      • 변압기 보호를 위한 Fuzzy Decision Making 알고리즘

        This paper presents a new fuzzy decision making algorithm for power transformer protection based on the Dempster-Shafer's theory of evidence. To distinguish internal faults from other transient states, four input variables are selected. Each time dependent fuzzy rule base is composed of twelve fuzzy if-then rules associated with their basic probability assignments (BPAs) for singleton - or compound-support hypotheses. Dempsters rule of combination is used to process the fuzzy rules and get the final decision. The proposed algorithm also has a capability to identify the inrush, over-excitation and external fault with current transformer (CT) saturation besides the internal fault.

        The differences in disease occurrence varies from country to country. These might be either due to difference in genetic constituency in individuals from different ethnic backgrounds or to environmental factors including diet and personal habits, or more plausibly to the interactive effects of genetic and environmental factors. Post-gencomic era opens the potential application of functional genomics to the fields of occupational health. This mini-review of $quot;genetic effects in occupational diseases$quot; deals with several newly challenging areas of application of genetic information in occupational health Recent reports regarding the genetic susceptibility to occupational asthma, particularly DRB1 or DQB1 HLA class polymorphism give us interesting insights that the genetic information may play an important role in development of occupational asthma and this can be a good example of how genetic information provide us to better understanding for etiology of occupational diseases. Genetic testing for the employees who apply new jobs or genetic monitoring for the employees in certain hazardous environments also stimulate important issues of ethical, social, and economical problems among employees enforced to take the genetic testing. Finally, how genetic information can be used in delineating work-relatedness in compensating cases for occupational diseases was reviewed.

        유치 상아질에 대한 수종의 상아질 결합제의 전단결합강도에 대한 연구

        소아환자의 수복치료에서 시술시간과 시술과정을 줄이는 것은 중요한 점이다. 복합레진은 물성의 증가로 영구치, 유치 전치부 심미수복재로써 뿐만 아니라 구치부 수복에도 많이 쓰이고 있다. 최근에 개발된 7세대 상아질 결합제는 기존의 복합레진을 치면에 부착하기 위해 필요했던 산부식, 프라이밍, 접착제 도포의 복잡한 과정을 한번의 처리로 단순화하였다. 본 연구에서는 유치 상아질에서 7세대 상아질 결합제의 결합력을 기존에 사용되고 있는 여러 결합제의 결합력과 비교하였다. 1, 2, 3, 4군은 각각 4, 5, 6, 7세대 상아질 결합제를 사용하였다. 유치 상아질을 노출시키고 군에 따라 상아질 면을 처리한 후에 직경 2.5mm, 높이 2.0mm의 주형을 이용하여 복합레진을 접착시키고 열순환을 시행한 다음 전단결합강도를 측정하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 5세대 상아질 결합제 인 Clearfil SE Bond가 가장 높은 전단결합강도인 27.87±5.33 MPa를 보였다. 이것은 4, 6, 7세대와 비교했을 때 통계학적으로 유의하였다. 2. 4세대 상아질 결합제의 전단결합강도는 20.11±5.73 MPa로 6, 7세대보다는 약간 높게 나타났지만 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 보이지 않았다. 3. 6, 7세대 상아질 결합제의 전단결합강도는 유사하게 나타났다. It is important to reduce chair time and procedure in restorative treatment for children. Composite resin is not only used in esthetic restoration of anterior teeth but also posterior teeth by its improved physical property. The 7th generation dentin bonding system was recently developed in order to simplify three steps which is needed to bond composite resin to tooth surface-etchant, primer, adhesive. We compared shear bond strengths of 4, 5, 6, 7th generations dentin bonding systems. The primary dentin was pretreated with 4, 5, 6, 7th generation dentin bonding systems. Then composite resin was cured to the specimen using molds 2.5mm in diameter and 2mm in height. Thermocycling was performed and shear bond strength was finally measured. The results were as follow: 1. The mean values of shear bond strengths in 5th generation dentin bonding system(group 2) were greater than those of 4, 6, 7th generation dentin bonding system(group 1, 3, 4). The differences were statistically significant. 2. The mean values of shear bond strengths in 4th generation dentin bonding system(group 2) were greater than those of 6, 7th generation dentin bonding system(group 1, 3, 4). But, the differences were not statistically significant. 3. Between the mean values of shear bond strengths in 6, 7th generation dentin bonding system(group 3, 4) were similar.

        정밀전단시의 유한요소 해석을 위한 파단기준 연구

        The Tailor Welded Blanks(TWB) are using various materials (different thickness, strength and different materials) can be welded together prior to the forming process. Therefore, TWB applications have become little by little important in automobile industries, because it has more light weight and process reduction. A burnish area is very important for TWB using laser welding. In this paper, evaluated failure criterion, effect of clearance and distance of between pad and punch by computer simulation. We used element separation method for fracture. And applied a plastic strain to failure criterion. According to the analysis results, we obtain failure criterion, when plastic strain is 2.0. The burnish area and clearance were inverse proportional.

        In this study, Development The Rating-Curve Formula through to enforce the discharge investigator on Samrangjin Point. As use the result, We earning rationality, Economical irrigation and establishment a water control project, the basic material of determines hydraulic capacity to design water resources structure. At the same time, We can use The Rating-curve for a high efficient Flood wamning forecast in Nak-Dong River. The result and opinion of the discharge investigator is as follow: 1. The Rating-Curve Formula is Q=(-1065.91941)+1137.237287H+4.671360913H³(1.27<H<9.57) 2. A periodical and continuously management make a routine check over a watermark. 3. When enforce the discharge inverstigator, it require many time, person and equipment. So we can get accuracy and safety working conditions by assist a new system equipment to amount of flowing water measurement. 4. We must sublate to prepare the river bed or collect aggregate as possible, for the upper and downstream section in the established point of a watermark .

      • 관상동맥질환 환자에서 스텐트 시술 후 재협착에 관한 연구

        Background and aims : In the coronary artery disease, a rate of restenosis was much decreased by placement of coronary stent than when percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty has been applied, but there are still important clinical problems of restenosis. There has been many progressive studies about various factors contributed to this restenosis. So, we studied a relation between restenosis after placement of coronary stent in the coronary artery disease and many clinical factors, characteristics of stenotic lesion and procedural factors, and also assessed the restenosis rate of various coronary stents. Methods : Total 58 lesions(46 cases of patients ; man 30, woman 16) were evaluated, which has been performed a follow-up coronary angiography after 6 months (mean 188 days) since coronary stent had been placed. Various stents were implanted and assessed a relation between restenosis and many factors. Results : Of 58 lesions were target stenotic studies, there were 22 of restenotic lesions(37.9%), and the restenosis rate wes statistically significant difference in the relation with diabetes mellitus(p<0.05), group of acute myocardial infarction(p<0.05) among clinical diagnosis of ischemic heart disease(stable angina, unstable angina and acute myocardial infarction) in clinical factors and with high dilation pressure of stent(p<0.05) in procedural factors. When the rate of restenosis was evaluated among implanted stents, it was lowest in the Multilink^(®) stent and highest in the Nir Royal^(®) stent(60%). Conclusion : In this study of restenosis and various factors after placement of stents in the coronary artety disease, factors such as diabetes mellitus, group of acute myocardial infarction and a dilation pressure of stent were significant related with restenosis and the restenosis rate of Multilink^(®) stent was lowest and the highest restenosis rate was of Nir Royal^(®) stent.

        경찰공무원의 '안전' 기본 가치에 대한 감성 체감도 연구

        본 연구는 사회 공공의 안녕과 질서를 유지하기 위하여 일반통치권의 근거로 임무와 기능적 측면에서 국민에 대해 명령, 강제함으로서 개인의 자유 및 재산에 대한 위해를 방지하여 안전하고 편안한 사회를 구축 하는데 치안 전반을 담당하는 경찰공무원의 '안전' 기본 가치에 대한 감성 체감도를 측정하였다. 먼저 안전과 경찰조직의 기본가치, 문화의 선행연구를 검토하여 고찰하였다. 다음으로 서울 지역 경찰공무원 152명을 대상으로 기본가치, 주요목표, 공통가치 등으로 구분하여 15개 항목을 구성하여 안전에 대한 감성체감도를 측정하였다. 나아가 질서유지, 민생치안, 권위 있는 법집행, 시민봉사, 생활안전, 시설보호, 시국치안, 정보보호 등 경찰공무원의 안전의 공통가치를 설정하여 어느 목표에 강력한 긍정적 감성 반응을 보이는 가를 측정하였다. 마지막으로 본 논문의 목적은 감성체감도 측정 결과를 통하여 안전한 사회 구축을 위한 정책의 방향성을 정립하는데 있다. This study examined the sensibility about the fundamental value of 'safety' of police officer who are responsible for the public security to establish peaceful and comfortable communities. For maintaining the welfare and order of the public, police officer enforce the order in the functional and dutiful perspective based on the general supreme power, to prevent harm against individual freedom and properties. First, previous studies on safety and the value and culture of the organization of law enforcement have been investigated. And then, for 152 police officers in Seoul, sensibility about the safety has been assessed with 15 items classified into fundamental value, primary goal, common value of the safety, etc. Furthermore, order preservation, public safety, authoritative law enforcement, civil services, situational safety, information security, etc. were set up for common values of the safety of police officer and investigated which factors they show substantially positive sensibility. Lastly, with the result from sensibility assessment, this study aims for setting up the policy direction for establishing safe communities.

      • 수치사진측량에 의한 고 건축물의 3 차원 정보 획득

        This study aim at establishing the 3D digital data of cultural architecture by applying the digital photogrammetric technique. I would applicated as the basic data for preservation and restoration of cultural assets by suggesting the direction of establishing 3D digital data and the more accurate measurement methods than before lagged ones. And I could establish the useful data for visual analysis by connecting the ortho image which was made by digital image for the object and the vector data which was acquired by plotting. The establishment of precise 3D information by photogrammetry was possible, so the application of photogrammetry for measuring various cultural assets which require precise measurement is expected actively in near future.
