석탄화력발전소 폐쇄로 인한 지역경제 효과 분석

본 연구는 파리기후협약에 따른 온실가스 배출량의 단계적 감축에 따라 한국에서도 탄소중립에 따라 석탄화력발전소의 단계적 폐쇄로 인한 지역경제효과를 살펴보고자 하는 것이 목적이다. 지역경제에 미치는 효과를 정량적으로 파악하기 위하여 산업연관분석을 이용하여 공급지장효과를 추정하였다. 산업연관 분석 모형 중 공급유도형 모형을 적용하여, 석탄화력 부분을 외생화 하여 생산에 지장이 생겼을 경우에 대한 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 화력발전에서 1원의 생산감소는 타산업의 생산을 2.56원 감소시켜, 충남 전체의 생산감소액은 15조 7천억원으로 분석되었다. 이는 충남의 GRDP 대비 15.6%를 차지하는 수치이다. 화력발전의 폐쇄에 따른 지역경제에 미치는 효과가 크기 때문에 이를 보완할 정책이 필요하다.

지각된 심미성과 기업연상이 사용자 행동에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationships among perceived aesthetics, perceived value and user satisfaction at an information technology level as well as those of corporate association and corporate image at a firm level to analyze the effects of these factors on the behavior of smartphone users relative to upgrading. In order to achieve its goal, the researcher conducted a survey from smartphone users and analysed the collected data by using statistical methods including partial least square (PLS). Findings show that perceived aesthetics has a significant impact on perceived value and user satisfaction. Moreover, perceived value significantly influences user satisfaction. Secondly, both corporate social responsibility association and corporate ability association have significant influences on corporate image. Lastly, user satisfaction has a significant impact on corporate image and both user satisfaction and corporate image have been found to be significant factors influencing smartphone upgrade intention.

Colorectal cancer (CRC) is the third most common cancer in Korea. Its average growth rate has been 3.7% annually from 1999 to 2013. The 5-year relative survival rate is 75.6%. The number of CRC survivors is expected to increase steadily because of its high incidence and survival rate. Because CRC survivors are at risk for recurrence, metachronous cancer, and other cancers, they should be checked regularly. Recommended surveillance includes history-taking and physical examination, colonoscopy, carcinoembryonic antigen testing, and computed tomography. Routine complete blood counts, liver function test, and positron emission tomography are not recommended. CRC survival, which is associated with Lynch syndrome and familial adenomatous polyposis, is also related to a higher risk of other cancers such as gastrointestinal and gynecologic cancers. Additional surveillance should be taken. CRC survivors could complain of general health problems such as cancer-related fatigue and psychosocial/cognitive dysfunction, in addition to treatment-related problems including bowel/urologic/sexual dysfunction, peripheral neuropathy, and ostomy care. They are also at greater risk of cardiovascular diseases. The primary care physician should counsel CRC survivors about their health problems and make an effort to address these concerns. Primary care physicians should try to communicate with CRC survivors and all specialists for clinical follow-up care.

Low-Grade Inflammation, Metabolic Syndrome and the Risk of Chronic Kidney Disease: the 2005 Korean National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey

Either chronic inflammation or metabolic syndrome (MetS) is associated with renal impairment. This cross-sectional study was designed to investigate the relationship between elevated white blood cell (WBC) counts and chronic kidney disease (CKD) stage 3or more according to the presence of MetS in adult Koreans. In total, 5,291 subjects (≥ 20 yr-old) participating in the 2005 Korean National Health and Nutrition Examination were included. CKD stage 3 or more was defined as having an estimated glomerular filtration rate below 60 mL/min/1.73 m2, as calculated using the formula from the Modification of Diet in Renal Disease study. The odds ratio (95% confidence interval) for CKD stage 3 or more in the highest WBC quartile (≥ 7,200 cells/μL) was 1.70 (1.17-2.39)after adjusting for MetS and other covariates, compared with the lowest WBC quartile (< 5,100 cells/μL). In subjects with MetS, the prevalence risk for CKD stage 3 or more in the highest WBC quartile was 2.25 (1.28-3.95) even after fully adjusting for confounding variables. In contrast, this positive association between WBC quartile and CKD stage 3 or more disappeared in subjects without MetS. Low-grade inflammation is significantly associated with CKD stage 3 or more in subjects with MetS but not in those without MetS.

Successful or health aging may not be enough of explaining all perspectives of aging-related consequences in the upcoming super-aged society. Korea has experienced a rapid decline in the traditional family structure and a soar in nuclear families or solitude. Korea sustains paradoxically dissociated delivery of health care and welfare despite a decade of policy implementation of long-term care insurance. On November 20th, 2018, to resolve these challenges, the Ministry of Health and Welfare proclaimed a comprehensive blueprint, “community-based care program for the elderly”. “Community-based care program for the elderly” is considered as a shortcut to “Aging in Place”, later life residential sustainability in the same community and a proven better living outcome compared with institutionalization. As the frontline practitioners of caring older adults, this proclamation needs more practical details of integrating health care, physical dependence, monetary status, and eventually, placement. Despite differ-ent health care system structure and preferences of patients and their caregivers between Korea and United States, current review aims at assisting Korean practitioners with understanding the all-relevant trajectories of an elderly lung-cancer surviving man in Ohio, where remains geographic mixture of rural and metropolitan characteristics.

소셜 네트워킹 커뮤니티의 지속사용과 아이템 구매의도에 영향을 미치는 요인

Due to the rapid growth of social networking community (SNC), research into SNC user’s behavior has recently emerged as an important issue in information systems. An individual makes a decision whether or not to continually use his or her own SNC and to purchase digital items to decorate it. Most previous research has focused on a user’s continuance intention and has ignored the importance of purchase intention. This study develops and empirically tests an integrated model designed to predict a user’s two types of behavioral intention:continuance intention and purchase intention based on the expectation-confirmation model (ECM) and a dual model of relationship maintenance mechanism.The results indicate that perceived usefulness, satisfaction, personalization, and switching cost have important influences on the formation of SNC continuance intention. The results also show that perceived usefulness and satisfaction does not have any significant impacts on purchase intention, while personalization, learning, attractiveness of alternatives, and continuance intention significantly affect it.

스마트폰 사용자의 수용 후 행동에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

스마트폰은 기본적인 기능에서부터 혁신적인 기능에 이르기까지 다양한 기능들을 포함하고 있으나 대부분의 사용자들은 그러한 기능들을 충분히 활용하지 못하는 경향이 있다. 그 결과 사용자들은 스마트폰 사용으로부터 기대한 만큼의 성과를 달성하지 못하게 되고, 이것은 곧 사용자의 만족과 재구매 행동에도 영향을 미칠 수밖에 없으므로 기능사용 관점에서 스마트폰의 지속사용행동을 살펴보는 것은 학계와 실무 모두에게 중요한 이슈라 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기술수용모델(TAM)과 투자모델을 토대로 기능사용 관점에서 스마트폰 사용자들의 지속사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 살펴보고자 하였다. 세부적으로는 TAM을 토대로 두 가지 신념들(지각된 유용성과 지각된 사용용이성)을, 투자모델을 토대로는 사용자 만족, 투자(개인화, 학습), 대안의 품질, 몰입(정서적 몰입, 계산적몰입) 등 6개의 요인들을 확인하였다. 259명의 스마트폰 사용들을 대상으로 수집한 자료들을 분석한 결과, 첫째, 지각된 유용성, 지각된 사용용이성, 사용자 만족, 계산적 몰입이 지속사용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타난 반면에, 정서적 몰입은 지속사용의도에 아무런 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 지각된 유용성과 지각된 사용용이성이 사용자 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고, 지각된 사용용이성은 지각된 유용성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 사용자 만족은 정서적 몰입에, 개인화는 정서적 몰입과 계산적 몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 반면에 학습과 대안의 품질은 두 가지의 몰입에 아무런 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. Although smartphones include a wide range of functions from basic to innovative functions, most users tend not to use such functions to its full potential. As a result, they are not able to achieve the maximum benefits expected, thus developing limited user satisfaction and repurchase behavior. Therefore, it is crucial to examine users` continued use behaviors in the perspective of smartphone`s feature use behaviors to both academicians and practitioners. Based on Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Investment Model, this study investigates the factors affecting smartphone users` continuance intention from the feature use perspective. Specifically, author identified two beliefs (perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use) based on TAM and six factors (user satisfaction, investment (personalization, learning), quality of alternatives, commitment (affective commitment, calculative commitment)) based on Investment Model. Results derived from data collected from 259 smartphone users showed that firstly, continuance intention was determined by perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, user satisfaction and calculative commitment, but it was not influenced by affective commitment. Secondly, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use affected user satisfaction, and perceived ease of use had an effect on perceived usefulness. Finally, user satisfaction and personalization affected affective commitment and calculative commitment, while learning and quality of alternatives were found not to be associated with both affective commitment and calculative commitment.

네트워크 외부성과 지각된 피드백이 블로그 사용자의 동기와 지속사용의도에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 동기이론과 사회적 영향 관련 이론들을 토대로 블로그의 지속사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하는 것이다. 세부적으로는 사회적 영향으로써 네트워크 외부성(지각된 네트워크 규모, 지각된 보완성)과 지각된 피드백에 초점을 두고 이러한 요인들과 사용자 동기(지각된 유용성, 지각된 사용용이성, 지각된 즐거움), 지속사용의도 간의 영향관계를 살펴 보고자 했다. 블로그를 운영하고 있는 사용자들을 대상으로 수집된 설문자료를 토대로 분석한 결과, 지속사용의도에 대한 영향요인은 지각된 피드백, 지각된 유용성, 지각된 즐거움, 지각된 네트워크 규모로 나타났다. 지각된 네트워크 규모, 지각된 보완성 및 지각된 피드백은 블로그 사용자의 동기의 형성에 중요한 요인으로 나타났으며, 지각된 피드백은 지각된 네트워크 규모에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 밝혀졌다. Based on motivation theory and social influence related theories, this paper investigates the factors influencing the inten-tion to continue using a blog. Specifically, this study focuses on network externalities (perceived network size, perceived complementarity) and perceived feedback as social influences and examines the relationships among those social factors, user motivation (perceived usefulness, perceived ease-of-use, perceived enjoyment), and the blog continuance intention. Using da-ta collected from blog users, this study finds that the factors affecting the blog continuance intention are perceived feedback, perceived usefulness, perceived enjoyment, and perceived network size. Perceived network size, perceived complementarity and perceived feedback are of importance on the formation of a user`s motivation to use a blog, and perceived feedback has found to be a significant factor influencing perceived network size.
