      • 스마트 기기와 디지털 스토리텔링을 활용한 초등학생 스마트폰 중독 예방 교육프로그램 개발

        초등학생의 스마트폰 사용이 급속하게 증가함에 따라 이와 관련한 스마트폰 관련 윤리적인 문제들이 많이 일 어나고 있다. 초등학생들은 스마트폰에 대한 지나친 의존을 보여 학업적인 면을 포함하여 학생들의 건강 상태에 까지 다방면에서 문제를 일으키고 있다. 더 심각한 점은 현재 초등학생들은 유아기 때부터 정보통신기기를 쉽게 접한 세대로서 스마트폰 관련 문제에 대한 반응이 상대적으로 무감각한 경향이 있어 이에 대한 대책이 필요하 다. 하지만 현재 한국에서는 초등학생에게 적합한 스마트폰 중독 관련 윤리 교육 및 스마트폰 과의존과 관련된 적절한 프로그램이 부족한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 교육현장에서 활용할 수 있는 스마트폰 중독 예방 교육 프 로그램을 설계하였다. 제안된 교육 프로그램은 학생들이 스마트 기기를 활용하여 차시별 학습 및 실습을 통해 얻어진 경험을 통해 올바른 스마트 기기 사용 방법과 스마트폰 관련 윤리를 자연스럽게 배울 수 있도록 한다. As the children’s use of smartphones being rapidly increasing, many ethical troubles are happened. Many childeren overuse smartphones so that it harms children’s health and studying. The point is that children are apt to multimedia systems, so they are insensitive about their problems. Now, however, there’s a lack of suitable programs on smartphone overdependence problem. This paper suggests the overusing smartphones’ prevention program based on using smart devices. This program will help children learn about smartphone ethics and right uses of smart devices naturally from actual practices.

        The objective of this study is aimed at reducing the contour error of AC Servo derives by improving the interpolation error of each axis through sliding mode control system. The errors in machining process by AC Servo motor are due to many elements, such as the delay of the servo drivers, friction and the gain mismatch between x axis and y axis motors and so on. Sliding mode control system is applied to a AC servo drive as a numerical example in this paper. The experiment results which are compared with those of typical PI scheme show the validity of improvement in circular interpolation error of the system.

        두피에 발생한 거대 피지샘 상피종 1례

        Purpose: Sebaceous epithelioma (sebaceoma) is a benign tumor with sebaceous differentiation. It presents primarily as a yellowish papule or nodule on the face and scalp. It must be differentiated from basal cell carcinoma and other appendageal tumors. We report a giant sebaceous epithelioma on the scalp and describe the immunohistochemical character of the cells in sebaceous epithelioma to epithelial membrane antigen (EMA). Methods: A 55-year-old-man who presented with 5-cm-diameter 2-cm-height, round shape exophytic ulcerated tumor on his head presented for treatment. The patient had noticed the lesion 40 years prior as a small yellowish plaque and 18 months ago, the plaque started to grow progressively larger. We excised the lesion with 1 cm resection margin, considering the possibility of malignancy because this lesion grossly resembled basal cell carcinoma (BCC). The defect was repaired with the use of a splitthickness skin graft. Results: When we excised the lesion, the margin was clear. Histology showed nodules that consisted of an admixture of basaloid cells and mature adipocytes lacking an organized lobular architecture. Strong expression of EMA on mature adipose cells confirmed the differential diagnosis from BCC with sebaceous differentiation because of the absence of a nuclear palisade pattern and cleft-like spaces on the hematoxylin and eosin (H&E) section. Conclusion: We treated the giant sebaceous epithelioma on the scalp with surgical excision and a split-thickness skin graft. It is important to know that the diagnosis of sebaceous epithelioma should be made based on the histologic pattern of the H&E section. Immunohistochemistry with EMA can help to confirm the differential diagnosis between sebaceous epithelioma and BCC.

        Characteristics of Nasal Resonance and Perceptual Rating in Prelingual Hearing Impaired Adults

        Objectives. Resonance problems in hearing impaired (HI) individuals have been described as aspects of nasality. However,there are limitations in being able to explain the range of resonance problems. Therefore, this study suggests a perceptual rating that will effectively explain the characteristics of resonance problems in HI individuals. Methods. Nasalance scores were obtained from 32 subjects in each of HI and normal hearing (NH) groups using a nasometer. The subjects were categorized into groups based on normal and abnormal nasalance ranges. The abnormal nasalance range group was further divided into hyper-, hypo-, and mixed-nasal groups. Nasalance scores were based the individuals performance in a series of passage and syllable tasks. The perceptual rating was evaluated using a newly introduced tool, ‘vertical focus of resonance’ (VFR), which focuses on the resonance energy in the frontal, throat,pharyngeal and nasal locations. Results. The NH group demonstrated a significantly lower nasalance score in the oral coupling and passage tasks than the HI group. Based on the results of nasalance correlation analysis, the HI group showed highly significant correlations between syllable and passage tasks, as contrasted with the NH group. There were significant differences in VFR between the nasalance types in both the NH and the HI groups. Conclusion. The HI hyper-nasal group showed tendencies of velopharyngeal opening, as opposed to the HI hypo-nasal group which showed tendencies of velopharyngeal closure. The HI mixed-nasal group showed inappropriate coordination of velopharyngeal function. In the HI group, the results of VFR showed that the air flow and the resonance energy were not released from the cavity of resonance. The suggested VFR tool explains the focusing characteristics of resonance energy within a continuation of speech sound regardless of the phonetic environment. Therefore, VFR may be a useful tool in explaining the deviant resonance patterns of HI individuals.

        인공와우이식 난청인의 말소리 운율변화에 따른 구어 이해와 음도 변별, 선율윤곽 확인 간 관련성

        The relationships between the ability to understand changes in meaning depending on the prosody of spoken words and the ability to perceive pitch and melodic contour in cochlear implants (CI) recipients were examined. Fifteen postlingual CI recipients were measured in terms of speech prosody perception, speech perception, pitch discrimination (PD), and melody contour identification (MCI). The speech prosody perception test consists of words with positive (PW) and neutral meaning (NW). Participants were asked to identify the meaning of words depending on the conditions of positive and negative prosody. The MCI consists of subtests 1 and 2 with different chance levels to choose. Then, the relationships between speech prosody perception, speech perception, PD, and MCI performance were analyzed. There was a significant difference in identifying the meaning of words expressed in a different prosody between the PW and NW conditions. Speech prosody perception showed a significant correlation with MCI 1 while there was no significant relationship with speech perception. Although speech perception may be possible after CI, limited spoken word comprehension due to decreased sensitivity for prosodic changes may persist in CI recipients. In addition, there was a limitation in perception of melodic contour change compared to pitch discrimination, which is related to speech prosody perception. 본 연구에서는 인공와우이식 난청인(N=15)을 대상으로 말소리 운율변화에 따른 구어 이해와 음도 변별, 선율윤곽 확인(Melodic contour identification: MCI) 간 관련성을 살펴보았다. 말소리 운율 변화에 따른 구어이해를 살펴보기 위해 말소리 운율지각 검사를 시행하였고, 긍정적인 운율과 부정적인 운율 조건에 따른 의미 변화를 피검자에게 판단하게 하였다. 검사 시 긍정적인 의미(Positive meaning: PW)와 중립적인 의미(Neutral meaning: NW)를 갖는 낱말 및 낱말 조합 형태를 제시하고, 긍정적인 운율과 부정적인 운율 조건에 따른 의미 변화를 피검자에게 판단하게 하였다. 음도 변별 검사를 위해서는 단음도 변화 변별 과제와 3개 음으로 구성된 패턴에서의 음도 변별 과제가 실시되었다. MCI 검사는 기대 확률을 달리한 세부 검사 1, 2로 구성하여 시행하였다. 실시한 검사 간 관련성을 살펴본 결과, 말소리 운율지각 검사 결과는 보청기 착용으로도 청지각적 이득을 기대할 수 없었던 기간과 유의한 관련성을 보였다. PW와 NW 검사에서 운율 조건에 따라 유의한 수행 차를 보였지만, 단어조합 형태에 따른 통계적 유의성은 발견하지 못하였다. 말소리 운율지각 검사 결과는 MCI 1과 유의한 상관을 보인 반면(p<.01), 말지각 검사 수행력과는 유의한 관련성을 보이지 않았다. 이는 인공와우이식 후 시각적 단서 없이 말소리, 음소 지각이 가능해졌다 하더라도 미묘한 운율 변화에 따른 의미 지각의 제한은 계속될 수 있음을 시사한다. 또한 인공와우이식 후 선율윤곽 변화 확인은 음도 변별에 비해 제한을 보이며, 운율지각과 관련 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

        Two main features of the recent building project are the enlargement of the size and the technological complexity. Due to these features, the number or the size of organizations participating in building project is also increasing and the relationships between the organizations are becoming more interdependent than ever. Owing to these features, some delays or errors in the decision-making process in the phase of planning of a building project may influence many subjects related to the project. The most important factor for a successful project is to arbitrate confrontations and build cooperative relationships between parties who have different interests with one another in the project. Efforts were made to find out general features of building project and the features in the phase of planning in order to set a direction of this research. To solve problems in the phase of planning, the concept of 'cooperative design', which means that different features and interests of various organizations should be reflected from the phase of planning, was introduced. By introducing cooperative design in building projects, more rapid and objective decision-makings are possible.
