        Yolo-v4 기반 초저지연 차량 식별과 통행량 추적 정밀도 개선

        자율주행 기술의 고도화 및 상용화에 따라 차량 자체 센서의 인지 범위의 확장을 위한 인프라 기반 협력주행기술에 대한 수요가 증가하고 있다. 특히 노변에 설치되어 교통 상황을 실시간으로 파악하고 기록하여 차량에 제공할 수 있는 엣지 인프라 기술 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있으며, 정보 수집을 위한 센서에 대한 연구가 활발한 상황이다. 이러한 흐름에 따라, 최근 CNN 기반의 영상분석을 통한 교통정보 수집 기술에 대한 연구도 활발히 진행되고 있는데, 이러한 CNN 기반의 알고리즘은 영상 내의 외양 특징을 기반으로 개별 객체를 식별할 수 있어 자율주행 자동차에서 인식하지 못하는 도로상의 객체 정보를 제공할 수 있어 인프라 구축에 활용이 가능할 것으로 주목받고 있다. 하지만 기존 C-ITS 사업 대부분은 딥러닝 알고리즘의 높은 요구 연산량으로 인하여 영상분석을 현장이 아닌 센터의 높은 사양 서버에서 처리하고 있는데, 이는 인프라 시스템에서의 정보 제공 지연에 따른 사고의 발생 위험을 증대시킬 위험이 있다. 따라서 이러한 위험을 최소화하기 위해서는 센터가 아닌 노변에서의 실시간 영상분석을 통해 통신 지연을 최소화할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 노변에 위치하여 실시간으로 영상을 분석하여 도로에 위치한 객체 정보를 산출할 수 있는 차량검지 시스템을 설계하였으며, 알고리즘의 노변 환경 적용을 위해 신경망의 구성을 간소화하여 딥러닝 연산량을 줄일 수 있는 방법을 제시한다.

        중뇌수도관 폐쇄에 의한 S/D계통 랫드 수뇌증 1예

        Hydrocepbalus may be an acquired or a congenital condition. We have studied the macroscopic and microscopic changes in the hydrocephalus of an inbred Sprague-Dawley rat at postnatal week 8. The animal suspected with the hydrocephalus showed clinical syndromes such as depression, severe ataxia, eye abnormalities, dome-shaped head, and persistent fontanelle. With the postmortem examination, the suspected animal was clearly revealed as a severe internal hydrocephalus. In this animal, severe ventriculomegaly was limited to the third and lateral ventricles, and cortical thining was most apparent in the parieto-occipital region. With the routine histological examination, brain tissue showed aqueductal obstruction, thinning of the cerebral cortex, severe ependymal damage, subependymal edema, damage of choroid plexus of fourth ventricle, enlarged cortical vessels, and expanded ventricles. Aqueductal obstruction was observed with the appearance of simple stenosis at the level of rostral colliculus. Subsequently, the other structures of brain such as septal nucleus, caudate nucleus, and hippocampus etc. were abnormally reconstructed by hydrocephalus. This study suggests that the hydrocephalus can be taken place by primary aqueductal obstruction and this type of hydrocephalus is classified as uncommunicating type. Though the mechanism of aqueductal obstruction is not clear, the morphological studies of this case may be helpful for the further study of hydrocephalus.

      • 식물생장조절제가 인삼 약의 캘러스 생성에 미치는 영향

        Background : Korean ginseng require 3 - 4 years to produce mature seeds from their mother plants. Therfore, it takes over 20 years to genetic fixation by artificial crossing of 8 generation. Anther culture is a useful method for obtaining homozygotes in only one generation. However, there is not much research on ginseng yet. In this study, we investigated the callus induction of anther depending on the type and concentration of the plant growth regulators in Panax ginseng C. A. Meyer. Methods and Results : Flower buds of P. ginseng were cold pretreated at 2 days before the anthers were plated on the induction medium. The flower buds were immersed in 70% ethanol for 30 sec min, washed two times with sterile distilled water, surface-sterilized in 2% sodium hypochlorite solution for 20 min, then rinsed five times with sterile distilled water. The anthers were placed on Petri dishes containting fifteen different concentrations and combinations of 2,4-D, NAA, BAP and KT. Callus induction was significantly influenced by the type and combination of plant growth regulators. The highest callus induction rate was observed in GR5 medium at 79.2%. The 2,4-D mediums had significantly higher callus induction than the NAA medium, and 2,4-D 1 ㎎/ℓ have a higher callus induction rate than the other concentrations. The increase of callus induction rate was not observed by the addition of cytokinin, but the callus induction rate was gradually decreased as the BAP concentration was increased. There was no difference in callus induction rate between BAP and KT. Conclusion : The important factor for inducing callus of ginseng anther was the addition of 2,4-D, and no effect of cytokinin addition could be found.

        컴퓨터 비전 기술을 활용한 관객의 움직임과 상호작용이 가능한 실시간 파티클 아트

        We present a real-time interactive particle-art with human motion based on computer vision techniques. We used computer vision techniques to reduce the number of equipments that required for media art appreciations. We analyze pros and cons of various computer vision methods that can adapted to interactive digital media art. In our system, background subtraction is applied to search an audience. The audience image is changed into particles with grid cells. Optical flow is used to detect the motion of the audience and create particle effects. Also we define a virtual button for interaction. This paper introduces a series of computer vision modules to build the interactive digital media art contents which can be easily configurated with a camera sensor.

        Analysis of the chloroplast genome and SNP detection in a salt tolerant breeding line in Korean ginseng

        The complete chloroplast genome sequence of Panax ginseng breeding line ‘G07006’, showing higher salt tolerance, was confirmed by de novo assembly using whole genome next-generation sequences. The complete chloroplast (CP) genome size is 156,356 bp, including two inverted repeats (IRs) of 52,060 bp, separated by the large single-copy (LSC 86,174 bp) and the small single-copy (SSC 18,122 bp) regions. One hundred fourteen genes were annotated, including 80 protein-coding genes, 30 tRNA genes, and 4 rRNA genes. Among them, 18 sites were duplicated in the inverted repeat regions. By comparative analyses of the previously identified CP genome sequences of nine cultivars of P. ginseng and that of G07006, five useful SNPs were defined in this study. Since three of the five SNPs were cultivar-specific to Chunpoong and Sunhyang, they could be easily used for distinguishing from other ginseng accessions. However, on arranging SNPs according to their gene location, the G07006 genotype was ‘GTGGA’, which was distinct from other accessions. This complete chloroplast DNA sequence could be conducive to discrimination of the line G07006 (salt- tolerant) and further enhancement of the genetic improvement program for this important medicinal plant.

      • 강유전체의 유전율 특성에 관한 연구

        It was investigated that the dielectric properties of ferroelectric materials using PZT-5A and PZT thin films. PZT-5A was 20mm diameters, 0.71mm 0.51mm and 0.41mm thickness respectively and having c-axis preferred orientation. Electrodes(Al) were deposited by evaporation method. PZT thin film was deposited on Pt/SiO₂/Si substrate by RF magnetron sputtering method and annealed at 750°C with RTA. Dielectric constants were measured automatically by computer measuring system. Dielectric constants were changed rapidly from 817 to 888 in 0.41mm thickness PZT-5A, 823 to 890 in 0.5lmm and 822 to 839 in 0.71mm as the electric field grown. In the case of PZT thin film, dielectric constants were changed from 724 to 1173 in 4500Å thickness, 721 to 1204 in 5500 Å thickness and 811 to 1407 in 7000Å thickness.

        Acute Pancreatitis with Hypercalcemia as Initial Manifestation of Multiple Myeloma

        A case of acute pancreatitis associated with hypercalcemia resulting from a newly diagnosed multiple myeloma is reported. There have been several prior reports of hypercalcemia-induced pancreatitis in patients with multiple myeloma, but very few showed the following two aspects: pancreatitis as the first manifestation of hematologic malignancy and recovery after serum calcium levels fell into normal range. When clinicians encounter a patient with hypercalcemic status and acute pancreatitis without any known etiology of pancreatitis, multiple myeloma as a root cause of pancreatitis should be considered.
