본 논문에서는 3차원 형태의 결함을 가진 관에 대한 와전류탐상의 유한요소 수치해석에 대하여 연구하였다. 3차원 와전류탐상 문제를 기술할 수 있는 전자기 수치해석기법으로 3차원 유한요소법을 시행하였다. 맥스웰방정식으로부터 지배방정식을 구하고, 갤러킨 가중잔차법을 이용하여 유한요소정식화를 수행하였다. 해석대상으로는 INCONEL 600 증기발생기 전열관을 사용하였으며, 관의 내부 및 외부에 존재하는 결함을 모델링하여 수치해석을 수행하고, 임피던스로 표현되는 와전류탐상 신호를 계산하였다. 결함 시험편에 존재하는 결함에 대하여 본 논문에서 계산된 결과와 실험결과를 비교하였으며, 잘 일치하는 결과를 얻어 본 논문에서 제안된 수치해석 방법의 타당성을 검증하였다. 이를 바탕으로 결함의 깊이 변화(38%, 58%, 75%) 및 원주방향으로의 결함각도 변화(90˚, 180˚, 270˚, 360˚)에 따른 탐상신호를 계산하여 결함의 크기변화에 따른 신호의 변화특성을 살펴보았다. In this paper, a numerical analysis using the finite element method (FEM) is presented which models the eddy current testing (ECT) of tubes with 3-dimensional defects. For the description of 3-dimensional eddy current problems, the governing equation is derived from the Maxwell's equations. The 3-dimensional FEM formulation with hexahedral elements is carried out using the Galerkin weighted residual method. The INCONEL 600 steam generator tube with inner and outer diameter defects is adopted for the numerical analysis, and the ECT signal, which is the trajectory of the probe impedance, is calculated. For the verification of the numerical analysis method, results of numerical calculations and experiments are compared and they show good agreements. Based on this verification, several defect signals are predicted and their characteristics are investigated with the variation in the defect depth and the circumferential angle of the defect.

This study analyzes the types of external forms of detached housing buildings, and conducts the S.D test with it and is to structurize the image of external form of buildings. Types of 24 detached housing buildings are analyzed in this vein and the results are as follows: (1) Mass type in the primary cognitive factor of building is mostly simple or multiple box type. (2) As a result of analyzing the secondary cognitive factor of building, horizontal type is most and it shows that it is the favorable structure in the stability of form. Roof shape and side pattern are mostly gable and plat roofs and it is known that traditional gable roof and flat roof influenced by modern construction are shown in housing. (3) To examine the tertiary cognitive factor, surface shape is mostly flat type and it shows a little monotonous composition. Also finishing materials are concrete and brick. S.D test of detached houses doesn't show the extreme psychological test disposition and does somewhat affirmative evaluation. As a result of conducting the factor analysis based on S.D test, nine psychological factors including 「originality」, 「pleasantness」, 「harmony」, 「ornamentation」, 「openness」, 「balance」, 「rhythm」, 「stability」 and 「orientation」. These can be called psychological factor axis which can evaluate the modern detached house.

Infiltrating lipoma is a rare mesenchymal neoplasm that, in spite of benign nature, characteristically infiltrates adjacent tissues and tends to recur after surgery. It has a predilection for the extremities and the trunk and is extremely rare in the head and neck region. We present a case of congenital infiltrating lipoma of the face, describing the intrabony invasion and osseous dystrophy as well as the soft tissue changes seen on plain radiographs and magnetic resonance imaging.

Previously we showed that biodegradable nanoparticles containing poly-IC or CpG oligodeoxynucleotide (ODN) together with ovalbumin (OVA) were efficient at inducing MHC-restricted presentation of OVA peptides in dendritic cells. The CTL-inducing activities of the nanoparticles were examined in the present study. Nanoparticles containing poly-IC or CpG ODN together with OVA were prepared using biodegradable polymer poly(D,L-lactic acid-co-glycolic acid), and then were opsonized with mouse IgG. The nanoparticles were injected into the tail vein of mice, and 7 days later the OVA-specific CTL activities were measured using an in vivo CTL assay. Immunization of mice with the nanoparticles containing poly-IC or CpG ODN together with OVA elicited potent OVA-specific CTL activity compared to those containing OVA only. In accordance with these results, nanoparticles containing poly-IC or CpG ODN together with OVA exerted potent antitumor activity in mice that were subcutaneously implanted with EG7.OVA tumor cells. These results show that encapsulation of poly-IC or CpG ODN together with antigen in biodegradable nanoparticles is an effective approach for the induction of potent antigen-specific CTL responses in vivo.

With the recent saturation of the sports outdoor market, sports outdoor companies are focusing on producing ads considering the needs of the rising young consumer base. Therefore the purpose of this study was to provide efficient advertising marketing strategies for expanding the market and gaining competitive advantage by identifying the effect of sports outdoor advertising attributes on brand attitudes, brand asset, and purchase intention. 420 questionnaires were distributed to 6 universities and a total of 396 questionnaires were used as final validity sample. For data analysis, SPSS 21.0 Version was used for frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis and results are as follow. First, ‘informativeness’, ‘entertainment’, ‘inconvenience’ sub-factors of advertisement attribute had significant influence on brand attitude. Second, ‘inconvenience’, ‘entertainment’, ‘informativeness’ sub-factors of advertisement attribute had significant influence on brand awareness. Third, ‘informativeness’, ‘entertainment’ sub-factors of advertisement attribute had significant influence on brand image. Fourth, ‘entertainment’, ‘informativeness’ sub-factors of advertisement attribute and significant influence on purchase intention. Last, ‘informativeness’ sub-factor of advertisement attribute had significant influence on brand loyalty. Therefore, it is important to strategically produce advertisements considering the nature of advertising in order to maintain and create young consumers who are emerging as new consumers.

국내 육성 귀리 품종의 이화학적 특성 및 식이섬유 함량 분포

Consumption of oat-based food is rapidly increasing due to consumer preference for functional foods. Until now, breeding is focused on the development of naked oat for food in Korea. Hulled oats recognized as forage have strong merits for yield and stability in cultivation except milling properties. Lately, advanced milling technology provides an opportunity to use hulled oats for food. Therefore, the processing characteristics of hulled oats are of great importance for food use. This study examined the physicochemical properties and dietary fiber of 9 Korean oat cultivars (4 hulled oats as compared with 5 naked oat cultivars). Findings showed that the color values (i.e. L and W) of hulled oat cultivars in seed and flours are lighter than the naked oats. The protein and ash contents are higher in hulled oats as compared with naked oats. The unsaturated fatty acid (USFA), mainly C18:1, C18:2 were 80~83%. USFA of ‘Daeyang’ (DY, naked) and ‘Jopung’ (JP, hulled) were 82.0 and 81.9% respectively. Total Dietary fiber and Total β-Glucan contents ranged from 13.2 to 20.6% and from 3.4 to 4.1% in oat flours. The ‘DY’ (4.10%, naked), ‘JP’(4.09%, hulled) and Highspeed (4.07%, hulled) showed high levels of β-Glucan contents. Findings of the study will provide useful information in extending the use of hulled oats for food.
