균등색공간을 이용한 차량번호판 영역의 추출 및 복원

본 연구에서는 대색차계 균등 색공간인 HVC 색공간을 사용하는 칼라영상 영역분할법에 의해 차량 번호판 추출하고 번호판 오염 영상을 복원하는 방법을 제시하고, 실험적으로 그 유효성을 확인한다. 칼라영상 영역분할 및 후보영역 추정에 있어서는 물체색 공간을 나타내는 색상환 위에 추출하고자하는 색공간을 투영한 영역 제한처리와 연결성분 추출 알고리즘을 사용하고, 영상복원에는 MRF모델의 시뮬레이티드 아닐링 알고리즘을 적용한다. 본 연구에서 제안된 방법의 장점은 차량과 번호판의 색상차가 클 때 효과적인 영역분할이 가능하다는 것 그리고 분할된 영상에 연결성분 추출 알고리즘을 사용함으로써 번호판의 취부 위치에 의존하지 않는 번호판 후보영역의 추출이 가능하다는 점이다. 또한 유사한 색상과 채도의 조건에서는 외부 환경 변화에 의한 명도 변동에 따른 색차 보정에 효과적인 특성을 지니면서 열악한 환경에서의 입력영상에 대해서는 영상복원 과정을 통해 번호판의 문자정보의 질을 개선할 수 있음을 확인할 수 있다. In this study, we describe a car number plate extraction method which is based on the color image segmentation method. In the color image processing, we used the HVC color coordinate system which is a kind of the Uniform Lightness Chromaticness Scale system. Also an image restoration method for the number plate region extracted is designd and implemented. To estimate the candidate of number plate region, the region limitation process and the connected component extraction algorithm are applied to the color image segmented. In image restoration process, a simulated annealing algorithm based on MRF model are applied. Some advantages in this study are as follows: 1) the suggested method could precisely extract the number plate region from original image when the number plate region and its background have different color each other. 2) the connected component extraction algorithm aids to find the number plate region out without the influnce of the adhesion position. 3) the restoration algorithm which is a modified version of simulated annealing method could improve the quality of the number plate region extracted.

This study attempted to examine the effects of antioxidant liposomal idebenone on skin aging against middle-aged women in their 40-50s through a clinical approach. For this, a control group used 2 different liposomal idebenone-free cosmetics over six (6) weeks while an experimental group used 2 different cosmetics containing 2% idebenone. Then, skin changes before and after using the cosmetics were analyzed. In the control group, no statistically significant change was found in the pore index, eye-wrinkle index, facial expression wrinkle index, facial wrinkle index, pigmentation index, brightness index, texture index, moisture index and flush index. In the experimental group, on the contrary, a statistically significant decrease was observed in the pore index, eye-wrinkle index, facial expression wrinkle index, facial wrinkle index and pigmentation index while the brightness index revealed a significant increase. In contrast, no statistically significant change was found in the texture index and moisture index while the flush index showed a slight increase. Among the various problems of aged skin, in other words, liposomal idebenone reduced the pore issues, pigmentation and wrinkles and increased the brightness index. Therefore, it is reasonable to conclude that liposomal idebenone is valuable as a cosmetic material for aged skin.

파토스의 윤리학과 문학의 (불)가능성 - 백신애 문학에서 ‘정념’의 문제 재고 -

This article critically reviews the existing studies which denigrated the pathos of the literature of Baek Sin-Ae as the evidence of impossibility of literature lacking literary intellect, or interpret the literature of Baek Sin-Ae as a text which overcomes pathos and is oriented to ideas, or focuses on the pathos of the writing of Baek Sin-Ae but partially explains it or reads it passively, and give a second reading of the pathos in the literature of Baek Sin-Ae. In other words, the intent was to read the ‘pathos,’ which Baek Cheol had pointed out as a quality incoherent with literary intellect and with which he cast the novels of Baek Sin-Ae out of the (history of) literature, as the particularity of the literature of Baek Sin-Ae and the possibility of ‘minority literature’ running away from the majority mainstream literature, of ‘different’ literature which alienates the literature reigning as the universal. For this, the development of the discourse where the modern literature planners emphasize emotion as the quality of modern literature which separates itself from the literature of the premodern era yet make it converge on ‘morality/sympathy’ has been examined, and the point where the pathos found in the literature of Baek Sin-Ae is a relational identity which produces the encounter and reaction with others, unlike sympathy which separates civilization from savagery and estimates the level of psychological development, and where it becomes not a morality aimed at enlightenment/edification but an ethics oriented towards access/generation with others has been read. Ethical writing is the execution of transformation where the self is lost and one becomes an other, and the sentimental basis which enables such is ‘empathy.’ Baek Sin-Ae verifies that literature is not a hierarchical sympathy or ideological solidarity, but a site of empathy of engagement with others. This alien definition which goes against the majority literature caused the literature of Baek Sin-Ae to be excluded as non-literature, but rather, through this impossibility of literature or ‘being non-literature,’ Baek Sin-Ae produces the possibility of a different literature. 본고는 백신애 문학을 추동하는 정념을 문학적 지성을 결여한 문학 불가능성의 증좌로 폄하하거나, 백신애의 문학을 정념을 극복하고 이념에 정향한 텍스트로 해석하거나, 혹은 백신애 글쓰기의 정념에 주목하되 이를 부분적으로 해명하거나 수동적으로 독해한 기왕의 연구들을 비판적으로 검토하면서, 백신애 문학에서의 정념을 재독하고자 하였다. 다시 말해 백철이 문학적 지성에 배리되는 자질로 지시하고 백신애 소설을 문학(사)의 바깥으로 배제했던 ‘정열/정념’을 백신애 문학의 특이성이자 다수적인 주류문학으로부터 도주하는 ‘소수문학’, 혹은 보편으로 군림하는 문학을 이반(離叛)하는 ‘다른’ 문학의 가능성으로 다시 읽고자 한 것이다. 이를 위해 우선 근대문학 기획자들이 전근대의 문(文)과 분리되는 근대문학의 자질로 감정을 부각하면서도 이를 ‘도덕/동정’으로 수렴하는 담론의 추이를 살폈으며, 백신애 문학에서 발견되는 정념이 문명과 야만을 분리하고 정신 발달의 정도를 가늠하는 동정과 달리 타자와의 조우, 동요, 감응을 생산하는 관계적인 정체이며, 계몽/교화를 목적하는 도덕이 아니라 타자와의 접속/생성을 지향하는 윤리가 되는 지점을 독해하였다. 이 윤리가 외부와의 만남에 자아를 열어놓고 변용을 실천하는 행위라 할 때, 자신 안의 외부/우발성뿐 아니라 자기 외부의 타자들과의 예기치 않은 조우를 다른 삶을 생성하는 동력으로 긍정하는 백신애의 문학은 낭만적인 동경이나 자기탐구적 글쓰기가 아니라 우연성의 도래를 수락하는 글쓰기로 도약한다. 그러므로 윤리적 글쓰기란 안정적인 자기를 잃고 타자가 되는 변이의 수행이며 이를 가능하게 하는 정서적 틀거리가 바로 ‘공감’이다. 백신애는 문학이 위계적인 동정이나 이념적인 연대가 아니라 타자에 연루되는 공감의 장임을 확인한다. 다수적인 문학을 거스르는 이 생경한 정의가 백신애의 문학을 비(非)­문학으로 배제하는 원인이 되었으나, 오히려 이 문학 불가능성 혹은 ‘비­문학 되기’를 통해 백신애는 다른 문학의 가능성을 생산한다. 이 낯선 문학은 유토피아를 지향하기보다 ‘헤테로토피아’를 향하며, 자기에 칩거하거나 다수자에 안주하기보다 부단히 ‘소수자/타자 되기’를 통과해 간다. 백신애의 글쓰기는 이러한 소수문학의 시좌에서 다시 사유되어야 하며, 여성문학이라는 정위 역시 소수문학의 차원에서 재론되어야 할 것이다.

Background: This study was carried out for the purpose of comprehensively evaluating the mercury exposure level of residents in several areas and the correlation between hair mercury concentration and blood mercury concentration. Method: One thousand one hundred ninety seven subjects were sampled from 30 sites using random assignment sampling. We performed a questionnaire survey and measured the level of total mercury in hair and blood samples from all subjects. Results: The geometric mean concentrations of hair and blood mercury in all subjects were 1.27 mg/kg [95% confidence interval (CI): 1.23-1.32 mg/kg] and 5.24 ${\mu}g/L$ [95% CI: 5.07-5.41 ${\mu}g/L$], respectively. Male (1.56 mg/kg in hair, 6.00 ${\mu}g/L$ in blood) was significantly higher than that of female (1.03 mg/kg in hair, 4.56 ${\mu}g/L$ in blood), and the concentrations were elevated as age increased up to the 50s. Education, smoking, alcohol drinking, and using of pesticides were also shown to influence mercury concentrations in hair and blood. The ratio of hair/ blood mercury concentration was 261.3. The total mercury concentration in hair was identified to be significantly related with total mercury concentration in blood (r=0.814, p<0.001). Conclusion: The geometric mean concentrations of hair and blood mercury were higher than the levels provided in international recommendations. The total mercury concentration in hair was positively correlated with the concentration in blood. The results of this study suggest that hair mercury be considered as a useful tool for the evaluation of mercury exposure.
