테마파크의 이용실태분석 및 만족도 결정요인에 관한 연구 : 용인 에버랜드를 중심으로 Focused on Yongin Everland

This study examines and analyzes the cases of theme parks a t home and abroad by referring to the preceding research literatures and the architectural planning and facilities with Everland, a typical theme park in Korea, investigates the satisfaction based on right understanding and examination of using conditions of consumers and then is to provide the basic materials in architectural planning and design of theme park facilities. The items of significant level among 25 items of theme park satisfaction which affect the whole satisfaction of theme park and have a correlation are ten including accessibility, service area, diversification of themes, parking facility, interest of theme, information facility, safety and convenience facilities, spatial formation by themes and confusion of way in and out, of all facilities and these play the important roles of the whole satisfaction, and the suggestions of these results are summarized as follows. 1) Traffic environment evaluation of easy accessibility and parking facilities according to the .increase of vehicles and the effective accessibility and parking facilities related to the uses of bus, subway and private cars should be examined in planning the construction of theme park. 2) It is considered that the service area and convenience facilities to relieve the users' fatigue of the theme park should be secured sufficiently and efficiently. 3) The recognition of all facilities should be enhanced with the installation of clear and effective information facilities at way in and out of each facility and then the architectural planning of theme park should be made after examining the solutions of confusion of each facility with the appropriate layout of popular and unpopular facilities. 4) It is thought that the examination of safety facilities in using all facilities of the theme park is required.

초등학교 일반교실의 실내색채현황에 관한 조사연구

The elementary school classroom achieving educational goals is the basic space of performance of educative object. Because of the development of educational situations, such as the development of an economic society and the decreasing of the class population, the concept of the classroom is gradually broadening from a medium of educational activity to a focus on the educational process. Therefore, effective colors can provide efficiency in the classroom and give a sense of security at the psychological, educational levels hygienic for children. In particular, the psychological effectiveness of color plays a role in the solution of emotional problems and visual problems. To show the way classroom color projection contributes to the improvement of learning efficiency and emotional cultivation, through the color which work as emotional element among the environmental elements of elementary classroom, this study researched color image and preference, satisfaction on th interior color of elementary school classrooms that have been open since 1970 in Kwang Ju.

From the point of time that 10 years passed since the design of elementary schools by prize contest has begun, the characteristics and types of architectural planning are classified with the selected works of the design of elementary schools by prize competition, the minimization of trial and error in planning elementary school through the design of elementary school by prize competition is sought in the side of qualitative improvement of educational environment through design contest, the minutes of screening works exhibited containing plan, design examination and improvement matters through the cooperation of East and West Board of Education, Gwangju and design offices selected and the checklists by new construction facility association of school building are collected in order to suggest the data as affirmative and effective design guideline the types of designs are classified in the side of the whole architectural planning after field survey, evaluation factors' of direct and indirect architectural design are summarized with reference to existing preceding research literatures and then the future considerations of design are to be extracted by analyzing the indication and improvement from design screening. In addition, the range of cases are 13 schools for the classification of architectural planning types among the prize winners' works of elementary school design from 1990 to 2000 and 17 schools in Gwangju for examining the distribution of concerns.

建築物 外觀의 造形的特性에 關한 基礎 硏究 : 大學圖書館의 形態分析을 中心으로 Focused on the Pattern Analysis of University Libraries

Visual and perceptual expression which has been considered as the area of sensory and psychological mysticism is recognized as an important factor to be treated in the type of building by today's scientific systems, perceptual researchers and architectural theorists and more positive and concrete research of it is required. Accordingly, this study aims at seeking the qualitative improvement of exterior of building through the pattern analysis of structure with the object of university libraries and suggesting the basic data and direction which can be a guide in planning university library in future by examining the physical characteristics of perceptual and cognitive sides related to pattern property of building. This research seeks the orientation of research through the survey of literatures related and extracts the pattern components of building through classification and analysis of exterior of building. In addition, it extracts the physical and psychological amount of perceptual and cognitive dimension of pattern characteristics of building by means of meaning analysis measurement with the object of actual library users, reveals the correlation of related variables and makes it the standard of evaluating the exterior image of university library by users.

단독주택의 외관형태와 이미지평가에 관한 연구

This study analyzes the types of external forms of detached housing buildings, and conducts the S.D test with it and is to structurize the image of external form of buildings. Types of 24 detached housing buildings are analyzed in this vein and the results are as follows: (1) Mass type in the primary cognitive factor of building is mostly simple or multiple box type. (2) As a result of analyzing the secondary cognitive factor of building, horizontal type is most and it shows that it is the favorable structure in the stability of form. Roof shape and side pattern are mostly gable and plat roofs and it is known that traditional gable roof and flat roof influenced by modern construction are shown in housing. (3) To examine the tertiary cognitive factor, surface shape is mostly flat type and it shows a little monotonous composition. Also finishing materials are concrete and brick. S.D test of detached houses doesn't show the extreme psychological test disposition and does somewhat affirmative evaluation. As a result of conducting the factor analysis based on S.D test, nine psychological factors including 「originality」, 「pleasantness」, 「harmony」, 「ornamentation」, 「openness」, 「balance」, 「rhythm」, 「stability」 and 「orientation」. These can be called psychological factor axis which can evaluate the modern detached house.

大學圖書館 閱覽室의 平面類型 硏究

University library requires a lot of changes in the quantity and quality of all kinds of services it provides in accordance with the world trend which the library services is computerized by the increase of information and a new concept and the various requirements of library building itself are appeared. Although reading room in library is the important space to be corresponded flexibly to the change of educational methods and systems, most of the library users have a negative recognition of the environment of reading room and then the improvement and consideration of the facilities are urgently needed. This study is to investigate plan composition of the reading room which is the core space of library for collecting, arranging, analyzing and keeping data for research and educational activity of users. The national universities use the closed reading room type as the operating method of library, but it should be converted into open typed reading room which connects the users with books and the reading system by themes which can seek the division of function and efficiency is accepted.

대학도서관 열람실의 이용실태에 관한 연구
