호텔 서비스 접점 직원의 심리적 임파워먼트, 자기효능감, 심리적 주인의식과 친사회적 서비스 행동 간의 구조적 관계에 대한 연구

The purpose of this study was to examine the structural relationship among hotel employee’s psychological empowerment, self-efficacy, psychological ownerships, and prosocial service behavior in the hotel industry in Korea. This study proposed the model based on job characteristic theory, which is largely used to explain motivation strategies in organizational behavior. A two step composite sampling method is conducted by including, cluster and quota sampling based on the number of rooms in three or five star hotels in Pusan, Korea. A total of 182 valid questionnaire were used for statistical analysis. The research model and hypotheses were examined by structural equation modeling. The findings of the study are as the following: (1) Psychological empowerment has no direct effect on prosocial service behavior. (2) Psychological empowerment, however, shows an indirect effect on prosocial service behavior via self-efficacy and psychological ownerships. (3) Psychological empowerment presents higher effect on self-efficacy than psychological empowerment and the effects of self-efficacy are also higher than psychological ownerships on prosocial service behavior.
특급호텔 종사원의 변혁적 리더십이 협력행동과 혁신행동에 미치는 영향 -LMX 매개효과를 중심으로-

This study examined into effects of transformational leadership of employees in five-star hotels on their helping behavior and innovative behavior by the media of Leader-Member Exchange (LMX), through which to clarify the effective leadership that can improve their helping behavior and innovative behavior and to look into implications for efficient human resources management in operating hotels. To do this, I have looked into the transformational leadership, LMX, helping behavior, and innovative behavior, from which discussion and implications are as follows. It is shown that, First, lower-dimension factors in transformational leadership, charisma and individual considerations have statistically significant positive(+)impacts on LMX, while intellectual stimulus doesn``t have significant impacts on it; Second, LMX have statistically significant positive(+) impacts on helping behavior. Third, LMX have statistically significant positive(+) impacts on innovative behavior. Forth, lower-dimension factors in transformational leadership, individual considerations have significant impacts on helping behavior, which is found by additional analysis to verify the mediation effects of LMX. And Charisma and individual considerations statistically significant indirect impacts on innovative behavior.
정보통신기술이 기술수용모델과 테크노스트레스에 미치는 영향: MICE 기업 종사자를 중심으로

본 연구는 MICE 관련 기업(컨벤션 센터, PCO, PEO, 홍보업체, 컨벤션 장치업체 등)에 근무하고 있는 종사자를 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하여 정보통신기술, 기술수용모델과 테크노스트레스에 관한 구조적 인과관계를 연구한 논문으로 SPSS24.0과 AMOS 24.0을 이용하여 실증분석을 진행한 연구이다. 실증분석에 따른 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 정보통신기술과 기술수용모델(지각된 유용성, 지각된 사용용이성)의 인과관계는 모두 유의한 정(+)의 인과관계가 성립하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 정보통신기술과 테크노스트레스(업무과부하, 사생활침해와 복잡성)의 인과관계는 유의한 정(+)의 관계가 성립하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 기술수용모델(지각된 유용성, 지각된 사용용이성)과 테크노스트레스(업무과부하, 사생활침해와 복잡성)의 인과관계는 유의한 정(+)의 관계가 성립하지 않는 것으로 나타났다.
특급호텔 참여프로그램의 지각된 가치가 참여동기, 관광만족 및 재방문의도에 미치는 영향

The study aims to analysis that perceived value of tourism influences motivation, tourist satisfaction and intention of revisiting about the activity program and finds activation plan by developing program of hotel and quality of growth. The result of analysis as follows. Firstly, even though emotional value among 2 factors of perceived value (emotional value, social consumer value) of participation in the activity program at 5-star hotel is in positive effect of both tourist satisfaction and revisit intension, but social consumer value is in negative relationship with pursuit of knowledge and revisit intension. Secondly, motivation( activity, pursuit of knowledge, rest, the escape from the daily life) of activity program is all in positive effect on tourist satisfaction. Thirdly, ``rest`` and ``escape from the daily life`` among 4 factors of motivation are in a positive effect relationship with revisit intention, but ``activity`` and ``pursuit of knowledge`` are in a negative effect relationship with revisit intention. Finally, the conclusion has been confirmed that tourist satisfaction is in a positive effect relationship with revisit intention by frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, a simple regression analysis, multiple regression analysis.
