Objectives : Atopic dermatitis accompanies with severe pruritus and collapse of skin barrier, inflammation. Maifanite could be used as an ointment for skin disease. However, there have been few studies about maifanite uses for atopic dermatitis. We report the anti-inflammatory and promoting skin recovery effects of ionized maifanite on damaged skin barrier with experimentally elicited atopic dermatitis. Methods : Nc/Nga mice were divided into 3 groups: control group(CON), atopic dermatitis elicited group(AE group), ionized maifanite treated group after atopic dermatitis elicitation(MT group). After 5% SDS was applied D. pteronyssinus crude extract also applied for 3 weeks to elicit atopic dermatitis-like skin disease. MT group was treated for 3 weeks with ionized maifanite. Ionized maifanite was applied once a day and voluntarily administrated. AE group and control group were treated with normal saline in the same way. Results : In MT group, skin lesions like eczema were more improved than AE group. p-ERK1/2 positive reaction was reduced in MT group. MMP-9 and substance P positive reaction at dermal papillae was also reduced in MT group. With skin angiogram, capillary vessel decreased in MT group. Also, IL-4 positive reaction cell and STAT-6 positive reaction cell reduced more in MT group than in AE group. $NF-{\kappa}B$ p65 positive reaction cell and iNOS positive reaction cell also declined more in MT group than in AE group. Conclusions : It is supposed that ionized maifanite has anti-inflammatory effects on NC/Nga mice's atopic dermatitis with suppressing IL-4 production and Th2 cell differentiation, and controlling $NF-{\kappa}B$ activation.

“남자 프로스포츠 선수들의 출산휴가” 법적 제도적 환경 및 도입방안

The Korean professional baseball league composing ten teams is organized as a single unity and each team is supposed to play 144 games over 6 months. The settlement of paternity leave for players in the Korean professional baseball league needs a society at large understanding and strategic approach towards a player’s human rights and the family value. Through the paternity leave policy, players can receive the right of choice allowing them to have a significant family time during a childbirth period. At the same time, players can appreciate for being a member of a family and a member of a team. That will help players experience work and family balance. That is why discussion on the paternity leave policy can be explained with our society's desirable transition. By extension, the implementation of the paternity leave policy in the Korean professional baseball league will help our society having a serious problem of the birth rate drop. The paternity leave policy can be used to solve the problem since there is a corporate social responsibility in professional sports. In the current study, the authors are interested in examining the needs of the paternity leave policy settlement in the Korean professional baseball league and the introduction and background of the policy settled down in Major League Baseball. Additionally, the authors would like to provide our suggestions and future directions for the adaptation of the policy in the Korean professional baseball league. In conclusion, by participating in discussions and considerations on important social issues arising in the Korean society, the Korean baseball professional league’s paternity leave policy application can represent the importance of a healthy family model. As a result, Korean citizens will consistently love professional baseball and the Korean professional baseball league will be qualitatively improved. 한국프로야구는 6개월이 넘는 장기 레이스를 치른다. 2015 시즌의 경우, 총 10개 구단이 3월 말부터 10월 초까지 각각 144경기의 정규리그를 소화했다. 프로야구의 출산휴가제는 장기 레이스 중에서 선수가 겪을 수 있는 배우자의 출산과 관련해 선수들에게 출산전후의 시간을 가족과 보낼 수있는 선택권을 보장하기 위한 제도이다. 이는 선수의 인권을 보장하고, 가정의 가치를 보호하며, 선수 스스로 가정과 일의 균형을 찾을 수 있도록 제도적 장치를 마련하는데 그 취지가 있다. 동시에 해당 구단이 대체선수를 선수명단에 올려 경기를 치를 수 있도록 함으로써 팀의 경기력에 최대한 영향이 없도록 조정하기 위함이다. 출산휴가제는 남성 중심의 대표적 프로스포츠 리그의 변화를 통해 가정과 아버지에 대한 사회적 인식 변화에도 긍정적 영향을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 특히 한국사회의 심각한 저출산문제에 대한 사회적 관심을 유발하고 일반근로자에 대한 출산휴가제 필요에 대한 공감대를 형성함으로써 스포츠의 사회적 책임을 실천할 수 있는 구체적 정책이 될것이다. 출산휴가제는 대중의 인기로 성장한 프로야구가 출산과 육아에 대한 사회적 인식 변화를적극적으로 받아들이고, 사회문제에 대한 해법을 제시함으로써 리그와 사회가 함께 발전할 수 있는 선순환 고리의 역할을 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 한국프로야구리그의 출산휴가제 필요성과 미국 프로야구리그의 출산휴가제도 도입 및 배경을 알아보고, 출산휴가제 도입 및 정착을 위한 제도적 방안을 구체적으로 다루고자 한다.

1. Objectives and Methods This study was performed to know the relationship between Sasang Constitution and characteristics of ordinary symptoms, inspection diagnosis of face and tongue. There were 666 participants(280 men and 386 women) who answered Sasang Constitutional Checkup list and were taken pictures of faces and tongues. Sasang Constitution was diagnosed by only PSSC(Phonetic System for Sasang Constitution). Distribution of Sasang Constitution and X2 test, kappa value for agreement were calculated using SPSS 10.0. 2. Results From characteristics of ordinary symptoms' point of view, Taeeumin had loud voices, big body shapes and easily sweated themselves. They felt good after sweating and had warm hands and feet. And their upper back, shoulders and chest were, they thought, well developed. They were apt to have meals quickly and overeat themselves. Soyangin and Soeumin had thin body shapes and were difficult to sweat themselves and felt powerless after sweating. They had cold hands and feet. Especially, Soeumin was apt to have meals slowly and a little amounts. They walked so fast. Soyangin was introvert and had developed their abdomen and waist. 'Looking heavy and steady' was higher in Taeeumin, 'delicate and modest' was higher in Soeumin(42.8%) and Soyangin(36.1 %) in first impression. It was thought to be difficult to discriminate Soyangin from Soeumin in first impression and make a notion of right Soyangin's first impression. Soyangin had pinky tongue color and little tongue fur whereas Soeumin had red tongue color and whitish tongue fur. Taeeumin had whitish tongue fur too. 3. Conclusions To diagnose Sasang Constitution much effectively, PSSC results and comprehensive Sasang Constitutional Checkup list extracted from effective Questionnaire items and Face and Tongue Inspection Diagnosis are thought to be needed.

ABSTRACT Void formation at sidewall spacer edge of MOSFETs has been investigated as a function of dopant species. Voids were not formed with NM+NP and PM+PP LDD (lightly doped drain) structures, but with NM+PP LDD structure. Phosphorous dopant is known to retard cobalt silicidation at elevated temperature. Therefore, instead of high tensile stress at the spacer edge and large amount of silicon vacancies, retarded cobalt silicidation due to dopant species is proposed as a void formation mechanism at the sidewall spacer of MOSFETs. 통일 독일의 체계전환과 민영화 전략의 특징: 신탁관리청과 “상세한 협상계약 방식”

This study aims at the character of German transformation after the unification. It is not so-called market-driven, but a state agency, named Treuhandanstalt fulfiled the business. Treuhandanstalt investigate the concept of the firm and monitored the exercise by “detailed negotiaed contracts”. Its duty is not only the shift of the ownership, but also the restructuring of the firm. If necessary, she gave the subsidy and facilitate the succession of the employment. At the early of 1992, the priority of the policy shifted from “the fast privatization” to “the high employment succession”. It considered the ‘need of local economy’ and ‘the logic of industry’. In the sensible branches, ex. ship or steel, it is required to govern the interests of various collective actors, so we need a new perspective to analyze them. the next step will be to analyze the micro political process of the economic policy-making. 이 글은 독일 통일 이후 26년이 지난 시점에서 그 체계전환의 특징을 살펴보고, 민영화의 전략이 시장에 맡긴 것이 아니라, 신탁관리청이라는 국가 행정관청을 도입해그 과제를 위탁 대행하였음을 밝히고 있다. 신탁관리청은 구매자의 기업 개념을 심사하고 “상세한 협상계약”을 통해 그 실행을 감독하였다. 소유권의 이전만이 아니라 기업 재편을 담당할 가장 좋은 주인을 찾아주고, 필요할 경우 보조금을 주어 고용승계를지원하였다. 그리고 1992년 초 이후 정책의 우선순위는 “빠른 민영화”에서 “높은 고용수준 유지”로 바뀌어 지역 경제와 산업 논리를 고려한 것으로 정책의 우선순위가 바뀌게 된다. 조선 철강 등 민감한 분야에서는 국가의 정책적 요구를 고려하여 여러 이해관계자들의 요구를 조율할 필요가 있는데 그를 통해 협치(거버넌스)를 분석할 행위자적 관점의 도입이 필요함을 설명하고 있다. 경제 정책 결정의 정치과정을 분석하는 것은 다음과제이다.
