        중부지역 참깨 간작 들깨 재배시 파종기가 수량 및 품질에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 중부지역에서 참깨와 들깨의 작부체계를 개발하기 위하여 중부지역에 적합한 파종기를 설정하고 이에 적합한 참깨 간작 들깨의 작부체계를 개발하기 위하여 수행하였다. 전작물로 재배되는 참깨가 후작물 들깨에 미치는 영향과 파종기에 따른 수량성을 검토하고 참깨 간작 들깨 작부체계를 위한 재배방법을 개발하였다. 참깨 재배 중 들깨 간작을 위하여 전작물로 재배되는 참깨의 특성은 조생이며 경장이 짧은 품종이 적당하였으며, 후작으로 재배되는 들깨의 파종기를 설정하기 위하여 6월 중순, 6월 하순, 7월 초순에 들깨를 참깨 사이에 파종한 결과 6월 중순 파종에서 화방군수, 군당삭수 및 수량이 많았으며 파종기가 늦어질수록 들깨 수량은 현저히 낮아졌다. 전작물 생육특성에 따른 영향으로는 조생이며 경장이 짧은 참깨 품종 재배지에서 들깨의 생육 및 수량이 우수하였다. 참깨 간작 들깨작부체계 개선을 위하여 한 줄 재배(조간×주간) 110×20 cm와 두 줄 재배(조간×주간) 40×40 cm로 재배한 결과 두 줄재배에서 수량이 많았다. 이상의 결과로부터 중부지역에 적합한 참깨 간작 들깨 재배는 전작으로 재배되는 참깨는 조생이며 경장이 작은 품종을 선정하여 재배하고 들깨는 두 줄로 참깨사이에 간작으로 6월 중순에 파종하는 방법이 적합할 것으로 판단되었다. Perilla contains more than 60% of fatty acids. Linolenic acid is effective in preventing heart disease, improving learning ability, treating allergies, and preventing cancer. This study was carried out to improve the cultivation method to aid the stable production of perilla by developing a suitable inter-cropping system with sesame in the central region as well as to report a suitable planting time. The test results are summarized as follows. As the planting time of perilla in the inter-cropping system with sesame was delayed, the number of clusters and capsules decreased. The perilla yields in this system showed significant differences compared to that with the previous crops (sesame varieties) and planting period. The yield of perilla was significantly lower in the characteristic-Type B variety than in the characteristic-Type A variety and decreased significantly as the planting time was delayed. With regards to the quality characteristics of perilla, such as crude protein, crude fat, etc., there were no differences between previous perilla crops and those inter-cropped with sesame. The perilla composition did not show any difference during the planting period; however, with delay in the planting time, crude protein content increased but crude fat content decreased. Yield of perilla was 38% higher in a two-row (40 x 40 cm) system, compared to a single-row cultivation (110 x 20 cm) of perilla inter-cropped with sesame. These results suggest that the suitable method for inter-cropping perilla with sesame in the central region is to sow the characteristic-Type A variety in early May, and cultivate the perilla in two lines (40 x 40 cm) in mid-June. This was judged to be the best cultivation method in the central region.

        2차원적(二次元的)인 직격자(直格子)와 역격자(逆格子)의 기본(基本) vectors를 정의(定義)하고 이들 간(間)에 존재(存在)하는 여러 가지 상호관계(相互關係)를 유도(誘導)한 후(後) $\vec{d^*}(hk)//direction\;of\;(hk),\;d(hk)=1/d^*(hk),\;[uv]$ 방향(方向)에 속(屬)한 (hk)면(面)들, 그리고 이차원적(二次元的)인 4가지 격자(格子)들의 면적(面積) 및 면간건리등(面間距離等)의 계산법(計算法)을 제시(提示)하였다. After the definition of the basis vectors of the two-dimensional direct and reciprocal lattices, various interrelations between them are derived, and additionally how to calculate $\vec{d^*}(hk)//direction\;of\;(hk),\;d(hk)=1/d^*(hk),\;[uv]$, planes belonging to a direction [uv], areas and interplanar spacing of 2-dimensional low different lattices are shown.

        The atoms located at a general position in a crystal do thermally ellipsoidal vibration satisfying 1-fold rotation symmetry. Likewise the thermal vibration of atom at special position must comply with the symmetry of the special position. This paper shows how to calculate the anisotropic temperature factors of the atoms located at special positions. 결정내(結晶內)에 있는 원자(原子)들이 일반위치(一般位置)에 놓이면 그 원자(原子)들은 1-fald rotation symmetry를 갖는 열적(熱的)인 ellipsoid의 운동(運動)을 한다. 마찬가지로 special position에 놓인 원자(原子)는 special position의 대칭(對稱)에 맞는 열적운동(熱的運動)을 하여야 한다. 이 paper에서는 special position에 놓인 원자(原子)의 비등방성온도인자(非等方性溫度因子)의 계산방법(計算方法)을 보였다.

        Solvent Sublation of Trace Noble Metals by Formation of Metal Complexes with 2-Mercaptobenzothiazole

        A solvent sublation has been studied for the determination of trace Au(III), Pt(IV) and Pd(II) in waste water with their complexes of 2-mercaptobenzothiazole (MBT). Experimental conditions such as the concentration of HCl, the amount of MBT as a ligand, the type and amount of surfactants, bubbling rate and time, and the type of organic solvent were optimized for the solvent sublation, i.e., 25.0 mL of 2.0 M HCl solution and 30mL of 0.4%(w/v) MBT ethanolic solution were added to a 1.0 L sample to form stable complexes. The addition of 4.0 mL of 1 ${\times}$$10^{-3}$ M CTAB (cetyltrimehtylammonium bromide) solution was needed for the effective flotation accomplished by bubbling nitrogen gas at the rate of 40.0 mL/min for 35 minutes. As a solvent, 20.0 mL of MIBK (methylisobuthylketone) was used to extract the floated complexes. The procedure was applied to three kinds of waste waters. Au(III) was determined as 0.68 ng/mL and 0.98 ng/mL respectively for final washed water of two plating industries in Banwol. Pd(II) and Pt(IV) were not detected in any of the three samples. The recovery, which was obtained with analyte-spiked samples, were 95-120%.

        수중 공동보강용 석고 활용 저 pH형 수중불분리 그라우트에 대한 실험적 연구

        A series of experiment was conducted to evaluate basic performances of low-pH, anti-washing grouts incorporating gypsum which applied for reinforcing underwater cavities in limestone- grounds. Various types of mix proportions were designed and the fluidity, strength and environmental impact of these mixtures were evaluated. The flowability was evaluated under two conditions, i.e., flows without and with pressing, respectively. Strength was measured for the hardened mixtures fabricated under conditions of air and water injections. The environmental impacts including the pH of the suspension and the suspended solids concentration for the mixtures were evaluated. The low pH of fresh mixture suspension, below than 10, was achieved by incorporation of gypsum. The mix proportions of cement-quartz powder-gypsum binders and chemical agents resulted in mortar natural flow 7-10 cm and uniaxial compressive strength 4 MPa were derived.

        주석-슬랙중 $Ta_2O_5,\;Nb_2O_5$ 및 $ZrO_2$의 이중희석법을 이용한 X-선 분광분석

        이중희석법을 이용한 X-선 분광법으로 주석-슬랙 중 $Ta_2O_54, $Nb_2O_5$ 및 $ZrO_2$등을 정량하였다. 주석시료와 이것과 조성이 비슷한 한개의 합성표준시료를 무수 $Li_2B_4O_7$으로 희석하여 희석된 시료중 이들의 함량이 1.00%, 2.00%, 3.00% 되게 잘 혼합하였다. 혼합시료를 $1,150^{\circ}C$에서 30분간 용융하여 유리상태로 만들었다. 다시 잘 분쇄하고, 유압기를 이용하여 Pellet로 만들어 분석 시편으로 사용했다. 형광 X-선 세기를 측정하여 희석식에 대입하여 각 시료에서 분석성분의 함량을 계산하였다. 이중희석법으로 얻은 분석결과들은 대표적인 분석법인 표준검정 곡선법에 의한 값들과 혀용오차범위내에서 잘 일치하고 있다. 아울러 단일희석법에 의한 결과와도 잘 일치하고 있으며 각 분석결과에 대한 재현성도 좋음을 보여 주었다. X-ray spectrometric determination of $Ta_2O_54, $Nb_2O_5$ and $ZrO_2$ in tin-slag samples using the double dilution technique was conducted. Tin-slag samples and one synthesized standard sample having similar composition to the samples were diluted with anhydrous $Li_2B_4O_7$ at the level of 1.00, 2.00 and 3.00% of the sample content, respectively. The diluted samples were fused at $1,150^{\circ}C$ for 30 minutes, and these glass beads were finely ground and pelletized. With the X-ray intensities measured, analytical results were calculated by the double dilution equation. The results agreed to the reference values obtained by the standard calibration method and the simple dilution technique within allowable error range and were reproducible.

        X-Ray Diffractometric Study on Modification Mechanism of Matrixes for Electrothermal AAS Determination of Volatile Lead and Bismuth

        The mechanism of a matrix modification for the trace determination of volatile lead and bismuth by an electro-thermal atomic absorption spectrophotometry was studied by a X-ray diffractometry (XRD). For the investigation of structures, the ash products of the elements were produced by using a palladium as a matrix modifier with or without aluminum or nickel as an auxiliary modifier. The same charring conditions as in the analysis of samples were applied together with much concentrated solution of analytical elements and modifiers in a graphite furnace to get a large amount of the product for XRD. The XRD patterns showed PbPd3 for lead and BiPd3 for bismuth. These mean that the reaction procedures through the charring and atomization were changed from $Pb^{2+}$ ${\rightarrow}$ PbO ${\rightarrow}$$Pb^0$ to $Pb^{2+}$ ${\rightarrow}$ PbO ${\rightarrow}PbPd_3$ ${\rightarrow}$ Pb o for lead and from $Bi^{3+}$ ${\rightarrow}$ BiO ${\rightarrow}$ Bi o to $Bi^{3+}$ ${\rightarrow}$ BiO ${\rightarrow}$ $BiPd_3$ ${\rightarrow}$ $Bi^0$ for bismuth by the addition of modifiers. The volatile elements were stabilized by the formation of palladium alloys through a charring process. Charring temperatures were raised about 500 $^{\circ}C$ by the alloying and the atomization was also stabilized for the enhancement of sensitivities.

        주석-슬랙 중 $Ta_2O_5, Nb_2O_5, TiO_2, SnO_2$, 및 $ZrO_2$의 X-선 형광분석

        With the synthetic standards, valuable metals $(Ta_2O_5, Nb_2O_5, TiO_2, SnO_2$, and $ZrO_2$) in the tin slags have been determined by the x-ray fluorescence spectrometry. The powder sample and the standards are homogeneously mixed with anhydrous $Li_2B_4O_7$ and La_2O_3$ in weight ratio of 15 : 42 : 3 respectively. The mixed material is fused at $1,150^{\circ}C$ for 30 minutes to be changed into the glass bead. The bead is ground to (-) 325 mesh size and pelletized. The analytical results obtained in this work are consistent with the data obtained by other common methods within allowable error range. The standard deviation for $Ta_2O_5$ in PTS-H sample is 0.12 % at level of 3.40 % content. 합성표준시료를 이용하여 주석슬랙 중 유가금속들인 $Ta_2O_5, Nb_2O_5, TiO_2, SnO_2 $및 $ZrO_2$를 X-선형광분광법으로 정량하였다. 분석시료와 표준시료분말들을 융제인 무수 $Li_2B_4O_7$과 $La_2O_3$를 무게비 15:42:3의 비율로 균일하게 혼합한다. 혼합분말을 $1,150^{\circ}C$에서 30분간 용융하여 유리구슬을 만든다. 이 구슬을 325메쉬 이하로 분쇄하여 수압기를 이용 pellet으로 만들어 시편으로 사용한다. 분석결과들은 다른 분석법에 의해 얻은 값들과 허용오차 범위내에서 잘 일치한다. 또 PTS-H시료에 대한 표준편차가 함량 3.40 %에서 0.12 %로 재현성도 좋음을 보여 주었다.
