The objective of this investigation is to study the elasto-plastic behavior of hybrid beams using precast ductile fiber reinforced cementitious composites(DFRCCs) from-work and normal concrete subjected to vertical load. The hybrid beam, which DFRCCs is filled with concrete, expected to raises durability of concrete. For comparison, DFRCCs beams using PolyVinyl Alcohol fibers and Polypropylene fibers, and general reinforced concrete beam are tested. The length of specimens is 1920mm, the section is 170x270(mm), the thickness of the DFRCCs form is 35mm, the main bar is D13, the tie bar is D6. The research results clearly showed that the proposed hybrid beam showed stable hysterisis behaviors than general concrete beam.
여성의원은 당론을 초월하여 여성을 대표하는가?: 제19-21대 국회의 일-가정 양립 정책 법안 발의를 중심으로

본 연구는 ‘여성의원은 당론을 초월하여 여성을 대표하는가?’라는 질문을 제기하며, 제19-21대 국회의원들이 자신의 성별과 소속 정당의 당론 중 어떠한 배경에 더 영향을 받아 의정활동을 수행하는지에 대해 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구는 이러한 질문에 답하기 위해 일-가정 양립 정책의 법안 발의를 분석 대상으로 설정하였는데, 이는 이 정책이 경력단절여성의 경제활동 지속을 목적으로 한다는 점에서 여성의 이익과 직결되지만, 다른 한편으로 기업에게 더 큰 비용을 부과할 수 있다는 점에서 정당의 이념에 따라 입장이 갈릴 가능성이 존재하기 때문이다. 경험적 분석 결과에 따르면, 해당 법안 발의에 있어서 뚜렷한 성차가 확인되었다. 그런데 성별과 정당의 상호작용 효과를 살펴보았을 때 남성의원의 경우 국민의힘 의원보다 민주당 의원의 발의 확률이 높아 정당의 이념의 효과를 확인할 수 있었지만, 여성의원의 경우 오히려 민주당 의원보다 국민의힘 의원의 발의 확률이 높았다. 이는 여성의원들의 의정활동에 있어서는 소속 정당의 당론 못지않게 개인의 성별이 더 큰 영향력을 행사할 수 있다는 잠재적 근거로 해석할 수 있다. 이러한 현상이 나타난 데에는 여성의원 비율의 지속적 증가로 인한 국회 내 입법환경의 변화와 사회 내 인식의 변화가 영향을 미쳤을 것이다. This study aims to analyze which factor members of the 19th to 21st National Assemblies of South Korea prioritize between their gender and party’s policy stance in their legislative activities. To achieve this, this study focuses on whether legislators proposed bills related to work-life balance policies. These policies, designed to sustain the economic engagement of women facing career interruptions, directly affect women’s interests. Simultaneously, they impose costs on enterprises, potentially leading to varying stances among political parties. The empirical findings of this study uncover a noticeable gender gap in bill proposals. Furthermore, when exploring the interaction effects between gender and political party, male legislators from the Democratic Party demonstrate a higher likelihood of bill propose compared to their counterparts from the conservative People Party Party, indicating the impact of party ideology. In contrast, among female legislators, the probability of bill introduction is higher for members of the People Power Party than for Democratic Party members. This suggests that, within the sphere of legislative activities for female legislators, gender carries more substantial influence than stance of their political party. These patterns likely stem from the changing legislative landscape within the National Assembly, driven by the steady rise in the proportion of female legislators and shifts in societal perceptions.

Electronic devices are getting smaller due to integration of electronic chip, and heat generated in electronic devices can cause loss of performance and/or reliability of the devices. In this research, metals such as gold, nickel and copper are plated onto a porous membrane by electroless plating method to make an efficient micro-heatsinks. Electroless plating includes sensitization and activation steps in pre-treatment steps. A polycarbonate(PC) membrane was sensitizied, activated and deposited in each metal solution for plating. Among manufactured microfibrils, heat transfer and radiation properties of Ni-microfibril with high surface area were more effective than those of $Au^-$ and Cu-microfibril. 전자칩의 고집적화에 의해 전자기기들은 점점 소형화 되어가고 있으며, 이들 기기들에서 발생되는 열은 기기의 성능 저하뿐 아니라 수명을 단축시킨다. 본 연구에서는 효율적인 방열 위한 마이크로 히트싱크 제조를 위하여 멤브레인에 금속(금, 니켈, 구리)은 도금하는 무전해 도금 방법을 이용하였다. 무전해 도금은 폴리카보네이트 멤브레인을 sensitization과 activation 등의 전처리 후, 도금하고자 하는 금속염 수용액에 침적시켜 실행하였다. 무전해 도금에 의하여 제조된 각각의 마이크로피브릴의 열전달 특성과 방열량은 표면적이 가장 큰 니켈 마이크로피브릴에서 가장 우수하게 나타났다.

Fair Trade has developed around organization-based, certification-based, and regional-based strategies. The Fair Trade Towns movement is based on the region, and various actors such as local governments, Fair Trade organizations, schools, distributors, religious organizations, and nonprofit organizations. They have established networks internationally and locally, and have carried out strategies to change local communities. The research questions are as follows: First, how is the Fair Trade Towns movement practiced in Korea? Second, in order to answer these research questions, we analyzed the process and performance of the Uiwang Fair Trade Association's Fair Trade Towns Movement through stakeholder theory. The Uiwang Fair Trade Association is continuing to lead the Fair Trade Towns movement by creating the achievement of Fair Trade Towns award through stakeholder management centered on core stakeholder theory, Uiwang iCOOP consumer cooperative, Uiwang City government and Uiwang City Council. As a result, the key stakeholder management strategy of Uiwang Fair Trade Association can be analyzed by the concepts of participation, cooperation, and growth. The significance of this study is that it analyzed strategies for continuous Fair Trade Towns movement through actual case studies of the Fair Trade Towns movement in Korea and showed practical implications through this.

This paper presents a Ka-band linear CMOS power amplifier (PA) with a parallel power combiner using single-winding transformer to increase the output power with low loss in 65nm CMOS technology for fifth generation (5G) applications. Two differential cascode unit PAs are combined with the proposed parallel power combiner as a current combining topology. Compared with the conventional transformer power combining techniques, the proposed parallel power combiner can offer high output power with a compact die area. Upon simulation with a 28 GHz continuous-wave signal, the proposed PA achieves a saturated output power (PSAT) of 25.0 dBm, output 1-dB compression power (PO,1dB) of 22.6 dBm, and peak power added efficiency (PAE) of 34.7%, respectively. A power gain of 28.1 dB is achieved with a 3 dB bandwidth of 5 GHz. This PA achieves one of the highest figures-of-merit (FOM) among the recently reported 5G millimeter-wave (mm-wave) PAs in CMOS.
