        알기생봉(Trichogramma sp. Nabis101)의 저온 발육 휴지와 단기 저장 기술

        상용화된 Trichogramma sp. Nabis101은 알 기생봉으로 대상 기주 범위가 넓어 해충 방제용으로 농생태계에 방사되고 있다. 더욱이 최근에 미생물농약과 혼용 기술이 개발되어 이들의 적용 확대가 기대되고 있다. 그러나 아직 이 기생봉의 정확한 종 동정이 되어 있지 않다. 또한 비교적 불규칙적 수요에 대응하여 생존력과 기생 능력 차이 없이 기생봉을 저장할 수 있는 기술이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구는 이 기생봉의 internal transcribed spacer (ITS)의 염기서열을 결정하였다. 이를 토대로 이 기생봉의 종 동정을 실시한 결과 T. brasiliensis와 가장 높은 유사성을 나타냈다. 이 기생봉의 저장은 기생 초기의 기주 알을 $10^{\circ}C$에서 보관하는 기술이 결정되었다. 이 조건에서 기생봉은 5주 동안 생존력, 성비, 수명 및 기생능력의 큰 저하 없이 유지될 수 있었다. A commercial egg parasitoid, Trichogramma sp. Nabis101, was released into agricultural cultivating areas in Korea due to its wide host spectrum against insect pests. Moreover, an application technique has been recently developed to enhance its control efficacy by mixture treatment with a microbial control agent. Despite its expansion of commercial availability, any genetic identification on this commercial strain was not determined. Also, to meet inconsistent demands from consumers, the live parasitoids need to be stored without significant loss of their survival and parasitic activity. This study determined nucleotide sequence of internal transcribed spacer (ITS) of the wasp species. The identified ITS sequences indicate that this wasp species is most similar to T brasiliensis. Optimal storage condition of this wasp required young parasitized stage at $10^{\circ}C$. Under these conditions, survival, sex ratio, longevity, and parasitic behavior were not much impaired for 5 weeks.

        江戶語에 있어서의 가능동사에 관한 고찰

        This research examines the expressions of possibility, especially, modal verbs denoting possibility with attention to 30 kinds of authentic materials of Edo language(Edohanashibon · Edokabuki · Kibyoshi) in the late modern times of Anei ~ Bunka (1772 ~ 1817) in comparison to Edosharebon. Analyzing modal verbs shown in Edohanashibon · Edokabuki · Kibyoshi, this study investigates the general characteristics and cause of the linguistic changes, focusing on the difference in slowness and quickness. As a result, several characteristics can be summarized as follows: (1) There exist the difference in slowness and quickness of change even within the materials of Edohanashibon · Edokabuki · Kibyoshi. They can be arranged in the folloing sequence: Edosharebon > Edohanashibon > Kibyoshi > Edokabuki. (2) Colloqual sentences are likely to change more quickly than literary ones from a viewpoint of stylistics. (3) The sequence of verbal conjugation types is as follows: Mizemkei > Renyōkei > Shuōshi · Rentaikei > Izenkei. (4) Considering the number of syllables, monosyllabic or disyllabic verbs change earlier than multisyllabic verbs do. (5) Simple verbs change earlier than compound verbs do. (6) Negative expressions change earlier than affirmative ones do. This study reveals that modal verbs of possibility experienced the linguistic changes of quickness and slowness in stylistics, verbal conjugations, the number of syllables, simple verbs and compound verbs, affirmative and negative expressions, etc. shown in the data of Edo language, such as Edohanashibon · Edokabuki · Kibyoshi. Additionally, the above-mentioned (2),(4), (5), and (6) coincide in Edosharebon, while (1) and (3) differ from Edosharebon.

        『日本俗語大詞典』に載っている若者語の特徵 -晶詞別の特徵とその機能を中心に-

        本稿は、偏向的先行硏究の問題点と若者語に關する新たな硏究方法の提案として、『日本俗語大詞典』に載っている若者語を抽出し、品詞別の特徵とその機能について詳細に考察した硏究である。考察を通じて次のようなことが明らかになった。 一. 『日本俗語大詞典』の見出し語6323語の內、若者語は1020語で全體の16.1%を占めており、品詞別には名詞(60.3%)>動詞(14.3%)>形容詞(9.5%)>副詞(8.2%)>感動詞(4.8%)>形容動詞(2.9%)の順であった。二. 名詞若者語の比率が高いのは、イメ-ジの壇達が容易なイメ-ジ壇達機能、省略表現や「KY語」などで言葉の意味を分かりにくくし、仲間同士にのみ通じるという隱蔽技能、連帶機能と關係があると思われる。三. 動詞は「る言葉」(40.6%)>「∼する」形(13.5%)>」~「てる」形(9%)>その他(36.9%)の順であり、ある言葉の省略形や名詞に活用語尾「る」付けて動詞化した「る言葉」が最も多いのが特徵であると言える。また、「る言葉」の前部の語種を分析した結果、外來語を省略した「る言葉」が多かったが、これは「る言葉」の主な使用階層が若者であり、その若者が漢語の使用を敬遠して外來語を言葉遊びの道具、だじゃれの道具として好んで使うことと關係があると言える。四. 形容詞若者語の場合、形態や發音が變化した形容詞が全體の33.0%で最も多く、「芋い」『まぶい』のような「い言葉」が多いのが特徵であった。これは言語を言葉遊びの道具としてみなす若者の遊び感覺に起因する結果であると思われる。五. 副詞からは强い造語力を、感動詞は他の音より卽座に出せる「ア行」の音で始まる言葉が多いのが特徵であった。形容動詞からは反復形の使用で會話にリズムを付けようとする意圖が窺えた。 This research paper is a careful investigation into the characteristics and functions, according to part of speech, of the slang of the younger generation, listed in the Dictionary of Slangs of the Japanese language. This paper works as a suggestion to address the issue of bias in previous research and has discovered the following facts. 1. Of the 6323 words listed in the Dictionary of Japanese Slang, the slang of the younger generation amounts to 1020 words, accounting for 16.1%. The order in terms of highest occurrence for parts of speech was Noun > Verb > Adjective > Adverb > Exclamation > "Na-" adjective. 2. The percentage of nouns is thought to be high because of their ability to convey images, conceal information to outsiders, and form camaraderie among friends. 3. The order of the weighting in Verbs is as follows: "Ru-" Phrase > "Suru-" Phrase > Others. The main characteristics in Verbs are that the "Ru-" Phrase abbreviates certain phrases or transforms nouns by attaching "-ru" at the end of words. Another observation was that there were many "-ru" phrases that abbreviated foreign-language-based words. This seems to be related to their use as puns or plays on words. 4. As for the adjective slang of the younger generation, words that have had their pronunciation transformed comprise the largest segment. A characteristic among these words was that "-i" phrases such as "Imoi" and "Mabui" were the most common. This trend is thought to be a result of the playful nature of the younger generation. 5. In adverbs, the ability to create new phrases was the most important factor. In exclamations, words starting with "a" were the most common. Among "Na-adjectives," the use of repetitive phrases in order to create a sense of rhythm and cadence seems to have been the intention. Finally, among the others, there were many intentionally grammatical misusages and vague or roundabout expressions.

      • 연소중인 고체입자의 입경ㆍ속도ㆍ온도 광학동시측정기법에 관한 고찰

        It is the one of the most desirable method to implement in-situ measurement technique to obtain physical quantities such diameter, velocity and temperature when one conducts the studies on the combustion behavior of a single burning solid particle in micro-scopic view. For this purpose, an optical measurement system which consists of an optical imaging system equipped with a coded aperture and a calibration system is constructed in this study. A standard optical image which is corresponding to a burning particle and contains diameter, velocity and temperature information which is already known is generated from the calibration system. And the calibration constants for this in-situ optical measurement system were acquired from this image and applied to calculate the practical physical quantities of a single burning coal particle. And some relevant issues related to this system are discussed.

        P. thunbergiana 잎으로부터 SK-HEP-1세포에 대한 apoptosis를 유도하는 광과민성물질의 분리 및 구조동정

        국내에서 자생하는 P. thunbergiana 잎의 메탄올 추출물로부터 사람의 간암세포주, SK-HEP-1에 apoptosis를 유도하는 광과민성물질을 찾기 위해 연구를 시작하였다. Apoptosis를 유도하는 광과민성물질을 순수분리하기 위해 column chromatography법과 TLC법을 이용하였으며, 순수분리한 물질의 구조동정을 위하여 1D-NMR과 2D-NMR 및 FAB-MS분석을 실시하였다. P. thunbergiana 잎으로부터 크로마토그래피법을 이용해 순수분리한 M4-3 화합물의 흡광도를 측정한 결과 410 nm에서 최대 흡수를 보였고, 668, 502, 533, 607 nm에서 흡수 peak가 나타나는 녹색의 물질로 chlorophyll a, b와는 다른 물질이었다. FAB-MS 분석결과와 NMR 분석결과, 분자량 622의 13<SUP>2</SUP>-hydroxy pheophorbide a methyl ester(C36H28N₂O6) 화합물로 porphyrin 환으로부터 Mg이온이 떨어져나간 pheophorbide a유도체화합물로 동정되었다. M4-3화합물을 SK-HEP-1세포에 대한 세포독성을 조사한 결과, 0.04μM 농도로 처리한 곳에서는 40% 세포증식 억제효과가 나타났고, 0.08 μM 농도로 처리한 곳에서는 80% 세포증식 억제효과가 나타나 농도의존적이었다. 그리고 M4-3화합물을 동일한 농도로 처리하고, 광의 조사 유무에 따른 활성차이를 조사한 결과, 광을 조사한 곳에서만 세포독성이 나타났기 때문에 M4-3화합물은 광과민성물질이라는 것을 알 수 있었다. M4-3화합물을 처리하고 세포의 형태학적 변화를 관찰한 결과, 핵이 응축되었고, 소낭이 형성되었으며, DNA 단편화가 일어나는 등 apoptosis의 대표적인 현상들이 일어났기 때문에 M4-3화합물의 세포사멸은 광역학활성에 의한 apoptosis유도로 확인하였다. The objective of this study was to isolate a photosensitizer from Pueraria thunbergiana leaves that induces apoptosis in SK-HEP-1 cells. Column chromatography and thin layer chromatography were used to isolate active compounds from extracts of P. thunbergiana leaves. The structures of the isolated compounds were determined by 1D-NMR, 2D-NMR, and FAB-mass spectroscopy. A substance, named M4-3, was purified from the leaves of P. thunbergiana using various chromatography methods, and the absorbance of the substance was measured. The absorbance was highest at 410 nm, suggesting that the M4-3 substance was a different compound from chlorophyll a and b, which absorb at 410, 502, 533, and 607 nm. Further analyses revealed that the M4-3 compound was a 132-hydoxy pheophorbide, a methyl ester with a molecular weight of 662. M4-3 was identified as a derivative compound of pheophorbide, with a structure that magnesium comes away from the porphyrin ring. The results of the analysis of the cytotoxicity of the M4-3 substance against the SK-HEP-1 cells revealed that it inhibited rates of cell growth by 40% and 80% at a concentration of 0.04 μM and 0.08 μM, respectively. The M4-3 compound was found to be a photosensitizer for cytotoxicity because it was appeared only in light condition as examining activity in different irradiation conditions (light condition and nonlight condition) under the same concentration. Analysis of morphological changes in the cells following cell death induced by exposure to the M4-3 substance reveled representative phenomena of apoptosis (nuclear condensation, vesicle formation, and fragmentation of DNA). The induction of apoptosis was attributed to the compound’s photodynamic activity.

        신장 ; 무증상의 고립성 혈뇨 환자에서 다검출기 CT로 진단된 방광암의 특성

        목적: 현미경적 혈뇨는 건강검진이 일반화되면서 환자가 증가하고 있다. 최근 혈뇨의 원인 규명을 위한 단일검사 방법으로 신장, 요로, 방광을 동시에 조영하고 있는 다검출기 CT가 이용되고 있어 무증상의 고립성 혈뇨의 환자에서 MDCT를 이용하여 진단된 방광암의 유병율과 임상적 특성을 알아보고자 하였다. 방법: 본 연구는 2005년 3월부터 2008년 3월까지 고립성혈뇨로 가톨릭대학교 성가병원 신장내과와 비뇨기과 외래를 찾은 환자 1,819명을 대상으로 하여 그들의 임상적 특성을 알아보고 방광암으로 진단된 환자의 임상적 특성을 비교분석 하였다. 결과: 고립성 혈뇨로 MDCT를 시행한 환자는 1,819명으로 남자 564명(31%), 여성 1,255명(69%)이었고, 평균 연령은 47.2±16.8세였다. 전체 대상 환자 MDCT의 판독 결과는 정상소견(54.1%), 단순 신낭종(25.7%), 신결석(4.7%), 요로계악성종양(1.7%) 순이었다. 31명의 요로계 악성종양 환자 중방광암을 진단된 환자는 25명(1.3%)으로 이 중 남자는 20명(81%), 여성 5명(19%)이었으며, 방광암의 평균 연령은 74.5±7.3세였다. 방광암으로 진단된 25명의 환자의 경우 비종양환자에 비해 육안적 혈뇨, 연령, 남성의 비율 및 혈중크레아티닌 측정치과 높았으며(p<0.05), 혈색소과 알부민 측정치가 유의하게 낮았다(p<0.05). 전체 환자에서 육안적 혈뇨의 환자를 제외한 무증상의 현미경학적 혈뇨에서 방광암의 발생빈도 6명(0.3%)이었다. 결론: 무증상의 고립성 혈뇨 환자에서 MDCT 사용한 단일검사법이 유용한 수단으로 판단되나 특정한 임상양상을 가진 경우 적극적인 침습적 방법의 도입이 요구된다. Background/Aims: This report discusses the frequency and clinical characteristics of bladder cancer diagnosed with multi-detector computed tomography (MDCT) in outpatients visiting a nephrology and urology clinic with asymptomatic isolated hematuria. Methods: MDCT was performed on outpatients who presented to the nephrology and urology clinic at the Holy Family Hospital of the Catholic University of Korea with asymptomatic isolated hematuria from January 2005 to December 2007. Results: Of the 1,819 patients who underwent MDCT, the results were normal in 54.1%, showed a simple renal cyst in 25.7%, a renal calculus in 4.7%, and a malignant tumor of the urinary tract in 1.7%. Twenty-five patients (1.3%) were diagnosed with bladder cancer, including 20 (80%) men and 5 (20%) women. The average age of the patients with bladder cancer was 74.5±7.3 years. The 25 patients diagnosed with bladder cancer had a higher rate of gross hematuria, older age, and male gender (p<0.05) compared to the other patients. In addition, their hemoglobin and albumin levels were significantly lower (p<0.05). For all patients, the frequency of bladder cancer in those with asymptomatic microscopic hematuria, excluding those with gross hematuria, was extremely low (0.3%, 6 patients). Conclusions: MDCT may constitute an adequate diagnostic test for patients with asymptomatic hematuria. Older male patients with gross hematuria require a thorough urologic evaluation.
