        실천공학 교육 방법론 : 소지품 분실예방 어플리케이션 개발 사례를 통한 교육효과에 관한 연구

        최근 무선인터넷 기술이 급속히 발전하고 있으며 특히 스마트폰의 서비스 활성화를 기반으로 모바일 어플리케이션에 대한 활용도가 높아지고 있다. 따라서 소프트웨어 개발자들이나 IT 관련학과 학생들은 일상생활에 편리한 각종 어플리케이션들을 개발하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 남서울대학교 컴퓨터학과 캡스톤 디자인 교과목에서 모바일 프로그램 개발 능력을 키우고 특히 안드로이드 운영체제기반으로 하는 각종 툴의 학습을 위해서 개발한 소지품 분실예방 어플리케이션을 제안한다. 이것은 스마트폰을 소지한 사용자가 알람을 통하여 자신의 소지품을 관리할 수 있고 분실하지 않도록 하는 어플리케이션이다. 또한 개발하는 과정을 통해 얻게 된 실무적 교육 효과에 대해 고찰하고자 한다. Rapidly developing mobile internet technology and extensive service of smart phones have led to growing use of mobile applica-tions. It is natural that software developers and IT-related students develop a variety of applications that can be used for everyday life. The present paper reports a case of developing such an application that was developed in a capstone design course of Depart-ment of Computer Science at Namseoul University. This so-called ``Application for Prevention of Loss of One``s Belongings`` was designed to let students learn a set of tools based on Android operation system. This app can prevent smart phone users from losing their belongings using an alarm. The educational effect from the process of developing this application is also discussed.

        온라인 전시체험이 방문의도에 미치는 영향: 현존감과 지각된 가치 조절효과 중심으로

        COVID-19 장기화로 인해 박물관·미술관은 운영에 제한이 많았으며 온라인 전시를 통한 소통을 시도하였고 예술과 기술이 결합한 온라인 전시는 새로운 비즈니스 모델을 제시하고 있다. 이러한 배경에서 이 연구는 온라인 전시체험에 있어 현존감과 지각된 가치, 그리고 방문의도의 관계를 규명하고 현존감과 지각된 가치가 어떠한 조절효과를 갖는지 검정하였다. 실증 분석을 위해 불특정 다수를 대상으로 설문을 진행하였으며 총 129부 유효 표본을 확보하였다. 주요 분석 방법은 통계패키지 SPSS 26.0 버전을 이용하여 요인분석, 상관분석, 위계적 회귀분석, 조절회귀분석을 진행하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 온라인 전시체험은 현존감과 지각된 가치, 방문의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 현존감과 지각된 가치는 온라인 전시체험과 방문의도 영향관계에서 정(+)의 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. Under quarantine policies related to the COVID-19, museums temporarily are closing and trying to communicating with consumers through Online exhibition. The combination of art and technology is providing companies with a new exhibition reality environment called a global online exhibition. The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between online exhibition experience, presence, perceived value and Intention of Visit in exhibition. To accomplish the goal, A total of 129 surveys were collected. A total of 129 valid questionnaires were used for frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability and correlation analysis using the statistical package of SPSS(26.0). The results of this study are as follows: First, online exhibition experience are shown to positive affect the Intention of Visit, presence and perceived value. Second, It has been shown that presence and perceived value has a positive moderating effect between online exhibition experience and Intention of Visit. Finally, theoretical and practical implications were discussed.

        해저 오염 퇴적층 복원 처리를 위한 BMP 패키지 기술 개발

        Soil, ground water, and sea bed are exposed to a continuous accumulation of polluted materials, causing serious environmental damage. It has been reported that such pollution causes a massive mortality of fish stock in rivers due to the resuspension of toxic chemicals, occurring during strong wind conditions. Therefore, it becomes apparent that there is an immediate demand for the restoration treatment of polluted river bed (or sea bed) sediment layers.<br/> Pollution levels of major rivers and ports, such as Paldang, Kyungan rivers, and Masan port, are becoming of great public concern, and are posing a serious environmental threat. In particular, the pollution of the Shi-hwa river has become a nation wide issue for the last few years. In spite of such public concern, the pollution levels of such rivers or ports are worsening everyday.<br/> In this study, an environmentally sound engineering package is introduced that helps to restore the polluted river bed or sea bed sediments. This engineering package consists of a suction facility, followed by a series of mechanical, chemical, and biological treatment units. The suction facility is designed to minimize secondary pollution that occurs from the resuspension of toxic materials during suction. The sea bed cleaning engineering package is designed to be installed on the top of a floating barge. Such a combination of environmental plant and shipbuilding technology provides a cost-effective solution, minimizing the cost involved in the transportation between suction and treatment facilities.

        간농양 파열로 인한 복막염의 비수술적 치료 증례

        The rupture of a pyogenic liver abscess (PLA) with peritonitis is a rare occurrence but a surgical emergency with a high mortality rate in the case of gas-forming PLA. Rare cases of ruptured PLA that recovered completely with only medical treatment have been reported. This paper reports a case of a large PLA rupture with peritonitis. In this case, surgical intervention was too risky because of the patient’s age and poor general condition. The patient recovered fully with appropriate antibiotic therapy and sufficient percutaneous drainage. Therefore, medical treatment may be considered an alternative option in cases of a ruptured large PLA with peritonitis if surgical intervention is too risky. (Korean J Gastroenterol 2021;77:190-193)

      • HIP TRANS LATERAL검사시 Femur neck의 적정한 입사각도와 검사방법의 표준화를 통한 재현성있는 영상 구현에 대한 연구

        목 적:각 병원 및 검사실간의 HIP TRANS LATERAL 검사가 상이하여, 성별, 연령에 따른 적정한 X-ray 입사각도를 조사하고, 모든 검사자의 오차를 줄이기 위한 검사방법을 표준화하여 정확하고 재현성 있는 진단적 가치가 높은 영상을 만들고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법:2016년 6월 1일부터 12월 31일 까지 7개월 동안 서울 “S” 병원을 내원한 환자 중 수술적 치료를 받지 않으며 변형이 없는 HIP 전후(AP) 검사를 시행한 20대 이상 환자 300명(남성 153명, 여성 147명)을 대상으로 하였다. 방법은 300명의 HIP 전후 검사한 영상을 임상경력 5년 이상의 방사선사가 대퇴경 간각을 측정하여 평균각도를 확인하고, 성별, 연령별 유의성을 통계 분석하였다, 대퇴경간각 52°를 유지하고 있는 CT DATA를 이용하여 3D Printer로 Human phantom(HIP)을 제작하였다. 이 제작한 Phantom으로 x-ray 입사각도를 32°, 42°, 52°, 62°, 72°까지 10° 간격으로 변화를 주어 대퇴경부의 면적을 정성적, 정량적 영상평가를 하였다. 검사방법 표준화에서 Tube column과 cassette holder는 각도표시로 하고 다리는 고정용구를 사용하였다. 결 과:성별에 따른 대퇴경간각은 남성이 여성보다 평균 0.7° 높게 나왔으며, 남,녀 평균값의 차이는 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다(p>0.05). 연령대에 따른 대퇴경간각은 모든 연령대에서 평균값의 차이는 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다 (p>0.05). 영상평가는 제일 크게 측정된 대퇴경부의 면적은 1794.7mm2 였으며 Cassette holder:52°, X-ray 입사각도:52°일 때였다. 제일 적게 측정된 면적은 698.1 mm로 Cassette holder:32°, X-ray 입사각도:32°일 때였다. 검사자의 오차를 줄이기 위한 검사방법의 표준화는 tube column과 cassette holder에 52°를 표시하고 다리를 15°안쪽으로 돌릴 수 있도록 고정용구를 사용하였다. 결 론:본 연구에서 제시하는 Femur neck에 대하여 X-ray 입사각도 52°도를 적용하고, 표준화된 검사방법을 이용하여 정확하고 재현성 있는 영상을 획득할 수 있게 되었으며 진단에 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다. Purpose:Because examination methods are not standardized to HIP TRANS LATERAL among examiners, the images of the Femur Neck are distorted and appear different. Therefore, the proper X-ray incident angle is suggested and the examination methods are standardized. Materials and Methods:From June 1 to December 31 in 2016, among visitors at the “S” general hospital in Seoul having HIP undergone not surgical treatment and unmodified, 300 patients were subjected. 4 radiological technicians who have over 5 years clinical experience measured neck-shaft angle and area by using GE PACS WORKSTATION 4.0, then for standardization, the angle was displayed on the cassette holder, the 15° fixture was used on the leg, and the angle was displayed on the tube column by dividing the right and left sides, human phantom was manufactured using the 3D printer, and then to target this phantom, image evaluation was done with changing x-ray incident angle. To assess significance, statistical analysis was performed using SPSS. Result:The mean femoral neck-shaft angle of the male was 52.6°±47 and the female was 51.9°±4.1. The average height of the male was 0.7° higher than that of the female (p>0.05) is 52.3°±4.4. The distribution of neck shaft angle were 41°~45° showed 14 persons (4.7%), 46°~50° showed 61 persons (20.3%), 51°~55° showed 144 persons (48%), 56°~60° showed 75 persons (25%), 61°~65° showed 5 persons (1.7%),and 66°~70° showed 1 persons (0.3%). The agespecific angle of the femur neck was 51.8° in the 20s, 52.8° in the 30s, 52.7° in the 40s, 52.1° in the 50s, 52.5° in the 60s, 51.6° in the 70s, 52.4° in the 80s, and 52.6° in the 90s, respectively. The difference in angular mean values of femur neck was not statistically significant in male, female, and all ages (P>0.05). The image evaluation was carried out with an area of 1794.7 mm2 when the line-of-sight of the x-ray was 52° and the detector angle was 52°, which was wider than the angle of the other incident lines. A standardized image was obtained using an angle of 52 ° to the cassette holder and the tube column, a fixed angle of 15° to the leg, and a 52° angle of the incident X-ray beam and an angle of 52° of the detector. Conclusion:HIP TRANS LATERAL image quality degradation is mainly caused by incorrect angle of incidence of X-ray and angle of detector. In this study, we could obtain accurate and reproducible images by using standardized exam method using angle of 52° of X-ray incident angle and this will be helpful for the diagnosis.

      • 麗水시 交通 隘路區間 交叉路의 信號體系 改善에 關한 硏究

        The survey of traffic amount for the analysis of the traffic problems was done throughout Yosu's main principal streets and cross roads. Traffic amount was counted during peak time. The traffic amount was analyzed with HCM's service level analysis. The result tells that the traffics in Dongmoonro street, influx and efflux point of Hanjae Tunnel, and the street in front of Beach Hotel are very disorder. The traffics on Jungangro street, Mipyengro street, Kwangmuro street are quite delayed. As the result, most of street will be much confused unless there will be no construction of new road or improvement of traffic control applications. Also, the service level of the cross road is used by TRANSYT-7F model, so we analyzed the density of each cross road and a time lag by HCM method. I used these models to assume the maximum service of each crossing road.

        In the field of study on 'comminution' there appear some kinds of polarizition, i.e. macro-micro, software-hardware and practice-theory and so on. For instance, numerous papers are available on mathematical modelling or simulation of practical ball mill grinding circuits. Few discussion, however, has been made in those papers from the viewpoint of energy consumption on the basis of its quantitative measurement. On the other hand so-called 'fracture of a single particle' phenomena have been investigated exclusively from this point of view in other papers concerned. The authors, therefore, are trying to fill the gap of this type nad conducted so far some experimental work on a laboratory scale ball mill system facilitating precise measurements of torgue.
