EMU 철도차량의 LCC(Life Cycle Cost)분석

This paper deals with the topical problems of the Life Cycle Costs in connection with the rolling stocks. the LCC philosophy has already entered the third decade. this philosophy contributed towards the new relationship's comprehension between railway vehicle producers' and railway vehicle users' sphere. this leads together to the technical-economical solution convenient for the both sides. In the point of manufacturer, It is said that low operational costs could be reached using a well-designed and structured maintenance program. this is due to the proper technical analysis of critical components that leads to low costs of maintenance and a superior reliability without increasing the capital investment. but, This paper presents both topical experiences with the LCC models for the railways vehicles and also procedures during Life Cycle Costs calculations. In conclusion I want to introduce how to calculate LCC & what kinds of softwares are used based on VVVF EMU vehicle.

Role of myeloid-derived suppressor cells in immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy in cancer

Over the past decade, immune checkpoint inhibitor(ICI) therapy has demonstrated improved therapeuticefficacy in a wide range of cancers. However, the benefitsare restricted to a small population of patients. Therefore,studies on understanding the mechanisms resistant to ICItherapy and for finding predictive biomarkers for ICItherapy are being actively conducted. Recent studies havedemonstrated that myeloid-derived suppressor cells(MDSC) inhibit ICI therapy by various mechanisms, andthat the response to ICI therapy can be improved byblocking MDSC activity. Moreover, low level of MDSC inpatients with cancer has been shown to be correlated withtheir good prognosis after ICI treatment, thereby suggestingMDSC as a predictive biomarker in this regard. Thisreview focuses on the roles of MDSC in ICI therapy andtheir relevant applications.

미국의 양적완화가 한·미 무역관계에 미치는 영향 : 우리나라 주요 수출품목을 중심으로

최근 선진국들은 자국의 경기침체를 타개하기 위해 직접적인 통화팽창 정책을 취하고 있다. 그 대표적인 것이 최근의 양적완화 정책이다. 이러한 양적완화 정책은 자국의 부진한 경기상황을 타개하기 위해 취한 정책이지만, 신흥국들을 비롯한 다수의 개발도상국들은 양적완화정책에 의해 상당한 영향을 미칠 것으로 보인다. 따라서 본 논문은 미국의 양적완화 정책이 우리나라 수출경쟁력에 어떠한 파급효과를 가질 것인가에 대한 관심을 가지고 출발하였다. 미국의 양적완화 정책이 우리나라 물류산업 경쟁력(국제운송)에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가에 대한 분석도구로서 RCA, CAC, TSI를 사용하였으며, 분석대상으로는 우리나라 주요교역 상대국 10개국을 중심으로 실증분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 미국, 우리나라 모두 미국의 양적완화에 따른 수출경쟁력은 그다지 큰 변화가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 그 이유는 양적완화정책이 실시된 이후, WON/USD가 등락폭은 있지만 안정적인 상태를 유지하고 있기 때문이며, 일부 수출품목에서는 미국 시장 내에서 상당한 경쟁력을 갖고 있기 때문이다. 다만 제3차 양적완화정책은 미국이 직접적으로 환율개입을 시사한 정책이기 때문에 우리나라 수출에 영향을 미칠 것으로 예상되므로 이에 대한 대책을 마련해야 할 것으로 보인다.

Even the terms is strange, "new transport system" was introduced into our country with the beginning of Yong-In LRT in 2005. domestic new transport system market amounts to the 13 trillion Won and 78 projects are intended to or already started construction. In the beginning of introduction, overseas rolling stock companies such as simens, bombardier controlled over the rolling stock market, but after Rotem, WooJin rushed into the market, desperate competing system was equipped between internal and external companies. but each system has advantage and disadvantage, so each project should be analyzed technologically and economically in terms of operators and also users. this research can be helpful to introduce optimal system through the each items" analysis.

본 논문은 민족주의가 한반도의 통일에 있어서 어떠한 기능과 역할을 할 수 있는지와 관련해서 해방, 통합, 통일의 3단계로 나누어 고찰하였다. 첫째, 일본 군국주의로부터의 해방정국은 근대 정치제제 형성과 관련한 민족주의의 논쟁의 중요한 단초를 제공한다. 한민족의 통합을 끌어낼 수 있는 민족주의의 이념적 통합성과 사회적 관계에 착근시킬 수 있는 주도적 사회집단의 지도력에 관한 문제를 제기한다. 사실 해방을 전후로 한국민족주의의 형성과 근대 정치 체제수립 과정에서 노정된 민족주의적 지도이념의 통합성 부족과 주도적 사회계급의 분열은 한반도의 분단을 가져오게 한다. 이에 해방정국 하에서 민족주의가 어떤 역할과 기능을 했는지 고찰하였다. 둘째, 오늘 한국민족주의가 한국전쟁의 상황의 지속의 구속으로부터 벗어나지 못함으로써 한반도의 통합의 전략을 모색하는데 커다란 제약을 가하고 있다. 다시 말해 지금 유지되고 있는 분단의 안정성이란 남북당사자간의 민족적 화해에 의한 평화가 아니고 무력대치상태, 즉 힘의 평형이라는 긴장된 상황하의 잠정적 평화라는 데에 근본적 문제가 있다. 미래 지향적인 통일된 한민족 국가를 건설하기 위해서 통합으로서의 민족주의는 이러한 불안정한 잠정적 평화 상태를 극복하는데 나름의 기여를 할 수 있는 방안을 살펴보았다. 셋째, 우리가 미래 지향적으로 한반도 통일과 이에 기초한 통합된 민족국가를 건설하기 위해서는 공산주의들이 말하는 민족주의의 철학적 기초와 자유주의가 이야기 하는 민족주의의 철학적 기초 간의 차이를 인식해야 하며, 이에 관한 명확한 인식 없이 남북통일 문제에 접근한다면 통일이 아니라 또 다른 분열을 자아내고 말 것이다. 따라서 민족주의를 한반도의 통일 달성과 한민족 공동체 건설을 위한 공동지반으로 활용할 경우 민족주의 이념에 관한 공산주의적 인식과 자유주의적 인식 간의 상이성을 공통분모로 하여 모색된다면 현실적 타당성과 적실성의 정도를 훨씬 고양시킬 수 있을 것이다. The main concerns of this paper lay in getting various improvements by analyzing many difficulties and several problems by dint of the practical analysis on korean nationalism. Korean nationalism have three appearances in her modern history, and it has played another roles both positively and negatively on each periods. In details, firstly, I would try to perform the practical analysis on what sorts of functions had it played on korean liberation from Japan under her occupation. I researched many problems by carrying out the deep analysis on korean nationalism realities on these periods. Secondly, I studied what kinds of many problems and effectiveness have it showed by trying the practical analysis on management realities under the japanese ruling epoch. Thirdly, I investigated that how Korean nationalism would influence concretely on inducing the unification between both Korea in the future. Also I would propose several effective management plans and improvements designs for animating unification . Up to now, I researched a special position and characteristic which general nationalism can involve in korean unification. Above like discussing it, korean nationalism can imply three kinds of meanings like liberation, incorporation, unification. A decisive turning point whether korean unification would end in success or not depends on how effectively two korea population recognize and deal with them from a comprehensive perspective.
