In the third chapter, research design and made. In the 4th chapter preformed the positive research and explained the conclusion of analysis from the research. In conclusion, summarized the research and the need of yield management was emphasized. In this paper, it is no limited to form a clear definition - if it was presented the problems, it has to be raised questions in argument and it is tried showing the way of solution by using the ways that discussed above

        This paper is an attempt to ascertain the relationship of Romanticism to modern poetry, or its continuous influence on modern poetry. For this purpose, in Chap.Ⅱ, the present writer traces the theoretical background of Romanticism. And then, he examines, in view of such a theoretical survey, the characteristic tendency of some major Romantic poets in the 19th century. in Chap.Ⅲ, some later poems of W.B. Yeats are analyzed with respect to their implicit Romantic elements as have been examined in Chap.Ⅱ. In the conclusive part of this paper, the present writer demonstrates that Yeats broadened the horizon of Romantic scope by turning his attention to "here and now."

        The present writer divided Yeats's poetic career into three periods : early, transition, and late periods. The transion period covers the period during which Yeats published In the Seven Woods (1903), The Green Helmet and Other Poems (1910), and Responsibilities (1914). This is also the period when he actively participated in "theater business" for Irish Literary Revival. The basic pattern of Yeats's poetry is considered in this paper to be the juxtaposition of antithetical pairs such as face and mask, natural an supernatural, material and spiritual. The purpose of this paper is to examine how the tension between the opposites gains momentum, or grows in intensity in his late period, that is, after the transition period. In Part One of this paper, the poetic tendencies of Yeats's early and transition periods are schematically surveyed. In Part Two, some of his late poems are examined in view of the conflicts or reconciliation of antithetical pairs. "What is the ultimate destination of Yeats's aesthetic quest?" is the question to be dealt with in the conclusive part of this paper.

      • Calcium Hydroxide 처리가 양앵두 果實의 品質에 미치는 영향

        양앵두 佐藤錦 및 Napoleon品種을 供試하여 Ca(OH)_2 處理濃度 및 處理回數에 따른 果實生長, 果實品質, 칼슘축적 및 裂果에 미치는 影響을 調査하였던바 다음과 같은 結果를 얻었다. 1. 양앵두 果實生長은 佐藤錦품종에서 收穫1週前 Ca(OH)_2 처리농도간에는 차이가 없었으나, Napoleon품종에서 Ca(OH)_2 처리회수가 증가 할수록 抑制되었다. 2. 可溶性 固形物과 Anthocyanin함량은 Ca(OH)_2 처리농도 및 처리회수를 증가 할수록 감소하였으나, 유기산 함량은 증가하였다. 3. 果實內 칼슘축적은 Ca(OH)_2 처리농도 및 처리회수가 증가 할수록 증가하였고, 佐藤錦 품종에서 과실내 칼슘함량은 과피, 종자, 과육, 핵의 순이였고, Napoleon품종에서는 종자, 과피, 과육, 핵의 순이였다. 4. 裂果방지를 위한 Ca(OH)_2 처리는 7.2g/l를 수확 3주전부터 1週間隔으로 3회 살포하는 것이 열과를 감소시키는데 효과적이였다. The study was conducted to investigate the influences of several concentrations of Ca(OH)_2 and application time on fruit growth, quality, contents of Ca in fruits and cracking of 'sa Tou Nisiki' and 'Napoleon' sweet cherry. The results obtained are summarized as follows; 1. In Ca(OH)_2 treatments, the fruit growth of 'Sa Tou Nisiki' and 'Napoleon' sweet cherry was not influenced by its concentrations but by application times of Ca(OH)_2. 2. Contents of soluble solids and anthocyanin according to concentreation and application of Ca(OH)_2 were decreased, while titratable acidity was increased respectively. 3. Contents of Ca in the fruit according to concentration and application of Ca(OH)_2 were increased and Ca contents in both fruits differ from fruit portions. 4. Preharvest application of Ca(OH)_2 by 0.72% and three times applications reduced cracking of 'Sa Tou Nisiki' and 'Napoleon' sweet cherry. From these results, twice applications of Ca(OH)_2 to the sweet cherry are recommended for the best fruit quality, the authors believed.

      • 高血壓 患者의 血壓管理實態와 韓方利用 現況

        This Study aims at looking into the use of oriental medical services in treating hypertension. The first objective to be explored through this study is the morbidity caused by the disease, classifying them by age, gender, and occupation. The second is to determine the regular use of anti-hypertensive medicine and their efficacy in controlling blood-pressure. The third is to investigate the use-rate and satisfaction of oriental medical service. 838 households across the country, were asked to answer questionnaires for the period of time from Apr. to Jun. 2005. The conclusion from the survey can be summarized as following. The age of which the first medical diagnosis of hypertension were made showed lower in males, those with higher education and income. The study showed females were more active in blood-pressure control, with their frequent monitoring of blood-pressure for the past year. With age, people in under 50 age group proved to be less active. The management of high blood pressure was more effective in group with regular dosage compared to group with irregular use of anti-hypertensive medication, but their difference was minimal. Also, group with no medication showed signs of blood-pressure control. The use of oriental medical service for the past year, were more frequent in groups with lower education, either low or high income, old age, females and occupations in agriculture, forestry and fishing industry. Results were similar in both general population and high blood-pressure patient group. Females, people over 51 years old and with lower education showed more intentions in utilizing oriental medical services in the future. Results were similar in both general population and high blood-pressure patient group. It is necessary to offer a more accurate information on oriental medical treatments. Also, a systematic reform to reduce the patient's share of the treatment cost, as well as, heightening public awareness on the infirmity of present blood-pressure management system is crucial.

        Starter 및 멸치액젓 첨가가 김치양념 및 겉절이 김치의 품질에 미치는 영향

        양념에 Leu. mesenteroides, Lac plantarum의 젖산균과 멸치액젓 첨가가 김치 양념의 대장균군 제어, 속성촉진여부 및 관능적 특성에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. Leu. mesenteroides과 젓갈을 첨가한 경우 초기 숙성이 촉진되나 후기 산패는 완만하였으며 Lac. plantarum의 첨가시에는 초기 숙성에는 큰 차이가 없고 후기 산패가 현저하게 진행되었다. 대장균군은 산도 0.80% 이상에서 사멸되었는데 leu. mesenteroides의 경우가 숙성이 촉진되어 보다 신속히 사멸시켰다. 총균수와 젖산균수는 초기에 starter 첨가구는 10^6CFU/mL 정도인데 반해서 starter를 첨가하지 않은 않은 처리구에서 총균수는 10^6CFU/mL , 젖산균수가 10^4CFU/mL 이었고 숙성 후에는 첨가균이 높은 수준을 유지하였다. 하지만 대체적으로 스타터의 첨가가 숙성 및 대장균에 크게 영향을 주지 못하는 경향으로 동일하게 나왔다. 관능적 특성에서는 Leu. mesenteroides 첨가구가 Lac. plantarum의 경우보다 우수하였다. 한편, 시판 겉절이 김치는 산도가 0.09~0.18%, ph 5.46~5.89, 총균수 2.2×10^6~3.1×10^7CFU/mL, 젖산균수는 2.1×10^4~6.6×10^5CFU/mL, 대장균수는 1.8×10^4~7.1×10^5CFU/mL, 염분 1.89%~2.51%으로 스타터 첨가 겉절이에 비해 ph와 염도를 제외한 품질 특성에서 전반적으로 낮은 값을 나타냈다. This study was performed in order to investigate the effect of Leuconostoc mesenteroides, Lactobacillus plantarum and salt fermented anchovy extracts on Kimchi sauce. The sauce was fermented more rapidly by addition of Leu. mesenteroids or salt fermented anchovy extracts on the early fermentation stage than the control, but it was fermented slowly on the late fermentation stage. When L. plantarum was added to the Kimchi on the early fermentation stage, the acidity of Kimchi didn't show a significant difference from the control, but acidity was remarkably increased on the late stage. Coliform group was disappeared when acidity of sauce was higher than 0.8% during fermentation. It was controlled by Leu. mesenteroides but not by L. plantarum. Total count and lactic acid bacterial count of the sauces with starter were 6.30×10^6~1.0×10^7 CFU/mL and 1.04~2.04×10^6 CFU/mL, respectively, but those of the control sauce were 10^6 CFU/mL and 10^4 CFU/mL, respectively. Those count of the sauce with starter were higher than those of the control sauce on the later stage of fermentation. Organoleptic quality of the sauce with Leu. mesenteroides was superior to that with L. plantarum.

        폐쇄성 수면무호흡 환자의 상기도 형태의 특징과 압력강하에 관한 3차원 전산유체역학해석

        폐쇄성 수면무호흡(obstructive sleep apnea, OSA)은 수면 중에 반복적으로 상기도의 완전폐쇄나 부분폐쇄가 일어나는 질환으로서 흡기된 공기는 반드시 상기도라는 연조직 관(tube) 구조를 통과해야 하므로 상기도의 폐쇄경향은 관의 형태 및 관을 통과하는 공기의 유체역학적 특성에 따라서도 큰 영향을 받을 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 OSA 환자 3인의 치료 전 상기도 CT 이미지를 이용하여 개별화된 3차원 유한요소모델 A, B, C를 제작하고, 비공 당 170, 200, 230 ml/s의 흡기유량에 대하여 3차원 전산유체역학 해석을 시행하였다. 상기도의 유속, 음압 그리고 압력강하를 측정한 결과 관찰된 3개의 모델에서 모두 단면적이 가장 작은 부위에서 유속이 증가하였고, 음압이 크게 나타났다. 기도의 형태는 구개인두와 구인두 부위에서 좁아지는 형태를 가지며, 최소 단면적 영역과 하인두 단면적의 차이가 클수록 유속과 음압의 변화가 크게 나타났다. 비강 부위의 최고 압력과 최소 단면적 영역의 최저 압력의 차이를 의미하는 압력강하는 상기도 저항을 종합적으로 판단할 수 있는 유용한 지표이며, 유량에 따라 증가하였다. Objective: Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is a common disorder which is characterized by a recurrence of entire or partial collapse of the pharyngeal airway during sleep. A given tidal volume must traverse the soft tissue tube structure of the upper airway, so the tendency for airway obstruction is influenced by the geometries of the duct and characteristics of the airflow in respect to fluid dynamics. Methods: Individualized 3D FEA models were reconstructed from pretreatment computerized tomogram images of three patients with obstructive sleep apnea. 3D computational fluid dynamics analysis was used to observe the effect of airway geometry on the flow velocity, negative pressure and pressure drop in the upper airway at an inspiration flow rate of 170, 200, and 230 ml/s per nostril. Results: In all 3 models, large airflow velocity and negative pressure were observed around the section of minimum area (SMA), the region which narrows around the velopharynx and oropharynx. The bigger the Out-A (outlet area)/ SMA-A (SMA area) ratio, the greater was the change in airflow velocity and negative pressure. Conclusions: Pressure drop meaning the difference between highest pressure at nostril and lowest pressure at SMA, is a good indicator for upper airway resistance which increased more as the airflow volume was increased.

      • 이질균 세포 단백의 분석에 있어서의 은 염색의 이용

        To study the mechanism of virulence of Shigella, sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electro-phresis was conducted on membrane fractions from 2 strains of HeLa cell invasive Shigella flexneri. After electrophresis gel slab was stained first with Coomasie brilliant blue R-250 staining then followed by silver staining, more than tenfold increase in sensitivity was achieved over Coomasie brilliant blue R-250 stain. The total membrane fraction from Shigella flexneri 85DH38 stained with silver showed 12 protein bands; 180 kilodalton(K), 127K, 100K, 78K, 64K, 55K, 47K, 45K, 43K, 39K, 38K and 12.8K, but stained with Coomassie brilliant blue R-250 showed only 5 bands. The sodium lauryl sarcosinate (SLS) soluble membrane fraction showed prominent 100K band and less prominent 5 bands; 180K, 78K, 64K, 55K and 45K. The SLS insoluble membrane fraction showed prominent 47k, 39K, and 38K bands of porin proteins and less prominent 43K and 12.8K band. The total membrane fraction from Shigella flexneri 78B-1 showed 7 protein bands which also appeared in the fractions from Shigella flexneri 85DH38. There were 5 bands of low molecular weight proteins (10K to 20K) in gel run at 20 ㎃ but not appeared at 35 ㎃.

      • 발포폴리스티렌비드를 사용한 경량콘크리트의 역학적 특성에 관한 실험적 연구

        The purpose of this study is to obtain basic data on the properties of the lightweight concrete within expanded polystyrene beads for various applications in the field. Inquiring into the change of the properties as altering cement matrix mixture and the capacity mixture ratio of expanded polystyrene beads, the mixture plane of this study is set up as W/C is fixed 50%, expanded polystyrene beads is increased 10% from 0% to 80% per 1m³ and the ratio of cement:sand in the cement matrix is 1:0, 1:0.5, 1:1. The results of this study are as follow. The slump as changing the mixture ratio of expanded polystyrene beads decrease smoothly until mixture ratio 50% but decrease rapidly being in excess of 50%. The density decrease regularly as the mixture ratio of expanded polystyrene beads increase but the ratio of strength decrease. The difference of cement matrix. The strength of cement matrix having more sand mixture ratio relatively decrease rapidly as increasing the mixture ratio of expanded polystyrene beads. It is judged decreased strength phenomenon as the quantity of coherent material created in the mixture decrease rapidly.

      • 우리나라 상차림의 영양적 평가

        This study was carried out to investigate the current nutritional problems owing to the increased consumption of westernized food in Korea and also was conducted to compare the nutritional characteristics of Korean traditional meal with those of the Western diet in similar serving size. The results obtained from nutritional evaluation are as follows: 1. The percentage of calories represented by carbohydrate: lipid: protein was 65:15:20 respectively for Korean traditional meal (Table setting of 3 Chop) therefore these ratios meet the dietary recommended allowances for Koreans. 2. Nutrient values of Korean traditional 3-Chop were shown to be better balanced than those of Western diet when the nutrients of the two types of diet were estimated by similar serving sizes and calories. 3. Compared to the Korean traditional meal, most fast foods were nutritionally imbalanced especially in that most of them showed higher amounts of fats. These results show that Korean traditional meals supply ideal nutrient intakes in contrasts to the westernized diet, therefore much work remains in developing a variety of menus and standard recipes for Korean traditional meals according to the changes in diet trends as well as emphasing the importance of Korean traditional meals as part of an ideal, well-banlanced diet.
