        正式導師制度對大學生創業意圖的影響關系中 : 師生間信賴的調節效果和自我效能感中介效果的硏究

        중국경제가 어려위지면서 고용 없는 경제 성장으로 고용률이 감소추세에 있으며 청년층 실업이 심각해지고 있다. 대학 졸업생들이 취직해도 자기 원하는 일짜리를 구 하는 것을 하늘에 별이라고도 할 수 있다. 이러한 대내외인 환경 속에서 대학 졸업생 들의 취업난의 문제를 해결하지 못하면 “중국꿈”(China Dream)을 이루기 어렵다. 이러한 상황에서 본 연구는 중국 대학교졸업생을 대상으로 정식적인 멘토링 (formal mentoring)이 대학생의 창업의지(entrepreneurial intention) 에 미치는 영향을 실증연구를 통해 구명하려는 목적을 지니고 있다. 정식적인 멘토링이 창업의지에 미치는 과정에서는 자기효능감(self-efficacy)의 매개효과도 분석하였다. 또한 정식적인 멘토링이 대학생의 창업의지에 미치는 영향과정에서 신뢰(trust)의 조절효과를 분석하였다. 실증연구를 위해서는 중국 동북재경대학교, 서북대학교, 강소대학교와 남방항공대 학교 졸업생들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석결과는 정식적인 멘토링이 창업의지에 미치는 과정에서는 자기효능감(self-efficacy)의 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 정식적인 멘토링이 대학생의 창업의지에 미치는 영향과정에서 신뢰(trust)의 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 중국대학교의 졸업생들이 창업의지가 강화(하는 기대)하기 위해서 는 정식적인 멘토링의 행사가 중요하다는 점을 시가(제시)해주고 있다. 중국대학교 관리자들의 정식적인 멘토링 역량을 제고하기 위해서는 권한위양을 위한 관리체제의 정비와 청업(창업)에 대한 교육이 필요하다 The purpose of this study was to investigate empirically the impact of formal mentoring on entrepreneurial intention in Chinese university graduates. The mediating role of trust and the moderating role of self efficacy in the relationship between formal mentoring and entrepreneurial intention was also tested. The questionnaire survey was administered to the Chinese university graduates. The results showed that, first, formal mentoring had a significant relationship with entrepreneurial intention of Chinese graduates. Second, it was found that trust mediates the relationship between formal mentoring and entrepreneurial intention. Third, a moderating role of self efficacy was identified in the relationship between formal mentoring and entrepreneurial intention. Finally, some practical recommendations for developing formal mentoring and self efficacy for students who want to create business are suggested.

        本研究是通过实证分析来验证魅力型领导对组织成员的创新性行为及变化指向型组织公民行 为的影响关系,及其这个影响过程中感情承诺的中介效果和领导-成员交换关系的调节效果。民营 电子公司需要面对激烈的外部竞争,企业为了进一步适应外部环境的变化及提升公司业绩,对于领导风格,员工的创新行为,对公司的认同等行为的变化和改进非常重视。为了验证研究模型和假 设,我们把北京,天津,青岛这三个城市的5家民营电子公司的192名员工作为调查对象,共收集到 有效问卷175份,通过统计分析软件SPSS,AMOS及其Bootstrapping分析方法,对收集到的问卷进行 研究分析。研究结果如下:1,魅力型领导对员工创新工作行为及变化指向型组织公民行为有积极 的的影响。2,感情承诺在魅力型领导对员工创新工作行为及变化指向型组织公民行为影响关系中 有明显的中介效果。3,领导-成员交换关系在魅力型领导对感情承诺的影响中没有调节效果。通过 上述研究成果得知:如果想提升员工的创新工作行为和变化指向型组织公民行为,增强领导的魅力 型领导能力和创造有利于强化员工的感情承诺的环境十分必要。 Today’s fast developed corporate environment requires highly professional employees, and organizational structure becomes simplified and horizontal. So, individuals’ change-oriented organizational citizen behavior(C-OCB) and innovative work behavior(IWB) are considered as important factors to improve the organizational achievement. The charismatic leadership in organization becomes very necessary. The study showed the charismatic leadership, affective commitment can make organization members achieve the performance and innovation beyond the expection, and which effectively to reform the circumstance in the corporate and increase the effectiveness of the organization and its members. In addition, this research is to empirically investigate the impacts of charismatic leadership on change-oriented organizational citizen behavior and innovative work behavior. Moreover, the mediating role of affective commitment is also measured in present research. The relationship of variances were tested using SPSS, AMOS, and Bootstrapping. In conclusion, the results of the study have indicated that the charismatic leadership as an independent variable have significantly influence on both innovative work behavior and change-oriented organizational citizen behavior which as dependent variable. Also, based on the recent research, the affective commitment plays a mediated role in the relationship between the charismatic leadership and change-oriented organizational citizen, innovative work behavior. Finally, according to the results, some practical recommendations to develop the innovative work behavior for Chinese organizational members were suggested.

        中國高校學生的自我意識對職業成熟度的影響關系中: 社會心理成熟度的中介效果和職業決策自我效能感的調節效果的硏究

        In this study, the participants comprised 220 Chinese college students from seven different colleges. We used structural equation analysis to test the variables of the proposed model simultaneously and also explored the mediation effect of psychosocial maturity between self-consciousness and career maturity, and the moderating effect of career decision self-efficacy. Results showed that first, self-consciousness(both private and public self-consciousness) was negatively to psychosocial maturity and career maturity. Second, psychosocial maturity was positively to career maturity. Third, psychosocial maturity mediated the relationship between self-consciousness(both private and public self-consciousness) and career maturity. Finally, career decision self-efficacy didn`t moderate the relationship between psychosocial maturity and career maturity. The findings were unexpected and raise more questions. These outcomes indicated that Chinese college students should not confine their learning only to schoolwork, but pay more attention to various social activities. And Chinese colleges should also provide students with more professional career guidance and training to enhance their career self-efficacy.

      • 構造用鋼 SS41材의 衝擊荷重에 의한 破壞擧動

        The effect of impact velocity on dynamic fracture toughness was evaluated by use of the instrumented Charpy impact test with PCVN specimens and the effect of notch radius on impact value by the standard Charpy impact test with CUN specimens. The tests were made at impact velocities ranging from 0.73m/s to 5.41m/s. The dynamic fracture toughness, ?? and ?? marked as the deviation of 4-5% as compared with the static fracture toughness ?? obtained with CT specimens. The instrumented precracked Charpy test is shown to be a convenient method of determining relative fracture toughness. The stable crack growth does depend rather strongly on the J value in case of high impact velocities and less strongly on the J value in case of low impact velocities.
