        경남지역에서 분리한 Salmonella Enteritidis의 항생제 감수성 검사 및 random amplification polymorphic DNA (RAPD)-PCR을 이용한 유전형 분석

        Salmonella Enteritidis (S. Enteritidis) are found in animals, humans, and environment. In addition, S. Enteritidis draws attention to the public health concerns due to carriage of antibiotic resistance traits. For these reasons, the prevalence and antibiotic resistance patterns of S. Enteritidis are significant issues with regard to public health. To address this issues, a total of 24 strains of S. Enteritidis from 164 samples collected from several slaughterhouses in Gyeong-Nam province in order for antibiotic resistance profiles. Subsequently, we characterized the genotyping by random amplification polymorphic DNA (RAPD)-PCR. As a result, very high level of resistance to protein synthesis inhibition antibiotics and most isolates were susceptible to others. Six random primers were used for RAPD-PCR to reveal genotypes of S. Enteritidis isolates. One of the primer, P1245, generated 147 distinct RAPD-PCR fragments ranging from 400∼3000 bp. The number of RAPD-PCR products ranged from 4 to 8 for this primer. The RAPD-PCR fragments could be placed these strains into 3 subgroups and 2 classes by UPGMA cluster analysis. Interestingly, several S. Enteritidis that isolated from different slaughterhouses showed same genotype. These results showed only limited genetic variation among the isolates, those were grouped into a few different patterns of antibiotic resistance.

      • 두부손상환자 가족의 불안에 관한 탐색적 연구

        Economic an Social development have been accompanied by an increased traffic and industrial accident rate resulting in head injuries causing disability to youth; head injury place a burden on their families. The study purpose was to determine factors and levels related to anxiety of head injury patients’ family members with sudden accident. Furthermore it was to contributed to the assessment and the intervention of nursing for the promotion of recovery and adaptation of patient. The Subjects for this study were 150 family members. The samples were head injury patients’ family members in 7 general hospitals in Daejon. Data was collected from July 3rd, to Aug. 19th 1988. The content validity was verified and the reliability about each items was Cronbach’s alpha value. .9550. Data was analyzed in a SPSS program using the frequency, Mean, Standard derviation, t-test and ANOVA. The results were as follows! 1. Among anxiety factors reported by the subjects, that which ranked highest was “having anxiety when the patient’s progress become worse”(M=4.253, SD-1.130). Next was “having anxiety when I see that another patient who has the same operation becomes aggrevated”(M=4.0130, SD=1.117), and “having anxiety when the patient’s character or appearance may be changed after a head injury”(M=3.880, SD=1.146). 2. Level of anxiety about social factor was M=3.46, SD=0.96, emotional factor was M=3.37, SD=0.85 and physical factor was M=3.18, SD=1.08. 3.Among the general characteristics of family members, level of anxiety was statistically significant differences in age (F=4.9418, P<0.001), marital status(F=8.8443, P<0.09), level of education (F=3.0892, P<0.05), Surgery (t=3.3, P<0.001), and level of consciousness (t%3.38, p<0.001). 4. There were statistically significant differences between levels of anxiety of patients’ family members related with the duration of hospitalization (F=2.5401, P<0.05). 5. There were statistically significant differences between anxiety of patients’family members related with the connection. 6. There were statistically significant differences between anxiety of patients’family members related with severity of illness(F=26.9820,F<0.001).

      • Carbon tetrachloride를 투여한 rat의 hepatic lipid 축적에 미치는 vitamin E의 효과에 관한 연구

        The present studies were undertaken to evaluate the effect of vitamin E, CCl_4 on the change of hepatic triglyceride, hepatic cholesterol, hepatic phospholipid in male rat. The result obtained from this study were summarised as follows: 1. Hepatic phospholipid of CCl_4 treated rat was increased in proportion to CCl_4 dosage but after concomitant injection(I.P) of vitamin E and CCl_4, hepatic phospholipid was significantly decreased in comparison to that of CCl_4 alone injection. 2. There was no effect on hepatic cholesterol concentration either CCl_4 alone injection(I.P) or concomitant injecton(I.P) of vitamin E and CCl_4. 3. Hepatic triglyceride of CCl_4-treated rat was significantly increased in comparison to that of normal rat but hepatic triglyceride of rat concomitant injection of vitamin E and CCl_4 was significantly decreased in comparison to that of CCl_4 alone injection.

        저장기간에 따른 오이김치의 비타민 C 및 클로로필 함량변화

        This study was carried out to examine the changes of pH, chlorophyll, chlorophyll patterns and ascorbic acid contents, and sensory evaluation in Oi-Kimchi by the different periods of storage. The contents of chlorophyll a and b were 52.2% and 14.44% at storage 0 days, 20.67% and 16.99% at storage 11 days, 0% at storage 14 days, and decreased with storage times increased. But, phephorbide a and b were increased with storage times increased until storage 11 days, and were 28.44% and 1.25% at storage 0 days, 42.63% and 15.79% at storage 11 days, 0% at storage 12, 14 days. The contents of ascorbic acid were increased until storage 4 days, but afterwards were decreased with storage times increased, and were 2.57㎎% at storage 0 days, 5.49㎎% and 2.95㎎% at storage 11 days, 0% at storage 14 days. Sensory evaluations of appearance, flavor, taste, texture, overall acceptability showed the highest at storage 8 days, and disliked after storage 10 days.

        This paper aims for evaluating the wind-driven ventilation in basement parking lots of apartment. Wind tunnel tests coupled with tracer gas method were conducted, and classified by wind directions and opening types. The test results showed that, as for wind-driven ventilation, stack type openings were more successful than scuttle vent. Additionally, the rates of air amount change by wind directions for base type(no openings) were presented in the order of W > E > SW/NE > SE/NE > S/N. Finally, according to Weibull distribution in Seoul, yearly averaged wind-driven ventilation rate was calculated.

      • 경북지역 주부들의 전통 부엌 세간의 보유 현황 및 이용실태 조사 연구

        Housewives residing in the Kyongsang-Buk-do area were surveyed to determine their ownership of Korean traditional kitchen appliances and their usages. A breakdown of the appliances for the survey was as follows: 16 tableware, 17 household utensils, 15 heating utensils, 14 ceramic and earthen pottery, 6 stone utensils, 9 cooking utensils, 9 utensils made of the dried bamboo and bush clover, and 13 dining tables ("sang"). The types of the appliances with the largest ownerships and most frequently used were as follows: The jeopsi was most frequently owned, followed by the daejeop and the jaengban. The most frequently used item was the jubal,, followed by the daejeop and the jeopsi. Among the wooden utensils, bangmangi was most frequently owned, followed by the chanjang, the che, the doe, mal and hop. The most frequently used household utensil was the chanjang, followed by the takjasang and the doe, mal and hop. The utensil the most people owned for heating was the jujeonja, followed by the seoksoe, the musoesot and the siru. The most frequently used utensil for heating was the jujeonja, the musoesot and the seoksoe, in the order. As for the ceramic and earthen pottery, hangari and dok were owned and used most frequently. The maetdol and the jeolgu, though very low in their ownership rate, were most frequently owned items among the stoned utensils. The kal and the doma were the most frequently owned and used cooking utensils. The sokuri, and the chaeban and the baguni were the most frequently owned among the utensils made of the dried bamboo, bush clover and straw, while the sokuri was used the most frequently, followed by the chaeban and the jori. Among the dining tables, the kyojasang was the item most frequently owned, followed by the seonban and the chaeksangban, while the wonban was the most frequently used, followed by the kyojasang and the chaeksangban.

        The purpose of this study was to develop menus for daily intake of 25g soybean protein and to analyse nutrients of these foods. Analytical values were compared to the theoretical one using the food composition table and recommended dietary allowances for Koreans (7th revision). The results are as follows. 1. Soybean curd residue stew, Soybean curd, Kimchi saute, and hard boiled soybean and lotus root were selected for the menu for January, of which the content of soy bean protein(SBP) was 33.1g, soybean stew, soybean curd and soybean sprout saute, and Italian deep fried soybean curd were for February, of which the content of SBP was 35.0g. The content of SBP in soybean paste soup with soybean curd, fried soybean curd and fried soybean curd roll, the menu for March, was 24.9g. That of April were soybean curd gratin with soymilk, soybean curd and ham with garlic dressing and the content of SBP was 26.3g. That of May were soybean porridge, soybean flour cake with honey (Dasik), soybean sprout soup and the content of SBP was 26.7g. That of June were soymilk, pan-fried soybean curd, steamed soybean curd with chicken and the content of SBP was 28.4g. That of July were noodle with soymilk, mapatofu, soybean curd salad and the content of SBP was 24.7g. That of August were soybean sprout with mustard dressing, Tossed green pepper with raw soybean flour, Tofu and Kimchi stew, soybean curd steak and the content of SBP was 26.2g. That of September were Chinese cabbage soup with raw soybean flour, sweet and sour tofu and the content of SBP was 23.2g. That of Oct. were Fermented soybean stew, soybean pan cake and the content of SBP was 24.3g. That of November were not-pressed soybean curd casserole, pan-fried mashed soybean curd with egg, stir frying deep-fried soybean curd with vegetables and the content of SBP was 22.4g. That of December were soybean curd and mushroom casserole, fried soybean curd and vegetables, hard boiled soybean curd and the content of SBP was 28.9g. 2. The ratio of the analytical value over theoretical value (A/B%) of one serving in kcal, carbohydrate, protein, fat, ash and dietary fiber were 57.7~107.7%, 42.9~131.9%, 79.2~118.3%, 54.5~100%, 40.7~80.8% and 42.1~113.2%, respectively. 3. The ratio of A/B% of one serving in Ca, K, Na, P and Fe were 44.1~93.6%, 59.0~153.1%, 53.1~117.7% 64.6%~138.8 and 33.8~77.3%, respectively. That in Fe was the lowest among minerals. 4. The ratio of analytical value over Korean R.D.A(A/C%) in Ca was relatively higher (22.0~85.9%) than that in kcal(18~63%). 5. The ratio of A/C% in Fe was 25.1~64.3% and lower than that in Ca and protein in general.

        ‘인식된 짐스러움’과 ‘좌절된 소속감’이 청소년 자살생각에 미치는 영향

        본 연구에서는 조이너의 대인관계 이론에서 설명하고 있는 ‘인식된 짐스러움’과 ‘좌절된 소속감’이라는 두 가지 변수가 청소년의 자살생각에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보고자 경상남도 지역의 중학교 3학년 그리고 고등학교 1, 2학년 990명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 조사대상자의 성별, 가정의 경제적 수준에 따라 자살생각에 유의미한 차이가 있었으며, 두 독립변수인 ‘인식된 짐스러움’과 ‘좌절된 소속감’은 자살생각에 대해 주효과와 상호작용효과 모두 가지는 것으로 파악되었다. 이상과 같은 결과를 바탕으로 청소년 대상의 자살예방교육 및 사회적 관계망과 지지체계의 구축, 소속감 증진활동의 활성화 필요성을 제언하였다. This study is to understand the effect of 'perceived burdensomeness' and 'failed belongingness', which Joiner explains on his Interpersonal Theory of Suicide, to youth's suicidal ideation. 990 students, who were attending at middle and high schools in Gyeong-Nam province, were surveyed. The result revealed that participants' gender and families' economic status affect significantly on their suicidal ideation and both perceived burdensomeness and failed belongingness have both statistically significant major effects and interaction effects on youth's suicidal ideation. On the base of the result of this study suicide prevention education, systematic approaches, and group activities for social networking, and social support building have been suggested.
