        본 논문에서는 메트로 옵티컬 이더넷의 소프트웨어 구조에 관한 연구를 위하여 10기가 비트 이더넷 스위치에 적용될 QoS 지원 소프트웨어의 적용성을 자원할당 방식 시그널링 프로토콜인 RSVP와 트래픽 특성에 따라 CoS를 구분하는 DiffServ가 10 기가비트이더넷 스위치에 활용 가능한지를 네트웍크 프로세스 처리 능력과 확장성 측면에서 분석하였다. 결론적으로 RSVP, Diffserv와 802.1p는 구현 및 상혼 연동이 가능하다. 그러나 이것은 기업 내부망으로 한정된다는 단점을 가지고 있다. 일반적으로 중소규모의 특정 기업의 내부망에 위의 기술들을 구현하는 것은 어려움이 없다. 그러나 공중망에서의 적용은 아직까지는 어려움이 많이 존재하며 서비스 제공자간의 연동은 거의 불가능하다. 따라서 이러한 기술들은 End-to-End QoS를 보장하는 것에 목적을 두고 있다.

        Although transplantation immunology as a distinctive field began with the development of experimental models that showed the feasibility of bone marrow tranaplantation (BMT), organ engraftment was accomplished first in humans, and was though for many years to occur by drastically different mechanism. The liver, skin, and gastrointestinal tract are major target organs of acute graft-versus-host disease (GVHD), the major complication of allogenic BMT. The pathophysiology of acute GVHD involves in the dysregulation of pro-inflammatory cytokine cascade and donor T-cell responses to host alloantigens. Interukine-l8 (IL-18) was initially known as interferon-g-inducing factor with potent immunomodulatory effects. The level of IL-18 is increased in acute GVHD, but little has been known about its role in thepathophysiology of acute GVHD. It reduces the severity of acute GVHD as a Thl-inducing cytokine early after BMT to the lethally irradiated recipients. When administered to the donor, it can also reducing the severity of acute GVHD, as a Th2-inducing cytokine. Therefore, IL-18 has the remarkable capacity to modulate acute GVHD when administered either to the donor or the recipient through distinct mechanism. Here, we present our view of the concepts of transplantation immunology and the role of IL-18 in the graft rejection.

      • 고추의 組織培養에 미치는 植物生長調節濟의 影響

        These experiments were performed to investigate the effects of plant growth regulators on the tissues culture of red pepper. The best callus growth was observed in Murashige & Skoog's media containing 0.2-2.0㎎/l 2, 4-D plus 0.2㎎/l kinetin or BA on the segments of hypocotyl and cotyledon of red pepper. On the medium with 2.0㎎/l zseatin and 0.01㎎/l 2, 4-D somatic embryos were differentiated from embryogenic cell of immature embryo by suspension culture after 5 week-culture and 8 weeks later they were developed into plantlets, while on the medium with 1.0㎎/l BA and 0.05㎎/l NAA the shoot and root were differentiated from callus mass. The addition of brassinolide retarded the formation of somatic embryo, shoot and root. Key words : Brassinolide - BA - Capsicum annuum(red pepper) - embryogenic callus - 2, 4 - D - kinetin - NAA - somatic embryo - zeatin.

      • 돈분 퇴비단 여과 액비가 ‘Salanova’ 상추의 생육과 기능성 물질농도에 미치는 영향

        In this study, the availability of pig slurry composting and biofiltration (PSCB) solution as an alternative for synthetic nutrient solution was determined by monitoring the growth and phytochemicals of lettuce (Lactuca sativa L. cv. ‘Salanova’). This study was conducted from 16 September 2011 to 31 October 2011. PSCB solution treatments were consisted of 1 time dilution (52N), 13 times dilution (4N), 26 times dilution (2N), and 52 times dilution (1N) which were based on the nitrogen concentration of a commercial liquid fertilizer for leafy vegetables (control). Subirrigation system was used to cultivate lettuce plants in pots containing commercial growing medium. As a result, all growth characteristics were the highest at control. Among PSCB treatments, PSCB 52N induced severe growth disorder at 28 days after transplanting (DAT) probably due to too high salinity. PSCB 1N also retarded the growth of ‘Salanova’ lettuce plants. This may be caused by high pH and/or imbalanced other mineral concentration except nitrogen of PSCB solution. In contrast, polyphenolic compounds with antioxidant properties were more abundant in lettuce with PSCB solution than control. However, further study is required to determine the certain factors of PSCB on the induction of phytochemical biosynthesis pathway. In conclusion, additional strategies should be developed to use PSCB solution as nutrient solution in greenhouses.

        저장용기 및 저장온도에 따른 김치의 품질변화

        맛있는 김치의 저장기간을 연장시키기 위하여 여러가지 저장용기와 저장온도를 달리하여 각 군마다 5포기씩의 김치를 담그고 각각에 The effects of storage containers and storage temperatures on Kimchi quality were investigated. The results were summarized as follows : 1. Pabix, poly ethylene-back+plastic container, tupper-ware were much better than crock, stainless steel, and plastic container in keeping Kimchi. However, there was no significant differences between containers in the sensory test for Kimchi. 2. Kimchi stored at 18±2℃ was the most delicious, which revealed pH 4.30, acidity 0.45-0.50%, and salt concentration 3.10wt% in the 4th days after storage whereas sensory score for Kimchi quality was very low in the 12th days after storage. 3. PH in Kimchi stored at 5℃ after fermentation at 18±2℃ was slowly decreased as compared to the Kimchi stored at 18±2℃ after fermentation. 4. PH and acidity showed no significant changes after 90 days storage when Kimchi was stored at -5℃ or -80℃ were compared to that of the Kimchi stored at 18±2℃, but texture score of Kimchi stored at -5℃ or -80℃ after fermentation at 18±2℃, but texture score of Kimchi stored at -5℃ or -80℃ were compared to that of the Kimchi stored at 18±2℃ after fermentation. 5. In the group of Kimchi stored at 10℃, immediately after pickling it took 48days until the best conditions which were pH 4.30 and acidity 0.45-0.50% were matched. 6. The most promising method in keeping good taste and good quality of Kimchi was to store Kimchi at 5℃ after 4days fermentation at 18±2℃. And, for long period preservation of Kimchi, it took would be effective to store at -80℃ after fermentation at 18±2℃.

      • 제주 기생화산 화구호의 환경과 식물성 플랑크톤상(Ⅰ)

        본 연구는 제주 기생화산 화구호의 생물다양성을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하기 위해 2000년 3월부터 11월까지 식물성 플라크톤상을 조사했다. 결과 출현한 조류상은 전체 6강 12목 23과 44속 87종 13변종 2품종으로 전체 102분류군이 출현하였다. Chlorophyceae가 40분류군(39.2%), Bacillariophyceae가 34분류군(33.3%) Cyanophyceae가 14분류군(13.7%), Euglenophyceae가 9분류군(8.8%), Dinophyceae가 3분류군(3.0%), Chrysophyceae가 2분류군(2.0%) 순으로 나타났다. 월별 출현은 3월이 74 분류군이 5월에는 46분류군이 8월에는 21분류군이 11월에는 22분류군이 각각 출현하였고, 물영아리는 22분류군이 물장오리는 256분류군이 동수악은 12분류군이 어승생은 6분류군이 샘이오름은 27분류군이 각각 출현하였다. This study was carried out to provide basic data for biodiversity about phytoplankton at crater of Cheju parasite volcano from March to November 2000. In the study area, we identified 6 class 12 order 23 family 44 genus 87 species 13 variety 2 forma. Total 102 taxa. Chlorophyceae was 40taxa(39.2%), Bacillariophyceae was 34taxa(33.3%), Cyanophyceae was 14taxa(13.7%), Euglenophyceae was 9taxa(8.8%), Dinophyceae was 3taxa(3.0%), Chrysophyceae was 2taxa(2.0%) respectably. March was 74 taxa, May was 46 taxa, August was 21taxa and November was 22 taxa in monthly. Moolchat was 54 taxa, Moolyoungari was 22 taxa, Mooljangauri was 26 taxa, Dongsuack was 12 taxa, Asungseang 6 taxa, Samiaorum was 27 taxa respectably.

        The 6,7-dichloroquinoline-5,8-dione (Ⅰ) was reacted with ethyl acetoacetate in the presence of sodium ethoxide to yield 6-(α-acetyl-α-ethoxycarbonyl methyl)-7-chloro-quinoline-5,8-dione(Ⅱ).When this compound Ⅱ was reacted with some arylamine (phenyl. p-toluyl. p-fluorophenyl. p-chloro-phenyl. p-bromophenyl. p-iodophenyl. p-trifluoromethylphenyl. p-dimethylaminophenyl.indanyl). 1N-aryl-2-methyl-3-ethoxycarbonyl pyridino[2,3-f]-indole-4,9-dione(Ⅲa-i) were obtained via intramolecular cyclization.

        In this paper, we propose a new 3-dimensional cooperative authoring tool the environments. In this method, we clearly define the roles of authors Involved In the cooperation and extend the functionality of the each client system, and thus reducing the overload in server systems and/or the network bottleneck than existing client-server models, while minimizing the locking delays of the existing pessimistic locking mechanism. In addition, we use scene-graphs of Java 3D to represent the rapidly changing scenes vividly 본 논문에서는 새로운 3차원 협동 저작 기법에 대해 설명한다. 이 방법에서는 협동 저작에 참여하는 작업자에 대한 명확한 역할 구분과 클라이언트의 기능 확장을 통해, 기존의 클라이언트-서버 구조가 갖는 서버 부담 및 네트워킹 병목 현상을 완화하는 한편, 기존의 '비관적 잠금 기법'에서 발생하는 작업 공유에 따른 불필요한 대기 시간을 줄인다. 또한 자바 3D의 '장면 그래프'를 이용하여 장면을 표현함으로써 실시간 장면 정보의 변화를 빠르고 쉽게 반영하였다.
