은 도움을 주고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 웹 상점을 이용하는 사용자들의 클릭스트림 데이터를 분석하여 데이터 인접성의 차이를 확인하고, 이를 통해 상품추천을 제안하고자 하는 데에 있다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 추천시스템의 성과를 검증하기 위하여 실험을 통해 알아본 결과, 추천시스템 적용 전보다 적용 후에 사용자들의 구매 의도는 높아졌고 탐색시간은 줄어들었다.

        악관절 관절원판 위치변화가 관절원판 형태 및 골변화에 미치는 영향

        Purpose : The objective of this study was to investigate the effect of TMJ disc displacement on the TMJ disc configuration and surrounding osseous structure. Materials and Methods : The proton density and 72-weighted MR images of 57 TMJs were retrospectively studied. These TMJs were divided into three groups according to the anterior disc displacement status on MR sagittal images, those were the normal, anterior disc displacement with reduction (ADWR), anterior disc displacement without reduction (ADWOR). The frequency of disc configuration and surrounding bony change, the border status between articular disc and retrodiscal tissue were investigated according to the positional change of articular disc. Results : There were significant statistical differences of chi-square statistics of TMJ disc configurational type between normal and ADWR/ADWOR group, respectively. Surrounding bony change frequently appeared in ADWOR and a statistically significant difference of chi-square statistics of bony change frequency between normal and ADWOR group was observed. Conclusion : These results suggested that the disc configuration and bony change of TMJ are strongly related to TMJ disc displacement.

      • 새로운 복합모드로직과 사인선택 Booth 인코더를 이용한 고성능 32$\times$32-bit 곱셈기의 설계

        본 논문에서는 CMOS 로직과 pass-transistor logic(PTL)의 장점만을 가진 새로운 복합모드로직(Compound Mode Logic)을 제안하였다. 제안된 로직은 VLSI설계에서 중요하게 부각되고 있는 저전력, 고속 동작이 가능하며 실제로 전가산기를 설계하여 측정 한 결과 복합모드 로직의 power-delay 곱은 일반적인 CMOS로직에 비해 약 22% 개선되었다 제안한 복합모드 로직을 이용하여 고성능 32×32-bit 곱셈기를 설계 제작하였다. 본 논문의 곱셈기는 개선된 사인선택(Sign Select) Booth 인코더, 4-2 및 9-2 압축기로 구성된 데이터 압축 블록, 그리고 carry 생성 블록을 분리한 64-bit 조건 합 가산기로 구성되어 있다. 0.6um 1-poly 3-metal CMOS 공정을 이용하여 제작된 32×32-bit 곱셈기는 28,732개의 트랜지스터와 1.59×l.68 ㎜2의 면적을 가졌다. 측정 결과 32×32-bit 곱셈기의 곱셈시간은 9.8㎱ 이었으며, 3.3V 전원 전압에서 186㎽의 전력 소모를 하였다. In this paper, a novel compound mode logic based on the advantage of both CMOS logic and pass-transistor logic(PTL) is proposed. From the experimental results, the power-delay products of the compound mode logic is about 22% lower than that of the conventional CMOS logic, when we design a full adder. With the proposed logic, a high performance 32$\times$32-bit multiplier has been fabricated with 0.6um CMOS technology. It is composed of an improved sign select Booth encoder, an efficient data compressor based on the compound mode logic, and a 64-bit conditional sum adder with separated carry generation block. The Proposed 32$\times$32-bit multiplier is composed of 28,732 transistors with an active area of 1.59$\times$1.68 mm2 except for the testing circuits. From the measured results, the multiplication time of the 32$\times$32-bit multiplier is 9.8㎱ at a 3.3V power supply, and it consumes about 186㎽ at 100MHz.

        평생교육사 직무모델 개발 및 타당화 연구

          본 연구의 목적은 평생교육 실천현장에서 평생교육사가 수행하고 있는 업무와 직무모델과의 연계성을 확보하기 위해 평생교육 실천 영역별로 평생교육사의 직무를 객관적으로 확인ㆍ분석하여, 평생교육사의 직무모델을 설정하고 확인 및 검증하는 것이었다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 적용된 연구방법은 활동분석 및 경험채집방법, 직무분석 워크숍, 직무모델 타당성 확인을 위한 조사연구이었다. 본 연구를 통해서 밝혀진 결과는 첫째, 기존의 평생교육사 직무모델이 현장과의 적합성이 미비한 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 평생교육사 직무모델을 9개 책무와 각 영역별 8개 과업으로 개발하였다. 셋째, 평생교육사의 새로운 직무모텔에 대한 타당성이 실증적으로 확인되었다.<BR>  본 연구를 통해 개발된 직무모델은 다음과 같은 의미를 갖는다. (1)새로운 평생교육사의 직무모델은 9개의 책무 즉, 조사 및 분석, 기획 및 계획, 네트워킹, 프로그램개발, 운영 및 지원, 교수 및 학습, 변화촉진, 상담 및 컨설팅, 평가 및 보고 등으로 개발되었으며, 각 책무에 대해 각각 8개의 과업이 균형 있게 제시되었다. (2)기존 모델에 없었던 조사 및 분석과 변화촉진의 책무가 새로운 직무모델에 포함되어 평생교육사가 수행해야 할 전문영역에 대한 특성이 반영되었다. (3)새로운 직무모델은 평생교육사가 실천현장에서 수행하고 있는 업무내용 중심으로 과업을 설정함으로써 절차 중심의 일반론적인 과업의 한계를 극복하였다. (4)급속히 확산되고 있는 평생교육 실천현장 영역의 특성을 고르게 반영함으로써 새로운 직무모델은 표준 직무로 활용할 수 있는 가능성을 제 공하였다.   The purpose of this study was to develop and validate empirically the lifelong educator"s job model matching with the fields of lifelong education. The study started with the identification of lifelong educator"s duties and tasks which has been performed in the field of korean lifelong education through the activity analysis and lifelong educator"s activity during last one year and sampling an experience at present. The specific techniques of the study were activity analysis, experience sampling method, workshop(DACUM), investigation.<BR>  The findings of this study were as follows. Firstly, it was identified that the existing lifelong educator"s job model had mismatched considerably with korean lifelong education fields. Secondly, it was developed the new lifelong educator"s job model composed of 9 duties and 72 tasks. The duties were composed of the investigation, the planing, the networking, the program development, the operation and support, the teaching and learning, the changing facilitation, the counseling and consulting, the evaluation and presentation. Thirdly, it was tested empirically the validation of the new job model.<BR>  The findings suggest that the new job model present impartially the duties and tasks performed in korean lifelong education fields, include the changing facilitator and the analyzer as a new role of lifelong educator, draw the practical tasks beyond general tasks matching with the fields of korean lifelong education, and provide the possibilities as the standard job model of the lifelong educator in Korea.

        가상 조직에서의 리더십 효과성에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to investigate how leaderships in virtual organizations affect organizational loyalty and to identify the moderating effect of organizational identification. To verify hypotheses respectively, some data were collected and processed through several methods including hierarchical regression. The findings and implications can be analysed as follows. First, transformational and transactional leadership have a significant positive effect on organizational loyalty. And transactional leadership has more influence on organizational loyalty than transformational leadership. Second, moderating effects of organizational identification were found between leaderships and organizational loyalty. And of the two leaderships, transactional leadership is more likely to represent the moderating effect of organizational identification compared to transformational leadership. Thus, boosting virtual organizations should be combined with some related information infrastructures.

        병이소초 추출물의 항산화 및 MMP 발현 저해 효과

        자외선에 의한 활성산소 종의 생성과 피부 광노화 촉진은 피부표면 조직의 파괴와 피부염증유발, 홍반 등을 수반하며, 일상생활에서 항상 생활 자외선에 노출되어 있는 피부는 이러한 위험 요인과 직면하고 있다. 병이소초추출물의 유해 라디칼 소거 효과 실험 결과 IC<sub>50</sub> values가 18.2 μg/mL로 superoxide 소거 효과가 우수하게 나타났으며, 세포 내에서 ROS에 의해 형광을 띠는 물질로 전환되는 CM-DCFDA를 이용하여 ROS의 양을 측정한 결과 자외선에 의해 증가된 세포 내 ROS의 양이 병이소초 추출물을 처리함으로써 100 μg/mL 농도에서 30 % 이상의 우수한 소거효과를 나타내었다. 섬유아세포에 자외선(UVA) 6.3 J/cm<sup>2</sup>으로 조사하고 병이소초 추출물을 처리한 결과, 자외선에 의해 높아졌던 MMP-1 단백질 발현량이 농도의존적으로 감소하였으며, 50 μg/mL의 농도에서 37.7 % 정도의 MMP-1 발현 억제효과를 나타냈다. RT-PCR 실험에서는 병이소초 추출물을 10 ∼ 50 μg/mL 농도로 처리한 결과, 자외선에 의해 높아졌던 MMP-1 mRNA의 발현이 농도 의존적으로 확연히 감소함을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 병이소초추출물은 자외선에 의해서 발생할 수 있는 피부손상에 대하여 효과적으로 보호할 수 있는 우수한 항산화 및 피부세포 보호소재로 적용될 수 있다. Human skin is constantly exposed to environmental irritants such as smoke, chemicals and ultraviolet (UV). Free radicals and reactive oxygen species (ROS) caused by these environmental irritants play critical roles in cellular damage. In this study, to investigate the skin cell protective effect of Ophioglossum vulgatum extract, we investigated its effects on intercellular antioxidative activity and UVA-induced MMP expression in human dermal fibroblasts (HDFs). The dried O. vulgatum was extracted in a mixture of ethanol and water (1 : 1) for 24 h at room temperature. The extract was filtered and concentrated in vacuo and lyophilized. For testing intracellular ROS scavenging activity the cultured HDFs were analyzed by increase in DCF fluorescence upon exposure to UVB 20 mJ/cm<sup>2</sup>. After treatment of O. vulgatum extracts, intracellular ROS levels were measured by luminescence spectrophotometer. Enzyme linked immuno sorbent assay (ELISA), and RT-PCR techniques were used for evaluating the effects of O. vulgatumon on MMP protein and mRNA expression in UVA irradiated HDFs. O. vulgatum extract was found to have ROS scavenging activity with the IC<sub>50</sub> values of 18.2 μg/mL against superoxide radicals in the xanthine/xanthine oxidase system. After treatment of O. vulgatum extracts, the oxidation of CM-DCFDA was inhibited effectively and O. vulgatum extracts showed a potent free radical scavenging activity by 30.4 % at 100 μg/mL in UVB-irradiated HDFs. UVA induced MMP protein expression was reduced 37.7 % by treatment with O. vulgatum extract, and MMP-1 mRNA expression was reduced in a dose-dependent manner. Taken together, these results suggest that O. vulgatum extract prevents the skin cell damage induced by UV irradiation, and implies that O. vulgatum extract may be useful as a new ingredient for anti-aging cosmetics.
