        康東偉, 王志成, 羊米林 (191-208) - 以感情承諾及領導-成員交換關系爲中心的_究

        本研究是通过实证分析来验证魅力型领导对组织成员的创新性行为及变化指向型组织公民行 为的影响关系,及其这个影响过程中感情承诺的中介效果和领导-成员交换关系的调节效果。民营 电子公司需要面对激烈的外部竞争,企业为了进一步适应外部环境的变化及提升公司业绩,对于领导风格,员工的创新行为,对公司的认同等行为的变化和改进非常重视。为了验证研究模型和假 设,我们把北京,天津,青岛这三个城市的5家民营电子公司的192名员工作为调查对象,共收集到 有效问卷175份,通过统计分析软件SPSS,AMOS及其Bootstrapping分析方法,对收集到的问卷进行 研究分析。研究结果如下:1,魅力型领导对员工创新工作行为及变化指向型组织公民行为有积极 的的影响。2,感情承诺在魅力型领导对员工创新工作行为及变化指向型组织公民行为影响关系中 有明显的中介效果。3,领导-成员交换关系在魅力型领导对感情承诺的影响中没有调节效果。通过 上述研究成果得知:如果想提升员工的创新工作行为和变化指向型组织公民行为,增强领导的魅力 型领导能力和创造有利于强化员工的感情承诺的环境十分必要。 Today’s fast developed corporate environment requires highly professional employees, and organizational structure becomes simplified and horizontal. So, individuals’ change-oriented organizational citizen behavior(C-OCB) and innovative work behavior(IWB) are considered as important factors to improve the organizational achievement. The charismatic leadership in organization becomes very necessary. The study showed the charismatic leadership, affective commitment can make organization members achieve the performance and innovation beyond the expection, and which effectively to reform the circumstance in the corporate and increase the effectiveness of the organization and its members. In addition, this research is to empirically investigate the impacts of charismatic leadership on change-oriented organizational citizen behavior and innovative work behavior. Moreover, the mediating role of affective commitment is also measured in present research. The relationship of variances were tested using SPSS, AMOS, and Bootstrapping. In conclusion, the results of the study have indicated that the charismatic leadership as an independent variable have significantly influence on both innovative work behavior and change-oriented organizational citizen behavior which as dependent variable. Also, based on the recent research, the affective commitment plays a mediated role in the relationship between the charismatic leadership and change-oriented organizational citizen, innovative work behavior. Finally, according to the results, some practical recommendations to develop the innovative work behavior for Chinese organizational members were suggested.

      • 삼중화된 회로에서의 결함 감지를 위한 방법에 관한 연구

        SRAM-based FPGAs are very sensitive to single event upset(SEU) induced by space irradiation. To mitigate SEU effects, space applications employ some mitigation schemes. The triple modular redundancy(TMR) is a well-known mitigation scheme. It uses one or three voters as well as three identical blocks performing the same work. The voters can mask out one error in the outputs from the three replicated blocks. One SEU error in TMRed circuits can be masked but it needs to be detected for some reasons such as to analyze the SEU effects in the satellite or to recover the circuits from the error before additional error occur. In this paper, we developed a fault detection circuit and reporting system to detect a fault on the TMRed circuits. To verify our error detection circuit and reporting circuit, we performed an irradiation test at MC-50 Cyclotron. Experimental results showed that error detection circuit can detect a fault on the TMRed test circuit in radiation environment.

      • 공동불법행위에 관한 연구

        A tort is not always composed of by the act of only one man but may be made up of by the act of several persons, which is called $quot;cotort$quot; and is prescribed in Article 760 of the Civil Code. Here in this provision are included three kinds of types. In this study, through the survey of the judicial precedents of two countries Korea and Japan, and by the reconsideration and the comparison of the contentions of theories, the development of the concept of the cotort has been made .an attempt centering around Article 760 of the Civil Code. As a result, the conclusions acquired from several important points at issue are as follows: A) It is considered that joint cognition-subjective joint one-is required as the requisite for organizing the cotort in a narrow sense. As compared with ther differences between Paragraph Ⅰ & Ⅱ of this Article, the way of the above-mentioned interpretation of this Article is found to be reasonable, and it is based on the consideration that the cotort cannot be consisted of between an intentional person and a negligent one. B) The joint liability imposed on the doer of the cotort is regarded not as unreal joint debt but as real joint one. It is because Article 760 of the Civil Code must be esteemed according to the context of it, and because the substantial balance among the debtors has to be kept. C) In our Civil Code, the distinction between the cotort in a narrow sense and the cotort done by unknown injurer is interpreted in a different way from the former Japanese Civil Code and the majority of theories. The establishment of the cotort corresponds to Paragraph Ⅰ of the Article 760 exclusively in case the doers have the subjective joint correlation, and in case the act has the objective joint correlation only, Paragraph Ⅱ. D) In case there is a cotort done by unknown injurers, it seems that, one of them who demonstrated that his act did not result in the damage, should be free from the joint debt.

        In this study, a new wet etching method and the solution for thinning the glass with the thickness below 100 μm were investigated. For the preparation of etching solution with low hydrofluoric acid, it was effective to use NH(4)HF(2) as a main ingredient with addition of sulfuric acid. Flexibility of the etched glass was greatly improved at below 100 μm thickness. To confirm the possibility as flexible display substrate, the ultra thin grass with 50 μm thickness was coated with ITO (Indium Tin Oxide) transparent electrode and its electrical conductivity was investigated.

        RTO의 조직구조, 조직문화 및 개인역량 간 영향 연구

        본 연구에서는 RTO(Regional Tourism Organization) 조직목표의 성공적 달성과 조직이 나아갈 방향을 제시하고자 RTO의 구성원들을 대상으로 조직구조, 조직문화, 개인역량 요인에 대한 영향관계를 분석하였다. 실증분석을 위해 RTO운영형태에 따라 서울관광재단, 전라북도문화관광재단, 경기관광공사, 인천관광공사의 조직구성원들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였는데 그 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 조직구조가 조직문화에 미치는 영향관계를 분석한 결과, 조직문화의 하위요인인 집단문화의 경우 공식화요인, 발전문화는 공식화, 집권화 요인, 위계문화는 공식화 요인, 마지막으로 합리문화에 대해서는 공식화, 집권화 요인이 각각 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 종합하면, 공식화는 모든 조직문화 하위요인에 대해 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 반면, 복잡화는 모든 하위요인에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 조직문화가 개인역량에 미치는 영향관계를 분석한 결과 첫째, 개인역량 하위요인 중 상황분석능력에 대해서는 합리문화, 발전문화, 위계문화가, 대인관리능력에 대해서는 합리문화, 위계문화가 유의한 영향을 미치며, 업무능력에 대해서는 발전문화, 위계문화가 통계적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 분석된 내용을 바탕으로 다음의 시사점이 도출되었다. 첫째, 공사의 경우는 수익성에 대한 다양한 아이디어 보상제도 운영과 조직 내 수익성 추구 전담부서 설립 등을 통해 구조화, 규칙화 시키는 과정이 필요하며 수익성 및 개인역량 향상에 대한 조직 내 정확한 목표치를 제시하여야 한다. 둘째, 이러한 목표를 중앙 및 해당지자체 내·외부, CEO 평가목표에 반영하여야 한다. 재단의 경우는 지역적으로 관광과 연계한 사회문제 해결 등을 목표화하여 목표달성에 큰 역할을 한 팀 또는 개인에 대해 인센티브제도 등을 규정화, 공식화 하는 작업이 필요하다. This study analyzes the impact of organizational structure, organizational culture, and personal competence tors on members of the Regional Tourism Organization (RTO), a leading enforcement organization of local tourism policies, to successfully achieve RTO organizational goals and directions, the Seoul Tourism organization, Jeollabuk-do Cultural Tourism Foundation, Gyeonggi Tourism Organization, and Incheon Tourism Organization were surveyed according to the type of RTO operation, and the results of the analysis were as follows. First, the analysis of the impact of organizational structure on organizational culture showed that formalization factors on group culture, formalization and centralization factors on developmental culture, formalization factors on hierarchical culture, formalization and centralization factors on rational culture, formalization has also been shown to have a positive influence on all organizational culture sub-factors. Second, as a result of analyzing the impact of organizational culture on personal competence, it showed that the ability to analyze situations among the sub-factors of personal competence was significantly influenced by rational culture, developmental culture, hierarchical culture, rational and hierarchical culture have a statistical impact on interpersonal management ability, developmental culture, hierarchical culture statistically influences the work ability. Based on these results, strategies by type of organization's operation require a process of structuring and regularizing various idea compensation schemes for profitability and establishment of a dedicated department for profitability in the organization, and an accurate target for profitability and individual capacity improvement. In addition, these objectives should be reflected in the central and internal, external, and CEO evaluation objectives of the relevant local government. In the case of the foundation, it is necessary to define and formulate an incentive system for teams or individuals who have played a major role in achieving their goals by targeting social problems linked to tourism locally.

        공공봉사동기(PSM)와 조직분위기 간의 관계에서 조직몰입의 매개효과 그리고 인간관계의 매개효과: 부산광역시 공무원을 중심으로

        본 연구에서는 지자체의 조직분위기에 가장 큰 영향을 미칠 수 있는 지방공무원의 동기부여가 무엇인지 확인하고자 하였다. 지방공무원에게 특별히 부여된 동기를 확인할 수 있도록 부산광역시에 위치한 한 지방자치단체에 근무 중인 지방공무원 218명을 대상으로 실증 분석하였다. 이러한 실증 분석을 통하여 지방공무원의 공공봉사동기 고취에 기여하고자 노력하였다. 이러한 노력의 일환으로 본 연구에서는 공공봉사동기가 조직분위기에 영향을 미치게 될 때, 조직몰입과 인간관계의 매개효과를 검토할 수 있도록 구조방정식모델을 설계하였다. 구조방정식모델링을 실시한 결과, 규범적 동기_공익을 위한 헌신은 조직몰입의 매개효과를 통해 조직분위기에 영향을 미칠 수 있었으며, 정서적 동기_측은지심은 인간관계의 매개효과를 통해 조직분위기에 영향을 미칠 수 있었다. 하지만, 자기희생은 조직몰입의 매개효과뿐만 아니라 인간관계의 매개효과 때문에 조직분위기에 영향을 미칠 수 있었다. 그러므로 지방공무원에게 공공봉사동기는 지자체의 조직분위기에 중요한 선행요인이 될 수 있음을 알 수 있다. 즉, 공직에 공공봉사동기를 느껴 지방공무원이 되었다면, 지자체의 조직분위기에 참여적일 수 있다는 것이다. This study contributes to the current body of work in this area by investigating the responses from 218 local public servants from one local government in Busan Metropolitan City to determine which specific motivation of local public servants has the largest effect on organizational climate of local government. This study also has conducted Structure Equation Modeling to review the mediated effect of the Organizational Commitment and Human Relations in the process from Public Service Motivation to Organizational Climate. According to the results, Commitment to the public interest was shown to influence Organizational Climate through the mediated effect of Organizational Commitment. On the other hand, Compassion was shown to influence Organizational Climate through the mediated effect of Human Relations. However, Self-Sacrifice was shown to influence Organizational Climate through the mediated effect of Organizational Commitment, and Human Relations. Therefore, Local public servants' Public Service Motivation is a relevant factor in Organizational Climate. Local public servants who feel motivated with their public sector provide higher levels of Organizational Climate.

      • YOLO를 이용한 이미지 Blur 처리

        In the case of blur processing, it is common to use a tool such as Photoshop to perform processing manually. However, it can be considered very efficient if the blur is processed at one time in the object detection process. Based on this point, we can use the object detection model to blur the objects during the process. The object detection is performed by using the YOLO [3] model. If such blur processing is used, it may be additionally applied to streaming data of video or image.
