        수종 자궁수축제의 마우스의 적출자궁 수축력에 미치는 효과의 비교

        마우스 비임신적출자궁 5예와 임신전기적출자궁 6예에 자궁수축제 oxytocin, PGF, ergonovine maleate를 투여하여 다음 결과를 얻었다. 비임신자궁에서 oxytocin과 PGF는 ergonovine maleate보다 가가 23배, 26배의 효능을 가졌고, oxytocin은 PGF와 ergonovine maleate보다 약 126배, 145배의 효력을 가졌다. 임신전기자궁에서 oxytocin과 PGF는 ergonovine maleate보다 각각 1.6배, 1.8배의 효능을 가졌고, oxytocin은 PGF보다 약 9배, ergonovine maleate보다 약 5배의 효력을 가졌다. Oxytocin은 임신자궁보다 비임신자궁에 효력이 강하나, PGF와 ergonovine maleate는 비임신자궁보다 임신자궁에 효력이 강하게 나타났다. The response of the isolated uterus from pregnant (gestational period less than 10 days) and nonpregnant mouse to uterine stimulants, oxytocin, prostaglandin F₂α (PGF₂α )and ergonovine, was observed in low calcium Tyrode's solution. Potency was represented by the value of pD₂ which is defined as the negative logarithm of the concentration producting half- maximal response to each drug. In the non-pregnant uterus, the pD₂ values of oxytocin, PGF₂α, and ergonovine were 8.86, 6.76, and 6.70, respectively. In the pregnant uterus, the values were 8.45, 7.50, and 7.75, respectively. A maximal response produced by oxytocin was similar to that by PGF₂α in both pregnant and nonpregnant uterus. However, the maximal response to ergonovine in the nonpregnant uterus was one-twenty fifth the response to oxytocin and PGF₂α, and in the pregnant uterus it was a half the response to them.

        Chronic eosinophilic pneumonia(CEP) is a rare disease of unknown etiology characterized by chronic infiltration of the lung with eosinophils. It presents with profound systemic symptoms comprising fever, night sweats, weight loss, dyspnea and blood eosinophilia with nonsegmental air-space consolidation confined to the outer third of the lung, the "photographic negative of pulmonary edema". Histopathologic features of chronic eosinophilic pneumonia are intraalveolar and interstitial infiltrations with eosinophils, histiocytes, giant cells, scattered lymphocytes and plasma cells. Glucocorticoid therapy cause prompt resolution of symptoms as well as disappearans of blood eosinophils, elevated serum Ig E levels and the roentgenographic lesions. Infrequent radiographic findings include nodular infiltrates, consolidations, cavitations, atelectasis and pleural effusions. Deaths from CEP although rare, have been reported, but the majorities of CEP have benign courses and do not need a therapy with ventilator. We report a case of chronic eosinophilic pneumonia, which had a sudden course associated with diffuse pneumonic consolidations on the both lung and bilateral pleural effusion.

      • 李箱의 <烏瞰圖> 中 「詩第一號」의 한 硏究

        In this work, I approached Lee, Sang's "Sijeilho(The First Poem)" in a psychoanalytical view. of course, there might be various opinions from different views on the critique of the literary work as well as the writers' original views. The theme of "Ogamdo" and "Sijeilho" can be explained as the fear complex of self-crisis in his childhood. This fear complex was caused by the experience from three to six years old, the crucial period for establishment of self-concept(identity). That is, the fixation on apprehension of separation, caused by parting form his parents, and of psychosexual identity under conditions which he could not solve the Oedipus Complex. The poet's age was inferred from the word '13' of the poem. For Lee, Sang, the age '13' means the time when he was troubled with the fixation, which he could not expect further development of self-consciousness because of the unsolved self-development in his childhood. In the beginning of the youth, he met again his parents and it threw him in extreme unconscious fear again because of the manifestation of the latent inner conflicts with the age of puberty. Lee, Sang's retrogression as an experiment was interpreted for a solution of the fixation, the settlement of fear. To conclude, his abnormal life was expected by his choice of the structure of life. Also, the disease which led him to death when young might be the result of the unconscious wish for death in order to be free himself from fear.

      • 國民學校 自然科 變化槪念 形成을 위한 評價資料 開發에 關한 硏究

        Since we adpoted the discipline-centered Curriculum in Korean elementary school science, We have not yet developed the appropriate instruments for the measurement of the concept in the elemantary science education in Korea. Although both the formative and summative evaluations are strongly recommanded in the discipline centered curriculum, We have neither enough Knowledge that is nesessary, nor the formative and summative evaluation instruments in practical level. Therefore the purpose of this study to make the formative and summative evaluation instruments for the change concepts that the elementary school children have and to give some suggestions to the teachers for the application of these instruments. The study method and the detailed. plan of it's process are as the following. 1) Anallysis of the units of the change concepts according to the grades. 2) modeling of the hierachy of the units and of the learning purpose. 3) Operational definition of the individual concept. 4) Duaral classification(objects contents) 5) Item-making 6) Verification of the items (Validity, relialbility, objectivity) 7) Reporting Therefore this study is expected to bring the folloing results: 1) This study will help the improvement of the formative and summative evaluation method in the elemantary science education. 2) This evaluation instruments will help the teacher to improve the teaching-learning process.

      • 隔板을 가진 傾斜 4角密閉空間內의 自然對流 流動特性

        Two-dimensional natural convection in a partially divided inclined square enclosure is investigated experimentally. Two opposite walls of the enclosure are adiabatic while the other two isothermal walls are maintained at different temperatures, and a partition is situated perpendicularly at the mid-height of one adiabatic wall. The flow visualization experiments are carried out with water, Pr=4.95, for two Rayleigh numbers, Ra=1.968x10?? and 3.936x10??. The inclination of enclosure is varied from -30°to 90°, and the length of a partition is varied from L=0 to L=11/13W. The length of a partition and the inclination of an enclosure are to significantly effect on the flow patterns within the enclosure. The transition to the primary circulating flow is occured at the inclination of 30°∼40°, and the strongest wall-boundary flow and the wide core-stagnation region are presented at the inclination of 50°∼60°regardless the partition length. An oscillatory motion of natural convection is also found to occur in certain lengths of a partition at θ=0°, such as an enclosure heated from below with a horizontal partition.

      • Al_2O_3/MgAl_2O_4 복합체 제조시 혼합고정에 따른 미세구조 변화

        In this study, the effect of mixing process on the microstructure of Al_2O_3/MgAl_2O_4 composites has been investigated. In using a MgO source for the formation of Mg-spinel, the addition of solution type Mg-nitrate showed more homogeneous microstructure compared to the case of addition of MgO powder. In a mixing process, the planetary-milling showed more homogeneous microstructure compared to conventional ball-milling process.

        Alumina laminate composites with alternating layers of textured and untextured were fabricated by continuous tape casting and pressureless sintering with the addition of Fe_2O_3 known to be influencing on the abnormal grain growth of alumina. Alumina grains in textured layer were aligned with (006) and (1010) plane, and the addition of Fe_2O_3 was influencing on the abnormal grain growth in untextured layer rather than texutured layer. The efffective control of crack propagation was possible through the grain orientation from the observation of crack path between textured and untextured layer.

        본 연구는 분말상 원료(전분, 대두분)의 저장유통시 품질변화를 건전성과 안전성 측면에서 검토하여 식품의 기준 ·규격 설정f.」 합지적으로 반영하고자 하였다. 전분과 패두분의 이물을 검사하고, 2종 대두분(중국산, 미국산)을 ?0일간 IS'c와 30t에 저장하면서 성상, 수분, 산가, 과산화물가, 지방산 조성,아플라톡신 BB의 생성여부를 분석하였다. 중국산 대두분 30'』 저장군에서 50일 이후 곰팡이가 발생한 것 이외에 모든 시료에서 양호한 성상을 나타내었고, 전분과 대두닥 모든 시료에서 이물은 검출되지 않았다. 산가는 중국산과 미국산 시료간에 편차를 보여 증국산 30"C, 50일 저장시료에서 약 10배끙도 증가하였고, 과산화물가는 저장 90일후 15'E 저장군은 약 2.3배, 30'c 저장군은 3배정도 증가하였다. 대두분의 주요 지방산은 linoleic acidf18. 2), oleic acid(18 : 1), palmitic acid(16 : 0)이었으며, 3개월 저장에 따른 지방산 함량의 변화는 미미하였다. 아플라톡신 B₁은 모든 시료에서 검출되지 않았다. The objective of this study was to investigate auality changes of type raw materials(starch, soy flour) during various storage conditions. Starchflour(source of China, U.S.A) were slfred under two temperature(15'C, 30'c) forSensory evaluation, (o.reign material test, moisture content, acid value, peroxide ualue,composition, aflatorin Bi were analyzed. China soy flour(stor·ed 30'f) was contaminated by fungj on 50 days. Except for soy flour contardnated by fungi, sensory characteristics were not changed and foreign mater;als were notdetected. Acid value of China soy flour(stored at 30'C, 90 days) was about 10 times higherlevel before storage and acid value was more influenced by source(China, USA). Peroxide valuewas in proportion with the storage period slightly. The major fatty acid of soy flour waslinoleic acid(18 . 2), an(3 the change of fatty acid composition was not observed. Aflatoxlrl Blwas not detected.

        축산 폐수의 효율적 처리를 위한 광합성 미세조류인 Spirulina platensis 배양 공정의 최적화

        돈분 폐수의 효율적인 처리를 위해 6 W/㎡, 12 W/㎡와 24 W/㎡의 조도 하에서 온도를 15℃에서 40℃까지 각각 변화시켜, 광합성 미세 조류인 Spirulina platensis의 생육에 관한 최적 생육 조건 결정에 관한 실험을 하였다. 균체의 비생육속도는 30℃까지는 온도 증가에 따라 증가하였다. 균체의 생육에 있어서 온도의 영향을 설명하기 위해서 Arrhenius 식을 이용하여서 얻은 활성화 에너지 값은 13.5kal/mol이었다. 순수 배지에서 배양된 균체의 비생육속도가 0.31(1/day)인 반면 30% 돈분 첨가 배양시 얻은 균체의 비생육속도는 0.24(1/day)였다. 폐수내의 총 질소량과 이의 제거속도로 균체의 폐수 처리 능력을 평가할 수 있었다. 돈분 농도를 달리 첨가한 회분배양에 있어서 70~93%(PO_4^3- -P), 67~93%(inorganic nitrogen), 80~90% (COD) 그리고 37~56%(organic nitrogen)의 감소율을 보였다. 총-질소와 총-인의 1차반응 감소 속도 상수는 각각 0.17(1/day)와 0.14(1/day)로 계산되었다. 20% 돈분을 첨가하는 연속배양에 있어서 회석률이 0.20(1/day)일 때 최대 균체농도가 1.52(g/L)를 유지했다. 돈분처리 후 얻은 균체의 성분은 단백질이 58.7%, 지방 11.0% 그리고 회분이 15.6%였다. The kinetics of growing microalga, Spirulina platensis was investigated to treat swine wastes with optimum growth conditions. Temperature was varied from 15 to 40℃ at three different light intensities, 6 W/㎡, 12 W/㎡ and 24 W/㎡. The specific growth rate was increased as temperature increased up to 30℃. The activation energy was estimated as 13.5 kcal/mol by an Arrhenius relationship. 0.24(1/day) of specific growth rate was obtained from batch cultivation with 30% swine wastes, compared to 0.31 (1/day) from clean culture. It was found that Spirulina platensis was able to reduce 70~93% of PO_4^3- -P, 67~93% of inorganic nitrogen, 80~90% of COD and 37~56% organic nitrogen by adding various concentrations of swine wastes for 12 days of batch cultivation. Rate constants for removing nitrates and phosphates in treating swine wastes were estimated as 0.17 (1/day) and 0.14 (1/day) in the first order reaction, respectively. 1.52(g/L) of maximum cell density was maintained at 0.20(1/day) of dilution rate in continuous culture, adding 20% swine wastes for 30 days. The chemical composition of the biomass obtained from the process showed 58.7% of protein, 11.0% of lipid and 15.6% of ash.
